Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menjadi masalah terbesar dalam bidang kesehatan di dunia.  Stroke ini juga dapat membuat pasien akan menjadi stres, merasa tidak berguna dan tidak ada gairah hidup namun dengan memiliki komitmen agama, dimana spiritual di percaya berperan penting dalam pencegahan penyakit, mengurangi penderitaan saat sakit serta mempercepat penyembuhan selain terapi medis yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional digunakan dalam penelitian terhadap 62 responden. Spiritual diukur menggunakan SWBS (Spiritual Well Being Scale) 20 soal dan kualitas hidup menggunakan kuisioner Stroke specific quality of life (SSQOL-12 item). Hasil uji statistik pada kedua variabel didapatkan nilai significancy p (p-value) yaitu 0,000 dimana hasil tersebut < 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini di dapatkan data adanya hubungan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien stroke. Semakin baik tingkat spiritual, maka semakin baik juga tingkat kualitas hidup. Penderita stroke perlu melakukan pendekatan spiritual kepada Tuhan untuk meningkan kualitas hidup sehingga dapat memiliki pikiran yang tetap positif yang akan memberikan pengaruh yang baik bagi penyembuhan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait hubungan spiritual dengan kualitas hidup terhadap pasien stroke, mengingat sumber-sumber terkait ini masih terbatas dengan variabel – variabel lainnya seperti psikologis pasien.

Hospitals as health service providers must know how the quality of service they provide can give satisfaction to patients. Competition between hospitals is getting tougher and sharper so that every hospital is required to enhance its competitiveness by trying to provide satisfaction to all of its patients. Service quality will be considered satisfactory, if the perception exceeds expectations; Service quality will be considered good or adequate if it is in line with expectations, and will be considered bad if the service is bad or not good enough. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality seen from various dimensions, namely tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy on patient satisfaction at the Special Dental and Oral Hospital in Bandung. This literature review uses articles in published Connected Papers in 2017-2022, 108 articles. The results of the 5 articles show that service quality and patient satisfaction are directly proportional, if the service quality is good then customer satisfaction will be good and if the service quality is bad then the level of patient satisfaction is also bad.

The labor period causes physiological, physical, and psychological changes in the patient that can affect the quality of life, such as vaginal delivery or caesarean section, skin contact, breastfeeding, and the psychological state after childbirth. Treatment by health facilities must include the level of safety, effectiveness, timeliness, organization, feasibility, and approach to patients from the external side that will affect the patient. Health services must be efficient; on the other hand, poor or unqualified health services will decrease the quality of life of postpartum patients. This review contains information on how postpartum patient satisfaction affects the quality of life in the delivery room.

The researcher carried out this research because he wanted to examine how to improve the quality of human capital through entrepreneurship learning at SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. In improving the quality of human capital, one of them is requiring an effective learning, namely by implementing this entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik has implemented entrepreneurship learning in creating superior quality human capital so that graduates become entrepreneurship, especially in grades eleven and twelfth. Not only that, SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik already has excellent products, namely Skandry Water and Skandry Hygenice. Therefore, it is hoped that all residents of SMKN 1 Driyorejo will apply the KISS method, namely Consolidation, Integration, Synergy and Synchronization so that school plans can be realized and implemented perfectly because they are supported by all school members.    

Sport is one of a person's physical and psychological activities that is useful for maintaining and improving the quality of one's health after exercise. The results of maintaining health in a busy life order must still be considered, by exercising and maintaining a lifestyle. To maintain motion is to sustain life, to increase the ability to move is to improve the quality of life.  

This study aims to find out and Identify the extent of the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance at PAB 1 Medan Estate Private Junior High School. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. This will give a positive response to patient satisfaction.    

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of capital and production costs on the income of micro, small and medium enterprises at the city of Palangkaraya drinking water filling depot. This research will provide a clearer picture of the factors that affect the income of a drinking water-filling depot business. The quantitative approach to multiple regression analysis is a method of conducting research by focusing on the relationship between variables using quantitative data. From this study, capital and production costs significantly influence the income of micro and SME enterprises at drinking water filling depots in Palangkaraya City. Revenue increases when capital and production costs increase; income decreases when it decreases. Together, these two effects explain 60.3% of income inequality. Suggestions for future researchers are to expand the scope of their research by considering other factors that can affect the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) drinking water stations, such as Business location, product quality, and marketing strategy.

The problem of substance abuse has made all countries in the world worried. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime  noted that at least 271 million people worldwide or 5.5% had consumed substances in 2017. The dangers of substance abuse in users have an impact on biological, psychological and social aspects. These various adverse impacts will certainly have an impact on psychological conditions and a decrease in self-esteem, which in turn can lead to a decrease in quality of life. Community therapy is a treatment that uses a psychosocial approach, a community of addicts who help each other to recover and keep quitting substances. Implementation of drug rehabilitation with community therapy methods can improve psychopathology, self-image and quality of life.  

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.

Transformational leadership encourages employees to take initiative, think creatively, and take risks in achieving organizational goals. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of transformational leadership and innovative behavior, explore the factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, and evaluate the influence of transformational leadership and innovative behavior by conducting a review of journals published in Scopus through "Publish or Perish" in the period 2017-2023. After conducting a systematic review using the PRISMA method, 31 relevant journals were found for this study. The search keywords used were "Transformational Leadership" and "Innovation Behaviour". The results of the study showed that transformational leadership is an important factor in promoting innovative work behavior. Several factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior include organizational support for innovative behavior, innovation orientation and goal culture, meaningful work, digital literacy, team work quality, psychological empowerment, and motivation in general. In conclusion, transformational leadership has a significant impact on innovative work behavior.

By providing various trainings and also providing socialization on the importance of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved so that it can cover more business targets and can be a better sales support. MSMES are also provided with service assistance in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Business accounts with optimal digital media management. marketing communication is able to build a brand. In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

The quality of Light Rail Transit (LRT) services in Pegangsaan Dua - Velodrome is the result of efforts by the Jakarta Provincial Government and LRT Jakarta to improve public transportation services in Jakarta. The development of LRT Jakarta began with the increasing demand from the community for safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation access. In the process of developing LRT, a service quality analysis is carried out to determine the extent to which LRT can meet the needs of the community and measure user satisfaction levels. This analysis is carried out using various methods such as user satisfaction surveys, direct observation, and analysis of LRT usage data. From the results of this analysis, it is expected that solutions can be found to improve the quality of LRT services so that they can meet the increasing needs and satisfaction of users.

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.

The goal of this study is to ascertain how digital entrepreneurship strategies are applied by online business organizations in West Java from an Islamic perspective. This is a field research with a qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative approaches. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature searches. Data analysis approaches make use of inventory or data collection, identification, analysis, and interpretation. The study's conclusions show that the four tenets of client orientation, transparency, fair competition, and fairness serve as the foundation for the digital entrepreneurship strategy employed by online business firms in West Java. The customer-oriented philosophy is first put into practice by providing polite, soft, and friendly service and by always being prepared to offer solutions. Second, the concept of openness is put into practice, and product specifications are truly communicated. Third, the idea of fair competition is put into practice through prompt delivery, no-cost advice, special offers, and higher-quality products. Fourth, the concept of fairness is put into practice by treating customers fairly and providing them with benefits.
