The studies of J. Lave and L. Silverman, which, with the help of the proximity technique, demonstrated that only through a closeness between time and space can relevant results be obtained toachieve a superior performance under the given conditions of the current health system, in our opinion, outlines the idea that the application of the Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TD-ABC) method is themost suitable solution. The complexity of TD-ABC operations is found in the time equations needed todetermine the resources consumed by each activity. Using these equations, it is easy to update the modelby adding an additional activity. This simplification would allow the multiplication of the activities to betreated without presenting difficulties in the distribution of resources. In fact, what we have here isclearly an "autonomous method of equivalence" that uses working time as a unit of equivalence. Themain objective of our concerns is to identify the determinants of the time required to start, perform andcomplete medical procedures in an ambulatory clinic organized in 15 medical offices. As a reaction to thecriticisms of some authors regarding the difficulty of measuring time for establishing the time drivers ofthe TD-ABC method, in the scientific approach carried out we tried to model the activity times with thehelp of the multiple regression model. We believe that the values estimated and obtained with the help ofthe Automatic Linear Modeling factor analysis model eliminate the imperfection of the TD-ABC methodhighlighted by the authors S. Hoozée et al (2009) regarding subjectivity and instability in themeasurement of activity times.

Public service is a fundamental aspect of government to fulfil the needs of the community in a fair, efficient, and quality manner. This study aims to evaluate the performance of public services in Kelurahan Ngronggo, Kediri City, based on relevant service indicators. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data from interviews and observations, and secondary data from official reports. The results showed that the quality of service in 2023 was in the good category with an IKM value of 86.54, but decreased compared to 2022 which reached 91.31 (very good). This decline was caused by limited technological infrastructure, lack of employee training, uneven distribution of tasks, and complicated administrative procedures. To address these issues, the recommended strategic measures include technological updates, regular training, digitisation of the service system, increased cooperation between employees, and simplification of administrative procedures. With the implementation of these strategies, it is expected that the quality of public services in Kelurahan Ngronggo can improve, fulfil community expectations, and build public trust in the government.

Teachers are the most important component in the learning process in education. However, many students are not interested and bored during the learning process; some even fall asleep after being promised something. Students' ability to understand learning materials is influenced by various internal and environmental variables. Helping students in learning will have a negative impact on their development and quality of life in the future if not managed properly by parents and teachers. Therefore, parents, schools, and instructors all contribute to helping children overcome their challenges. Teachers have an important influence in the lives of their students. Thus, this diagnostic seeks to identify the root causes of students' learning challenges and identify solutions. This study aims to (1) identify factors that cause learning difficulties, (2) identify procedures and techniques for analyzing learning difficulties diagnosis, (3) determine the location of students' learning challenges or problems, and (4) help students who experience learning difficulties. Data collection was carried out using two techniques, namely observation of the teaching and learning process (PBM) and the student environment, as well as interviews with parents and instructors. According to the results of the study, students were less enthusiastic about learning because they were less interested and even tended to be lazy. Some students dislike some subjects because of their inability to understand certain elements. Therefore, such students rarely complete the assignments given and almost never take notes on certain lesson topics. Furthermore, the lack of interest in learning for some students can also be caused by their inability to understand the information that the instructor is trying to convey. This is caused by the failure of teachers to provide detailed examples of how to solve problems, and some teachers even fail to include examples when explaining the lesson content.

This study aims to analyze participants’ understanding and compliance with sharia principles in the sharia insurance claim process in Indonesia. Sharia insurance, which is based on the principle of mutual assistance and tabarru’ contract, is expected to provide protection in accordance with Islamic law. However, challenges arise in its operational practices, especially in the claim process. This study uses a qualitative approach by interviewing sharia insurance participants to explore their level of understanding of sharia principles, claim procedures, and challenges faced during the claim process. The results of the study indicate that participants’ understanding of sharia principles is still limited, which has an impact on their lack of clarity in undergoing the claim procedure. Some of the main challenges identified include administrative constraints, long claim processing times, and unclear claim procedures. Lack of understanding of sharia principles also worsens the smoothness of claims. Based on these findings, this study suggests the importance of increasing sharia literacy through training, seminars, and educational materials that are easy for participants to understand. In addition, simplification of claim procedures is needed to increase transparency and ensure that the claim process is in accordance with sharia principles. The implication of this study is the importance of improvements in the education system and operations of sharia insurance to improve participant understanding and compliance, as well as strengthen trust in the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia.

Murder is an inhumane criminal act and can be considered a heinous act, as it takes another person's life, whether done instantly or with prior planning. In the investigation process of a murder case, a specific procedure is required to uncover the incident, namely an autopsy. An autopsy is the examination of a deceased body, deemed to have died unnaturally, by performing surgical procedures to determine the cause of death, estimate the time of death, identify unidentified bodies, uncover the perpetrator, and more. The findings from the autopsy are compiled into a written report prepared by a forensic doctor, known as visum et repertum. Before drafting the visum et repertum, the forensic doctor takes an oath to ensure that the contents of the report can be held accountable. This report will later be used in court as evidence to support other evidence related to the murder.
