This research is to determine the influence of work ability variables (X1), education level (X2) and compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) of CV Alif Media Informatics. Quantitative type. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the total sample was 34 respondents at CV Alif Media Informatika. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies.The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= -1.986 + 1.130X1 + 0.781X2 + 0.715X3 and the t test results of the work ability variable had a partially significant effect on employee performance. t test results: The educational level variable has a partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of the t test of the compensation variable have a partially significant effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work ability, level of education and compensation simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance.  

Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) is used as the final assessmen of graduates learning outcomes at the end of the study program. Factors that can influence the differences in learning achievement between each student can be categorized as internal factors and external factors. In this research, emphasis will be given to internal factors related to learning styles. Learning style is a characteristic possessed by individual in acquiring, organizing, and processing received information. The aim of this study is to examine the association between student learning styles and the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, and the method used in this study was the chi-square test of independence as the statistical method, and field study for data collection and analysis. The data used in this study was obtained from students of the Agribusiness Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire in which respondents are given the choice of GPA level above 3.5 or below 3.5, and also learning styles with the levels of learn by seeing, learn by hearing, learn by reading/writing, or learn by doing, which are disseminated through social media and analyzed to draw conclusions. In this study, a total of 67 respondents were collected. Based on the processed and analyzed data, the result of H0 is not rejected, and it can be concluded that there is no association between learning styles and GPA produced.

This research is motivated by the activeness of students in the learning process is a crucial and essential thing that must be understood, understood, and improved by every instructor in the learning process. Prison overcrowding has become a serious issue in Indonesia. This phenomenon occurs when the number of detainees exceeds the maximum capacity available in prisons and correctional institutions. The normative legal approach is intended to understand the issue while remaining within the framework of legal principles, while the empirical legal approach aims to gain clarity and understanding of the research issue based on existing realities.Overcrowded prisons have various negative impacts, both on the detainees themselves and on the criminal justice system. First, the excess number of detainees leads to an increased risk of violence, conflicts, and security disturbances within the prison. This affects the well-being and safety of both detainees and security personnel. Second, overcrowding also affects the quality of life for detainees. Limited capacity means that resources such as food, water, beds, healthcare facilities, and access to education and rehabilitation are insufficient for all detainees.

Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang penilitian, salah satu permasalahan umat islam di Indonesia adalah pada bidang ekonomi, permasalahan tersebut kemiskinan adalah suatu fakta kehidupan sosial yang menggambarkan kondisi yang tidak sesuai dengan harkat kemanusiaan. Salah satu solusi yang dikemukkan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sarolangun adalah membentuk Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik yang memiliki tugas meningkatkan kualitas hidup mustahik melalui program-programnya. Maka tujuan dari peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mustahik. Kesejahteraan ekonomi syariah bertujuan mencapai kesejahteraan manusia secara menyeluruh yaitu kesejahteraan material, kesejahteraan spiritual dan moral. Konsep ekonomi kesejahteraan syariah bukan saja berdasarkan manifestasi nilai ekonomi, tetapi juga nilai spiritual dan moral.[1] Konsep kesejahteraan dan kebahagian (falah) mengacu pada tujuan syariat islam dengan terjaganya 5 prinsip dalam maqasid syari’ah, yakni terjaganya agama (ad-ddin), terjaganya jiwa (an-nafs), terjaganya akal (al-aql), terjaganya keturunan (an-nasl) dan terjaganya harta (al-mal).     Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan deskriptif. Dimana penelitian didasari dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan olej penulis kemudian kemudian dipaparkan sesuai apa yang penulis amati dilapangan. Adapun pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan yaitu menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan data lainnya. Ketika data-data terlaj terkumpul, peneliti melakukan analisis lalu mengambil kesimpulan dari analisis tersebut.     Hasil dari penilitian ini adalah Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun berperan dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dan berfokus pada usaha-usaha kreatif potensial, pertanian dan balai ternak, melakukan pemberdayan dengan cara memberikan bantuan modal pengembangan usaha, pendampingan usaha, membangun kemandirian mustahik sesuai dengan rancangan anggara biaya yang telah diajukan mustahik dan disetujui oleh LPEM BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun. kendala yang dihadapinya, kendala pada internal dan eksternal BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

Apart from that, in a poetry, there are several markers, either in the form of meaning that needs to be translated by the reader himself or linguistic markers that do not require reinterpretation so that the meaning of the poem will be conveyed from the writer to the reader or listener. The field of study that studies and examines markers, symbols and signals in a field of study is called semiotics. Semiotics is a scientific study that studies the signs in a literary work. Literary activists need to understand semiotics, because a poem definitely contains markers as an aesthetic literary work. Semiotics is very important in providing an overview and understanding of poetry to readers and listeners. That's why semiotics is very important to study and understand, because language and semiotics cannot be separated. The semiotic analysis of the poem "Flower Autumn" has been carried out qualitatively descriptively. Semiotic analysis was carried out on several lines that had words that were interesting to interpret. From the semiotic analysis of the poem "Flower Autumn" by W.S Rendra, readers can conclude that the poem tells the story of a love that is lost when their partner dies.

This researchg aims to analyzing the short story "When the Sea is Angry" by Widya Suwarna using an objective approach to obtain the structure in a short story in the form of intrinsic elements, namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, characters, characterization, language style and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, this research method is devoted to researching thoroughly, broadly and in depth. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meaning without comparing the results of this research with the results of other studies. The source of data obtained was by reading the short story "When the Sea is Angry" by Widya Suwarna carefully and critically. Based on the results of the theme contained in the short story, namely about sincerity, that even if we have the smallest fortune, when we see our neighbors or relatives who are experiencing difficulties, we must help and share sincerely and sincerely.This is in line with the character in the short story "When the Sea is Angry" by Widya Suwarna, namely Pak Yus, who has a caring and sincere attitude in helping his neighbors.

The language of this song's lyrics is an expression of the writer's emotions which is manifested in the form of song lyrics or words. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is research that uses a post-positivist philosophical basis. The aim of this research is to interpret or describe the use of language styles in the lyrics of the song Palestine Beloved. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the use of language styles in this song mostly uses personification language styles, apart from that there is also the use of anadiplosis and synecdoche language styles.

Edupraner adalah salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang dipelajari oleh mahasiswa semester VI di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Mata kuliah ini kompetensi akhir yang diharapkan yaitu, mahasiswa mampu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan membangun jaringan, menguasai jenis produk, cara produksi, operasi untuk pengadaan produk, pemasaran, serta operasi permodalan. Edupraner secara etimologisnya diartikan sebagai pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam teori dan praktinya diterapkan oleh mahasiswa melalui pelatihan, simulasi, dan magang. Hal ini dilakukan agar mahasiswa mampu untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatifi dan kreatif, memiliki pengalaman berkreasi, serta belajar untuk mempertimbangkan segala risiko. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengajarkan mahasiswa untuk memiliki kreativitas yang tidak hanya mumpuni pada bidang pengajaran di kelas formal, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan ruang usaha mandiri. Untuk itu pada mata kuliah edupraner mereka dibekali ilmu pendidikan berwirausaha, capaian akhir yang diharapkan mereka dapat merancang manajemen produksi produk mandiri dan memasarkan. Kegiatan ini terangkum dalam acara ‘Market Produk SD dan Workshop. Pengabdian masyarakat yang berelevansi dengan mata kuliah edupraner dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat gerabah dan market produk menggunakan metode instruksional. Di dalam metode tersebut, terdapat beragam jenis-jenis metode kegiatan, namun pada riset pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dalam proses perkuliahan yang capaian akhirnya belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan membuat gerabah, kemudian memasarkan, selanjutnya belajar mandiri membuat produk yang disukai oleh anak SD, sehingga orientasi dari hasil produk tersebut di jual melalui kegiatan ‘market produk SD dan workshop’. The growth of the food industry that occurred in Indonesia resulted in a high monthly expenditure category, the food industry can be said to be the market share leader with a larger percentage compared to other industries. The food industry is also developing in Bangko District, Merangin Regency. One of the foods that are also widely sold by the people of Bangko District, Merangin Regency, is gelamai perentak which is well known to people who pass through Bangko District, Merangin Regency. Perentak pretty much produced continuously by the community. There are several things that can be considered by the company such as product quality, and also product variety. It is suspected that this can help in increasing consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, packaging, and taste simultaneously on buying interest in the gelamai perentak business, Bangko District, Merangin Regency. In this study the method used is descriptive quantitative. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data with the research instruments used namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the results of the t test for price, packaging, taste, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While the product variation variable has no influence between product variation and buying interest. Based on the results of the F test with the help of calculations from the SPSS program, it can be seen that in the statistical F test it appears that the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variable price (X1), packaging (X2), taste (X3), product variety (X4), and product quality (X5) together significantly influence purchase intention

The aim of this research is to determine the potential of productive zakat in alleviating poverty in Jambi City. How to distribute Jambi City Baznas productive zakat to mustahik who need it. The data collection method used in this research uses primary data and secondary data, so the research uses a qualification method. So data collection techniques are carried out by interviews with related parties, observation, and literature study. Mustahik is the population in this research, the background to the problem is the potential for productive zakat in Jambi City through the Jambi City BAZNAS program. The potential gained is the ease of mustahik in applying for productive zakat funds, and services from the Jambi City BAZNAS. And any money and goods given to mustahik are permanent, without needing to be returned to BAZNAS Jambi City. The obstacle to the productive zakat program is the lack of socialization from the Jambi City Baznas to the people of Jambi City. So not many people in Jambi City know about the productive zakat program in Jambi City.

This research aims to find out the influence of capital, location and promotion on business development among UMKM in the culinary sector in Talang Banjar, East Jambi. This research uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 UMKM actors in the Talang Banjar sub-district.             The results of research on capital partially influence business development obtained a value of 2,150 > 1,660 and a significant value of 0.034 < 0.05. Location partially influences business development, with a value of 2,101> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.038 < 0.05. Promotion partially influences business development, with a value of 1,934> 1,660 and a significant value of 0.032 < 0.05. The research results based on the f test show that the calculated f value of 3,695 is greater than the f table of 2,698 or 3,695 > 2,698. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between capital, location and promotion simultaneously or together influencing business development. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.475 or 47.5%. This shows that the business development variable is influenced by capital, location and promotion by 47.5%, while the remaining 52.5% of the business development value is influenced by other variables not included in the research

This article aims to review and attempt to inform about the concept of service quality management, value and customer loyalty. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand value service quality management and customer loyalty management requires several important things, namely a). For service quality management the values that need to be considered are: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, b). For loyalty management that needs to be considered, namely: Becoming a regular customer, Buying between product lines, Referring to others and Commitment to the company.

The research method used is qualitative research with a socio-theological approach. The current understanding of the Christian Batak community regarding the mangongkal holi ritual is very different, especially after the arrival of Christianity to Batak land, some think that this ritual contains animism or something else and there are also those who think that this ritual is contrary to Christianity. This ritual cannot be said to be in conflict with Christianity, but on condition that in the ritual there is no hasipelebeguon or things related to ancestor worship because in essence, as a Christian Batak society, they must be able to balance ritual and religion. This research explains what the meaning and purpose of the mangongkal holi ritual is for the Batak people, how the ritual and things related to mangongkal holi are carried out and their relationship with Christianity, and this research also explains how ancestors are respected biblically and also in Toba Batak ways. The result of this research is to examine socio-theologically the mangongkal Holi ritual by taking the example of moving Joseph's bones, which is about how respect for ancestors is depicted.

Every family definitely wants their family to be safe, comfortable and always happy. However, we cannot deny that having a family is not only about happiness, but in the family it can also bring conflict due to misunderstandings or incompatibility with each other. Lack of harmony between husband and wife which can lead to domestic violence (KDRT). Domestic violence in the family is a shame that often becomes an excuse to cover up the facts of domestic violence. Those who are considered to be exposing their own family's disgrace and embarrassing themselves. The research method used in the research is qualitative research using Fiorenza's feminist interpretation approach. All research materials used in the discussion of each part of this study will be taken from the literature available in the library. A literature review includes identification, explanation of sources, and systematic description of documents containing information related to the problem to be studied. The results of this pattern renewal research provide an opportunity for women's independence to escape from the hegemony of male colonization.
