The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the legal consequences of talak divorce on marriages with non-cash dowry, (2) to find out the legal status of the husband's unpaid dowry debt after talak divorce. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. In this qualitative method, research is carried out directly in the field or at the research location. The research approach used in this research is in the form of a library study (Library Research). Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: For a husband who divorces his wife even though he has not had sexual relations with her, he only has the obligation to pay half of the dowry amount that has been determined before the marriage contract is carried out. However, a husband who has had sex with his wife and then divorces or des not divorce, still has the obligation to pay all the dowry that has been determined by the prospective husband. Meanwhile, for a husband who dies, according to the opinion of most Islamic law experts, it is still obligatory to pay the specified dowry even though during his lifetime he never had sexual intercourse with her (dukhul). Paying debts in Islam is obligatory and you cannot delay paying off all your debts. Likewise, the dowry law must be paid by the prospective husband to the prospective wife at the time of the marriage contract, but if the dowry is postponed then it is still permissible as long as the time for repayment is clear. Paying dowry debts according to the Compilation of Islamic Law is permissible to be owed and may also be deferred if the bride-to-be is happy and gives permission if the dowry is deferred. In this case, the dowry is still owed in the event of separation (divorce), a husband's obligation is to pay the dowry from the assets owned by a husband during the marriage and the dowry owed can be settled after the divorce occurs.    

The age period of 4 - 5 years is the first basis for the development of physical (motor), cognitive, language, social, emotional and cognitive abilities. According to WHO, it is estimated that 5-10% of children experience delays in thinking, with an estimated 1-3% especially for children under 5 years. In Indonesia there is a general developmental delay which includes motor, language, social, emotional and cognitive development. This research was conducted to see the relationship between maternal knowledge and gross motor development in preschool children at TKIT Al Hikmah. The research design used is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out at TKIT Al Hikmah in September 2023. The population in this study was all mothers of preschool age children at TKIT Al Hikmah totaling 43 people. Samples taken from the total population. From the results of the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), the calculation results show that the p value (0.049) < α (0.05) means that ha is accepted and ho is rejected. From these results it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and gross motor development in preschool children. It is hoped that respondents will be willing to participate in increasing knowledge and paying attention to the motoric development of preschool-aged children.

While the research  is  descriptive  specification  anaitisyang  intended  to  describe  the  legislation  in  force associated with legal theories.Based  on  research  that  shows  that  in  this  case  about  liability  if  anything  happens  to  the item before reaching the destination or delay in delivery or if there are other things, the company is obliged to replace losses caused his company. and in case of loss or serious damage, the company will  provide  compensation  in  accordance  with  the  price  of  goods  or  conducted  negotiations regarding the compensation agreements.

Occupational accidents are considered a risk that is difficult to avoid in production or work activities. Protection of rights can ensure the working life not to consider itself in a hazardous work environment, even if accidents at work are inevitable. The research uses implementation assessment elements: programs or policies, target groups, and implementers. The aim of this study is to find out how the implementation of worker rights protection is related to employment accidents at BPJS Employment. The research method used is qualitative, with a library study approach. As for the results obtained in this study, i.e. in creating social security related to work accidents as an attempt to protect workers or workers, the program or policy implemented is JKK (Work Accident Insurance) with the target group of workers and workers and implementers of the BPJS Employment. This research could draw the conclusion that the implementation of social security efforts related to work accidents is not optimal because there are still problems in these activities, such as delays, and companies do not do what should be done by the company.

The management function consists of: the implementation (planning), organizing), implementation (actuating), and control (controlling). Constraint business management facing by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction include internal constraints that is lack of employees when many demand and delay of product raw material supplies, and external constraints are of unclear consumers with product details of the product and competitor or competitors. Solutions to overcome constraints on printing business management by CV. Potential weaknesses faced by the company. In the current era of globalization and digitization, companies face pressure to increase operational efficiency and accountability in presenting financial information. By using the PALS (Pasticipatory Action Learning System) method, where this method basically involves accounting staff in the process of upgrading the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) system from 30 accounting staff and 5 staff will be taken for the interview sample in this research. From the problems currently faced by companies in managing financial reports, they have not been able to carry out systematic recording. With better data integration using ESB, a company's various systems and applications can be connected and communicate well. In real-time reporting compared to manual (conventional) recording which requires processing time, ESB allows for better real-time financial reports.

Shrinkage is the reduction of medical records on storage shelves by moving inactive medical records to a different room from the active shelf seen from the last patient visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of shrinkage at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by means of interviews and observations in the medical records unit. So it can be concluded from the results of the study that the Kembangan Regional General Hospital already has SOP related to shrinkage which is divided into SOP sorting, media transfer and destruction. In the implementation of shrinkage, officers carry out the process of sorting, transferring and transferring media every day. But officers do not conduct an assessment based on use value. The destruction process is carried out when the number of medical records has reached 2 tons by using a third party to make medical records in the form of pulp. The main obstacles to the implementation of shrinkage are officers who do not have a decree on duties and teams so that officers often delay the implementation of shrinkage, paper quality that makes it difficult for officers to see medical record sheets in the past year and scan machines that heat up quickly due to continuous use. Therefore, the Kembangan Regional General Hospital should complete the SOP related to shrinkage, make a decree of duties and conduct an assessment stage so that the implementation of shrinkage is carried out properly, and add a scan machine so that the implementation of media transfer is not delayed.

Family Planning (KB) is a government program to limit the number of children by preventing pregnancy, births that can delay pregnancy, the desired spacing of children to regulate the rate of population growth. This study used a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study are mothers. The sampling technique used is total sampling. In the study the independent variable was the provision of counseling about family planning, while the dependent variable was the knowledge of the women of Paya Baroh village, kec. City of two, district. Pidie triumph. The type of instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 25 respondents. It is known that most of the respondents were female as many as 25 respondents with a percentage of 100%, while most of them were aged 25-34 years as many as 10 respondents with a percentage of 40%. The level of knowledge before being given counseling was categorized as high by 6 respondents or 24%. The level of knowledge after being given counseling is categorized as high by 25 respondents or 100%. The level of family planning knowledge before and after most of the respondents increased from an average value of 2.12 to 1.00. From these results it can be concluded that there were positive results from the counseling process carried out.

In this case, the researcher examines the practice of these transactions from the perspective of Islamic law in order to provide legal certainty.

The development of welding technology in this era took place rapidly, especially in the sector of new ship building and ship construction repair. Incorrect welding activities often cause delays which cause costs, time and consumables losses. In order to develop the speed and efficiency of the welding work, it is mandatory to determine a welding method that is suitable for the site conditions. This study provides a choice of three welding methods consisting of the SMAW and FCAW welding methods based on their strength and economic value. To strengthen the results of welding can be tested with a destructive test consisting of a tensile test, bending test and impact test. Next, the calculation of the welding cost per kg, welding speed per meter and electrode consumption is carried out to find out the difference in the economic value of all the welding materials. When tested, it was found that there was no difference in tensile strength between SMAW and FCAW. Welding method, maximum 1%, but SMAW welding method has 4% better yield strength than FCAW welding method. The ductility value of the FCAW welding method is 34% better than the SMAW welding method. The FCAW welding method has 67% better economic value when compared to the SMAW welding method. The FCAW welding method has a speed of 72% better than the SMAW welding method, and the FCAW welding method is 50% more efficient than the SMAW welding method.

UPT Karanganyar Health Center Karanganyar Regency is a type urban non-inpatient health centers, so they only serve outpatient care and emergency. Based on the results of the survey and introduction of researchers, at UPT Karanganyar Health Center found a medical record document missfile. The Missfile was due to a lack of non-RMIK officers in the filing department careful in returning medical record documents in place, and amount the medical record staff in the filing is inadequate. This research aims to find out the medical record document storage system at UPT Puskesmas Karanganyar.This type of research uses descriptive research methods, with approach. The subjects in this study were medical record filing officers. The object of this study is a medical record document storage system in UPT Karanganyar Health Center. This research instrument uses guidelines interviews and observations. Data processing by collecting, editing, and data presentation.The result of this research is based on record numbering system medical uses UNS (Unit Numbering System) with Family Numbering, for alignment using SNF (Straight Numerical Filling) and storage using centralization with personal folders. Factor the cause of the missfile is the inaccuracy of the clerk in returning the document medical records to the filing rack, the impact of the missfile is service delays and duplication of medical records efforts made namely socialization with color coding.The author suggests that a tracer should always be used when retrieval of medical record documents, so that they are stored again medical record documents faster, and avoid missfiles. It is necessary control by medical record officers when non medical record officers put DRM back on the shelf. Conduct HR recruitment with competence and qualifications from D3 Medical Records.

This study aims to analyze the management of village fund allocation in village development and identify factors that encourage and hinder its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study conducted in Minta Kasih Village located in Salapian District, Langkat Regency. In this study, researchers analyzed the implementation of village fund allocation and its impact on village community empowerment. The research approach includes interviews, observations and document analysis to obtain information on the use of village fund allocation. The results showed several obstacles in accountability for village fund allocation, especially related to reporting and monitoring. In addition, there are gaps in community accessibility and understanding of village fund allocation programs that have the potential to affect the effectiveness of village development. From the results of the study, it is known that the factors that support the implementation of village fund allocation in the development of Minta Kasih Village are community support in infrastructure development, education, health, and the development of micro and small enterprises in the village. However, inhibiting factors include the government's inability to optimize budget use and delays in preparing village fund allocation accountability reports (ADD).

Intoduction Triage is a process of sorting patients based on the severity and the mildness of trauma or illness suffered. This triage process must be carried out immediately and in a short time. In addition, the implementation given in handling emergency cases must be appropriate, because inaccuracy in decision making will cause adverse effects such as treatment delay and disability in patients. The purpose of this research was to find out the corellation between overcrowded conditions with the accuracy of triage implementation in the Emergency Room of the DTIU of Type C Manembo-nemboRegional Hospital in Bitung. Research Design This research was conducted by using a descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional design. Sampelswere taken based on the number of respondents as many as 32 people using total sampling technique. Data collection was done by doing observation. Then, the collected data was processed by running the SPSS computer program version 16.0 to be analyzed by aFisher Exact test with the significance level α = 0,05. The result showed that the accuracy of the triage implementation correctly amounted to 18 respondents (56,2 %) dan which is not correct there are 14 respondents (43,8%). From the Chi Square test, it was obtained the ρ value = 0,001< α = 0,05. Conclusion The conclusion of this research is that there is acorellation between overcrowded conditions with the accuracy of triage implementation in the Emergency Room of the DTIU of Type CManembo-nemboRegional Hospital in Bitung. It is suggested to nurses to be able to take appropriate action in the implementation of triage with overcrowded conditions in order to reduce morbidity and mortality in hospitals.

The proper submission of financial reports affects the company's reputation because it ensures that short-term and long-term decisions and policies are made quickly so that the public gets information quickly. This study aims to determine whether audit delays are influenced by financial performance and examiner reputation. The period 2016-2021 is the time span of this research with various types of industrial or business companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is quantitative in nature. The test sample consists of 126 entities and is taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it was found that liquidity proxied in the quick ratio did not show significant results on audit delay, then profitability proxied by net profit margin showed significant results on audit delay, then for solvency proxied by debt to assets gave results had no significant effect on audit delay, then for external auditor reputation also did not show significant results on audit delay.

One of the intersections in the city of Palembang is the Three-way Intersection of Bukit Siguntang, which is a signal-free intersection. This intersection is located in an educational and residential area, connecting Srijaya Negara Street and Demang Lebar Daun Street. The road has a very high volume of vehicles, with traffic flows reaching 45,208 vehicles on Sundays or holidays, 82,124 vehicles on Mondays, and 80,379 vehicles on Wednesdays. Among these three days, Monday is the busiest day with a vehicle count of 84,364. The intersection's performance is evaluated by examining the capacity levels at each approach. The Three-way Intersection of Bukit Siguntang shows a degree of saturation (DS) above 0.85 on all approaches, indicating that the road capacity has reached a saturation level resulting in a service level of D for the intersection, with an average intersection delay of 34.27 seconds/vehicle. To enhance the intersection capacity, several alternatives can be implemented, including road geometric widening and changing the traffic flow policy from two-way single lane to one-way single lane. Simulation of the capacity improvement for the intersection with both alternatives indicates that road geometric widening results in a delay of 24.58 seconds/vehicle, falling within the service level C for the intersection. Meanwhile, changing the traffic flow policy from two-way single lane to one-way single lane results in a delay of 17.39 seconds/vehicle, also falling within the service level C for the intersection.

To carry out several main tasks in the PPEPD field, there are several work tools in the form of systems with running business processes, one of which is the Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SI MonEv) which is used quarterly. Based on the analysis carried out at the Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda, especially in the field of PPEPD with a system that is already running to assist in carrying out tasks, there are several problems found in the process and its use, namely the inaccurate layout of the features and assets in the system interface, which causes a feeling of discomfort. in its use, and there are no features to support ease of use. Therefore, several system design efforts are needed that are able to provide solutions to problems, convenience, and refresh the existing system. This development takes the form of evaluating and designing the user interface on the system to provide refreshment to the interface and adding features to support ease of operation such as graphical data visualization to simplify the monitoring process, a search feature to simplify the process of searching for reports, notifications to provide notification of each entry of the latest report in order to avoiding missing information, and providing a deadline feature to minimize delays in the reporting process.

A survey conducted by the Community Service team, especially mothers with young children, said the lack of education was caused by the posyandu, especially in terms of toddler growth and development. How to spread this service with discussions, questions and answers, and checking the weight of toddlers. The service is carried out at the Connectrejo Village Hall with secondary targets for mothers who have toddlers. After the counseling activities, participants understand how to monitor the growth and development of toddlers and can monitor the ideal weight of toddlers.

This Community Service aims to help simplify the marketing process for culinary MSMEs, namely Siomay Indul and Warung Makan "Siderhana", which are Service Partners. The methods used in this service are: 1) interviews. 2) Observation. The results of the service that has been carried out show that the service that has been carried out has increased the skills and knowledge of the Service Partners regarding marketing strategies which also supports business development.

This study aims to determine the indicators of claim fulfillment of the Life Insurance claim process at PT Prudential Life Insurance Syariah Binjai City Branch and to find out the causes of life insurance claims can be delayed or rejected at PT Pruential Life Isurance Binjai City Branch... The research used is descriptive qualitative.  The results showed that in general there are four claim processes including claim notification, proof of claim documents, claim investigation and claim settlement. The four claim processes implemented by PT Prudential Life Assurance Syariah are quite simple and easy.  The cause of the delayed claim is the lack of documents provided by the institution on behalf of the participants to the insurance company so that the claim is postponed until the file is completed at a predetermined time. The causes of rejected claims are as follows Customer dishonesty, Exclusion by the insurance company in paying the sum insured, The customer takes too long to submit a claim, The requirements when submitting a claim are incomplete, Non-payment of premiums by customers within a predetermined period. The cause of the delayed claim is the lack of documents provided by the institution on behalf of the participants to the insurance so that the claim is postponed until the file is completed at a predetermined time.
