Sampling was carried out using the Sevila (Slovin) formula with a precision of (5%). The sample size is 80 employees, using the survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the t test obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table = 0.632, then t-count = 19.447 > t-table 0.632. By comparing the t-table with the t-count, the compensation variable (X) influences employee work motivation.  The results of the F test obtained F-count = 378.174 > F-table 3.951 with a significance value of 0.05, which was proven by the effect through the t test, obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table 1.66462, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Trade Center Megamas Manado.

The development of technology has brought many changes, especially in the field of digital technology. One of the innovations of this development is Financial Technology or fintech. Fintech introduced electronic wallets or e-wallets, for example Flip. By using trust as an intervening variable, this study attempts to investigate the influence of perceptions of ease, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas. This study provides respondents with an online questionnaire to generate primary data for further analysis. Respondents were selected from a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 175 respondents with 35 statements. The research findings show that perceptions of ease, benefits, and security influence the interest of Kota Bekas residents in using Flip e-wallets. In addition, the level of trust in Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekas is also influenced by these three factors. Trust acts as an intervening variable to moderate the impact of views of ease of use, benefits, and security on the interest in using Flip e-wallets, where the findings prove that trust influences people's desire to use Flip e-wallets in Kota Bekasi.

The purpose of this study is to determine how much location influences visitors' decisions regarding whether or not to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring Baths tourist attraction. A quantitative method, accidental sampling testing is used to describe information in the research strategy. 92 individuals comprised the quantitative sample for this study, which was conducted with SPSS version 21. By utilizing the t test to dissect the information, the t count was 17.585 and the t table with an importance level of 5% was 1.665, which shows that the t count was more prominent than the t table. This demonstrates that location influences a person's decision to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring tourist attraction in the Ulu Barumun District of the Padang Lawas Regency.

School is one source of children's learning, unfortunately, most schools today focus more on academic aspects and evaluation, while outdoor learning by utilizing nature as a learning medium can help explore children's hidden talents and potentials. The environment has an important role in children's growth and development, because children will first learn and understand various things through interaction with their environment. In this case, the environment becomes a source of learning that greatly influences the physical, skill, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual development of children

The road environment not only influences the physical aspects of a city but also significantly impacts the psychological state of road users. This study aims to explore the relationship between road infrastructure such as sidewalk design, lighting, and signage, with perceptions of urban aesthetics and road psychology within the context of detailed urban development. Qualitative research methods were employed, including field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, to assess how these factors affect the behaviors and feelings of road users and surrounding residents. Findings indicate that well-designed road infrastructure can enhance feelings of safety, comfort, and visual satisfaction among road users, whereas poor integration may lead to stress and discomfort. The implications of this research underscore the importance of considering psychological aspects in the planning and development of detailed urban environments to create road environments that are not only functional but also support the psychological well-being of the community.

This research is an experiment with a pre-experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest type. The total population involved in this research was 20 children. Problem formulation: How does the use of big book media improve the speaking skills of young children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Al-Hasanah Marenu? Does big book media have an influence on the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Al-Hasanah Marenu? This research aims to: see how big book media influences the speaking abilities of young children at PAUD Al-Hasanah Marenu. To prove whether or not there is an influence from big book media on the speaking abilities of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Al-Hasanah Marenu. The research method used is quantitative, so all data is analyzed numerically and statistically. The results of this research show that learning with big book media has a significant influence on the speaking abilities of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Al-Hasanah Marenu. These results are proven by: Normality testing: pre-test data is 0.107 and post-test is 0.092, both of which are greater than 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. Hypothesis calculation: the calculated t result of 20.466 is greater than the t table of 2.179 at the α = 0.05 level, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the use of big book media has a significant effect on the speaking ability of children aged 5-6 years at Al-Hasanah PAUD Marenu Village.

Education is an independent nursing intervention designed to help individuals, groups, or communities, including hypertension patients, address their health issues through learning activities, with nurses acting as educators. Hypertension is a chronic disease often referred to as the "silent killer." Family support is crucial for hypertension patients in dealing with problems that arise during long-term treatment. Based on interviews with 10 elderly hypertension patients, it was found that when they went for health check-ups and monitoring at healthcare facilities, they were not accompanied by their families. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Education on Family Support in Hypertension Management for the Elderly at UPTD Jekan Raya Health Center, Palangka Raya. Method: This study used a Pre-Experimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest approach. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, with 49 respondents. Results: Based on the results of the Paired Sample Test, a p-value of 0.00 was obtained, which indicates a significance level of p < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning that education significantly influences family support in managing hypertension in the elderly at UPTD Jekan Raya Health Center, Palangka Raya. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of education on family support in managing hypertension for the elderly at UPTD Jekan Raya Health Center, Palangka Raya.

This study investigates the relationship between mathematics self-efficacy and problem-solving ability, exploring the role of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in enhancing both factors. Self-efficacy, defined as students' belief in their ability to successfully perform mathematical tasks, has been shown to significantly impact students' problem-solving capabilities. The research focuses on understanding how this belief influences academic performance and how the Jigsaw model, which fosters collaborative learning, affects students’ self-efficacy and problem-solving skills. A survey-based research design was employed, with participants consisting of university students enrolled in mathematics courses. Data collection involved administering a self-efficacy scale to assess students' confidence in solving mathematical problems and a problem-solving test to evaluate their abilities. Path analysis was used to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and problem-solving skills, and the effect of the Jigsaw model was evaluated by comparing pre- and post-test scores between the experimental and control groups. The results revealed a strong positive relationship between self-efficacy and problem-solving ability (β = 0.45). Additionally, the Jigsaw model significantly enhanced this relationship, improving both students' self-efficacy and problem-solving performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering self-efficacy in mathematics education and the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in achieving this goal. The study provides valuable insights into improving teaching strategies in mathematics, particularly for subjects requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills, by promoting a more interactive and supportive learning environment.

Nurses' compliance in carrying out hand hygiene is very important because infection and disease transmission can be caused by health workers who are not compliant in carrying out hand hygiene every time they carry out health service actions. Health workers' compliance in carrying out hand hygiene both before and after carrying out procedures for providing health services can be a problem that must be considered due to various factors that are closely related to compliance in carrying it out. This research was conducted to analyze factors related to health workers' compliance in implementing hand hygiene at the Peulumat Health Center, South Aceh. The design used is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 80 health workers. Data was obtained by interview using a questionnaire. There is an influence on attitudes with results (p 0.003) and length of service (p 0.002) the availability of hand hygiene facilities (p 0.000) which influences the compliance of health workers in implementing hand hygiene at the Peulumat Health Center in South Aceh. Based on statistical tests, it was found that factors that can influence the health of workers in carrying out hand hygiene consist of attitude, length of service, availability of facilities for carrying out hand hygiene. The implication for recommended services is that supervision and motivation of health workers need to be increased to carry out hand hygiene in accordance with recommendations. The research implication is that it is hoped that there will be research with a larger sample size, involving other people as researchers and using video.

Elderly is an integral part of the human life cycle. Basically, every individual will experience the stage of old age after going through childhood, adolescence and adulthood. In the elderly phase, the human body slowly experiences a decline in function, which is an early sign of the aging process. The plan for this nursing home aims to be a place for the elderly to gather with their community, preventing them from feeling lonely or neglected. The implementation of the Healing Environment concept also influences the elderly's experience of enjoying old age, involving architecture that integrates healing systems from nature, the five senses and psychological aspects.

This research took the location, namely the Denpasar City Health Service. Within the company there are 5 fields available to support integrated health service programs for the community, with a total human resource population of 61 emoployee. The health development program has been implemented with reference running into half decade Strategic Planning which is outlined in the annual performance plan. The health development was carried out in the form of 18 existing health development programs. The pre-survey results showed the influence of employee performance variables using seven questions. 14 samples said they did not agree to the seventh question, 5 respondents answered by choosing the word "disagree" to the sixth question. , namely "work equipment and facilities are adequate and support me in my work", there is a research gap that took place in I News Jakarta stating the results show that communication variables have no effect on employee performance. The aim of this research was to find out how organizational communication influences employee performance, find out the effect of communication on job satisfaction, find out the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and find out the role of job satisfaction in mediating organizational communication on employee performance. The research methods used include the interview process and questionnaires. This research measurement used saturated sampling a sample sized are 61 employee was used. The research results found that the organizational communication variable had a significantly positive effect on employee performance, organizational communication had a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication had a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and the influence of job satisfaction significantly positively mediated organizational communication affect performance employee.

Instead of being in good condition when experiencing a demographic bonus, it turns out that Indonesia has not been able to maximize this factor and is still hampered by unemployment and the government is always encouraging the formation of new entrepreneurs. This research examines the factors that can influence entrepreneurial intentions among students in Soloraya, namely parental support, income expectations, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial motivation which have a dual role as direct influences and mediation. The current research aims to harmonize the theory of planned behavior to explain the role of parental support, income expectations and entrepreneurial motivation in current conditions. This research involved 250 students spread across several universities in Solo and analyzed the data using smart PLS. The results found in this research were that all the variables studied were able to influence students' entrepreneurial intentions in Solo Raya.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Eka Silver Gold And Jewelry. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Eka Silver Gold And Jewelry. Determination of the sample in the study used non-probability sampling through saturated samples so that the total sample in this study was 50 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research show that (1) Compensation Variable with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, then the compensation variable influences employee performance (2) Work Discipline variable with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05, then the work discipline variable influences employee performance (3) The work motivation variable with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, then the motivation variable influences employee performance (4). From the results of these calculations, an Fcount of 25.680 is obtained, which means an Fcount of 25.680 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. So the independent variables Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Motivation together have an influence on employee performance at PT. Eka Silver Gold and Jewelry.

Background: Breast milk is the first natural food for babies which contains vitamins, minerals and nutrients that babies need for growth in the first six months, and no other food or liquid is needed. Data on exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia in 2023 is around 73.9%, this figure still does not meet the national exclusive breastfeeding target of 80%.  Family support factors, including the husband, greatly determine success in breastfeeding, because family influence influences the mother's emotional state, which indirectly also influences breast milk production. Objective: to determine the relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding. Method: quantitative research using analytical survey methods with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained 31 respondents with the criteria of mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months. Results: The results of this research prove that there is a relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding based on the chi square test which shows an Asymp.Sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding.

The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a strategic platform for Southeast Asian countries to collaborate in developing the tourism industry. This study aims to explore how ATF influences the development of tourism education at the Ambarrukmo Tourism College in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with institutional managers, lecturers, and students, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that ATF has a positive impact through several aspects: first, improving the curriculum to be more relevant to the trends and needs of the regional tourism industry; second, improving the capabilities of lecturers through training and workshops held in the ATF series; third, opening up opportunities for international cooperation that expand academic and practical networks for the institution. These findings indicate that participation in ATF contributes significantly to the development of the quality of tourism education at STP Ambarukmo, connecting theory with practice and preparing students to face global challenges in the tourism industry. This study recommends increasing active participation in similar forums to take advantage of more learning and collaboration opportunities.

This study examines the influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics at SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg Mojokerto, considering the importance of character education in schools as a place where students spend much of their time. Using a correlational method and quantitative research type, the researcher involved 193 eleventh-grade students from a population of 425 as respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with 38 statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, as well as correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and simple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the school environment and students' speaking ethics were in the moderate category, with average scores of 65 and 73, respectively. There is a significant influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics, as evidenced by the t-test result (8.364) being greater than the t-table (1.97), leading to the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. Simple linear regression analysis showed a regression coefficient of 29.881, with an R square of 0.268, indicating that the school environment positively affects speaking ethics by 26.8%, while 73.2% is influenced by other factors. This study supports the theory that the school environment influences students' speaking ethics.

In this study, parents as the child's closest environment have an important role in supporting child development. The pattern of caring is the relationship or patterns of interaction between parents and children in order to meet the physical and psychological needs of children. The Pattern of Caring is divided into three types, one of which is authoritarian. These problems arise as a result of children being subjected to excessive restrictions and pressure in the family environment. There is a huge influence on the social life of the child by the authoritarian pattern of parental care. Where there are many negative influences on the social life of the child. Children are less sociable because they feel insecure and tend to be quiet. Children are afraid to make mistakes and to try new things.

Work motivation is the desire or desire that influences nurses' behavior in order to improve performance. There are several factors related to the work motivation of inpatient nurses at Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital, namely responsibility, recognition, achievement, working environment conditions, interpersonal relationships and supervision. This research was conducted in the inpatient room of Tanjungpinang City Hospital, Riau Islands Province. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at the Tanjungpinang City Regional Hospital, namely 85 people and the number of samples in this study was 85 respondents using a total sampling technique. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The results of the research show that what influences work motivation are: Responsibility 98.87 Recognition 80.7 Achievement 83.59 Work environment conditions 51.87 Interpersonal relationships 97.64 Supervision 89.49. The results of statistical tests formulate a relationship between motivation and: Responsibility, the P value is 0.353. Achievement of P value recognition P value 0.028. Interpersonal relationships P value 0.547. Working environmental conditions P value 0.521. Supervision P value 0.334. It is hoped that the results of this research can increase the work motivation of nurses at the Tanjungpinang City Hospital.

This study aims to assess the positive impact of financial technology (mobile banking, internet banking, and SMS banking) on ROA, ROE, and NIM at Bank BPD Denpasar. The research employs quantitative methods, utilizing secondary data from the annual financial reports of Bank BPD Bali, Denpasar, for 2021-2024, along with national and international journals and official websites. From a population of 36, purposive sampling was used to select 12 samples. The findings indicate that there are significant differences in ROA, ROE, and NIM before and after the adoption of Fintech, with significance levels of 0.025, 0.000, and 0.038 respectively, all of which are below the 0.05 threshold. These results demonstrate that the integration of financial technology has led to a notable increase in ROA, ROE, and NIM, indicating an overall improvement in the bank's financial performance. The study concludes that the adoption of Fintech positively influences the financial metrics of Bank BPD Denpasar, suggesting that such technology can enhance banking performance.
