Effective knowledge management is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in today's digital era. PT. Pesona Edukasi, as a developer of educational software, faces challenges in managing and disseminating knowledge among their frequently mobile IT Helpdesk team. To address this, this research aims to implement a Mobile Knowledge Management System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach at PT. Pesona Edukasi.The RAD method was chosen to enable rapid, flexible, and responsive application development to meet changing business and technological needs. This study includes needs analysis, system design, prototype development, and application evaluation to ensure its effectiveness in enhancing access and collaboration in knowledge dissemination throughout the company. The results of the research, following the application implementation, demonstrate a positive contribution to improving operational efficiency and IT service quality at PT. Pesona Edukasi, accelerating knowledge exchange and enhancing the productivity of the IT Helpdesk team.

The success of implementing information systems in a school environment is significantly influenced by effective risk management. This research aims to implement the OCTAVE Allegro method to identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the information system at Panca Setya High School. The OCTAVE Allegro method was chosen for its systematic and structured approach to information security risk management.This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with school staff, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings revealed several key risks threatening the information system at Panca Setya High School, including threats to student data confidentiality, weaknesses in technological infrastructure, and a lack of security awareness among users. Through the implementation of the OCTAVE Allegro method, this research successfully identified effective mitigation strategies, such as enhancing information security training for staff, updating security policies and procedures, and strengthening data protection technologies. The conclusion of this research highlights that comprehensive and sustainable risk management is crucial for protecting the school's information assets and ensuring operational continuity.The recommendations from this study are intended to assist the management of Panca Setya High School in enhancing their information system risk management, thereby better supporting the achievement of educational objectives.

The aim of this research is to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in educational administration to increase transparency and accountability at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation in several aspects of educational administration, including student data management, financial management and teacher performance evaluation, can improve operational efficiency and more accurate reporting mechanisms. The application of AI can speed up the decision-making process and provide easier access to relevant information for all stakeholders. These findings show that the integration of AI technology not only provides a good level of transparency in the management of educational foundations but also increases accountability for the parties involved. Therefore, the application of AI can be used as a significant innovation in efforts to improve the management of education administration at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. The Implementation Of This Technology Makes An Important Contribution In The Field Of Human Resource Management, Optimizing Productivity And Operational Effectiveness Of The Company.

PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

MSMEs that were once considered economically resilient during times of crisis were found to have a higher vulnerability to experiencing losses than large companies. This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).

Oceanarium s are popular tourist destinations in Indonesia.  This article discusses digital transformation in designing the latest Oceanarium. The research method involves surveys and observations to 2 major Oceanarium locations in Jakarta, one Oceanarium in Singapore and one in Bangkok's Siam Paragon, to get an overview of operations, and the implementation of digital technology. In addition, this research also integrates the author's experience as a public aquarium designer and for 20 years as a manager in one of the public aquariums in the Jakarta area. The current approach needs to involve the integration of IoT technology for aquatic environment monitoring, smart energy management system. The results show that the implementation of interactive technology in several places can create an interesting and memorable learning experience for visitors. One of the technologies that is interesting and preferred by visitors is the use of hologram technology, visitors can feel the sensation of being in the sea and interact with marine animals in a realistic virtual environment. This enhances their understanding of marine flora and fauna and the importance of preserving the marine environment. This digital transformation not only improves the operational efficiency of the Oceanarium, but also enriches the visitor experience through the application of interactive technology. By implementing this strategy, Oceanarium s in Indonesia are expected to continue to grow, make a positive contribution to the preservation of the marine environment, increase public knowledge of marine biology, and provide a high-quality experience for visitors.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

This systematic research adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews approach, by analyzing full articles in English and Bahasa Indonesia. With the implementation of an effective management information system, organizations can manage data and information more efficiently, which in turn enables more accurate and timely decision-making. This contributes significantly to increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and responding more quickly to changes in the market or business environment. Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. Public service is crucial for fulfilling community basic needs, particularly in healthcare. Puskesmas Porong, a healthcare institution in Sidoarjo District, serves as the primary focus of this study. With a vision to provide quality and professional healthcare services to the community, Puskesmas Porong plays a pivotal role as the primary healthcare center in Porong Subdistrict. Despite adequate facilities including 46 inpatient beds and coverage of 10 surrounding villages, challenges persist. High patient influx poses significant issues such as long waiting times for services, attributed to insufficient staff and resources. Moreover, limited community participation in providing feedback is a concern, hindering the identification of issues and optimal solutions for healthcare service improvement.This qualitative research aims to analyze healthcare service quality at Puskesmas Porong, employing interviews with key stakeholders including the head of the health center, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. Additionally, observation and documentation methods were utilized to gather comprehensive data on service provision, patient satisfaction, and facility conditions. Results reveal that while operational procedures are generally adhered to, discrepancies exist between management perceptions and patient experiences. Patients highlight shortcomings in BPJS utilization, medical equipment adequacy, and diagnostic accuracy, underscoring the need for targeted improvements to enhance service quality and community trust.

Financial planning is a crucial stage in business management that enables efficient fund allocation to achieve company goals. The significance of financial planning in preparing for the future of a business cannot be underestimated, as business success heavily relies on sound financial strategies. In this context, the analysis of differential costs becomes a crucial tool in business decision-making, especially when choosing between purchasing new items or reproducing old ones. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach to describe and understand the cost comparison phenomenon between the purchase of new items and the reproduction of old items at Kost Putri Candra Dewi. Through cost analysis, it was found that purchasing new items has a higher price margin compared to reproducing old items, even though maintenance costs for old items tend to be higher. In conclusion, while purchasing new items may require a larger initial investment, in the long run, it can generate higher and more financially and operationally profitable margins.

This research aims to design and build a website-based library book e-catalog application at the Fatahillah College Center Foundation. This application is designed to overcome the limitations of the manual system currently used by libraries, increase the efficiency of book information management, and make information access easier for users. The research methods used include descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the e-catalog application can manage book, member, and loan transaction data effectively. It is hoped that implementing this application can support literacy activities and increase library operational efficiency.

This study explores the impact of product and service innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing strategies on the profitability of companies. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through surveys and company financial reports and analyzed using statistical techniques, including linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that product and service innovation significantly enhances profitability, emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation. Operational efficiency, measured through lower operational costs, directly correlates with increased profit margins. Furthermore, a strong positive relationship exists between customer satisfaction and profitability, highlighting the importance of customer-centric strategies. Human resource management practices that promote employee satisfaction and productivity are also found to significantly impact profitability. Lastly, the adoption of digital marketing strategies is shown to boost sales volume and market reach, contributing positively to financial performance. These results suggest that companies should adopt a holistic approach to strategy development, integrating innovation, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, human resource management, and digital marketing to enhance profitability. The study underscores the need for companies to continuously evolve and adapt to market changes to sustain competitive advantage and long-term success.

Companies are legal entities that play an important role in the national economy. Like a human body, a company also needs good organization to achieve the targets and goals of the company. Company failures resulting from poor company management occur in international companies, namely the company Apple Inc, which is the most valuable company in the world which ends in 2022, reminding the importance of leadership in company. The research method used in this research uses the Systematic Literature Review method. There are several types of leadership in companies, including four, namely democratic, autocratic, affiliative and visionary leadership. This study concludes that leadership factors in operational management, finance and public relations have a significant impact on companies. Companies that implement democratic leadership tend to be more able to carry out management in all sectors of the company, while companies that implement leadership based on Islamic studies make the relationship between leaders and subordinates more peaceful compared to other types of leadership.

The advancement of information technology, particularly in data analytics, has significantly impacted management accounting practices and strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze the role of data analytics in management accounting and its impact on strategic decision-making in competitive markets. This study proposes a new framework that integrates data analytics into management accounting, focusing on its application in improving decision-making accuracy, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency. The methodology employed is a literature-based review, examining relevant journal articles, books, and industry reports. Secondary data is used to assess the impact of data analytics in management accounting and strategic decision-making. The findings reveal that the implementation of data analytics in management accounting improves budgeting and forecasting accuracy, provides a competitive advantage through faster market responses, and enhances operational efficiency by reducing costs and streamlining processes. The analysis indicates that while there are challenges such as technological barriers, organizational resistance, and ethical issues, the opportunities presented by data analytics in management accounting are significant. Proper implementation can support more accurate and efficient strategic decision-making, improving a company’s competitive positioning. Future research could focus on exploring the application of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in management accounting. Additionally, further investigation into the impact of data privacy regulations and ethical challenges is needed.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management in Kurnia Supermarket, Tanjungpinang City. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews. The sample used was purposive sampling. The informants are 3 people, namely 1 manager and 2 employees from the goods arrangement staff and cashier division, in order to obtain a comprehensive perspective related to the implementation of performance management implemented. The results of the study show that performance management at Kurnia Supermarket has been implemented well. This is reflected in the implementation of clear goal setting, achievement of performance targets, and employee competency development that focuses on improving work quality. This implementation also supports the improvement of operational efficiency which has a positive impact on the company's overall performance. Although it has shown positive results, the study also found several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of some employees regarding the performance management system and limited human resources in some divisions. Therefore, it is recommended to improve communication and increase socialization about performance management to all employees to achieve more optimal results.

This research aims to analyze the role of management accounting in decision making and improving company performance, with a focus on the application of main techniques such as Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) Analysis, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Through a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and case studies on several companies, this research found that management accounting techniques contribute significantly to optimizing costs, increasing operational efficiency, and planning long-term strategies. The use of CVP Analysis helps companies plan more profitable product costs and prices, while ABC provides more accurate cost allocation for each activity in the value chain. On the other hand, BSC helps companies to assess performance as a whole, not only from a financial perspective, but also from non-financial aspects such as customer satisfaction and service quality. However, this research also identified several challenges, including limited resources, insufficient understanding of these techniques, and resistance to change within organizations. Limitations in the research sample and observation time are also factors that need to be considered. Overall, this research confirms the importance of implementing management accounting in improving company performance, but also shows that internal and external factors need to be considered in its implementation.
