At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

The emergency department is the front door in providing patient safety and health services. An emergency department certainly requires a fast and precise approach to patient safety. Fast and precise handling will increase patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is a condition where the patient's needs, desires and expectations can be met through the products and services consumed. Therefore patient satisfaction is a measure of the quality of service felt by patients divided by the patient's needs, patient desires, and expectations of the patient himself. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical study is its function to review the factors that become patient satisfaction, so that it can assist the Hospital in making a better plan with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For the hospital it is very important and needs to be done optimally with these patient satisfaction factors to support the improvement of the hospital's status. So the agency in terms of tangible, reliable, assurance, and empathy to improve patient quality.

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of sentences in explanatory texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung in terms of structural clarity, logical meaning, frugality of words, standardization of words, and spelling accuracy. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. The data in this study were sentences in the explanatory text of class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung, with a data source of 26 explanatory texts written by students of class XI SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung. The data collection technique in this study is fishing technique. The results showed that of the 250 sentences used, only 79 sentences could be categorized as effective, while 171 sentences could not be categorized as effective. First, there are 271 ineffectiveness in terms of structural clarity. Second, the ineffectiveness in terms of logical meaning, there are 80 sentences. Third, the ineffectiveness of sentences in terms of word-saving, namely as many as 141 sentences. Fourth, the ineffectiveness of sentences in terms of word standardity, namely as many as 96 sentences. Fifth, sentence ineffectiveness in terms of spelling accuracy was found in 152 sentences.  

The current digital era has an impact on e-commerce businesses. This also has an impact on the growth of logistics transportation companies to meet customer needs. Graha Trans experienced a positive impact from the booming e-commerce business. Quality assurance is needed to measure the success of a logistics transportation company and become a reference for improvement. The research method used is a literature study by collecting various related references related to the development of the quality of Graha Trans's logistics transportation. The results of the research are that Graha Trans carries out quality assurance by providing periodic checks on vehicles, providing training for employees to carry out standard operating procedures and creating services that make it easier for customers to track goods.

The strategy that has been made must be implemented properly in order to ensure development and sustainability. This strategy must be applicable to all hospital parties in order to improve service quality and accreditation status. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literatures. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study are the function of strategic management in improving accreditation status by carrying out procedures so that it can assist hospitals in making better plans with a more logical, rational and systematic approach for each option that will be found by forming a plan. It can be concluded that in improving the quality of health, strategic management is also needed to improve services. With accreditation strategic management, the hospital becomes the object of focus or a process of assessing and determining the eligibility of the hospital according to service standards set by an independent accreditation agency. So that it can improve the image and trust of patients in choosing health care facilities. For hospitals strategic management is very important and needs to be done optimally to support the improvement of accreditation status. So agencies improve infrastructure facilities, adequate human resources and supporting facilities.

The purpose of this paper is to find out how "Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan. The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

The purpose of this work is to convey a message by visualizing negative behavior in the form of women's insecurity with the object of make-up tools that are metaphorized in contemporary painting. The method of creating works using an art consortium through five stages, namely, the preparation stage (observation and exploration), the elaboration stage (searching and collecting references), the synthesis stage (application of main ideas), the realization of concepts (making works), and the completion stage (artist report and final work exhibition). So that the realization of ten works that the author made with the theme of feelings of insecurity, the resulting works are 9 works with a size of 120x100 cm and 1 work with a size of 150x100 cm, with the titles lipatan, keinginan, paksaan, apakah aku sudah berbeda?, logika, kenyataan, pengangggu, penyamaran, mencoba, dan obsesi.

Tabular-based clinical risk prediction models are extensively applied in medical decision support systems; however, two major challenges often reduce their reliability: predictions that contradict basic clinical logic and poorly calibrated probability outputs that weaken threshold-based decision making. This study investigates explainable binary risk prediction using the processed Cleveland subset of the UCI Heart Disease dataset as a public clinical benchmark. A lightweight and CPU-efficient pipeline is proposed by employing an XGBoost classifier integrated with monotonic constraints on clinically relevant features, followed by probability calibration through post-hoc methods, including Platt scaling, temperature scaling, and isotonic regression on a separate validation set. Model performance is assessed in terms of discrimination capability using AUROC, AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, and specificity, while probability reliability is evaluated using ECE and Brier score metrics. A monotonicity audit is also conducted through counterfactual feature sweeps to measure violation rates. In addition, the model is applied for risk stratification into low-, medium-, and high-risk categories with corresponding event-rate reporting. The findings demonstrate that isotonic regression improves probability reliability without degrading discrimination performance. Furthermore, the monotonicity audit reveals no observed violations for constrained features. Overall, the integration of monotonic constraints and probability calibration produces more decision-ready risk estimates for threshold-based clinical decision support while maintaining transparency through SHAP-based analysis.

This research aims to examine the influence of factors that influence accounting students' interest in obtaining Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. Behavioral Decision Theory based on the belief, preference and constraint model is used to explain the influence of capabilities, environmental factor, socio-cultural factor, preference, and constraint faced on accounting students' interest in obtaining CA certification. Gender and GPA variables are used as control variables. The population in this research is active Bachelor of Accounting students who come from state/private universities in Bali, Indonesia. The sample determination method uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 86 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that capabilities have a positive effect on accounting students' interest in obtaining CA certification.

Banjir merupakan suatu peristiwa alam yang sering terjadi ketika musim penghujan. Di Mojokerto tepatnya di desa Tempuran terjadinya banjir diakibatkan oleh air sungai yang meluap dan kurangnya daerah resapan air di daerah Tempuran. Anak-anak merupakan korban yang paling rentan terkena dampak banjir ini akibat dari kurangnya edukasi tentang penyelamatan diri ketika bencana banjir tersebut terjadi. Maka edukasi sejak dini tentang mitigasi bencana banjir pada anak usia dini harus dikenalkan sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran siaga bencana sebagai upaya mengurangi resiko bencana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berfikir logis mengenai mitigasi bencana banjir  pada media pop up book untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan atau R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Desain uji produk pada peneitian ini menggunakan one group pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan 30 anak di TK Negeri Pembina II Sooko Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan N-Gain. Hasil penilaian dari para ahli memperoleh 88,24% dari ahli media sedangkan  dari ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 86,76%. Hasil efektifitas produk dari 30 anak sebesar 0,74  yaitu g ≥ 0,7 yang berarti nilai N-Gain yang diperoleh lebih besar sehingga media dinyatakan layak dan berpengaruh dalam memberikan pengetahuan mitgasi bencana banjir pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.

The hospital is an important organization and is engaged in providing health services  that focus not only on medical service issues but also on non-medical service issues. The hospital guarantees the availability of medical devices to the availability of equipment that can affect the  quality of health services provided, including patient satisfaction. Therefore the purpose of this  study is to determine the analysis of the procurement of medical equipment logistics in hospitals.  The method used in this research is literature review from seven national journals obtained using  online database facilities via Google pages scholar and researchgate. The selected journal is based on its publication published from 2018-2023. The research results show that the analysis of logistics planning and procurement activities of medical devices in several hospitals in Indonesia  have various differences. The difference consists of hospitals that already have a plan logistics is good and some are not running perfectly. Procurement of medical devices that have not been good  due to several factors, one of which is an inadequate budget. So that management or logistics  management of medical devices is needed in hospitals so that medical devices are always available  in accordance with quality standards hospital health. 

  Faktor ibu menjadi masalah dalam pemberian ASI adalah pengeluaran produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh makanan yang dimakan ibu, apabila makanan ibu secara teratur dan cukup mengandung gizi yang diperlukan akan mempengaruhi produksi ASI selain status gizi faktor fisiologis merupankan hal yang harus diperhatikan .ibu yang mengalami kecemasan akan mengakibatkan terjadinyya let-down reflek yang mempengaruhi produksi ASI. Tujuan dari peneIitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada Ibu post section caesarea di RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo status gizi pada Ibu post section caesarea di RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan dan status gizi secara bersama-sama. Metode penelitian ini merupakan peneIitian kuantitatif yang bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan pengambilan Cross sectional. HasiI peneIitian terdapat nilai p < 0.05 dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kecemasan memiliki hubungan dengan produksi ASI pada Ibu Post Section Caesarea Di RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo dan hasil analisa data dengan uji chi square didapatkan nilai significancy 0.024. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut karena nilai p < 0.05 dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa status gizi ibu memiliki hubungan dengan produksi ASI pada Ibu Post Section Caesarea Di RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo, Berdasarkan analisa multivariate uji regresi logistic dapat disumpulkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan diperoleh nilai OR 19,662 dan status gizi sebesar 18,557. dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan memiliki hubungan lebih tinggi dengan produksi ASI pada Ibu Post Section Caesarea Di RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo.    

A hospital is an individual health care institution that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The statement is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals. Drug processing management is an important part of drug management in hospitals, and if one process is not appropriate, it will hinder or affect the drug management system. The hospital does not have standards in recording and planning budgets for the procurement of drugs and other facilities, late delivery of expeditions or late disbursement of BPJS funds must be reconsidered seeing that many communities and hospitals use funds from the BPJS system. Collaborating with other hospitals, pharmacies and with the Health Office can help to meet the availability of drugs.

Komputer dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan untuk setiap pekerjaan baik di organisasi swasta maupun pemerintah. kegiatan di Badan Pusat Statistik mengakibatkan banyaknya surat masuk dan surat keluar, sehingga sulit untuk mengarsipkan surat-surat tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis website.. Mengingat arsip adalah segala bentuk catatan aktivitas yang dilakukan organisasi maupun lembaga seperti dokumen, rekaman dan sebagainya, maka keberadaannya perlu dijaga dengan baik. Sistem arsip dibangun dengan menggunakan metode prototype, yaitu suatu pendekatan pengembangan sistem yang meliputi dari beberapa tahapan yaitu Communication, Quick plan, Modelling Quick Design, pembentukan Prototype dan Deployement Delivery & Feddback Selain itu menggunakan PHP serta MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dengan framework laravel. Sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola arsip surat masuk dan surat keluar yang tersimpan secara digital dikembangkan sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pencarian surat. Dengan mengakses aplikasi arsip ini dengan user login yang sesuai,  petugas administrasi dapat menambah, mengedit, menghapus, dan menyimpan surat masuk dan keluar, mencari berdasarkan nomor surat, subjek, pengirim, tujuan, dan tanggal, serta mengunduh surat digital berdasarkan hasil pencarian.  Sistem arsip surat yang telah dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar secara cepat dan efisien.

Perkembangan teknologi untuk digitalisasi berdampak pada sistem pembayaran, analisis untuk situasi masalah yaitu memeriksa kualitas e-wallet Go-Pay dalam berbagai aspek, urgensi kegiatan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Go-Pay bagus produk e-wallet, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas e-wallet Gopay, Dalam penelitian ini, selain teknik metodologi, dilakukan pencarian literatur pada perpustakaan untuk memperoleh informasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi data dan menggunakan sumber data yang sudah tersedia, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang etis dan logis. Terdapat tabel hasil, pembahasan, dan dampak dari beberapa jurnal yang membahas tentang Go-Pay. Keunggulan Go-Pay inilah yang mendorong pengguna Gojek untuk menggunakannya. Ketertarikan menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital Gopay juga dipengaruhi oleh utilitas yang dirasakan dan kenyamanan penggunaan. Tingkat dalam mempermudah dan keuntungan menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay juga mempengaruhi minat pengguna Indonesia. Dari hasil dan pembahasan jurnal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa GOPAY memiliki brand image dan kualitas aplikasi yang baik sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen saat menggunakan dompet Go-paye sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 tahun selama kurang lebih 2 tahun menjadi pembelajaran bagi Indonesia khususnya di bidang kesehatan. Problematika di bidang kesehatan semakin terlihat jelas di era pandemi COVID-19 ini. Suhu tubuh normal berkisar antar 36,5⁰C - 37,5⁰C dan bila melebihi 38,5⁰C maka ada indikasi terinfeksi covid-19 yang kemudian akan diarahkan untuk isolasi baik mandiri atau di tempat yang telah disediakan. Tujuan adanya ruang isolasi adalah untuk mengendalikan penyebaran penyakit menular yang bisa mewabah. Ruang isolasi adalah ruangan khusus, orang-orang yang bisa masuk ke ruangan ini juga sangat terbatas. Mengingat di ruang isolasi tidak bisa sembarangan keluar masuk, untuk itu dikembangkanlah sistem monitoring yang mampu memantau beberapa parameter yang dibutuhkan agar ruangan tersebut memenuhi standar operasional prosedur. Salah satunya adalah pengelolaan tata udara yang harus dijaga yaitu suhu ruangan dan kelembapan ruangan. Udara dalam ruangan dan kontaminan dalam ruangan minimal 6x pertukaran udara perjam dengan suhu ruangan 24 - 26 C dan kelembaban relatif 40 - 60%. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis ingin menerapkan Fuzzy logic metode Mamdani pada sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembapan ruangan pasien isolasi Covid-19 berabsis IOT ( Internet of Things ). Hal ini tentunya sangat membantu berbagai pihak mulai perorangan, hingga lembaga kesehatan utamanya rumah sakit umum. Dari pengujian metode Fuzzy Logic tersebut diambil 10 data yang dibandingkan nilainya dengan Matlab, dapat dihasilkan rata-rata error output PWM sebesar 0.1%. Bedasarkan pengujian metode black box yang dilakukan dapat diketahui tampilan sistem sesuai dengan tampilan yang diharapkan, dengan persentase kesesuaian 100%. Untuk pengujian fungsional dapat diketahui tampilan website dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada browser Opera, Chrome, dan juga Microsoft Edge.

Di dalam maupun di luar ruangan tong sampah sangatlah di butuhkan untuk orang banyak untuk kebersihan lingkungannya. Dengan adanya tong sampah bisa terjaganya lingkungan yang asri dan udara semakin sejuk tanpa adanya sampah- sampah yang berserakan di mana- mana. Pada penelitian ini tong sampah dalam pengaktifannya akan di buat secara otomatis agar lebih mudah penggunaannya yaitu dilengkapi dengan sensor adjustable infrared dan gerbang logika dan dikontrol menggunakan IC L293D dan diteruskan ke motor stepper . tong sampah akan bekerja secara otomatis sehingga mempermudah manusia untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dan lebih efisien dalam penerapannya.dari hasil pengujian didapat sistem bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan yang diinginkan. Disini peran sensor adjustable infrared sangatlah penting yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan sedcara menyeluruh.

Satuan ruang parkir merupakan ukuran luas efektif untuk meletakkan satu buah kendaraan (mobil penumpang, bus/truk, atau sepeda motor). Di dalamnya sudah termasuk ruang bebas di kiri dan kanan kendaraan dengan pengertian pintu bisa dibuka untuk turun naik penumpang serta hal-hal tertentu seperti ruang gerak untuk kursi roda khusus untuk parkir kendaraan bagi penderita cacat serta ruang bebas depan dan belakang. Palang Pintu Parkir, atau dengan nama lain barrier gate, adalah suatu alat pembatas keluar masuk kendaraan, fungsi dari palang pintu parkir atau palang parkir ini adalah sebagai tanda diperbolehkanya sebuah kendaraan memasuki atau keluar dari lahan parkir, setelah melalui pos penjaga parkir. Palang pintu parkir biasa dioperasikan dengan mempergunakan listrik searah DC atau AC, tergantung dari kebutuhan dan tingkat harga yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan, Kecepatan palang pintu parkir membuka, adalah salah satu point yang menjadikan sebuah harga untuk barang tersebut, sebab kecepatan membuka akan mempengaruhi siklus layanan parkir secara keseluruhan, apabila palang parkir membuka lebih cepat, maka akan lebih banyak kendaraan yang dilayani, baik itu keluar atau masuk area parkir, dan akhirnya para pelanggan parkir akan lebih puas, apabila memang kecepatan tersebut mengurangi waktu tunggu dari pelanggan parkir.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat masalah yang ditemukan yaitu pada saat proses penggecekan kedalaman dan kekeruhan kualitas air masih menggunakan sistem secara manual yang melibatkan peran karyawan dalam melakukan proses penggecekannya dengan menggunakan alat turbidity meter dan level transmitter. Oleh sebab itu peneliti memberikan masukkan dan saran untuk proses penggecekan kedalaman dan kekeruhan air tersebut menggunakan sensor dalam mendapatkan hasil penggecekannya dan sistem berbasis internet of things untuk memonitoring hasil dari sensor yang digunakan. Lalu hasil dari prosesnya dapat dimonitoring langsung kedalam platform website. Didalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode logika fuzzy logic untuk memprogram perangkat kerasnya dan hasil monitoringnya menggunakan website dengan framework codeigneter. Yang bertujuan untuk membangun sistem monitoring penggecekan kedalaman dan kekeruhan kualitas air secara otomatis menggunakan sensor ultrasonic dan sensor turbidity.
