This study aims to determine and describe the factors causing the low interest of students in learning dance at SMK Taruna Padang. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods.  This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing data, identifying data, analyzing data and inferring data. The results showed that student interest in SMK Taruna Padang can be seen from the factors causing students' low interest in learning dance. These factors are student factors, teacher factors and school factors. This means that from the student factor seen from 2 indicators, namely desire and attention, the results of observations from meetings 1 to 4 are that with teacher limitations in the use of learning media, less varied methods and angry teacher attitudes and low desire and attention in learning dance, especially in learning practice. The dislike of students in lessons can be seen that many students are noisy and in and out of class and do not like to follow dance lessons well.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, cost of education and length of education on the interest of accounting students to take Accounting Professional Education (PPAk). This research method is a quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which was calculated using the IMB SPSS 26 program. The hypothesis test used was a simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and test of the coefficient of determination (R2 test). The population in this study were 132 active semester VIII students of the accounting study program at Nusa Nipa Maumere University. The results of this study indicate, based on the results of the F test simultaneously the variables of motivation, tuition fees and length of education have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk. However, based on the t test, only motivation has an influence and is significant on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk with a tcount > ttable (6.342 > 2.000) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. while the cost of education and length of education did not affect the interest of accounting students to take PPAk with tcount < ttable (0.881 < 2.000) and tcount < ttable (1.169 < 2.000).

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. In this study raised issues in the form of: influencing factors in the development of SMEs and marketing strategies of SMEs. This study aims: to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy of SMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 3 employees. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires filled in by respondents, as well as documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis.

In marketing communications there is a marketing mix, one of which is promotion. Setiap konsumen memiliki banyak ragam pemilihan produk atau merek yang konsumen inginkan untuk dikonsumsi sesuai dengan dengan kebutuhan konsumen masing-masing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan sikap dan motivasi konsumen terhadap minat beli pada toko dillaaa secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yaitu Asosiatif, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen toko dillaaa yang tidak di ketahui secara pasti jumlahnya (unknown population) jumlah sampel yang digunakan  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 respondendengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu  purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan study pustaka. Teknik Analisa data dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,asumsi klsik,  uji regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian  ini menunjukan bahwa sikap dan motivasi konsumen berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pada toko dillaaa secara parsial maupun simultan.

Shopee menjadi salah satu marketplace pilihan masyarakat Indonesia dalam berbelanja online untukmemenuhi kebutuhan esensial sehari-hari, salah-satunya yakni pemenuhan kebutuhan sandang. Fenomena ini menimbulkan terciptanya banyak pelaku bisnis memanfaatkan marketplace Shopee untuk menjual produk fashion dengan memberikan kelebihan dari produk yang ditawarkan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh OCR & rating terhadap minat beli barang fashion di marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian berupa penelitian asosiatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan mendapatkan sampel berjumlah 96 responden.Populasi penelitian yang diambil yakni. Seluruh masyarakat kota bima yang pernah membeli produk fashion. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan variabel online customer review&online customer rating berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat belibaik secara parsial maupun simultan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 2 variabel independen memberikan sumbangan sebesar 26,3%, sedangkan sisanya 73,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktorlain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti kualitas produk, harga dan variabel-variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The restaurant is the most visited place both for meeting friends or for gathering with family to eat together. So we need a unique interior design to attract visitors. Taking into account the modern layout and interior so as to make visitors more comfortable to relax. The attractiveness of a restaurant can be made in various ways, such as a very unique and attractive interior or exterior design. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interior design on the interest of restaurant visitors. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique. Sample random sampling is a technique where sampling is carried out directly at the place to be sampled. An example in this study is the 100 responses that were visitors to a multi-ethnic restaurant in Medan. The technique used in this study uses data analysis techniques to test the validity, reliability and regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent. Based on the results obtained from an analysis of the positive influence between interior design and the interest of visitors to a diverse serving restaurant in Medan, the better and more attractive the interior design used, the increasing number of visitors coming to a diversity serving restaurant in Medan.

Dalam Islam setiap kegiatan bisnis harus taat pada dua prinsip, yaitu taat pada aturan atau tatanan moral yang ditetapkan Allah SWT. Dan empati, mensyukuri rahmat dan ciptaan Allah dengan cara menahan diri dari tindakan yang merugikan orang lain dan mencegah penyebaran praktik yang tidak etis. Digital marketing di Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi sudah bagus mereka mengenalkan distro mereka melalui media social seperti instagram tetapi pemilihan lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada didalam perumahan yang letaknya tidak dipinggir jalan. Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between learning motivation and audio-visual learning media on students' learning interest at SDN 1 Siluman. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research chosen is correlation research. The population is all grade VI students at SDN 1 Siluman for the academic year 2023/2024 with a total of 54 students. The sample used is saturated sampling, so the entire population is sampled in this study. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through correlation testing. Based on the research results, it can be seen that there is a relationship between learning motivation and students' interest in learning with a correlation coefficient of 0.719, so it can be combined based on the interpretation correlation coefficient as a strong relationship. There is a relationship between audio-visual learning media and student learning interest with a correlation coefficient of 0.696, so it can be classified based on the interpretation correlation coefficient as a strong relationship. There is a relationship between audio-visual learning media and learning motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.932, so it can be categorized based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient as a very strong relationship. Based on this research, educators can increase student motivation and interest in learning with the use of audio-visual media.

Implementasi Pelajaran Bahasa Arab dalam Pembiasaan Bacaan Al-Qur’an SMP Darussalam Koposari Cileungsi Kita sebagai umat islam dituntut untuk selalu membaca dan mempelajari al-qur’an sesuai dengan SK yang telah dikeluarkan oleh mentri Agama RI yang mengharuskan setiap orang islam untuk selalu meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat yang tinggi dalam Membaca Al-Qur’annya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut,maka pada saat ini banyak lembaga-lembaga pengkaji Al-Qur’an mencetus atau membuat metode yang bermacam-macam,salah satunya dengan mngaitkan pelajaran bacaan Bahasa Arab pada pembiasaan bacaan Al-Qur’an. Pembelajaran bahasa arab menjadi salah satu implementasi dalam Pembiasaan Bacaan Al-Qur’an. Dengan adanya pembiasaan bacaan al-qur’an melalui pelajaran bahasa Arab ini akan meningkatkan minat baca dan belajar memperbaiki bacaan al-qur’an,baik tajwid,makhorijul huruf,dan lain-lain. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang implementasi pelajaran bahasa Arab dalam pembiasaan bacaan al-qur’an di SMP Darussalam Koposari-Cileungsi, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif   yang mampu menjelaskan pembahasan yang akan dikaji. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahasa arab menjadi salah satu bahasa yang memiliki peran penting dalam bacaan al-qur’an. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya anak yang kurang fokus dan kurang bersemangat dalam mengimplementasikan program pembiasaan dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-qur’an serta kurang memperhatikan dan mengimplementasikan program pembiasaan dalam pembelajaran membaca Alquran baik di sekolah ataupun di rumah. Dengan demikian, dalam implementasinya pelajaran bahasa arab khususnya dalam pembacaan al-qur’an ini mampu meningkatkan minat baca,keterampilan dan fasohat siswa dalam bacaan al-qur’an baik pembiasaan di sekolah,rumah dan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This study aims to analyze the significant effect of the work environment, job market considerations, internship experience, motivation, and financial rewards on student interest in pursuing a career in Islamic banking among post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City, either simultaneously or partially.The population in this study were post-internship students of the Islamic banking study program in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample.The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis models. While the data analysis technique uses the F-statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t-statistical test which is processed using the SPSS 25 program.The results of hypothesis testing and discussion show that the work environment, job market considerations, internship experience, motivation, and financial rewards simultaneously have a significant effect on student interest in pursuing a career in Islamic Banks in post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City. Partially, work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, consideration of the job market, internship experience, and financial rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on students' interest in a career in Islamic Banks for post-internship students of the Islamic Banking study program in Semarang City.

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and lifestyle on online shopping interest through the Shopee marketplace. This type of associative research with primary data in and sourced from the research instrument in the form of a Likert-scale questionnaire so that the type of data used is quantitative data. The research population is all consumers who have shopped at Shopee whose number is not known with certainty. The sample of this research was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. data collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test multiple regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the study show that band ambassadors and lifestyle have a significant effect on online shopping interest through the Shopee marketplace.

Collected data analyzed use method statistics descriptive and multiple linear regression Analysis results show that quality product own influence significant to interest buy repeat consumer mold oysters _ Promotion own influence positive to interest buy repeat mold oysters. Findings study This give implication practical for producer mold oyster in increase interest buy repeat consumer. Producer need focus on effort enhancement quality product, incl use technique good cultivation, selection _ material quality raw materials, and attractive packaging. Besides that, manufacturers also have to pay attention to an effective promotion strategy For communicate superiority product to consumer. Studies it also delivers donation theoretical with confirm that quality products and promotions play role important in influence interest buy repeat consumer. Study furthermore can involve variable else, like price and image brand, for expand understanding about influencing factors _ interest buy repeat in context product agriculture other.

This study aims to test whether social media, motivation, knowledge and benefits influence the investment interest of the Z generation of STIE Surakarta students in the capital market. This research uses a quantitative method, the population in this study is 287, the sampling technique of this study is using purosive sampling. with the criteria of 7th Semester STIE Surakarta Accounting Study Program students. The data was distributed through questionnaires distributed via whatsapp grub class or personal WhatsApp to 7 semester 7 accounting students STIE Surakarta Study Program and obtained 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study used regression multiple linear through the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that social media and knowledge do not affect the investment interest of the STIE Surakarta generation of students in the capital market, while the motivational and benefit variables affect the investment interest of the next generation. z STIE Surakarta students in the fashion market. Therefore, the z generation must be interested in investing in the capital market in order to provide long-term support. This research can help the whole community, especially young people, to better understand and be interested in investing in the capital market.

Wayang thengul merupakan salah satu kesenian tradisional dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang sudah diakui oleh Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan diperkenalkan oleh pemerintah sebagai seni pertunjukan khas Bojonegoro. Akibat pengaruh modernisasi, kesenian ini sudah mulai luntur dan dilupakan karena berkurangnya minat dan motivasi generasi muda untuk melestarikannya. Apalagi di Bojonegoro sendiri sangat minim akan fasilitas yang mampu mewadahi seluruh aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan kesenian wayang thengul baik sebagai pelatihan hingga pertunjukan. Kebanyakan fasilitasnya hanya sebatas rumah sang dalang yang digunakan juga sebagai sanggar pelatihan. Untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai dari kearifan lokal tersebut diperlukan upaya sebuah fasilitas yang berperan sebagai wadah wisata edukasi budaya kepada masyarakat dengan menerapkan tema Extending Tradition sebagai pendekatan arsitekturnya. Tema ini diterapkan agar masyarakat dapat mempelajari ilmu budaya yang ada sehingga tertanam suatu kebanggaan terhadap budaya di daerahnya. Metode pendekatan desain ini menggunakan tradisi lokal sebagai ide dasar desain dan memodifikasinya agar sesuai dengan masyarakat modern. Konsep desainnya meliputi pada bagian pertapakan, perangkaan, peratapan, persungkupan dan persolekan.

This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of risk perception, knowledge, and motivation on students' interest in investing in the capital market (a case study on undergraduate students at Bina Sarana Informatics University, Major Accounting). This research method uses a quantitative approach with technical multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 students as respondents via the google form. The results of the study show that knowledge and motivation have a significant effect on investment interest, while risk perception has no effect on student investment interest in the capital market. Simultaneously risk perception, knowledge, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in investing in the capital market.

This study aims to determine the effect of Halal Awareness and Social Media Marketing on the intention to buy MIXUE. This type of research is quantitative causality using multiple regression analysis. The population of this study was the people of Bandar Lampung with a sample of 120 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that the Halal Awareness variable has no effect on the intention to buy MIXUE. Social Media marketing variables affect the intention to buy MIXUE.

Teaching and learning activities are basically a process of communication carried out between teachers and students, in which both of them exchange ideas. aims to increase students' interest in learning, and to explore this matter more deeply, the researcher formulates the research focus as follows: 1) How is the interest in learning social studies for class VIII students at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung, 2) What are the steps for using animated video media in learning, 3) What are the implications of applying animated video media? This research is a research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of this research is MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung. The results of the study are as follows, 1) Students' interest in social studies learning is influenced by the classroom atmosphere and the learning media used. 2) The use of learning media is very necessary in every lesson, 3) The use of animated videos in learning, 4) As a teacher, you have to be creative and innovative. 5) The use of video animation is able to overcome the limitations of the senses, space and time. 6) Animated video media can motivate students to increase student learning interest. 7) The teacher's attention to students with different abilities, both more and less, is of course different, so that all of their students are able to be equal and complete learning well according to the lesson plan standards.
