This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in needs analysis on the development of English language learning curriculum. Needs analysis is an important process in designing a curriculum that is responsive to learners' needs. However, the needs of English language learners continue to evolve with changes in time, technology, and global demands. Therefore, changes in needs analysis are necessary to ensure that the English language learning curriculum remains relevant and effective. In studying the impact of changes in needs analysis on curriculum development in English language learning, the researcher will conduct a comprehensive search of academic databases, educational journals, conference proceedings, and other reputable sources. The search will be focused on finding relevant studies, theories, and models related to needs analysis, curriculum development, and English language learning. The results of the study indicate that changes in needs analysis have a significant impact on the development of English language learning curriculum. Some of these impacts include emphasizing more authentic communication skills, increasing the use of technology in learning, the need for cross-cultural skills, and emphasizing professional skills relevant to the workplace. This study concludes that changes in needs analysis are an important step in developing a responsive and effective English language learning curriculum. By considering changes in learners' needs, the curriculum can be adjusted to provide a more relevant and beneficial learning experience. Therefore, curriculum developers and education policymakers need to continuously monitor changes in learners' needs and make necessary adjustments in the development of the English language learning curriculum.

Keerom Regency is one of the areas that has the potential for Batugamping mineral resources which is quite potential, this is evidenced by the existence of several mining business actors who are carrying out mining activities in the area. Based on the geological map of the Jayapura sheet (Taritatu Sheet) the distribution of limestone potential is quite evenly distributed in the Keerom Regency area. The distribution of limestone potential in Keerom Regency is spread in the Arso 1, Arso 4, Arso 10, Arso 13 areas to Senggi. Based on the results of the initial survey, mining activities in Keerom Regency have not been managed properly, because some mining sites have carried out mining activities but do not yet have legality, namely a mining permit (SIP), do not have a good and correct mine processing plan based on the mining stages, there are still locations where limestone is not yet known distribution, volume and even the amount of resources and reserves. The potential for limestone is a good investment opportunity if it is developed into a community mine that can provide added value to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have geological mapping activities and also the calculation of resource values. In this case, it concerns the quantity and quality of deposits to be able to provide information as a mineral database for the community as land owners and is also very useful for the Keerom Regency government. This research aims to determine the amount of limestone volume which can later be used as data base information during mining activities. The research also utilized the Surfer 11 application for the creation of topographic maps and to calculate the number of limestone volumes. The research method that will be carried out is the Cross Section Method which is a special Method for types of rock minerals        

Pharmacy is a health service facility that aims to help improve health for the community (public health), as well as a place for practicing pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work spread across various regions. Choosing a business location is the main thing to consider in build a business, including pharmacy. A strategic business location is related to transportation efficiency, material properties, product characteristics, and ease of reaching consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing the pharmacy location on medicine purchasing decisions in Indonesia. The method that used in this study is literature review with 6 research journals that collected and processed pre-existing data using search engines such as Google Scholar and journal databases such as Researchgate and published in 2018-2023. The result shows that pharmacy location is not always a factor in a person's decision to buy medicine, there are other factors such as price, quality of pharmacy service, and etc.

The use of Kolcaba's theory of comfort is easy to apply in the perioperative field and is useful for addressing a variety of patient comfort needs. Fulfillment of holistic comfort through indicators of relief (freedom), ease (calmness), transcendence (happiness). This literature review was carried out by collecting articles and textbooks from databases such as Proquest, Scient Direct, Google Search, Google Scholar. The search was carried out using the keywords "Comfort", "Katherin Kolcaba", "Nurse" and "Perioperative". The selected article focuses on Katharine Kolcaba's practice theory of Comfort in Perioperative Care. The results of the study show that the theory of comfort is very helpful in providing nursing care for perioperative patients, through feeling comfortable facilitating the emergence of synergistic, multidimensional, organismal responses that can influence the healing process. So that the theory of comfort is highly recommended in providing nursing interventions for perioperative patients. Nursing interventions in the four holistic contexts lead to various ways to help patients find relief, serenity or transcendence. Using comfort theory can assist nurses in assessing and identifying patient needs and in providing nursing interventions.

The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah, North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research subjects for this study were randomly selected using a sampling technique called purposive sampling. Observations, interviews and documentation all contribute to the data collection methodology. School administration, school boards, special education teachers and students, and parents of students are important members of any special education project. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah was successful. This is supported by data verification using standard scoring rubrics, empirical evidence obtained from observations, interviews, and written documentation showing that education administration at SLB Melati Asyiyah in West Sulawesi is divided into the areas of curriculum management, student administration, and finance. management. It is the teacher's responsibility to adapt teaching and student evaluation strategies to the needs of individual students. In addition, faculty management starts with the help of a faculty needs database, recruitment resources, and selection criteria. The international faculty's responsibilities emphasize cooperation and coordination. The management of resources and facilities is carried out through strategic planning which is informed by supply and demand analysis.

According to Law No. 36 of 2009, health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to lead a socially and economically productive life. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

Introduction: Work stress in nurses is one of the problems in human resource management in hospitals. Nurses in hospitals are one of the potential resources that have a dangerous risk of burnout in workers. One of the triggering factors for work burnout in workers is work stress experienced by hospital workers. Research objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions in Indonesia. Research Method: The research method used is the literature review study method by reviewing previous research that is relevant to the topic discussed as a study accessed on the Google Scholar database. Research Results: The results of the research conducted were that there was a significant relationship between work stress and job burnout in hospital nurses in various regions of Indonesia. The conclusion of this study is that work fatigue is influenced by work stress.

Conflict management studies are needed because it is still difficult to find previous studies that address this topic in depth and considering that some companies have not optimally implemented conflict management programs both inside and outside the company. The purpose of this literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. The type of data used in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 29 articles and research journals both nationally and internationally with the journal publication year 2011-2022. The data collection method used in this literature review was a literature review with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The data analysis technique used in this literature review is a bibliometric-based data analysis technique with the help of VosViewer 1.6.19 software to obtain a more comprehensive visualization of conflict management. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that each study places a different focus or concentration on conflict management. Teams and organizations have 29 outcomes from conflict management in the form of leadership style, job satisfaction, innovation and productivity are the four antecedents of conflict management. Conflict Management Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Performance, Innovation, Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence are the six consequences.    

Garbage is the biggest threat, especially in Indonesia, statistically the second largest country in the world after China. Most of Indonesia's population lives in coastal areas and that is where most of the trash is found. Garbage on the coast can come from human activities such as tourists, municipal waste disposal and part of the river. The purpose of this research is to increase awareness and participation to create a clean environment to protect clean coastal and estuarine environments. The research method is library research with a systematic review design based on descriptive analysis, namely journal articles searched in the Google Scholar database. The results of the study applying the clean movement can minimize waste, and appeal to the public to have a sense of concern for the environment so that the beach is not polluted, does not damage the environment and maintains public health.

Rumah  makan  adalah  tempat/bangunan  untuk  mendirikan  bisnis  jual  makanan  yang menyuguhkan  hidangan  siap  saji.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  membuat  sebuah  media  bantu  sistem  informasi  geografis  yang  dapat membantu masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam melakukan proses pencarian lokasi dan rute serta menyajikan informasi mengenai  rumah  makan berbasis  android di Kabupaten Fakfak.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data rumah makan yang dikumpulkan  yaitu  nama  pemilik,  alamat,  nama  usaha,  alamat  usaha,  menu,  harga,  waktu  pelayanan dan  nomor  hp.  Metode  perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Waterfall, dimana semua proses kegiatan terlebih dahulu telah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan sebelum dilakukan proses pengerjaan. Sedangkan, pengujian  sistem  menggunakan  metode  Blackbox,  aplikasi  yang  digunakan untuk  membuat  sistem  adalah  Android  Studio  dan  MySQL  untuk  membuat  database.Berdasarkan hasil  pengujian  menggunakan  metode blackbox  bahwa  sistem  yang  di  kembangkan  sudah  dapat memenuhi  kebutuhan   pengguna  dan  berdasarkan  kuesioner  dari  segi  pengguna  didapatkan  sebanyak 90%, menyatakan  sistem ini dapat sangat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna  dalam mencari lokasi dan rute serta informasi mengenai informasi menu, fasilitas, waktu pelayan, alamat dan jenis rumah makan di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

Sumber daya air merupakan sumber daya alam yang penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan lingkungan, namun pengelolaannya masih belum efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memaparkan dan menganalisis gap analisa tren penelitian di bidang lingkungan sumber daya air, serta membantu identifikasi kerentanan dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan basis data scopus dengan jumlah 92409 artikel dan terekstraksi menjadi 12 artikel. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis prisma, kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan bibliometrika menggunakan Vosviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil penelitian ini adalah visualisasi dan penjelasan bibliometrika dalam topik lingkungan sumber daya air menurut Co-Authorship, Co-Occurance belum mengalami pembahasan yang relative tetap berdasarakan referensi dan kata kunci dalam penelitian dari berbagai negara belahan dunia ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penelitian dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya air yang berkelanjutan secara efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci: Sumber Daya Air; Lingkungan; Bibliometrik; Biblioshiny;     ABSTRACT   The management of water resources is crucial for the survival of both humans and the environment. However, there is still a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in this area. The purpose of this investigation is to describe and analyze disparity in research trends regarding environmental water resources, while also identifying existing research weaknesses and gaps. A total of 92,409 articles from the Scopus database were analyzed, and 12 articles were selected for this study. The prism analysis method was employed, and bibliometrics were utilized through Vosviewer and Biblioshiny. The findings of this study provide a visualization and bibliometric explanation of the topic of environmental water resources, demonstrating that Co-Authorship and Co-Occurance have not been thoroughly explored based on references and keywords from various countries around the globe. One of the main causes of mortality in children, as well as an important factor leading to malnutrition is Diarrhea. The prevalence of diarrhea among the 5-14 age group ranks highest after the toddler and elderly age groups. In 2018, the number of diarrhea cases among all age groups served by healthcare facilities increased by 229,734 cases from the previous year of 2017. Children who have persistent diarrhea may experience subpar results in terms of their growth and development.. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the connection between handwashing practices and dietary habits and the prevalence of diarrhea in school-aged children.. The research method used is a Literature Review, by searching for research articles sourced from the electronic database Google Scholar using keywords such as diarrhea, handwashing habits, food consumption, and students. From the analysis of 5 articles, it was found that the habit of washing hands with soap and maintaining nail hygiene can prevent the occurrence of diarrhea in children. A good food consumption pattern also has a lower risk of experiencing diarrhea. Age differences in children are also related to the incidence of diarrhea, where younger children are more susceptible to experiencing diarrhea.

Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis literatur yang terkait dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam kurikulum pembelajaran melalui tinjauan literatur yang sistematis. Artikel ini menganalisis literatur melalui database elektronik yang diperoleh dari Scopus. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada  tinjauan literatur sistematis adalah Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer, dan Harzing's Publish or Perish. Berdasarkan dari hasil pencarian artikel dengan menggunakan Harzing's Publish or Perish diperoleh 759 publikasi yang diterbitkan tahun 1944 hingga 2021 untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian ini disajikan dengan menggunakan indikator bibliometrik umum seperti produktivitas penelitian dalam hal tahun publikasi, jenis dokumen, bidang subjek, analisis kata kunci, kepengarangan, dan analisis kutipan. Secara keseluruhan, jumlah peningkatan tulisan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa sangat penting dalam pembelajaran abad ke-21. Guru dapat menggunakan pendekatan dan strategi pembelajran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Entrepreneurship learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, including the ability to recognise and develop new business opportunities, effectively manage resources, and take calculated risks in order to achieve success in business ventures often associated with intentional entrepreneurship refers to a person's motivation or inclination to launch a new business venture. The focus of this study is on entrepreneurial learning and intention, and it employs a systematic review methodology from 2021 to 2023 scopus database. The focus of research related to entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship intention focuses on several things such as experiential learning practice, individual characteristics such as gender, age, proximity to entrepreneurship, academic performance, previous work experience, and propensity for risk and observe the change, innovation, one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, young employees’ perception of their current paid jobs, creativity among female learners, cognitive and social conditions, creative self-efficacy, and theory of planned behavior.

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

This study aims to determine the information system service certificate for Jalatrang Village, Ciamis Regency using data collection techniques through field research, namely observation and in-depth interviews with 8 informants who were selectedqualitatively descriptively. The results show that the service information system for village certificates in ciamis district provides positive things to the village. This research was contuted by a library study, namely the collection of data and information through books and other reading sources that are relevant to the problem to be studied. Field research is data obtained by observation. The purpose of this final project is a web-Based Village Certificate Service Information System in Jalatrang Village” aims to design a database that accommodates all information about Jalatrang Village so that this information can be provided and presented more effective in terms of time and energy utilization.

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.
