In Semarang city suspected of many cosmetic products packaging or wrap that is circulating in the community did not provide information that is clear, both in terms of composition that does not mention the substance or the standards set by the health department, products with labels that have expired, as well as product information is misleading, particularly outstanding in the traditional markets. It is then the background for the author to take the title: "Overview of Consumer Protection Laws Against Illegal Import Chinese Cosmetic Products in Semarang".            Formulation The problem in this case is (1) How are monitoring has been done by the government (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in Semarang? How can these obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against illegal imports of Chinese cosmetic products in the protection of consumers in Semarang? How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community. (2) The form of the obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against cosmetic products illegal Chinese imports in the protection of consumers in the city of Semarang, among others, actors utilize means and legal products, the perpetrator repackaging its products, the lack of public attention, the number of products containing hazardous materials, (3) Efforts the completion of which the government has done BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of cosmetic illegal imports of Chinese in Semarang city is done by sanctioning criminal and administrative sanctions, but it is done through counseling, talk shows, seminars and the distribution of stickers to be vigilant and clever in choosing and using cosmetics that will be

Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

One institution that requires an accounting information system and budget plan is an educational institution. Education funding includes all expenditures that have been budgeted through the School Income and Expense Plan (RAPBS) or School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) to support the process of providing education in the form of services or goods. Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Ulum has a duty to manage finances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. Break even point is the point where total income equals total cost or the point where profit equals zero. The computer-based accounting information system that is designed includes account data recording, student data recording, accounting transaction records, cost classifications, BEP calculations, income budgets, account data reports, general journals, financial accountability reports, expense classification reports, BEP reports, income budget reports and school budget plans.

Phlebitis is inflammation that occurs in the endothelial wall in the tunic intima caused by mechanical and chemical irritation from the administration of infusion therapy. Compress using normal salin liquid 0.9% can improve the anti-inflammatory response and can facilitate the flow of blood circulation to the area of ??phlebitis injury so that it can accelerate wound healing. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the application of compresses using normal salin liquid 0.9% to the incidence of phlebitis in the Hospital grade III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. This type of case study design belongs to a descriptive study using a case study approach method. The subjects in this case study used two patients who were infused and had phlebitis marks VIP scores degree of phlebitis 1-4. Analysis of the degree of phlebitis experienced was carried out by observation and measured through assessment of degrees using VIP Score (Visual Infusion Score) which is a score of 0-5. The compression using normal salin liquid 0.9% in phlebitis patients were for 2 days, for each day compress 3 times, in 1 time compress for 30 minutes. The results of the case studies were found in subjects I and subject II, each of the VIP scores of the degree of phlebitis 3 (erythema, pain, swelling along the cannula), each VIP score of phlebitis 0 (no phlebitis). It is suggested to Hospital grade III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang to be taken into consideration in nursing care interventions in the handling of nonpharmacological phlebitis so that no further complications occur.

Ragam penelitian berbasis keilmuan pengolahan citra digital, telah emnjadi bagian penting dalam era internet, atau lebih dikenal dengan Internet of Things. Terlebih dalam perkembangan transformasi informasi dan data yang tren dengan istilah Big Data. Sumber data dalam pengolahan citra berupa data gambar, yang telah diubah dalam mode matriks. Penelitian pada kesempatan ini mengangkat tematik gambar obyek 2 dimensi, yang memenuhi kriteria kotak, segitiga dan lingkaran. Pengamatan lanjutan ini dilakukan untuk melakukan integrasi dari 3 buah metode, guna mengklasifikasikan ketiga bidang geometri 2 dimensi tersebut. Adapun metodenya adalah gabungan antara Circularity-Centerplot-Boundary, yang masing-masing berfungsi pada pendeteksian bentuk obyek, warna obyek dan jumlah obyek, pada sebuah gambr individu dan kombinasinya. Sistem yang diupayakan telah berhasil melakukan klasifikasi dengan tingkat kesesuaian hingga mendekati 100% untuk segenap data uji yang akuisisi datanya menggunakan kamera web.

One of the important role of Management Accounting Information System (MAS) is to provide information to the right people, the right way at the right time to improve management capabilities in understanding the circumstances around it, so it was able to identify the relevant activities appropriately. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the role of MAS as variables that mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on performance managerial of employees inthe local government enterprises are rural banks and financial institutions sub-Central Java (PD BPR BKK). The samples in this study were obtained according to the purposive sampling technique based on criteria derived from population consisting of employees or the manager at PD BPR BKK contained in Central Java. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) in a of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Role of characteristics of MAS as variable which mediate the effect of information technology and interdependence on managerial performance examined using Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that information technology has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. Interdependence also has an indirect positive effect and significant impact on managerial performance through MAS. It can be concluded that the MAS has a role as a mediating influence between the variables information technology and interdependence on managerial performance.Keywords: management accounting information system, information technology, interdependence, mediating, managerial performance.
