Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi siswa yang tidak disiplin dalam belajar di sekolah ditunjukkan dengan meninggalkan kelas saat jam pelajaran, siswa gaduh dikelas, banyak siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas disekolah, dan siswa melanggar tata tertib. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian true experimental dengan model matched grups desaigns. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Simo dengan jumlah 147 siswa. Sampel diambil 16 siswa yang kedisiplinan belajar rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang dipergunakan adalah skala kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas instrument adalah korelasi antara butir dan skor yang dikerjakan dengan korelasi Product Moment sedangkan untuk menguji reliabilitas dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 22,0 for windows. Hasil pretest mengenai skala kedisiplinan belajar dapat diketahui terdapat 7 siswa pada kategori rendah, 1 siswa pada kategori sangat rendah. Hasil posttest skala kedisiplinan belajar dapat diketahui terdapat 7 siswa pada kategori tinggi, 1 siswa pada kategori rendah. Hasil uji Independent Sampel Test nilai sig. 0.002 < 0.05, hipoteses layanan konseling kelompok melalui pendekatan behavior berpengaruh meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Dari uraian di atas, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok melalui pendekatan behavior efektif untuk mengurangi disiplin belajar siswa.

            The MBKM ( Independence Learing Independent Campus ) activity organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University which was held on September 6 2022 to January 10 2023, located in Padende Villsge, Marawola District, Sigi District, we received very good enthusiasm from the local community. The promotion strategy in increasing sales of taro chips business products in Padende Village Marawola sub-district, Sigi district must carry out promotions so that these products can be sold, there are several factors that make taro chips products not develop, namaly: There is no cooperation with the business actors, do not carry out public promotions, or promotions on social media. The aim of this research is to help taro chips products increase sales and be able to compete with other chipproducts.The social approach here is an attempt by universities, especially MBKM students as the main actors in MBKM to integrate themselves (assimilate themselves) into various community activites at the MBKM location. Shep in the process of taro chips products: Observing and surveying taro chips products, and analyzing the taro chip product itself.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai Marketing Mix (9P) dari CV Rapoviaka Simple di Kota Palu. CV Rapoviaka Simple merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi cokelat premium, produk cokelatnya telah banyak diminati oleh konsumen. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan wawancara. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih tepat dari bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pemilik produk cokelat CV Rapoviaka Simple. Peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi dari UMKM terkait di lokasi penelitian. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa nilai jual produk cokelat CV Rapoviaka Simple ini terletak pada unsur promosi sedangkan promosi pada produk ini masih kurang. Tetapi, produk ini memiliki nilai ataupun indeks kepuasan yang baik dari segi product, price, place, process, people, payment, packaging dan physical evident.

Berkembangnya usaha bakery dalam dunia bisnis mengakibatkan semakin banyak  jenis roti yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat. Usaha bakery pada cabang utama PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) merupakan salah satu kelompok usaha bakery yang ada di kota Palu. Selain beroperasi dalam bidang ritel, perusahaan ini juga bergerak dalam bidang usaha bakery, terutama roti yang diproduksi langsung di PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh usaha Bakery BNS. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung ke lokasi penelitian dan melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS)  dalam bidang bakery telah menerapkan bauran pemasaran yang meliputi  4P: produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place), promosi (promotion), dari ke empat bauran yang telah diterapkan ini dapat memaksimalkan produksi, penjualan dan meningkatkan pendapatan usaha bakery BNS.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the pillars of the nation's economy are able to face the big challenges of technological advances that are always running. Wedoro Village is one of the villages that maintains the Development and Marketing of Production Results in the Manufacture of sandals so that there are increasing sandal craftsmen who are always developing in this technological era. The method of implementing this service uses SWOT analysis, with the stages: preparation, implementation of activities, and evaluation. The target of this activity is all Sandal Craftsmen in Wdoro Waru, Sidoarjo. Supervisors carry out the role of guiding according to the expertise of their respective departments. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari hasil pengamatan peneliti yaitu rendahnya self efficacy dalam penyelesaian tugas sekolah siswa di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Kota Bukittinggi. Dari observasi yang peneliti lakukan, ada beberapa siswa yang tidak yakin dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki seperti minder dengan siswa lainnya yang memiliki prestasi lebih tinggi di dalam kelas padahal siswa tersebut mampu, akibat dari ketidak yakinan diri tersebut menyebabkan siswa malas untuk mengerjakan penyelesaian tugas sekolah yang diberikan oleh guru. Self Efficacy  adalah keyakinan diri seseorang terhadap kemampuan dirinya sendiri bahwa ia mampu untuk melakukan sesuatu atau mengatasi sesuatu. Penyelesaian tugas sekolah adalah metode penyajian bahan dimana guru memberikan tugas tertentu agar siswa melakukan kegiatan belajar dirumah. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Self Efficacy Siswa dengan Penyelesaian Tugas Sekolah di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuanititatif korelasional. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas 6 yang berjumlah 15 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, maka sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa dan siswi kelas 6 di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Panganak Kota Bukittinggi sebanyak 15 orang dengan jenis kelamin perempuan ada 7 orang dan laki-laki berjumlah 8 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrument yaitu angket, yang terdiri dari angket self efficacy dan angket penyelesaian tugas sekolah dengan menggunakan skala Gutman. Teknik pengolahan data mencari mean, range, % skor dan standart deviation, sedangkan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis mencari Product Moment yang mensyaratkan hipotesis diterima apabila r_hitung lebih besar dari r_tabel. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah pada siswa di Sdn 10 Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi. Dengan dilakukan perhitungan hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa taraf signifikan antara variabel self efficacy (X) dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah (Y) siswa adalah r_hitusng = 0,931 lebih besar dari r_tabel = 0,514, maka hipotesis diterima yang menyatakan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan penyelesaian tugas sekolah, itu berarti Ha diterima sedangkan H0 ditolak. Dengan derajat hubungan sangat kuat dan hubungan yang positif.

Shallot is a horticultural commodity that has good market prospects because it contains high nutrition and can be used as spices and ingredients for traditional medicine. However, shallot production in Indonesia still often fluctuates and even experiences a shortage in meeting the needs of domestic consumers. To increase shallot production, this can be done through intensification efforts, namely by improving cultivation techniques, such as the use of organic fertilizers, proper fertilization, and the use of superior varieties. This study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of 2 treatment factors, namely factor I, fermented NPK ( F) consisting of 0 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml. Factor II was the variety (V) of the Brebes Bima variety, the Probolinggo variety and the Nganjuk variety. The parameters of plant observation were: plant height (cm) and production per plot (g). The data analysis method was a factorial randomized block design (RBD). The results showed that the application of fermented NPK and the use of varieties had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height (cm) and production per plot (g).

Knowledge Management evolves as an important and strategic component of the organization in order to create value, improve organizational effectiveness and productivity, and boost organizational competitiveness.    

Response of Eco Enzyme Administration and Rhizobium Isolation on the Growth and Production of Shallots (Allium ascolonicum L). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation as well as the interaction of eco enzyme and rhizobium isolation on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascolonicum L). This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors, 16 treatments, and 3 blocks. The results showed that the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation had an effect on the parameters of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tubers per sample (tubers), wet tuber production per sample (g), wet tuber production per plot ( g), dry tuber production per sample (g), dry tuber production per plot (g). The interaction between the effectiveness of eco enzyme administration and rhizobium isolation had no effect on plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tubers per sample (tubers), wet tuber production per sample (g), wet tuber production per plot (g), dry tuber production per sample (g), dry tuber production per plot (g).

Smoking is an activity that we are now familiar with. Smoking habits have been proven to cause diseases that attack various organs of the human body. Adolescents as part of society who are at a productive age. Cigarette addiction among teenagers is a severe problem in many countries, including Indonesia. Smoking is one of the factors that increase cholesterol levels in the blood. Nicotine can increase fatty acids that affect total cholesterol levels. The purpose of this study was to describe the total cholesterol levels in active smokers in the light, medium and heavy categories in their teens. The type of research used is descriptive. The sample in this study were 41 active smokers with inclusion criteria, namely active smokers, adolescents less than 18 years of age, male sex, not taking drugs, and had fasted 8-12 hours. The sampling technique used is random. The samples were then examined for cholesterol using the CHOD-PAP method. From the results of the study, 26 (63.4%) respondents had normal cholesterol levels, 10 (24.4%) respondents experienced total cholesterol levels in the threshold category, and 5 (12.2%) respondents experienced total cholesterol levels in the high category. From these results, it can be concluded that most of the active smokers in the Cilawu District have cholesterol levels (<200 mg/dL) with an average value of 157 mg/dL. With this research, it is hoped that adolescent smokers can reduce the number of cigarettes consumed, which can stop smoking.

The effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, which is entitled " Analysis of Business Capital, Labor, Number of Consumers and Production on UKM Income in Medan Petisah District". In this study, researchers used primary data using a population of 176 and a sample of 122 SMEs in the restaurant sector. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS version 16.0 application, capital has a significant direct effect on income. Labor has a significant direct effect on income. Consumers have a significant direct effect on income. And based on path analysis research, the results of data processing show that the value of capital has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Labor has a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable. Consumers have a positive effect on income through production as an intervening variable.

Waste oil treatment through the distillation method with the addition of sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide media was successfully carried out. The purpose of this study was to obtain quality diesel fuel, study the effect of the concentration of chemical media used, and determine the effectiveness of using spritus substitute fuel. Waste oil treatment is carried out using a distillation method that involves the process of precipitation, filtration and addition of acid and alkaline media. After going through the processing process, the resulting products are analyzed and tested physically and chemically such as density, specific gravity, flash point, fire point, calorific value, and kinematic viscosity. The results of physical test research and parameters were obtained at optimum conditions of use using H2SO4 and NaOH concentrations of 6%. Physical tests obtained brownish-yellow fuel while parameter tests on density tests were 817 km/m3, specific gravity was 0.801, flash point and fire point were 61°C and 72°C,while kinematic viscosity was 4.99 m2/s. The results of this test show that the fuel obtained tends to have diesel quality, so that the fuel has the potential and effectiveness to be used as a substitute for spritus in patching motorcycle tires

Employee work behavior in the form of actions or attitudes or assumptions about their own work. Every company should know how the work behavior of its employees. Employee work behavior leads to the achievement of company goals, and will have an impact on company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work behavior of employees at the main branch of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu. Sources of data in this study come from primary data, through surveys, observations, and interviews. The target of this research which is the research population is all employees of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu as many as 69 people. The results of the research show the behavior of employees at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu, has motivation, can show work productivity, responsible and work hard.

Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which the kidneys have experienced functional or structural damage or disturbances. The condition of the kidney that has decreased function is unable to dispose of waste products through urination which can result in disruption of endocrine, fluid, electrolyte, metabolic and acid-base functions, one of the consequences of which is the occurrence of edema. The prevalence of kidney failure in Central Java reached 0.42% with a total of 96,794 sufferers. The impact of edema that is not treated will result in respiratory, cardiovascular systems, neurological systems. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of a combination of ankle pump exercise and 30° foot elevation on edema in CKD patients at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang. Method: This research is a quantitative study using a pre-experimental pretest-posttest design approach. The sample is 12 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Results: The results of this study were mostly male with a total of 10 with a percentage of 83.3% with an average age of 44.50. the results of the bivariate analysis with the Marginal Homogeneity Test obtained a significant value of p = 0.001 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of a combination of ankle pump exercise and 30° foot elevation on foot edema in CKD patients.

A nurse is someone who works and provides excellent and quality service 24 hours a day, so a nurse must be in good physical condition. The condition of the body which should be in the rest phase must be conditioned on working conditions which can result in work stress and end in work fatigue. Work fatigue is a tired condition felt by a person which is also characterized by a decrease in work productivity. Workload is the volume of work of nurses in a hospital unit. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and workload with work fatigue in inpatient rooms at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sample in this study was 86 patients treated at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital using a total sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the chi square test. The results show that there is a relationship between workload and the level of fatigue in inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended that nurses should carry out Benson therapy after providing nursing care so that the level of fatigue can be reduced, understand the work and duties of nursing so that nurses can carry out their duties according to applicable regulations, and make the best use of rest time.

: The Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative operates in the field of lending and borrowing funds. In other words, managing funds as well as possible is the main focus of the activities of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative, because to assess the effectiveness of managing its funds the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative cannot use one financial measure, namely profitability alone, but must also involve evaluating various aspects. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of managing the funds of the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative for 2021 based on the Regulation of the Minister of State for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20/Per/M. KUKM/XI/2008 concerning aspects of capital, aspects of productive asset quality, aspects of liquidity, aspects of independence and growth. The subject of this research is the Satahi Suga Suga Savings and Loans Cooperative where the object of evaluation is the management of KSP Satahi Suga Suga funds. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. In this study data was collected through the documentation method. From the results of the study, the soundness level of cooperatives is included in the "Quite Effective" category with a total score of 56.75 out of a total score of 100. If assessed from guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of fund management, it has a score of 56.75 which is in the total weighted score of 40-60 with the predicate less effective.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of product excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari. The population in this study were all consumers of CV Pucuk Daun Lestari totaling 1,320 consumers. The number of samples for research uses a margin of error of 2.5% of the total sample, namely 92 consumers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling method. The data collected was carried out using questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, and linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of product excellence and service excellence and service excellence on consumer purchasing decisions at CV Pucuk Daun Lestari, either jointly or partially.

Marketing strategy is an effort made by a businessman in introducing his product to achieve the desired goals by developing competitive advantages and efforts used to generate profits. The marketing strategy is very important for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in marketing their products. Where in marketing management there are four marketing strategies through the Marketing Mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. The purpose of implementing a marketing strategy through Marketing Mix is ​​to increase product sales and provide an understanding of marketing strategies in order to solve specific problems in marketing. This community service activity was carried out in the Bojo Environment, Awang Tangka Village, Kajuara District, Bone Regency. The results achieved in this activity were an increase in image and sales as well as an increase in knowledge and insight regarding marketing strategies at Mrs. Asriani's MSMEs Pastry Business. The method used in this activity is the socialization method of implementing marketing strategies by utilizing brochures as learning materials.
