This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Public policy is essentially and what is based on authority and power, because public policy is made by a group of people who have legitimate power in a government system. Very often a public policy that is implemented does not side with the people, and only benefits one party. Therefore, public policies provided by the government must have the value of siding with the people so that their implementation is intended to resolve every problem. The purpose of this writing is to discuss conceptual analysis of theories and the process of implementing public policy. The results of the discussion show that public policy is a very important factor in achieving maximum government administration.

This aims to enable the public to understand, monitor and participate in government and decision-making processes. Public information enables the public to have sufficient knowledge to evaluate government performance, understand public policy, and play an active role in community development and maintaining government accountability. Therefore, it is important for the government and other agencies, including the police, that provide public information to consider the interests of the community and maintain the basic principles of fair and just public information.

The Digital Revolution is driving the transformation of population administration in the city of Samarinda through the Integration of Digital Population Identity (IKD). This study evaluates the socialization strategies of IKD and their impact on community participation. Through collaboration in Kaltim Fest, hospitals, and campuses, the program focuses on the activation of IKD and engagement with relevant institutions. The enthusiasm of the community in participating in activities highlights awareness and acceptance of IKD. The research results provide a foundation for further development, strengthening the role of IKD in population services

Pancasila as a national ideology implies a religious view of the nation, which upholds the values of God Almighty. This is as determined in the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which is stated in Article 29 A paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution as a result of the amendment of Chapter XI which states that "The state is based on the Almighty God" so that religious legitimacy is still needed in various aspects of the life of the nation and state, so that it cannot be separated from the Theory of Theocracy which states that the supreme power in a country is God's power which means, no one has supreme power in a country, apart from God. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse carefully the practice of the nation and state based on divinity in Indonesia in relation to the theory of the formation of theocratic states. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using statute approach. The result of the research is that the practice of religious life should strengthen and strengthen unity, integrity, and national resilience with Pancasila as the state philosophy and ideology of the nation as a determinant of national integration, a source of ethics for state administration, and continue to clarify and reinforce the role of religion as a state direction in the nation and state.

The demand for Madurese herbal medicine products is increasing significantly in every region, this cannot be separated from Madura herbal medicine producers as providers of halal products. In this study, the object of research was the producer of Madurese herbal medicine in the Kwanyar Madura sub-district area. This research was conducted on producers to find out what factors influence the influence of culture and halal certification on consumer loyalty. This research aims to find out the process of Madurese herbal medicine producers in Kwanyar sub-district to obtain halal certification from the halal product guarantee administration body (BPJPH) using an analytical approach. multiple linear variables through cultural influence, halal certification, consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative using multiple linear analysis tests. The sampling technique is the technique used for sampling in this research with a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. This test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, f test, and multiple linear analysis.

Arumanis mango seeds (Mangifera indica L.) are organic waste, which in previous research contained many secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids and had very strong antioxidant activity. Arumanis mango seeds have the potential to heal wounds, including excision wounds. Excision wounds are characterized by the loss of a certain amount of tissue volume that can be filled with wound healing material. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of arumanis mango seed extract ointment on the healing of excision wounds, variations in concentration and histopathological features. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups, namely the control group (ointment base), the arumanis mango seed extract group with concentrations of 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% and the comparison group (T® ointment). Applying is done 2 times a day for 14 days. The parameters observed were the percentage of wound healing, epithelialization time, and histopathology. Results from the average percentage of healing of excision wounds in the control group (82.4%), concentration 2.5% (85.5%), concentration 5% (90.5%), concentration 7.5% (92.1%) and comparison (95.3%). Results of epithelialization time in the control group (10 days), 2.5% concentration (9 days), 5% concentration group (7 days), 7.5% concentration group (7 days) comparison group (7 days). For histopathology, the scores for epithelialization, collagen fibers and fibroblasts were obtained respectively in the control group (2,1,2), 2.5% concentration (2,2,3), 5% concentration group (2,3,3), concentration group 7.5% (2,3,3) and comparison (3,2,2). The results of the one-way ANOVA test showed that administration of arumanis mango seed extract ointment significantly influenced the parameters of wound healing area and epithelialization time (p<0.05). The conclusion is that arumanis mango seed extract ointment is effective in healing excision wounds. The most effective group for healing excision wounds was the 7.5% concentration group, with good histopathological results.

Prima Mitra Elektrindo. The results of this research indicate that the records management system is inactive at PT. Prima Mitra Elektrindo is quite good even though there are several things that need attention in the inactive records management system, the process of destroying inactive records, and the process of maintaining inactive records. Such as infrastructure that supports management and following guidelines in the management process.

For this reason, with the development of the modern era, employees should provide good service to the community, such as running community service programs using applications. This research aims to create Community Public Service Application programs and to help people carry out services using Web-based Public Service Administration service applications in South Prabumulih District. This research uses descriptive research type. The type of data taken is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and literature studies. The system development method used in this research is the Water Fall Method, and the System Design Auxiliary Tool.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

There are jobs in the warehouse that are still not optimal, one of which is managing administration and other activities related to warehouse mechanics and inventory. The research method used to solve problems is by using interviews and observation methods and for system development using the object oriented method. The results of this research produce a warehouse inventory information system that is capable of carrying out web-based warehouse recording transactions, so it is hoped that it can help with problems in PT Laz Coal's warehouse inventory.

The extract from dried Guava leaf powder yields a concentrated extract with a 9.51% yield.
