This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.

The prevalence of stunting is one of the biggest nutritional problems among toddlers in Indonesia. The proportion of short and very short nutritional status in babies under two years old (baduta) reached 29.9% or higher than the 2019 RPJMN target, which was 28%. Stunting due to malnutrition that occurs in the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) notonly causes obstacles to physical growth and increases vulnerability to disease, but also threatens cognitive development which will affect children's intelligence and productivity levels.Objective: To know the nutritional status of children under five, especially related to stunting, to increase parents' knowledge about stunting, to raise public awareness of the dangers of stunting.The activities consist of preparation stages, implementation of counseling which begins with filling in the pre-test questionnaire and ends with filling in the post-test questionnaire, as well as the evaluation stage.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Delegation of the Regent's authority to the Sub-district Head has not been running optimally. The improvement of public services is still not optimal. Limited facilities/infrastructure in the sub-district. The number of employees in the sub-district is still limited. Not all SKPDs that delegate authority have technical instructions for the implementation of the delegation of authority by the sub-district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained are as follows: The Effectiveness of the Delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in Improving Public Services (Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 Concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head) has been implemented well, especially in the implementation of aspects of licensing, recommendations, coordination, coaching, supervision, facilitation, and implementation. The implementation of Public Services according to Regent Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Authority from the Regent to the Sub-district Head has been implemented well, such as in terms of service procedures, service time, service costs, service products, service facilities and infrastructure, and the competence of service officers. The obstacles faced by the Sub-district Head in the effectiveness of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the Sub-district in Ciamis Regency are Limited budget; Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support public services; Lack of human resources; Many human resources do not yet have competence; Lack of public awareness to make permits; not all technical instructions have been made regarding the delegated authority; There are still requirements that must be completed at the Regency level, whether permits must be made immediately at the sub-district, so that it hinders the completion process and the completion time becomes long. Meanwhile, the results of observations show that the number of service providers is still very limited, where each officer has their own main duties and functions. Efforts made by the Sub-district Head to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the delegation of Part of the Regent's Authority to the Sub-district Head in improving public services in the sub-districts in Ciamis Regency, are to increase the budget; complete and improve facilities and infrastructure to support services to the community; propose additional human resources; improve human resource competency through coaching and training; increase public awareness to make permits through socialization; request clear technical instructions regarding the delegated authority; in the completion process and completion time are made easier by assigning district employees to carry out services in the sub-district.

Health is one of the elements of life in building to realize the complete Indonesian human being. The aim of health development is to increase awareness, will and ability to live healthily for everyone in order to achieve the highest level of public health, as an investment for the development of socially and economically productive human resources. The aim of health services is to achieve a level of public health that satisfies the expectations and needs of the community (consumer satisfaction), through effective services by service providers that satisfy the expectations and needs of service providers (provider satisfaction), in service institutions that are delivered efficiently (institutional satisfaction). The interaction of the three main pillars of health services in harmony, harmony and balance, is a combination of the satisfaction of the three parties, and this is a satisfactory health service.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. The objective taken by the researchers was to find out what the BPOM's obstacles were in controlling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Gorontalo City, one of the efforts made by the government to improve public health and carry out supervision by forming BPOM. Cosmetic products that do not have distribution permits or are illegal which do not comply with applicable regulations are still a problem for the people of Gorontalo. This can be seen from the existence of cosmetic distribution facilities that sell illegal cosmetics that have not been controlled by BPOM in Gorontalo City. This study uses an empirical juridical legal research method that aims to analyze the problems that are carried out by combining legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. From research at the BPOM office, the authors found that there are still many unlicensed cosmetics business actors who commit fraudulent acts in producing cosmetics without a distribution permit with chemicals obtained at low prices without thinking about the impact on the consumers who use them, which causes BPOM's losses. obstacles in distribution monitoring. Illegal cosmetics due to lack of control over goods entering the city area, especially the city of Gorontalo, lack of public knowledge to distinguish genuine cosmetics from fakes, so that the circulation of illegal cosmetics is rampant. In general, people are only interested in cheap prices without being keen to know the basic ingredients for making these cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients that are easily and cheaply found on the market and counterfeiters' knowledge about the composition of counterfeit cosmetics are the contributing factors. This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan pada tanggal 17 September sampai dengan selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Premukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, study kepustakaan serta angket (kuesioner) yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada 36 pegawai Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan responden didalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung atau dianalisa dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode korelasi product moment, uji persial (uji t) serta uji determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 0,722 dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel product moment. Nilai korelasi pada tabel korelasi untuk jumlah responden (N) 36 dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,270. Berdasrkan nilai yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment serta membandingkannya dengan nilai yang ada pada tabel product moment maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Atau kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan.

This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

The number of coffee lovers in this millenal era is rapidly increasing, and this fact has become the focus of attention for business actors. This fact has been proven by the increasing number of coffee consumption in Indonesia (Sari, Tety, & Eliza, 2016). Data from Association of Indonesian Coffee Exporters and Industries (2017) shows that in 2010, coffee demands in Indonesia reached 190 millions kg, and in 2016 that number increased to 300 million kg, increased nearly 70% in just seven years. Indonesian people’s habits to gather together for chatting and enjoying a cup of coffee has now  become Indonesian life style (Cita, 2015). This is in line with the growth of cafes in Indonesia, which is now amounting to more than 10.000 cafesand is predicted to continue to grow. In 2013-2017, the total revenue from cafe sector was estimated to increase from USD 3.4 billions to USD 4.16 billions. These facts prove that the number of coffee lovers in Indonesia is growing, since having coffee as breakfast or for afternoon break, either before or after activities, has become a routine for Indonesian people (Sudiyarto, Widayanti, & Kresna, 2012).

One of the factors that will affect the company's survival is pricing. Price is a measure to be able to know how much the value of a good and service. The price also determines the success or failure of goods or services will be sold in the market, because the price is the value of an item expressed in units of money. In addition, the price is used as a benchmark or starting point for other pricing or price is a suggestion liaison between buyers and sellers. The number of MSMEs that have halal certificates is still far less than large industries, including MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. Based on these problems, the Accounting Department of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held a halal literacy activity for MSMEs. This halal literacy activity has never been obtained by participants before. The purpose of this activity is that in the future MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village can improve product quality through halal certification, so that they can survive and compete in the globalization era. This service activity is considered right on target, because MSME products that are not yet halal certified can register through the Halal Center at UM. The UM Halal Center has been officially established since early 2019 which has a role in providing services to the community's needs for halal certification, namely accompanying, fostering, and overseeing halal product guarantees.

Balai Bina Mandiri Denai is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) as one of the programs to realize Zakat funds originating from the Medan Zakat House. This program is the embodimentSmile Mandiri, which is a local-based economic empowerment program for underprivileged communities with the aim of reducing poverty through entrepreneurship. The purpose of the research on Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is to find out how the Potential and Role of Zakat on MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai is. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research by the researcher, which is expected to be able to determine the potential and role of the Zakat Fund on the welfare of MSMEs at Balai Bina Mandiri Medan Denai. From the results obtained by the researchers, the potential that comes from Rumah Zakat itself is very promising for the MSMEs of the Medan Denai Center for Mandiri Development. And the role of Zakat in the Bina Mandiri Medan Denai hall is very instrumental to them. They can get a profit of Rp. 350,000.00, - up to Rp. 500.000,00,-. per day. With a variety of products sold..Based on research results show that with the Mandiri Smile Program from Rumah Zakat, and with the establishment of Balai Bina Mandiri Denai, it plays a very big role in providing additional funds to meet their household needs.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how GDP, inflation, and exchange rate affect VAT collection. Multiple linear regression or ordinary least squares is the research model used (OLS). The amount of VAT collected is the dependent variable in this study; the independent variables are inflation, exchange rate, and gross domestic product. The data in the time series is for example (2005-2020). Inflation, exchange rate, and inflation only have a small impact on VAT revenue, while GDP has a considerable positive impact.

Students' lack of a disaster response mindset is both a problem and a challenge that must be addressed in science education. Based on the MIKiR approach, which is linked with natural disaster prevention, the goal of this study is to define the features of science Subject-Specific Pedagogy. This study involves both research and development (R&D). The research procedure follows the Borg & Gall development model, which involves five main steps: (1) analyzing the product to be developed; (2) developing the initial product; (3) expert validation and revision; (4) small-scale field testing and revisions; and (5) large-scale field testing and final products. A validation sheet with a Likert scale in the form of a checklist serves as the research instrument. According to the study's findings, the quality of the developed Subject-Specific Pedagogy is listed in the good category, with an optimum proportion of 84.33 percent. The findings of the study on product quality could be used as one of the science learning aids in SMP/MTs class IX semester 2.

With the analysis of business opportunities, it can also be known whether the capital used so far has been effective, it can be seen from the amount of profit obtained always increases in each time period.

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.
