The hospital as a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a complete manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Efforts to improve health services as an agreement on setting long-term goals and visions which then become a common reference in achieving the goals that have been set. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how to improve health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are by increasing efforts such as providing adequate infrastructure facilities including from a physical perspective, besides being efficient, fair, timely, secure, integrated, focused, reliable and effective. It can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of health services as a process of meeting the needs and life expectancy of patients, both internally and externally. Quality can also be associated as a gradual and continuous improvement process. In general, the quality of health services focuses on the concept that health services have three main foundations, namely quality, access and cost.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. The obstacles faced are the lack of existing human resources, both in quality and quantity; Frequent changes in higher legal regulations that disrupt the process of collecting regional revenue; Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate in carrying out the task of collecting regional revenue; Lack of understanding of laws and regulations on taxes and levies from the community; Weak law enforcement efforts against taxpayers and levy payers Efforts made to overcome obstacles in the program to increase Regional Original Income in supporting the implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency, are In increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) the Cilacap Regency Government has carried out the following: Improving the quality of human resources/collectors through functional training. The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

Currently, single parent women can also have a business to meet family needs and participate actively in social life, government organizations or local organizations. Therefore the district government. Sidoarjo provides assistance through the Independent Women's Business Card (KURMA) program for single parent women to create and advance their businesses. With the implementation of this program, many women experience confusion in creating new UMKM and developing their businesses. The purpose of this socialization is to assist women in providing UMKM business ideas, reducing women's poverty, increasing women's income, increasing knowledge and knowledge along with the quality of human resources, especially women. Apart from that, our goal is to invite the women's community to become a community that is friendly to banks and the economy.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.

The aging process is a natural phenomenon experienced by every individual, characterized by physical and mental changes that affect the body's functions and capabilities. The speed of the aging process can vary between individuals due to the influence of hormones and other factors. Elderly is often thought of as a disease, whereas aging is actually a natural process of decreasing the body's resistance to external and internal stimuli. During aging, the elderly experience physical, mental and psychological changes. Efforts to improve the health of older adults with chronic diseases are made through the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise programs, a healthy diet by limiting salt, fat, and cholesterol intake, quitting smoking, avoiding alcoholic beverages and caffeine, managing emotional stress, and undergoing regular monthly health check-ups. With age, older adults are at risk of various diseases, decreased body functions, imbalances, and the risk of falls. These challenges often conflict with older adults' desire to remain independent and active. The mismatch between expectations and conditions can even lead to depression. Therefore, there is a need for special attention to the health and well-being of the elderly with chronic diseases to maintain their quality of life.

Helminthiasis infection is one of the diseases that still occurs in the surrounding community. One type of helminthiasis disease that results in infection is the STH worm. Nutritional status problems are commonly encountered in various provinces of Indonesia which results in the quality of oneself for the future will be affected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between helminthiasis infections and nutritional status in toddlers based on anthropometric measurements using weight and height indices. The type of research used is descriptive with a Cross sectional research design. Data that has been collected from 62 patients was described to link STH infection with Nutritional Status in Toddlers. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between Soil Transmitted Helminth infection and gisi status in toddlers in Tesabela Village, West Kupang District with chis-quare test results, obtained a value of P=0.953 (P>a0.05).

Pengolahan data hasil survei kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik yang dilakukan LPM saat ini dirasa masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dan melewati beberapa proses Panjang, dalam  mengumpulkan data survei mahasiswa, masih dilakukan sendiri sendiri dengan menggunakan framework yang berbeda beda. Tujuan penelitian yaitu pembuatan sistem informasi yang mengimplemenatasikan metode servqual untuk penilaian kepuasan­ mahasiswa unisnu terhadap pelayanan akademik. Sumber data dari hasil kuesioner mahasiswa TA.2020 berjumlah 4.433 dan hasil implementasi menggunakan perhitungan slovin 100 sampel data. Metode Service Quality diperoleh rata-rata dari nilai 5 aspek yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan nyata, dengan predikat PUAS dan hasil pengujian perangkat lunak (black box testing) dan ISO 9126 sangat layak untuk digunakan. Hasil sistem yang telah dibangun mempercepat admin mengolah data kuisioner penilaian sesuai dengan kriteria dengan banyak kemudahan yang di hasilkan oleh aplikasi ini.

The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hedonic shopping motivation, quality of website, discount terhadap perilaku e-impulse buying pengguna Shopee dengan pisitive emotion sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan sampel menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar sebanyak 200 namun hanya 191 data responden yang valid, menggunakan teknik random sampling, dan dengan aplikasi AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel hedonic shopping motivation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap positive emotion dan e-impulse buying, quality of website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive emotion, discount tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap positive emotion namun berpengaruh langsung dengan e-impulse buying serta positive emotion tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku e-Impulse buying.  

Customer loyalty is a customer's commitment to a brand, store or supplier based on a very positive nature. And customer loyalty consists of several variables, namely: quality, satisfaction and trust. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of quality, satisfaction, and trust on customer loyalty with internet packages of sympathy (study on major potential university students) as of April 1, 2022. This study used 152 respondents as research samples. By using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula and processing data using SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the three variables used in this study proved to have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. And through the results of this test, it can be seen that the test value of the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination is 0.502 which means that 50.2% of customer loyalty there are factors obtained, namely quality, satisfaction, and trust. While the remaining 100% - 50.2% = 49.8% is explained by other variables such as price, promotion, and brand image which are not examined in this study.
