This study explores the implementation of the SiskeuDes application in financial management in Pijot Utara Village. SiskeuDes, as a village financial information system, aims to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village financial management. This study identifies and analyzes the stages of SiskeuDes use, namely planning, implementation, administration, and reporting, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the system in the village context. At the planning stage, SiskeuDes assists in the preparation of planning documents such as RKPDes and APBDes through village deliberations involving village officials and the community. This system supports the accuracy and efficiency of budget planning despite challenges such as network disruptions and HR skills. At the implementation stage, SiskeuDes facilitates verification and budget preparation and reporting, with the active role of the Village Secretary and the Village Financial Management Unit (UPKD). Financial administration has also progressed thanks to this system, which reduces the risk of manipulation and increases transparency. The reporting and accountability process is carried out in a structured and integrated manner with SiskeuDes, although there are obstacles in conveying information to the community. The advantages of using SiskeuDes include increased efficiency of financial recording and reporting, real-time transparency, and support for community participation. However, disadvantages include limited infrastructure, suboptimal HR skills, and challenges in delivering information to the community. Improvement efforts such as increasing training and improving infrastructure are being made to address these shortcomings. Overall, SiskeuDes has made a positive contribution to village financial management, but still requires adjustments to address the various challenges that exist.

Educational institutions must be able to analyze the needs of the community. This study analyzes the management of digital public relations in building a positive image of madrasas implemented at MTs Az-Zainiyah I Randumerak. A qualitative approach and type of case study research used in this study. In collecting research data using several techniques, namely participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research data consists of primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from research informants consisting of the head of the madrasah, the head of public relations, the head of administration, teachers. Meanwhile, primary data consists of national and international journals. The data analysis used consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The management of digital public relations in building a positive image of madrasah is carried out by involving public relations management functions consisting of planning, implementation, and control. The implementation of digital public relations only uses the Facebook platform in communicating with the community. The madrasah strategy in building a positive image is carried out starting with building opinions to marketing education.

In managing regional assets, regional governments must consider various aspects ranging from needs planning, procurement, administration, utilization, maintenance and security to supervision so that regional assets are able to provide optimal contributions to the regional government concerned. Regional assets are a resource and a potential that is absolutely necessary in the administration of Regional Government, because if assets are managed well they can provide benefits to the Regional Government and the community as a source of income as well as supporting the role and function of the Regional Government as a provider of regional services to the community.

This community service focuses on the application of information technology in the form of e-government in Biring Ere Village, Bunggoro District, Pangkep Regency. The main objective of this activity is to increase community knowledge and motivation regarding the development of the Village Information System (SID) to increase the transparency of village administration through e-government. Through a series of lectures, tutorials and discussions, the public is taught about the importance of SID and how to use it. This activity also involved coordination with the Head of Biring Ere Village and community members. The results of this service show an increase in community knowledge and motivation about the benefits of e-government for the development of their village. Apart from that, this activity also opens up opportunities for the development and implementation of e-government in other villages in Pangkep Regency.

This research aims to determine the influence of learning independence, learning motivation and social support on the learning outcomes of Office Administration Education Students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University. The population in this study were Office Administration Education Students for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University. The research sample was taken from 101 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) is used to calculate data analysis in this research. The Outer Model includes Convergent Reability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reability, and Cronbach's Alpha calculations, while the Inner Model includes T-statistics, R-Squares, F-Squares, and VIF calculations. The findings of this research state that: 1) learning independence has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 2) learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 3) social support has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, 4) learning independence , learning motivation and social support simultaneously influence the learning outcomes of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program for the 2020/2021 Academic Year, Jakarta State University.

The diagnosis of obstructive ileus is comfirmed by a CT Scan of the abdomen. The CT Scan of the Abdomen examination procedure with contrast in clinical obstructive ileus at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar uses intravenous contrast injection. This study aims to analyze abdominal CT Scans with contrast in cases of obstruktive ileus and the contrast media injection technique used. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar. Data collection methods and were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the abdominal protocol, then pre contrast scanning is carried out. 50 ml of contrast is admistered intravenously. The abdominal CT Scan examination procedure with contras in cases of obstructive ileus at Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar only uses intravenous administration of contrast media because it is sufficient for diagnosis and the examination time is shorter.

This research aims to determine the accountability of managing village fund allocations in an effort to increase development and community empowerment in Lambou Darul Ihsan Village, Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach methodology, data collection techniques in this research are interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that accountability in the management of village fund allocation in an effort to increase development and community empowerment in Lambou Darul Ihsan village in 2022 has been implemented in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018 starts from planning, implementation, administration and reporting, while at the accountability stage both technically and administratively it is good, but sometimes there are inhibiting factors in preparing the report because the management still lacks experience and limited education, but this can be overcome because of the District government always provide coaching.

Oxidative stress is a condition where there is an imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants in the body which can trigger psychological stress. Oxidative stress can be reduced by consuming exogenous antioxidants (antioxidants from outside), where green tea is thought to be able to reduce oxidative stress. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of steeping green tea on blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in male Wistar Strain white rats exposed to psychological stress. The design used in this research was Randomized Post Test Only Group Design. There were 5 groups of mice; 2 are a normal control group and a stress control group, and 3 treatment groups. Previously, the mice were given psychological stress 1 x 24 hours in the form of disturbed sleep patterns, so that the experimental animals experienced oxidative stress, then green tea was given to the treatment group with a single dose of 3.6 ml/head in the 1st hour in the group. treatment 1, 6th hour in treatment group 2, and 24th hour in treatment group 3. Statistical analysis used the Manova test.  Based on statistical analysis, it shows that there was a decrease in blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in all treatment groups given exposure to psychological stress and steeping green tea.  A single dose of green tea brewing in experimental animals experiencing oxidative stress was proven to be able to neutralize oxidative stress in the 1st hour after administration of green tea brewing and the antioxidant activity still lasted up to 24 hours.

The aim of this research is to find out the procedures for Pelvic MRI examinations in Cervical Cancer Cases at the Radiology Installation at Persahabatan Hospital, to find out the reasons for using T1W SPIR and to find out the reasons for using T2W SPAIR in Pelvic MRI examinations in cervical cancer cases. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection methods are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Then data analysis was carried out using open coding charts and categorization tables, so that conclusions could be drawn. The results of this study indicate that the Pelvic MRI examination procedure in cases of cervical cancer at Persahabatan Hospital using contrast media requires special preparation, namely the patient fasting from eating fibrous foods 1 day before the examination, taking laxatives 12 hours before the examination, and checking urea creatinine. The patient is injected with 20 cc of ultrasonic gel in the rectum and vagina which functions as a marker. The purpose of using the T1W SPIR sequence is to compare enhancement before and after administration of contrast media. The use of T2W SPAIR in pelvic MRI examinations to assess pathological fluid by suppressing fat signals.

Motivation is the driving force for a person or individual to carry out activities toward obtaining the desired thing, both positively and negatively. With this motivation, an effort is made to encourage employees to be more active at work to achieve maximum service to the community. Performance is how employees show their work performance through concrete actions. Employee performance is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include work motivation, personality, attitudes, and behavior. While external factors include superior leadership style, employee relations, and the work environment, The purpose of this study aimed to examine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of administrative employees at Tugu Koja Hospital. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and the test used was Spearman's rho. This res earch was conducted at Tugu Koja General Hospital in the administrative section with a total of 37 respondents. The results obtained after the Spearman rho test were 0.861, with a significant value of 0.000. Based on the test results, it was concluded that there is a strong relationship between the performance of health administration employees and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Tugu Koja Hospital.

In order to encourage taxpayer compliance, the Directorate General of Taxes issued a tax administration system that utilizes technology, namely e-Form. This study aims to obtain evidence regarding the implementation of the use of e-Form in reporting Individual Taxpayer Annual Tax Returns. The analysis method used in this study is an empirical analysis method by obtaining information by collecting data. The results of this study show that the implementation of the use of e-Form in reporting individual taxpayer tax returns at the Ni Made Rianingsih Consultant Office provides many conveniences for taxpayers. The implementation of e-Form as a new breakthrough is expected to be able to provide excellent service to the community so that it can increase state tax revenue optimally.

The PTUN’s decision are often not obeyed and implemented by state administrative officer. When the decision of PTUN doesn’t have executorial effect, judicial control which is owned by the PTUN as a form of implementing good governance in Indonesian state administration will be unclear. One of the problem occurs in the realm of mining business license. Government as the publisher of mining business license is often reluctant to comply with PTUN decisions to revoke decree on business license that violate the law. The purpose of this study is to determine the compliance level of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources and PT. Tambang Mas Sangihe (PT. TMS) to PTUN decision. The method of this study uses a normative juridical research model. While the data collection technique of this study uses library method. The results of this study shows that the  disputed object “Decree of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number: 163.K/MB.04/DJB/2021” is considered that have violated the law and general principle of good governance. As consequence, in PTTUN Jakarta's decision, the Minister was ordered to revoke the decree of mining permit for PT. TMS. However, the decision was not implemented by the Minister and PT. This study aims to determine accountability in the financial management of Lembang sereale. This type of research uses qualitative research where the author observes, interviews, records, and analyzes the object of research, data obtained through interviews and documents obtained in connection with the problem studied.  The results of this study show that Lembang's financial accountability is good as seen from the Minister of Home Affairs regulation no. 20 of 2018 starting from the process of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability has been implemented properly.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction.  State administration is never separated from policy making. Bureaucratic reforms is carried out to realize good governance, therefore policy is a must because all the implementation of programs and community services should be conducted. One of the policies that is often carried out is discretion, with the aim of filling the regulatory vacuum and not stopping innovating in carrying out policies because of the regulatory vacuum. This study was conducted to analyze the formulation of discretion in the implementation of bureaucratic reform. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Results of the study: 1) discretion is carried out by taking into account the objectives, causes and conditions for using discretion; 2) discretion that is contrary to the objectives, procedures and conditions can be canceled; 3) it is necessary to build an accountability system in the implementation of discretion so that it does not lead to corrupt behavior. This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. The results of this program are expected to be able to foster social sensitivity in students to hone their thinking skills. work together with teachers and students across fields of science to solve the problems they face.

This article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the IndependentThis article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in assisting the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDI Bistio which is located in Masebewa, Sikka Regency, NTT. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Comparison Of Metabolic Value On MR-Spectroscopy With and Without Contrast Media at Persahabatan Hospital, East Jakarta. Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy is a non-invasive technique that can be used to measure the metabolism of several biochemical components in body tissue, especially the brain. Based on observations made by the author at Persahabatan Hospital, the spectroscopy technique used at Persahabatan Hospital is a multi-voxle technique, with sequences selction namely s2D_PRESS_144, where the spectroscopy images are taken after administering contrast and prevalence for tumor cases in the Radiology Installation at Persahabatan Hospital, with 5 data from the month May-August 2023. To determine the validity of this opinion, the authors performed pre and post- contrast MR-Spectroscopy on patients with contrast and compared the results with patients without contrast. In this study the author used a quantitative analysis type of research with an experimental approach aimed at whether the administration of contrast material affects the results of MR-Spectroscopy in patients with brain tumor cases. Where the research data comes from primary data in the Radiology installation at Persahabatan Hospital from May - August 2023 using 5 patient data. Results: Based on an observational study carried out on primary data from 5 patients, there were differences in metabolic values with and without contrast media in brain tumor cases. And MR-Spectroscopy examination without contrast is better to use than with contrast, although from the overall data it turns out there are some data that say post- contrast is higher.
