Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak faktor fundamental makro dan struktur kepemilikan utama terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan mempertimbangkan kinerja keuangan dan manajemen laba. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menjelaskan interaksi antar variabel. Menggunakan teknik kuantitatif, data sekunder dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini juga memeriksa teori, memprediksi hubungan antara variabel dan indikator, serta menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel yang tidak dapat diukur langsung. Alat analisis Smart-PLS 4.0 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penolakan terhadap beberapa hipotesis.

The impact of unemployment is divided into two aspects seen from economic development, namely the impact of unemployment on a country's economy and the impact of unemployment on the economy of individuals who experience it and society. The aim of this journal is to determine the impacts of unemployment on Indonesia's social and economic stability. The method used is the descriptive-qualitative analysis method. The results of this journal explain that unemployment can cause consumption to decrease, because unemployment can reduce household income, which as a result can reduce consumer spending. Overall, the social impact of unemployment can be very detrimental to Indonesian society, causing economic and psychological stress for those affected. Therefore, it is important to implement policies and programs that aim to reduce unemployment rates and support people who have difficulty finding work.

Increasingly sophisticated technology provides major changes in communication carried out by every society in the modern era.   Entering the era of globalization, teenagers are among those who often use internet media, especially social media, as a means of searching for information.  With social media, we can see the latest information about what situations are happening.  A splinter sect is a sect that is often seen as a protest against self-division from the majority, exclusive attitudes, firm but rigid stances, monopoly on truth, and fanaticism

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak uang saku terhadap tingkat konsumsi mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2023 di Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penerapan kuesioner dan survei deskriptif. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 70 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Tim peneliti mengumpulkan informasi melalui skala kesadaran diri dan kuesioner untuk menilai jumlah uang saku serta tingkat konsumsi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Konstanta positif (B0) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dari variabel independen (X), dan (2) koefisien regresi variabel sebesar 0,362 atau 36,2%.  

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal impact and reasons for the community to maintain the Molas Kole tradition against women who commit adultery in West Manggarai Regency. The type of research used by researchers in conducting this research is empirical research translated by legal research complemented by empirical data. The results show that the legal impact of the Molas Kole Teradition is also very large. In addition to the impact on women on children, and the impact of this one customary law also has an impact on the family. The reason for the community to maintain this tradition is also irrelevant because when maintaining a customary crime which in its resolution has many losers, this custom can no longer be used as a way out in solving problems in society. The holding of this Customary Law Tradition is also contrary to church law, because many perpetrators of the Molas Kole tradition separate themselves from their husbands or wives and remarry without being known by the church, so that it will cause new problems that can ensnare the two perpetrators and even the family will also be involved.

Online shopping has become a rapidly growing trend among the Indonesian people. Shopee, as one of the popular online shopping platforms, was chosen as the focus of this research to analyze impulsive buying decisions. This study aims to investigate the influence of Hedonic Shopping Value and Shopping Lifestyle on the impulsive buying decisions of Shopee customers in Sidoarjo. This research uses a quantitative method, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to Shopee consumers in Sidoarjo and obtaining a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results show that Hedonic Shopping Value and Shopping Lifestyle have a significant influence on impulsive buying decisions.  

Populist politics, are strategies, that due to its versatile nature has been implemented in different regions across countries with different characteristics. India, as a nation ruled by Hindu majority, saw the rise of Narendra modi, a politician commonly known for its strategies to appeal to the Hindutva India. A hardline Hindu majority striving to establish a puritan Hindu Indian nation. During his attempts to appeal into the Hindu majority, Narendra Modi commonly applied narratives that divide the majority and the Muslim minority, much to the loss of the minority Muslim community caused by constant antagonization and demonization commonly found within Modi’s political practices. The implication of such strategies however, are not limited to muslims within India, but also saw the implications of Indian governments attempts to appeal into the broader Hindu narrative seeping into Indian foreign policies and stances, most commonly affecting its closest Muslim neighbor, Pakistan. This paper then, aims to research the populist politics applied by Modi during his reigns in India, and how it affects the security of Pakistan utilizing a realist prespective.

Land use changes can impact society, the government, and the environment in either a beneficial or harmful way. The physical and non-physical components of Bandar Klippa Village underwent a variety of modifications as a result of changes in land usage. This is because a train station is being built in North Sumatra's Percut Sei Tuan District's Bandar Klippa Village. The purpose of this study is to examine how the construction of the Banda Klippa train station has affected land use. In this study, a resident of Bandar Klippa Village was interviewed and field observations were made. The study's findings indicate that Bandar Klippa Village's land use is changing, which has an effect on the neighborhood and its inhabitants in particular.

This research aims to analyze the revision of the Constitutional Court Law (UU MK) which has the potential to cripple the independence of judges and perpetuate authoritarian power in Indonesia. The research method used is critical analysis with a qualitative approach, which involves analysis of legal documents and related literature. This research reveals that the revision of the Constitutional Court Law could have a significant impact on the democratic system in Indonesia, with the risk of weakening the basic principles of the rule of law, separation of powers, and protection of citizens' constitutional rights. It is hoped that the research results will provide a comprehensive picture of the risks and impacts of the revision of the Constitutional Court Law and provide recommendations for strengthening the independence of the Constitutional Court and supporting the democratic system in Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the impact of tourism on social changes in Suranadi Village, West Lombok. The village has experienced rapid tourism development, bringing both positive and negative impacts on the community's life. Positive impacts include economic growth, job creation, and the preservation of local culture. However, tourism also causes significant negative impacts, such as changes in cultural values, decreased religious practice intensity, changes in dressing styles, increased crime rates, and environmental damage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that tourism development in Suranadi Village brings significant economic benefits but also requires ongoing efforts to address social and environmental challenges. Therefore, sustainable tourism strategies involving local communities, strict supervision of tourism activities, and environmental conservation programs are needed to ensure a balance between economic benefits and the preservation of local cultural values and environment. This research provides insights for stakeholders in formulating sustainable tourism development policies and strategies in Suranadi Village.

The Citarum River, as one of the important environmental assets in Indonesia, has experienced serious pollution due to industrial waste. Environmental legal regulations have been implemented to address these issues, but questions arise regarding the effectiveness of their implementation. This article analyzes the effectiveness of environmental legal regulations in handling cases of factory waste pollution in the Citarum River, with a focus on the level of industrial compliance and its impact on the environment. This study uses a qualitative approach by reviewing the applicable environmental legal regulations, as well as analyzing the level of industry compliance with these regulations. In addition, the impact of compliance or violations on the environment is also evaluated. The results of the analysis show that although environmental legal regulations exist, their implementation is still not optimal. Many factories still violate the limits that have been set, either because of a lack of strict law enforcement or because of a lack of awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. As a result, the Citarum River continues to experience pollution which is detrimental to the environment and public health. Existing environmental legal regulations are not effective enough in handling cases of factory waste pollution in the Citarum River. More serious efforts are needed from the government, industry and society to overcome this problem. Concrete steps are needed to increase industrial compliance, reduce waste pollution, and preserve the Citarum River environment for the welfare of the community and sustainability of the ecosystem. Further research can be conducted to evaluate the implementation of remedial actions and their impact on future environmental conditions. This article concludes the need for improvement measures in the implementation of environmental legal regulations, including stricter law enforcement and efforts to increase environmental awareness among industry. Apart from that, cooperation between government, industry and civil society is also important to achieve the restoration of a clean and healthy Citarum River.

Abortion or the scientific language is Abortus Provocatus, is the method most often used to end an unwanted pregnancy, even though it is the most dangerous method. Abortus Provocatus is divided into two types, namely Abortus Provocatus Therapeuticus and Abortus Provocatus Criminalis. Abortus Provocatus Therapeuticus is an abortion provocatus carried out on the basis of medical considerations and carried out by personnel who have received special education and can act professionally. Meanwhile, Abortus Provocatus Criminalis is an abortion provocatus that is done secretly and usually by personnel who are not specially educated, including pregnant women who want to carry out the abortion provocatus. Abortus Provocatus Criminalis is one of the causes of death of women during their fertile period in developing countries.

This research aims to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and its impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks, with a focus on PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Bakti Makmur Indah Sidoarjo during the period of 2021-2023. The method employed in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which involves data collection through literature review and documentation related to the implementation of GCG at BPRS Bakti Makmur Indah, as well as the analysis of the bank's financial reports for the specified period. The research findings indicate that BPRS Bakti Makmur Indah has implemented the principles of GCG, such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and fairness. However, the financial performance of the bank experienced a significant decline from 2021 to 2023. This decline is evident from the decrease in the values of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). These findings suggest that although the principles of GCG have been implemented, their effectiveness is not yet optimal, and there are still challenges to be overcome to improve the financial performance of the bank.    

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.

The impact of a policy can occur outside the wishes of the policy formulator or commonly called unexpected impacts. PLTSA Benowo is the result of collaboration between the Surabaya City Government and PT Sumber Organik and is equipped with gasification power plant technology which is regulated in PERPRES No. 35 of 2018. This PLTSA policy is a form of handling the national waste problem, such as eliminating waste and providing socio-economic benefits in the vicinity. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe how the evaluation of the impact that occurred from the PLTSA development policy on the community of Sumberrejo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. The research method in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods, for data collection through observation, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show 3 indicators including Individual Impact shows the positive impact of PLTSa for the Community economically, while the negative impact shows that it is not disturbed from the remaining emissions from the waste combustion process released by PLTSa Benowo. Community Impact The positive impact shows that it affects the increase in the economy of the wider community of Sumberrejo Village, while the negative impact is that the community feels an increase in air pollution that disturbs the comfort of the community due to air pollution from PLTSa Benowo. Social System Impact The positive impact shows a change in the social system in the community because there is an increase in economic structure and a reduction in unemployment, while the negative impact shows there is an indication of social inequality such as feelings of envy from people who do not get economic benefits from PLTSa to people who get economic benefits from PLTSa Benowo.  

Sales of goods and services are significantly impacted by fluctuations in the level of people's income. The community’s financial stability is crucial for the continuity of economic operations according to sharia principles in Islamic microeconomics. Islamic microeconomics does not only seek profit, but additionally aims to enhance the welfare of the people in a fair and sustainable manner. Because justice, brotherhood, and cooperation are elements that can offer options for fluctuations in human income. The object of this research is BTC Watampone. This study’s objective is to examine how changes in income impact the level of sales from an Islamic economic point of view. This study employs a literature review-based quantitative method, which relies on various library sources to gather the required information. The study’s findings indicate of this study show that the elasticity of sales volume in 2015 was Ep = 0.723, which indicates that Ep < 1 and sales volume is classified as inelastic. While the elasticity of sales volume in 2016 is Ep = 17.2, which indicates that Ep > 1 and sales volume is classified as elastic.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kinerja lingkungan dan pengungkapan akuntansi karbon terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021 – 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang terpilih untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 44 sampel perusahaan energi. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa pengungkapan akuntansi karbon tidak memberikan dampak pada nilai perusahaan, dan environmental performance memiliki dampak pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pertimbangan bagi investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi, khususnya pada perusahaan sektor energi.

The purpose of this study is to determine the environmental impact caused by fish sauce production activities in Pasongsongan Sumenep. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection in this study used observation interview techniques, and literature studies. This research uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The research object was taken in Pasongsongan Village, Sumenep Regency. The results of this study state that the fish paste processing business located in Pasongsongan Sumenep has an impact on the surrounding environment. The impact is in the form of air pollution caused by the process of cooking fish sauce and soil pollution caused by used water washing fish. In addition to the negative impact on the environment, there is also a positive impact, namely providing employment for the community or local residents. To overcome the environmental impact caused by reforesting the land polluted by water used to wash fish. The conclusion of this research is that the fish sauce business has positive and negative impacts on the environment.

Parental divorce significantly impacts early childhood development, especially in the digital age. Children may experience low self-esteem, difficulties in building relationships and socializing, aggressive behavior, learning difficulties, value confusion, deviant behavior, and loss of trust.Addressing these impacts requires digital parenting, open communication, moral education, and collaboration with educational institutions. Parents and stakeholders must understand the effects of divorce to provide appropriate support for children's healthy and happy growth. A qualitative case study at TK Negeri Bung Karno involved interviews with PAUD teachers and parents, as well as classroom observations. The findings showed that children tend to imitate negative parental behaviors. Through gradual guidance, children learned to distinguish between good and bad behavior, showing progress in emotional control, social interactions, and setting positive examples for peers.

Komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting dalam pendidikan anak usia dini, karena komunikasi ini meletakkan dasar bagi keberhasilan akademis dan keterampilan sosial di masa depan. Namun, kompleksitas komunikasi pada kelompok usia ini dapat menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam hal penerapan bahasa, logika, kode, dan simbol. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif dengan mewawancarai salah satu guru yang ada di TK An Nizam. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan memalui observasi secara langsung dan melihat bagaimana cara guru, anak, dan orang tua dalam berkomunikasi yang efektif. Data-data yang sudah terkumpul melalui observasi di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi unsur-unsur tersebut dalam komunikasi pendidikan anak usia dini, menelusuri dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar anak. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa integrasi bahasa, logika, kode, dan simbol dalam komunikasi pendidikan anak usia dini secara signifikan meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif anak, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan kemahiran berbahasa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru harus memasukkan unsur-unsur ini ke dalam praktik pengajaran mereka untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengetahuan yang ada dengan memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya mengintegrasikan bahasa, logika, kode, dan simbol dalam komunikasi pendidikan anak usia dini.
