The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of household consumption on the inflation rate in Central Kalimantan from 2018 to 2022 using the Granger causality test approach. Data on household consumption and inflation rates in Central Kalimantan province were obtained from the Central Kalimantan Province Central Statistics Agency. The results of the Granger causality test show that there is no causal relationship between household consumption and inflation. This means that changes in household consumption do not have a statistically significant effect on changes in the inflation rate. The unit root test results also show that the two time series data are not stationary and therefore require further analysis. Overall, the increase in inflation in Central Kalimantan from 2018 to 2022 concluded that it did not provide significant pressure to reduce household consumption. However, to maintain regional economic stability in the future, an appropriate response from the regional government is still needed.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Anemia is one of the health problems, especially adolescent girls in developing countries. The World Health Organization (2021) shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 is around 29.9%. Balitbangkes 2018 states that in Indonesia anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group 15-24 years. The cause of anemia is generally due to lack of knowledge about anemia, lack of iron, folic acid, vit B12 and vit A. One of the government's efforts in preventing anemia is the consumption of blood supplement tablets. However, there are still many adolescent girls who are not compliant with consuming them, which have been distributed free of charge, this is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about the benefits of taking blood supplement tablets. So it is necessary to provide alternative solutions that are able to increase awareness and knowledge for adolescent girls about the benefits of consuming blood tablets. This activity is part of the Tridharma Community Service of Almarisah Madani University. This activity was carried out in November 2023. The method used in this service is counseling. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and compliance for adolescent girls at MAN 2 Makassar to routinely consume Blood Addition Tablets to prevent the incidence of anemia. Thus, it is hoped that the program run by the government can run accordingly

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.

As students who tend to be oriented towards in-depth knowledge and understanding, analysis is key in making decisions regarding coffee consumption. In this case, coffee content analysis is the main factor taken into consideration in determining their choice. The findings of this study indicate that students consider various factors in their decisions in choosing the type of coffee based on its ingredients. Influencing factors include caffeine, antioxidants, fat, and sugar content. College students have different preferences regarding the level of caffeine in coffee, which can be influenced by their energy needs and their tolerance level for caffeine. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that are the main considerations for students in determining the choice of coffee based on its content. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach that focuses on questionnaires with a 1-4 Likert scale and bold interviews. The number of participants in this research was 53 people and was reduced to 6 people being interviewed. This qualitative and quantitative approach shows that analysis of factors in selecting coffee based on its content is not a benchmark for coffee consumption. The coffee consumed by several respondents is adjusted to their body condition or personal health. The factors that become a benchmark for choosing coffee consumption are not based on its content but based on needs and health.
