The preparation and control of all student-related activities, from their arrival through their departure from a madrasa or educational institution, constitutes student management. When implementing instructional activities at madrasas, student management activities are a crucial component that must be taken into consideration. It has been adopted in the management of students at MTs Lab UINSU, but there are still some students who are not disciplined in respecting the regulations that have been introduced in madrasas, which is causing issues in the management of students. The goal of this study was to learn more about the descriptive qualitative field research approach that MTs Lab UINSU utilizes to supervise its students. It was done to gather data.

Waste problems that have not been resolved so far have also been experienced in the Tanjung Market area, Jember Regency. The waste problems at Tanjung Market are an ineffective management system, the accumulation of waste that is not sorted into one, and the absence of a special party assigned by the market manager to handle and control hygiene problems and waste in the market which causes a lot of waste to be scattered around the market. everywhere. Not only from the traders side but this is also caused by the visitors or buyers at the market, most of them do not have the sensitivity and awareness to be able to dispose of waste in its place. So we need an environmentally sound waste management system with 3R techniques such as converting waste into useful materials efficiently and economically with minimal environmental impact.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

This research was conducted to collect information about financial statements from 2021-2022, namely the balance sheet and income statement at PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara. This study uses a theoretical basis from financial management theory regarding profitability ratio analysis of financial statements, the analytical tools used in this study are Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment and return on Equity. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the Gross Profit Margin of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara has decreased from 2021-2022, seen from the Net Profit and Return on Equity Margin during 2021-2022 the results show the same percentage, which has decreased in 2022. Then the Return On Investment achieved during 2021 to 2022 experienced a slight increase in 2022. The results of this study indicate that the profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara have not been stable and Based on the problem formulation of this study, namely "How much is the analysis of profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara. "How much is the analysis of profitability ratios in the financial statements of PT. Duta Pertiwi Nusantara", it is concluded that the Profitability Ratio has a very large influence on the financial statements of PT. Duta Pertiwi Nusantara because we can understand the company's financial condition.

PT KMPI is an industrial company that produces textiles and plastics, including plastic products made of polypropylene (PP). The problem that occurs in PT Kusuma Mulia Plasindo Infitex is the quality of the products that still have defects, based on the results of the analysis in February 2023 with a total production of 76,596 kg there are rejects data of 4,695 kg and the percentage of product defects that occur is 6.1%. The objective of this study is to determine the predominant types of defects that influence the factors that cause defects. This study uses the seven tools method to find the root cause of the problem to be solved, as well as the Kaizen Five-M checklist and the Kaizen Five Step Plan to suggest improvements to the company. Based on the results of data processing, there are three types of defects, namely wrinkle defects with a percentage of 43% for a total defect of 2039 kg, medium wrinkle defects with a percentage of 45% for a total defect of 2094 kg, and thick-thin defects with a percentage of 12% for a total defect of 562 kg. From the fishbone diagram, it can be seen that the occurrence of defects is caused by several factors, namely people, materials, methods and machines. Suggested improvements using the Kaizen Five-M checklist analysis are training and monitoring of production, implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) established by the company, such as dosing the mixture of plastic seeds with addictive substances at a ratio of 25 Kg. 1 oz. and Kaizen management control: 1 Ons and Kaizen five-step plan management controls, namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. This includes pre-job briefings and periodic assessments, and the establishment of standard operating procedures for the supervision of single-table melting machines with a melting temperature of 160-166oC.

The main objective of this research is to find out the role of the local government in managing and utilizing forest products under Community Forest (HKM) status and to find out the efforts by the local government in following up on Ministerial Regulation P.88/Menhut-II/2014 concerning Community Forestry. This study uses a normative and empirical juridical approach.

The distribution of these structures also plays a role in determining the potential for developing geothermal energy. The study of geological structure is very important to understand the distribution and potential of geothermal energy resources. By understanding how these structures influence the circulation and accumulation of geothermal fluids, we can develop and better manage these resources. This abstract provides a brief overview of the topic of geothermal energy and the role of geological structures in this field. It is intended to provide a starting point for further research and discussion.

The research included the head of the laboratory, laboratory staff, physics teacher, students, and physics laboratory facilities at SMA Negeri 4 LANGSA as subjects. Data collection techniques comprised observation sheets, questionnaires, interview guides, and documentation. The study's results encompassed interviews conducted with the head of the laboratory, physics teachers, and students. These findings will be presented in a table format. Based on observations at SMAN 4 Langsa, the laboratory equipment was deemed relatively good, with nearly 80% completeness. Consequently, it can be concluded that the standardization of the physics laboratory's facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 4 Langsa is close to meeting good standards due to its sufficient facilities and infrastructure. However, the standardization of physics laboratory management competency at SMAN 4 Langsa is not fully compliant with the regulations outlined in the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia's No. 26 of 2008. Additionally, the effectiveness of utilizing physics laboratory facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 4 Langsa indicates poor quality.

This study aims to explore the role of classroom management on students' interest in learning mathematics in grade IV at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This research was conducted because there were still many students who still had difficulties in solving math problems. This research uses observation method and qualitative approach. Through observing and documenting classroom management practices, this study found that good classroom management has a positive impact on students' interest in learning mathematics. Several important aspects of classroom management that were found included effective time management, the use of effective teaching methods, positive interactions between teachers and students, and creating a conducive classroom atmosphere. The research findings show that these factors can increase students' interest in learning mathematics. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that teachers pay attention to classroom management skills and to vary teaching methods. In this way, students' interest in learning can be increased and the experience of learning mathematics becomes more positive and meaningful for students. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing classroom management skills for teachers in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics.

The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah, North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research subjects for this study were randomly selected using a sampling technique called purposive sampling. Observations, interviews and documentation all contribute to the data collection methodology. School administration, school boards, special education teachers and students, and parents of students are important members of any special education project. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah was successful. This is supported by data verification using standard scoring rubrics, empirical evidence obtained from observations, interviews, and written documentation showing that education administration at SLB Melati Asyiyah in West Sulawesi is divided into the areas of curriculum management, student administration, and finance. management. It is the teacher's responsibility to adapt teaching and student evaluation strategies to the needs of individual students. In addition, faculty management starts with the help of a faculty needs database, recruitment resources, and selection criteria. The international faculty's responsibilities emphasize cooperation and coordination. The management of resources and facilities is carried out through strategic planning which is informed by supply and demand analysis.

Kerta Village is one of the villages located in Gianyar Regency. Along with the development of Kerta Village, currently Kerta Village already has a Waste Management Site (TPS). However, waste management in Kerta Village is not yet optimal. People still like to throw garbage carelessly and do not know how to handle waste, especially household domestic waste. This zero waste-based waste management training was held at the Penyabangan Banjar Hall, Kerta Village, Payangan District, Gianyar with the target being teenagers. The material presented to partners includes socialization of the concept of zero waste in waste management, counseling and training on waste segregation, training and demonstrations on making eco enzymes, and ends with a discussion or question and answer session. Waste management training activities for youth groups in Kerta Village were successfully carried out smoothly and were able to increase youth knowledge about waste management. Through this activity, youth are expected to become agents of change in creating a healthy and environment caring society that is sustainable.

Aides aegypti or Aides albopictus is a type of mosquito that carries and transmits dengue virus to humans. Dengue hemorrhagic fever appears as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), causing panic in the community because it has the risk of causing death and spreads very quickly. Based on records from the Directorate for Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (P2PM) until Week 36, the cumulative number of confirmed cases of DHF from January 2022 was reported as 87,501 cases (IR 31.38/100,000 population) and 816 deaths (CFR 0.93%). Sampang Regency, East Java, is currently starting to anticipate the possibility of an outbreak of dengue fever. After the local regency government released three districts that were considered prone to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), namely Sampang District, Omben District and Torjun District. This study aims to determine the implementation of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) prevention policies in Sampang District and what are the inhibiting factors. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method that used data collection such as interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the research results in assessing the Implementation of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Management Policies in Sampang Regency, it has not been maximized when viewed from several indicators of evaluating the implementation of public policies, namely (1) Policy resources such as a lack of health workers, sufficient health facilities and funds, (2) ) the disposition or attitude of the executors is not firm and the lack of community participation in PSN activities, (3) economic, social and political conditions that are not conducive.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena ditemukan beberapa masalah yang dapat mempengaruhi manajemen pendidikan diantaranya akteditasi yang belum diperbarui, kekurangan peserta didik hingga keterbatasan waktu warga belajar dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penyelesaian masalah yang didapatkan dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan objek berdasarkan fakta dilapangan dan dituliskan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu ketua PKBM Melati dan data sekunder yaitu kepustakaan dan kajian literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi serta kesimpulan akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen program Pendidikan kesetaraan paket A meliputi aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada masing-masing aspek manajemen tersebut dikatakan cukup baik dalam meningkatkan mutu manajemen Pendidikan dan manajemen pembelajaran.

Security measures implemented include access control, data encryption, regular backup and restore, and monitoring of file activity. Strict access control policies and security awareness training provide additional protection for critical company files. In cyber security, PT. Indofood uses various measures to protect their systems and networks from cyberthreats. Implementation of firewalls, network protection systems, and regular software updates helps prevent unauthorized access and keeps systems secure. Hospital is a health service organization that organizes complete individual health services, and provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. In order for hospital management to run well, it is necessary to measure hospital performance, namely the Balanced Scorecard method. : The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is used as a decision-making tool regarding the actions that must be taken to correct deficiencies and advance the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in analyzing the performance of hospitals in Indonesia. Methods: This study used the library research method. . Results: a literature review of ten journals shows that all conclude that localization and conceptual use of the BSC can greatly improve hospital performance. The results of performance analysis with the BSC at the hospital can also provide clear direction in determining policies, resources and routine activities, as well as in building systems in each unit in the hospital. Conclusion: BSC can not only be applied in private hospitals, but government hospitals also need to apply BSC to measure their performance and be used as a guide in making policies and designs or work plans. Findings from existing studies must also be enriched by the literature and by empirical evidence about the benefits of BSC application in hospitals. It will also provide experience for a number of hospitals in Indonesia which can be a reference for expanding the implementation of BSC in hospital administration.

Conflict can happen in all organizations including universities. Lecturers in universities are one of the important actors in the organization and may be involved in conflicts with each other or with other parties in the university. Therefore, conflict management becomes important to improve lecturer performance in universities. This study uses qualitative research methods with the aim of exploring conflict management strategies used to improve lecturer performance at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. The results of the study indicate that effective conflict management strategies to improve lecturer performance include a collaborative approach, improved communication, recognition of the role and contribution of lecturer, appreciation of cooperation, and conflict resolution through mediation. Therefore, there needs to be careful attention and planning in conflict management to improve lecturer performance in university.

This study aims to determine the strategies for empowering rural communities by developing village-owned enterprises through health services. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Namely research conducted using a natural setting with the intention of interpreting a phenomenon that occurs and is carried out by involving various existing methods. Data collection techniques used through literature study or review of various sources or literature related to the problem under study. An independent village as part of the ideals of national development is hampered by various problems that arise in its realization. One of the most dominant things, namely in the economic sector and social sector. One effort that can alleviate health problems and empower rural communities is the establishment of a business institution called the Village-Owned Usha Agency (BUMDes). However, in the business activities carried out by BUMDes, various problems have arisen, namely (a) lack of community participation in BUMDes management; (b) the village government does not maximally empower the community to develop.

Introduction: Work stress in nurses is one of the problems in human resource management in hospitals. Nurses in hospitals are one of the potential resources that have a dangerous risk of burnout in workers. One of the triggering factors for work burnout in workers is work stress experienced by hospital workers. Research objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions in Indonesia. Research Method: The research method used is the literature review study method by reviewing previous research that is relevant to the topic discussed as a study accessed on the Google Scholar database. Research Results: The results of the research conducted were that there was a significant relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions of Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is that work fatigue is influenced by work stress.
