This study investigates the effectiveness of green-space–based interventions in reducing eco-anxiety among urban adolescents, a population increasingly vulnerable to climate-related psychological distress. Eco-anxiety, characterized by persistent worry, cognitive overload, and emotional tension in response to environmental change, has emerged as a significant mental-health challenge. The intervention examined in this research involved structured exposure to natural environments combined with guided reflective activities over multiple sessions. Quantitative results showed a substantial reduction in eco-anxiety symptoms, with participants experiencing approximately a 30% decrease in climate-related worry after the intervention. Improvements were also observed in emotional resilience, including enhanced self-regulation, greater cognitive clarity, and improved coping capacity. Qualitative findings reinforced these outcomes, revealing that participants reported deeper emotional calm, stronger feelings of agency, and an increased sense of connectedness with nature. They described green spaces as restorative environments that helped reduce overthinking, clear mental fatigue, and create psychological grounding. These experiences appear to activate mental-restoration processes consistent with environmental psychology, suggesting that nature engagement can serve as both a preventive and therapeutic mental-health strategy. A comparison with conventional counseling approaches indicated that while standard psychological support aids emotional regulation, it often fails to address the specific ecological concerns driving eco-anxiety. In contrast, green-space exposure offers a more targeted and holistic benefit, combining physiological relaxation with meaningful emotional reassurance. The study concludes that expanding access to green spaces, incorporating nature-based therapeutic elements into public-health programs, and promoting balanced climate literacy may enhance adolescent well-being in a time of intensifying environmental challenges.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue in Indonesia, particularly among children under five, affecting cognitive development, physical growth, and the productivity of the younger generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to enhance the role of public administration in promoting policies and programs to combat stunting through education, training, and direct assistance. Activities were conducted in coordination with government officials, health cadres, and local leaders, utilizing local media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results showed a significant increase in community knowledge about stunting and balanced nutrition, with active participation from both officials and residents in the reduction programs. This approach underscores the importance of public administration in fostering sustainable community health initiatives. In parallel, this program also focuses on enhancing community care for orphans through strategies like empathetic communication and social management. Using a participatory and qualitative approach, both the community and orphans were involved in every stage of the activity. The results indicated improved social interactions between the community and orphans, with the children showing positive emotional responses such as comfort and acceptance. The community demonstrated increased participation and responsibility. By integrating empathetic communication with social management, the program successfully enhanced the emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened community solidarity, suggesting a sustainable model for future social care initiatives.

The impact of malnutrition is very complex, children can experience problems with mental, social, cognitive and growth development. This research was to determine the risk factors for malnutrition in toddlers aged 12-59 months in Bawodobara Village, Telukdalam District, South Nias Regency. This research uses an analytical observational method with a case control approach. The population of this study were all toddlers aged 12-59 months, the sample size in this study used a ratio of 1:1. The sample size was 64 toddlers, consisting of the case group, which was malnourished, 32 toddlers and the control group, which was not malnourished, 32 toddlers. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method with the chi square test and odds ratio. Research shows that there is a risk of maternal knowledge in the incidence of malnutrition in toddlers with p-value = 0.018 < 0.05 and OR 4.333, family income p-value = 0.001 < 0.05 and OR 11.667, history of infectious disease p-value = 0.002 < 0.05 and OR 6.943, and food intake p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 and OR 81,000. It is suggested that it is necessary to strive to increase knowledge about nutrition for toddlers by health workers by providing outreach such as distributing leaflets or brochures and using media such as providing shows about the importance of nutrition for toddlers to prevent malnourished toddlers.

A serious problem faced by the Indonesian people is the orientation of the current education system which focuses too much on developing the left brain (cognitive) and pays too little attention to developing the right brain (affective, empathy and feeling). The learning process is passive and rigid, which makes it unpleasant for children. Subjects related to character education (such as character and religion) emphasize the left brain aspect (memorization, or just knowledge) in practice. This can damage children's character and hinder their creativity. In fact, character formation must be carried out systematically and continuously involving aspects of knowledge, feeling, loving and acting. Character formation can be likened to the formation of a person into a body builder (bodybuilder) who requires continuous moral muscle training to become sturdy and strong. Apart from that, the success of character education must also be supported by a good and enjoyable educational environment for children. Character education is needed not only at school, but also at home and in social environments.

This research is based on the results of initial observations which indicate that several safety incident problems will occur in the year 2022. The aim of this research is to reveal empirically the influence of leadership style and cognitive attitudes on patient safety culture with coordination as a moderator. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The population used is nurses who work in inpatient installations. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with perm = calculation of the number of samples using Slovin's formula with an error rate of 10%, so that a total sample of 64 respondents was found. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the analysis method uses three box method analysis and PLS-SEM with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The results of the analysis prove that leadership style, cognitive attitude and coordination simultaneously and partially influence patient safety culture, and cognitive attitude is the most dominant variable capable of improving patient safety culture. Coordination cannot moderate the influence of leadership style on patient safety culture, but coordination can weaken the influence of cognitive attitudes on patient safety culture.

Understanding literacy and linguistics in Indonesia, especially through novel reading, plays an important role in honing students' cognitive skills, such as critical and creative thinking. Syntax as part of linguistic studies, helps students understand language structures that support effective communication and deeper literary appreciation. This study aims to understand the structure and function of active and passive sentences in Indonesian focusing on the types of active and passive sentences and the role of sentence elements in shaping meaning. This study uses methodological and theoretical approaches with qualitative and syntactic descriptive methods to analyze the pattern of sentence function in the novel "9 of Nadira" by Leila S. Chudori. The research process involves data collection, classification, analysis, and presentation of data with listen, record, and bill techniques. The results showed that the sentence function pattern in the novel "9 of Nadira" by Leila S. Chudori uses different sentence patterns in each active and passive voice. Transitive and bitransitive active sentences have additional objects and complements, while intransitive sentences do not, and only sentences with objects can be changed to passive by undergoing changes in their predicates. This research has the benefit of providing a deeper understanding of the structure and function of active and passive sentences in Indonesian.

Education plays an important role in shaping learners' competencies, including cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects to face the challenges of the times. In Indonesia, education should look at holistic aspects that include character development, life skills and social abilities as mandated in Law No. 20/2003. Health is an optimal body condition in terms of physical, mental and well-being aspects of life, where individuals are able to live a productive life both individually, socially and economically (Oktavilantika et al., 2023). Mental health according to WHO does not only indicate the absence of mental disorders in the form of changes in thoughts, feelings and behavior that cause inability to carry out activities, but also the presence of positive character that shows the normality of a person's soul so that he is able to carry out his daily life productively. Schizophrenia itself is a serious mental disorder that causes decline or even inability to communicate, cognitive impairment, and difficulty in carrying out daily activities.  (Risal et al., 2022 & Afeanpah et al., 2022 ).
