Internet-of-Things (IoT) merupakan teknologi yang mengintegrasikan berbagai peralatan dengan Internet. Salah satu pemanfaatan IoT adalah sistem kontrol elektronik pada berbagai peralatan rumah. Peralatan rumah dapat dilengkapi dengan mikrokontroler, sensor, dan aktuator, serta modul komunikasi, sehingga dapat dihubungkan ke internet dan dipantau dari jarak jauh. Salah satu peralatan atau objek yang ada di rumah adalah tempat sampah yang umumnya terbuat dari plastik, tetapi umumnya belum dapat dipantau dan dikontrol otomatis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem kontrol untuk membuka dan menutup tempat sampah secara otomatis menggunakan Arduino sebagai pengontrol sistem, sensor ultrasonik sebagai pendeteksi objek yang mendekat, motor servo yang berguna untuk menggerakkan tutup tempat sampah, dan buzzer serta LED sebagai indikator ketika terdapat objek yang mendekat. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa tempat sampah dapat membuka tutupnya secara otomatis saat mendeteksi objek pada jarak paling jauh 50 cm dengan delay selama dua detik, dan kemudian akan tertutup secara otomatis ketika objek tersebut menjauh dari tempat sampah tersebut.

Abstract. Delays in project completion can be caused by ineffective project management, modifications to specifications made by planners, and delays in material procurement. SP road preservation construction project completion. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II could be delayed as a result of alterations to piling specifications by the planner and delays in the procurement of piles. An effective and efficient network and the acceleration of project activities are required to prevent project completion delays. In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. Partners for PKM (Community Service) activities are community groups from RT.03 Pondok Rangon, East Jakarta. There are several problems faced by partners to be used as a background for implementing PKM activities. As for the various problems, they include: 1. Many urban people who live in the RT.003 area do not update their data to the local RT head; 2. Service delays and public complaints due to invalid data; 3. Incomplete complaint and service files; 4. There are other activities of public stakeholders that make them not in place. Therefore, the PKM team offers a solution that forms the basis of the goal to overcome the problems of PKM partners. The main objective of PKM activities is to utilize information technology (google form) to support services and complaints from RT residents. 009 Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. The method for implementing PKM activities is online training with reference to the material developed by the PKM Team. Outcomes from PKM activities are: 1. Research Report; 2. Journal Articles; 3. Appropriate technology for the community in the form of improving soft skills; 4. The service process and public complaints are faster and more efficient by utilizing the Google Form.

In Indonesia, 8% of pre-school children experience speech and language disorders. Almost 20% of 2 year old children have speech delays and language disorders, speech delays most often occur at ages 3-16 years. The research method is correlative with a cross sectional approach. Sampling used a total sampling technique, namely where samples were taken from the entire population, namely 67 mothers with toddlers. Data collection in this research used primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. Mothers' knowledge in the good category regarding growth and development was 26 respondents (38%). Mothers' knowledge in the poor category regarding growth and development was 41 respondents (61%). Able to detect growth and development disorders in toddlers, namely 30 respondents (44%) The statistical test results with a p-value of 0.023 < 0.05 and OR= 4.26 so that the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship between the relationship between mother's knowledge about toddler growth and development. early detection of growth and development disorders for toddlers at Posyandu, Bangun Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa sub-district. The results of this research are to increase mothers' knowledge and insight regarding the growth and development of toddlers so that they are better able to detect the growth and development of toddlers.

The purpose of this research is to find the value of capacity, degree saturation, delay, queue opportunity to determine the level category services of the East Cross Road Intersection of Pangkalan Kasai - Batang Cenaku, and look for handling solutions from the results of service level intersections forlocation of the East Cross Road Intersection of Pangkalan Kasai – Batang Cenaku if traffic flow is hampered by using the 1997 MKJI method. Survey conducted for three days from 06.00 – 18.00 WIB. Based on the results survey and data analysis obtained the highest number of traffic on Sunday at 17.00 – 18.00 WIB at 818.7 pcu/hour, capacity (C) of 2156.24 pcu/hour, degree of saturation (DS) of 0.38, delay of 8.1026 sec/pcu, and the probability of queuing (QPatas – QPbottom) is 17.6480 – 6.9774%. As long as the sales data management system is still recorded manually by the administration into the ledger, this risks causing delays in the preparation of reports because all sales transactions have to be re-recorded. Data is lost (stolen or corrupted). When sales files and sales reports are needed for re-checking, officers will have difficulty finding files in the master book, because they have to open the pages of the main book which are quite thick. There was a problem in September 2018 where the daily sales report was damaged by rain and the cashier had to re-record all daily transactions.

In an agency that has not used an Information System, usually the preparation of the report is often not on time and the presentation of the report often experiences errors in recording the nominal amount of the transaction. Fulfillment of the information needs of the management at a certain time cannot be fulfilled because the data is still in the form of a lot of paper archives, so that in searching for the data it is difficult, therefore agencies can experience delays in providing transaction report data to superiors. An agency must use a lot of computers as a means of supporting the office. In order to assist in maximizing management performance in matters of financial reporting. In this case agencies can take advantage of several applications that can be used, one of which is an Information System that can assist in recording financial transactions. Information systems that must be able to include a series of collections - a collection of reports on cash source activities and a summary of receipts, cash disbursements for a certain period to present information on the use of cash with the aim of reporting to internal parties as a basis for making decisions about plans for the future.

The Lost and Found Unit is a work unit that has duties and responsibilities in handling passenger luggage. If there is a problem with the passenger's baggage, the passenger can immediately report it to the Lost and Found unit so that efforts are made to handle it. In serving the Lost and Found unit, it hopes to deal directly with passengers, so of course the service provided must be better. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedures for handling Delayed Baggge, damaged baggage by Lost and Found unit officers, factors causing problems and what efforts are made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases. This study used a qualitative method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, in which this study interviewed 5 informants from the Lost and Found unit officers. The results of this study indicate that Lost and Found unit officers have followed Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Job Desks in handling cases of Delayed Baggage and damaged baggage. Factors that cause problems include Human Error, Check In Counter, Airport Facilities, Make Up Area, Loading and Unloading processes, Misrouted, minimum Connection time and passenger baggage. Efforts made by Lost and Found unit officers in order to reduce the occurrence of cases by controlling every activity and reminding officers to be more careful, thorough and focused when doing work. Officers must prioritize Safety and Security and comply with the established SOP.

Role is an action taken by someone in an event or event, in this case, the action taken by the principal in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. Discipline is defined as one's awareness and willingness to comply with all applicable rules and norms. The formulation of the problem in this study is what is the role of the school principal and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the principal's role in disciplining students of SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. This study aims to find out how the roles and supporting and inhibiting factors play the role of school principals in disciplining students at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep. To better understand the role of the school principal in shaping the discipline of SDI Nurul Bayan students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation, and documentation. From this method, then manage and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this study were taken from school principals, teachers, and students of SDI Nurul Bayan. The results of the research in this thesis are that (1) the principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep has become a headmaster who has set a good example for his school staff, ( 2) The role of the school principal at SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep in forming student discipline is quite good, namely by disciplining himself, namely by setting an example, directing and coaching carried out on teachers/staff and students, (3) Factors supporting the role of the principal in SDI Nurul Bayan Kebunagung Sumenep is the existence of support from teachers/staff, support from parents, the existence of rules written in each class, and awareness of the students themselves, while the inhibiting factor for the role of the principal is the delay of students coming to school.    

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

Mr. Joko Widodo, The President of the Republic of Indonesia, has recently been inseparable from various hot issues that have been debated in the community during his tenure for two terms. In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

The paper-based voting system that has been used so far has several weaknesses such as ballot damage, vote counting errors, susceptibility to fraud, and delayed election results. To overcome these issues, a more secure and guaranteed electronic voting system is needed. The shift from conventional media to various media used for opinion polling, such as social media/internet, has occurred in this technological era. The E-Voting system has been confirmed as safe and in line with the latest technological advancements. To enhance its security level, the system can use various types of cryptographic algorithms, including AES. Cryptography can be the solution in maintaining information security such as confidentiality, data integrity, non-repudiation, and authentication

The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis.The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery.The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. It is hoped that health workers will apply more early mobilization.

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. This study will look at how problematic the Inter-Time Change of DPRD members in Paniai Regency is under Law Number 17 of 2014. The research method employed is normative research, which is defined as research based on theoretical studies, principles, or other existing written legal regulations that will then be examined from various perspectives such as theory, history, philosophy, comparison, structure and composition, scope and material, consistency, general explanations, and chapter by chapter. The Prosperous Justice Party faction encountered difficulties in implementing the AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA Inter-Time Alternation mechanism in the Paniai Regency DPRD. AMOS KEGIBUI MUYAPA's problems and delays are contrary to statutory regulations; therefore, Time Shift (PAW) must be carried out in order to increase the strength and existence of the Prosperous Justice Party and the opposition in parliament in order to build political strength in the face of the 2024 general election.

Consensus problems need communication between two or more agents. The existence of time delay in communication makes every agent doesn’t get the real-time states of the other agents. The main problem of delay system is the response starts slowing down and oscillating when the gain is increasing. This paper proposes a predictor-feedback that reduces the effect of time delay. The predictor itself utilizes the complete subgraphs. Analytically the result generates faster response compared to the system without the predictor. Then, the proved solution is supported by a numerical solution.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. The 14 values of character education are: (1) Religious (form: obedient to worship, always pray, be grateful, believe, put your trust in and pray). (2) Honest (form: not lying) (3) Discipline (form: not delaying work). (4) Hard Work (its form: always trying and never giving up), (5) Independent (its form: not depending on other people) (6) Creative (its form: always having ideas and ideas) (7) Democratic (its form: expressing opinions ) (8) Curiosity (its form: curiosity), (9) Friendly (its form: always doing work together), (10) Peace-loving (its form: not wanting to fight), (11) Caring for the environment (its form : environmental cleanliness and natural preservation), (12) Social care (its form: helping others and social service). (13) Likes to read (form: likes to read) (14) Responsibility (form: obligation that must be carried out. The most dominant character education value in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye is the value of social care character education, and curiosity From the results of the analysis of the 28 values of character education in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana, it can be implicated in teaching literature in class XI high school, according to KD 3.20 analyzing the messages from the two fiction books (novels and poetry) that have been read. , students can learn the value of character education.Students can also find the value of character education in novel.

This article examines how digital transformation, including the use of big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain, enhances supply chain efficiency. Focusing on the retail and manufacturing sectors, the study reveals that digital tools improve visibility, reduce delays, and optimize inventory management. The findings suggest that digital transformation is essential for businesses aiming to increase agility and resilience in a globalized supply chain.

One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.
