Organizational culture plays a very important role in determining the level of educational productivity, especially in Islamic educational institutions which have distinctive characteristics in fostering students. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture consisting of the SAKTI values (Salafi, Active, Creative, Taqwa, and Innovative) on educational productivity at MI Ma’arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Mojokerto. The SAKTI values are believed to create a conducive, harmonious, and motivating work environment, so that educators can work optimally in supporting the achievement of educational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all 32 teaching and educational staff as research respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on educational productivity. The results of the study show that the SAKTI organizational culture has a significant influence on educational productivity. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.650, which means that 65% of the variation in educational productivity can be explained by organizational culture. Meanwhile, the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the t-count of 10.211, which is greater than the t-table of 2.042, indicate that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. These findings confirm that the higher the implementation of organizational culture with SAKTI values in madrasah, the higher the level of educational productivity achieved. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to continuously instill, internalize, and strengthen organizational culture based on SAKTI values in order to improve the quality of educators and encourage the creation of more effective, efficient, and competitive education.

Mail management in higher education institutions, particularly at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Technology College (STT), is still carried out manually or conventionally. This process involves physically recording and distributing letters, which in practice often creates various obstacles. Some common obstacles include the long time required to manage letters, the risk of document loss or damage, and the high possibility of errors in letter numbering. Furthermore, the document validation process is also less effective due to the lack of a system that supports electronic signatures or digital verification of document authenticity. Based on these conditions, this study aims to design and develop a digital system that can help manage letters more efficiently and securely. This system is designed not only to speed up the administrative flow of correspondence but also to simplify the document validation process through the application of digital technology. Thus, this system is expected to reduce administrative errors, increase work efficiency, and ensure the security and validity of official documents. The method used in this study is Design Thinking, which consists of five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This approach enabled researchers to deeply understand user needs, explore various alternative solutions, and create an intuitive and user-friendly interface design for all parties involved in the administrative process. The research results showed that the designed system can accelerate the administration process for official letters and documents. The embedded superior features include digital validation and electronic signatures integrated with QR Code technology, thus providing a higher level of transparency and security in document management within the university environment.

Illegal wildlife capture and trade is a form of crime that has a serious impact on environmental sustainability. This practice not only disrupts the balance of the ecosystem but also threatens the sustainability of biodiversity, a vital asset for the nation and the world. Lampung Province is a strategic region for wildlife trafficking due to its proximity to inter-island distribution routes. This condition makes Lampung one of the provinces with the highest number of wildlife confiscations in Indonesia, thus requiring increased attention from various parties. This study aims to analyze the factors causing illegal wildlife capture and trade, while also identifying mitigation efforts. The research method used is a combination of normative and empirical juridical. Data were obtained through literature review and interviews with relevant agencies, then analyzed qualitatively using an interactive approach and legal interpretation. The results show that economic factors, socio-cultural factors, education levels, environmental conditions, and hobby-based activities are the main triggers for the rise in wildlife crime. Economic motives often drive people to get involved due to the high selling price of wildlife, while socio-cultural factors and low legal awareness exacerbate the situation. An environment that supports fishing activities, along with demand from certain hobbies such as animal collecting, further increases the opportunity for violations. In response, the Lampung Regional Police, in collaboration with the Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA) SKW III Bengkulu-Lampung, have implemented penal measures through law enforcement, as well as non-penal measures through education, outreach, and community empowerment. This study concludes that synergy between law enforcement, active community participation, and sustainable prevention strategies is key to reducing the rate of wildlife crime. With integrated collaboration, it is hoped that biodiversity can be maintained for the sustainability of the ecosystem in the future.

The low level of understanding among elementary school students regarding common diseases and their prevention can increase the risk of both communicable and non-communicable diseases from an early age. Therefore, effective health education efforts are essential to instill healthy habits in children. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of elementary school students in the working area of Labuhan Sumbawa Public Health Center about common diseases and preventive measures through an interactive educational approach. The methods used included health counseling with visual media, engaging educational games, and small group discussions to encourage active participation. The activity was conducted in June 2025, involving 30 students from two elementary schools selected purposively. The educational content focused on dengue fever, diarrhea, influenza, helminthiasis, and acute respiratory infections (ARI), along with prevention strategies such as maintaining personal hygiene, consuming nutritious food, and the importance of immunization. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test and post-test assessments to measure the improvement in students’ understanding. The results showed a significant increase in students’ knowledge of the delivered material. Additionally, students demonstrated high enthusiasm and active involvement during the sessions, particularly in the educational games. These findings indicate that an interactive educational approach is effective in enhancing students’ understanding of disease prevention. Psychological violence against children remains a critical issue that is often overlooked because it does not leave visible physical injuries, yet its long-term consequences can significantly hinder children’s emotional, social, and academic development. Addressing this problem requires not only legal and institutional measures but also preventive efforts at the family and community levels. The Community Service Program (KKN) entitled “Safe Home Supporting Child Development” in Desa Nusawungu was designed as a community-based educational initiative to raise parents’ awareness of the importance of creating an emotionally safe home environment. The program was implemented through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, which integrated structured material presentations, individual reflections using digital forms, and interactive group discussions. This combination allowed participants to gain knowledge, critically reflect on their own parenting practices, and share experiences with peers. The results revealed a notable increase in parents’ awareness of the detrimental effects of psychological violence on children’s well-being, their readiness to adopt positive parenting strategies, and their ability to identify challenges commonly faced in daily child-rearing practices. Moreover, participants expressed enthusiasm for sustaining similar activities in the future, highlighting the importance of continuous learning and the establishment of a parent learning community. The program demonstrated that simple, low-cost, and locally adapted interventions can effectively enhance parenting literacy, reduce the risk of psychological violence, and strengthen the developmental foundation of children during their golden age. These findings suggest that empowering parents through participatory education can serve as a replicable model for other communities facing similar challenges, thus contributing to the broader goal of ensuring children’s rights to grow in a safe and nurturing environment.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (NCD) with a high prevalence in Indonesia and is a major cause of serious complications, such as stroke, kidney failure, and heart disease. The high incidence of hypertension makes this disease a primary focus of NCD control efforts at the primary healthcare level. The Ulee Kareng Community Health Center has implemented a sustainable hypertension control program for the past three years with the aim of reducing the incidence of complications and improving patients' quality of life. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the hypertension control program using a logic model framework that encompasses five aspects: input, process, output, outcome, and impact. The research method used is descriptive analytic with a mixed methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data to obtain a comprehensive overview of program implementation. The results indicate that the hypertension control program at the Ulee Kareng Community Health Center has had a positive impact. In terms of output and outcome, there has been an increase in patient compliance with therapy prescribed by healthcare professionals, a decrease in blood pressure in the majority of patients, and a decrease in the number of hypertension-related complications. This indicates that the program is quite effective in achieving its intended goals. However, several challenges remain. The main problems lie in the suboptimal data recording system and the suboptimal delivery of health education. To improve the program's effectiveness in the future, recommendations include strengthening the monitoring and evaluation system, increasing the capacity of health workers and cadres through training, and developing innovative media and educational strategies to make information more easily understood and applied by the public.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a crucial role in building religious tolerance in a diverse society. PAK does not only focus on Christian teachings, but also seeks to shape students' morals, attitudes, and spirituality through an approach that is relevant to various age levels. Thus, this education provides a solid foundation for understanding universal human values. PAK emphasizes the importance of tolerance in a pluralistic society, respects religious diversity, and accepts differences as part of a complex social structure. In this context, PAK teaches students to see differences as a source of strength and cultural richness, not as a barrier. This education also encourages the development of empathy and concern for others, which are very important in building intergroup relationships.Furthermore, PAK actively seeks to expand understanding of the values of commonality between religions through dialogue and seminars. These activities involve not only students but also parents and local communities and create constructive discussion forums. Using social media as a means to spread messages of taboos and respond quickly to religious issues is also an effective strategy given its broad impact. PAK also contributes to poverty alleviation and community empowerment, regardless of religion, with programs that focus on improving basic needs and quality of life.A commitment to justice and human rights is the foundation of all initiatives, and all stakeholders are asked to play an active role in creating positive change. Therefore, PAK aims to build a peaceful, harmonious, and inclusive society that values differences and avoids conflict. Through continuing education and open dialogue, our goal is to equip future generations with an attitude of mutual respect and harmonious coexistence with diversity.

Education serves as a fundamental pillar in national development, as it not only enhances individual capacities but also improves overall social welfare. Despite this crucial role, Indonesia continues to face disparities in both access to and quality of education among its regions, as can be seen from variations in school participation indicators and socio-economic backgrounds. To analyze these differences, this study applied the K-Means Clustering method to categorize provinces in Indonesia using six variables: School Participation Rate, Net Enrollment Rate, Gross Enrollment Rate, Poverty Rate, High School Ratio, and Teacher Ratio. To identify the most suitable number of clusters, three validation indices were utilized, namely Dunn Index, C-Index, and Davies-Bouldin Index, with cluster counts tested from three to six. The results indicated that the best clustering solution was five clusters, as reflected in the highest Dunn Index (0.1569), lowest C-Index (0.0321), and lowest Davies-Bouldin Index (0.5062). The robustness of this clustering was further supported by the ratio between within-cluster and between-cluster standard deviation (S(w)/S(b) = 0.33). Each cluster revealed unique characteristics of education and socio-economic conditions, where Cluster 4 displayed the most favorable outcomes with high participation and low poverty levels, whereas Cluster 5 highlighted the weakest performance across all observed indicators.

The waqf mushaf program in Garut Village, Kopo District, Serang Regency, Banten, was part of the Student Community Service (KKM) initiative aimed at supporting religious education in the area. This activity arose from the identified need for Qur’anic manuscripts in local institutions, which significantly limited the effectiveness of Qur’anic learning. The program involved several stages: preparation, identifying the needs of the community, fundraising, the distribution of mushaf to madrasahs and Qur’anic centers, and evaluation. A participatory approach was employed, where the community actively participated as both donors and beneficiaries. This approach not only facilitated the smooth execution of the program but also ensured a sense of ownership and responsibility among the local people. The program received strong support, with high levels of community participation in fundraising and distribution activities. The results showed a marked improvement in access to Qur’anic learning, as teachers and students now had better resources to facilitate their study of the Qur'an. The distribution of mushaf not only enhanced the quality of education but also fostered a greater awareness of waqf as an important Islamic social instrument. Through this initiative, the community gained a deeper understanding of the value of waqf in contributing to religious education and promoting social welfare
