In the era of globalization, competition between companies is increasing in achieving excellence. So companies that have competitive advantages will be able to survive in the competition. Apart from that, with conditions like this, every company is required to survive and have the ability to compete in order to face this competitive climate. Quality of service towards customer satisfaction is one of the factors that plays a very important role in the survival of a company, because this will make the company bigger and able to win every business battle. Therefore, every company tries to ensure that customers are satisfied and trust the company so that it has the potential to provide benefits to the company in the long term. In this research the author uses a descriptive approach in that the research is only descriptive, namely to find out or describe the reality of the events being studied so that it makes it easier for the author to obtain objective data in order to know and understand the development of the Quality Management System at LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri. Quality Management System LPK WIM is implemented based on the Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) process which consists of planning steps, plan implementation, checking the results of plan implementation, and corrective action on the results obtained which basically uses Management functions in their implementation based on management achieving quality of both products and services. The implementation of a system formed by the internal LPK Wajo Intelektual Mandiri will certainly have a positive impact on the company, namely improving and guaranteeing the quality of the products or services produced so that in the end it will increase the level of customer satisfaction with the products or services provided.

One of the problems that humans face in everyday life is the economy, especially in terms of meeting needs. To survive, humans have to meet all their complex needs. Because rural people often have economic difficulties, they are the most involved in Emok Bank. An Emok Bank is a type of bank that lends money to people by visiting customers in person by sitting upright with both legs bent backwards. An Emok Bank transaction system is done by sitting licensed in certain places, like the terrace of a client's house. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data that are written or oral words of people and behaviour that can be observed. The Emok Bank has made the public worried about the high interest rates and the liability system used in the shares. As a result, many communities, especially households, are plunged into problems arising from paying difficulties. Often, loans from this Emok Bank are used to pay off debts to other Emok Banks. Economic circumstances make a householder dependent on a mother's bank. The existence of an Emok Bank has led to bad behavior against the households in the village of Leuweung Gede, most of them being borrowers to an emoc bank that borrows more than one bank.

Currently, there are many internet providers in Indonesia that offer various benefits, such as digital providers. Demand for the internet continues to increase every year. by.U is the first digital provider in Indonesia targeting the millennial or Gen Z demographic, which has attracted researchers' interest in conducting further research about the company. Researchers used a qualitative approach known as a case study which aims to study the marketing communication methods and promotional mix used by Telkomsel to promote by.U cards to the youth market. Interviews, documentation of event implementation, and observations were carried out to collect data. The data processing method used by the author is descriptive. A brief description and analysis of data collected from various sources, both direct and indirect, is presented previously. The focus of this research is the process of implementing marketing communications by the by.U. company, the data for which was collected through interviews and observation. After that, the data will be analyzed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Marketing communications used by event sponsors to increase sales of by.U products consist of sales promotions, personal sales and direct marketing. This research shows that by.U controls its marketing communications by using social media, influencers, and digital placements to make customers want to buy its products. In this research, marketing communication strategies include digital placement and influencer marketing.

. Bank BJB is a banking industry operating under the auspices of the Regional-Owned Enterprises located in West Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative method with data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategies and service quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as evidenced by the increasing number of customers using products and programs offered by Bank BJB Branch Office in Mojokerto.

Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

The aims of this study are as follows: (1) To examine how products impact customers' purchasing choices at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (2) To analyze the impact of pricing on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (3) To assess how the location influences customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (4) To test the influence of promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. (5) To comprehensively evaluate the collective influence of products, pricing, location, and promotions on customers' purchasing decisions at Golden IT Store Banjarmasin. This research employs a quantitative approach involving the population of CVs. Golden IT Store Banjarmasin, with a sample of 31 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was conducted. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Products significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (2) Prices significantly impact purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store. (3) The influence of location on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is found to be statistically insignificant. (4) The effect of promotions on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store is relatively insignificant. (5) Collectively, products, promotions, pricing, and location have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions at CV. Golden IT Store.

Background: Based on observations in the field, researchers see that there are still many kiosks that are not used and traders tend to sell on the ground floor which is close to the main road or which is easily accessible to the public or buyers so that the rest are empty, especially on the 2nd floor where the top roof has not been completed. So far, traders consider that stalls on the lower floors have more customers compared to traders selling on the upper floors, so many traders place their activities outside the Cimindi Market area and become street vendors. This creates complex problems, apart from aesthetic and The decline in the quality of the environment can also cause congestion on the roads around Cimindi Market. .Research method: this research pattern uses a qualitative approach. According to Tanzeh, Qualitative research is research that is intended to reveal symptoms holistically-contextually (thoroughly and in accordance with the context/what is) through collecting data from natural settings as a direct source of the key research instruments themselves.⁶⁵ .Conclusion: Based on the research results regarding "Analyzing how big the influence of the lack of consumers at the Cimindi Traditional Market in Cimahi City" is, the researchers can draw conclusions due to the lack of buyers due to operational hours so that turnover drops drastically due to the lack of buyers.

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi  promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram.   Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content   Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Saat ini juga penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi berperan penting dalam membangun bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Khususnya usaha coffee shop seperti Kopilikasi. Penelitian berjudul analisa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumen memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu  mengetahui peran media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumennya dan mengetahui konten yang menarik audiens di media sosial instagram. Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. Saat ini instagram berperan penting dalam proses promosi Kopilikasi dan berhasil menarik minat beli konsumen dan konten yang dibuat berhasil menarik perhatian audiens nya di instagram

The development of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia reflects a response to the public's need for a banking system that not only provides sound financial services, but also adheres to sharia principles. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia as a major player in this sector has to face the changes that occur due to high competition in an effort to win customer trust and support. Currently, customer behaviour in the Indonesian banking industry is very diverse. Low administrative costs are also an important consideration for customers. The importance of these factors in customer decision-making has been recognised by modern banks, which now realise that customers do not only consider interest rates or financial benefits, but also want the sophistication and full features of banking products. Technological advancement, especially in mobile banking, has become a significant trend, not only in developed countries but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. Mobile banking, as one of the service products offered by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, is an important factor in students' decision to open an account online. The existence of good virtual services from Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially through the mobile banking platform, is a major attraction for students, given their dependence on technology and the need for convenience in transactions.

A construction testing laboratory is a special facility used to carry out various types of testing and analysis of construction materials, structures and construction components. It is always busy with customers, so sometimes there are huge queues of customers. Thus, research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the construction testing laboratory queuing system. The method used in this research is Queuing Theory. Queuing Theory is a theory related to mathematical studies and queues or waiting lines. Queuing theory is always related to all aspects of the customer's situation in obtaining a service. Analysis of material testing queues in construction laboratories using the M/M/S model shows increased efficiency after adding servers. Previously, the server usability rate was 50%, with a queue time of 0.5%. After adding servers, the usability rate increases to 75%, queue time decreases, and the probability of customers being served increases to 2.11%. These results are the basis for recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction .

Opening an online account is a banking service provided by the bank to make it easier for customers who want to open an account at a bank. However, in operation, there are also those who experience problems opening online accounts. The purpose of this research is to determine the decision-making process of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun in resolving the opening of online accounts for problematic customers. The matters described include the factors causing online account openings, the bank's decision-making mechanism in resolving problematic online account openings. This research uses qualitative methods while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that to overcome problems in opening online accounts for customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun by authorizing the customer's account through the bank supervisor. Before opening an online account, customers should pay attention to the condition, both of the smartphone used and the data that will be used registered.

This research explores the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The findings show that the bank has succeeded in establishing a strong corporate governance structure, with the active involvement of the supervisory board and audit committee, which reflects a commitment to transparency and accountability. Bank management is considered as a reliable agent, in accordance with the principles of Agency Theory, creating positive tendencies in policies that support the interests of shareholders. In the dimensions of Stewardship Theory, banks actively integrate the interests of customers, employees and society into their GCG policies, showing the importance of a corporate culture that supports management's stewardship role. The success of GCG implementation is realized in achieving compliance with regulations and standards, with transparent financial reports. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat, through its GCG practices, has a positive impact on shareholders and other stakeholders.

This study seeks to examine and assess the extent and impact of price, location and facilities on customer loyalty in coffee shops. Specifically, it focuses on a coffee shop located on Jalan Letda Sujono in Medan Tembung District. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this research uses primary data collected from respondents. The research subject was a coffee shop on Jalan Letda Sujono, while the object of analysis consisted of 95 customers of the RGR KOPI shop. To analyze the data, SPSS 20.0 was used for classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Findings from hypothesis testing, especially the t-test, show that there is a significant and positive influence of price on customer loyalty at the Coffee Shop on Jalan Letda Sujono, Medan Tembung District, with a t value of 2.794. This value is greater than the t table (1.65291) with a t sig value (0.006) < 0.05. Location has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty at the coffee shop on Jalan Letda Sujono, Medan Tembung district. The calculated value is 2.059. This value is greater than the t table (1.65291) with a t sig value (0.003) < 0.05. Facilities have a significant and positive effect on Customer Loyalty of the Coffee Shop on Jalan Letda Sujono, Medan Tembung District, the t-count value is 6.257. This value is greater than the t table (1.65291) with a t sig value (0.000) < 0.05. Price (X1), Location (X2), Facilities (X3) have a significant and positive effect on Customer Loyalty of the Coffee Shop on Jalan Letda Sujono, Medan Tembung District. This value is greater than F table (2.26) with an F sig value (0.000) < 0.05 . The test results for the variables Price (X1), Location (X2), Facilities (X3) contributed 61.4% to the Customer Loyalty variable.

The purpose of conducting this research is to collect information that will be used to analyze the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. And it is hoped that it can help companies solve the problems they face according to the topic chosen by the author, by analyzing, especially information and data regarding the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this research the method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all customers of the Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. According to data from HRD Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. The sample in this study was 66 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination f test and t test. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. Service quality and satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The SPSS output results of the F test show that the calculated F value is 238,399, which is > 2,700 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous influence on customer loyalty. Based on the T test results in the coefficients table, partial test results can be seen as follows. Service quality (X1) has a T count of 1.166 < T table 1.660, a large significance value of 0.247 > 0.05, so the service quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction (X2) has a calculated T of 8.850 > T table of 1.660, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the customer satisfaction variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction (X2) has a calculated T of 8.850 > T table of 1.660, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the customer satisfaction variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty.

In this era, technology is developing very rapidly in various sectors ranging from industry, health, education, retail, and various other sectors. The development of technology is linear with human needs that must be met quickly, easily, and practically. A sector that can fulfill human needs is the trade sector. Currently, the trade sector is one of the sectors that is highly developed along with the trend of online shopping. Although online shopping is currently very popular, it does not mean that offline shopping is necessarily abandoned. Conventional payment systems usually require customers to queue at the cashier to make payments after choosing grocery items. Therefore, there is a need for technological innovation that can overcome this. The solution to overcome these problems is by planning to create a Smart Shopping Scanner machine by considering lean project management. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the application of the Lean Project Management method to the Smart Shopping Scanner project planning at PT ABC has resulted in significant improvements. Reduction of project completion time by 33.33%, reduction of component inventory value by 40%, and improvement of team communication by 66.67% show the effectiveness of this method in overcoming waste and increasing efficiency.

This research discusses the concepts and theories of good corporate governance applied at PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. This article reviews the importance of implementing the principles of good corporate governance in the sharia banking industry, with a focus on PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. In this article, the author explains the concepts and theories of good corporate governance and their relevance to PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank. The author also discusses how PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia applies the principles of good corporate governance in its operations. This article also reviews the benefits obtained by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia through the implementation of good corporate governance. In this research, the author used a descriptive-analytical method by collecting data through literature studies and analysis of PT's corporate governance policies and practices. Indonesian Sharia Bank. The research results show that the implementation of good corporate governance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia has had a positive impact on company performance and the trust of shareholders and customers. The conclusion of this article discusses the concepts and theories of good corporate governance and their application at PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank.Implementation of good corporate governance at PT. Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.

XYZ of the many types of promotions that have been carried out so far, it is not yet known to what extent their effectiveness is in increasing the number of customers at PT XYZ. Every business must have a marketing strategy that must be implemented in carrying out its business activities. This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

This research employs a qualitative method to analyze and evaluate the business network of Jeep Aquascape & Aquarium stores, with a specific focus on marketing and promotional strategies. The primary objective is to identify aspects of the business network where Jeep Aquarium can redevelop its marketing and promotion strategies to address revenue instability, despite the store generally experiencing profitability. The qualitative approach involves in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including store owners, employees, and customers. Data analysis aims to uncover patterns of revenue instability, assess the success and shortcomings of current marketing strategies, and identify internal and external factors influencing revenue fluctuations. Findings reveal that, while the store generally sees profits, attention is required to address revenue instability. Strategic recommendations from qualitative analysis include the development of more proactive promotional strategies, notably leveraging social media to reach a broader target audience. A profound understanding of business resources contributing to revenue fluctuations is also disclosed, providing additional insights for sustainable improvements. Therefore, more proactive promotions, particularly through social media, are identified as a key element to enhance visibility and customer appeal, ultimately contributing to achieving better revenue stability.
