Instagram users who are dominated by teenage users have become even more popular as a place to endorse by influencers. Teenagers who are still not mature enough in shopping are also targeted in making purchase impulsively. This study aims to analyze the impact of Instagram’s influencers on impulsive shopping lifestyle in adolescents in Batam. The research was done by collecting data using questionnaires and was analyzed using SEM and AMOS. The result showed that brand attitude and product attractiveness which were significantly influenced by attractiveness, expertise, and trustworthiness variables had a significant effect on impulsive buying intentions variables. The success of this endorsement is then used as a strategy to increase sales owned by product brands that target their market share in the teenager group.

The research objective was to determine the effect of the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital on the productivity of the people in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population in this study was the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, totaling 198 people, then the determination technique was purposive random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 7.772 + 0.257X1 + 0.1932 + 0.348X3 + e which shows the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that the quality of fertilizer has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.359 > t table 2.034, the technology variable has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.137 > t table 2.034, and capital also has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.533 > t table 2.034. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823 (82.3%). So that it can be said that 82.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital in the model has contributed to the productivity of the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model  

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. In this study, the population used was 1,000 employees of the production division of PT. Samkyung Jaya Garment Ungaran which consists of 554 female workers and 446 male workers. The number of samples used were 91 respondents with probability sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result shows that if competence is improved, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This result shows that if work motivation is increased, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to find out how product diversification is carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia after the merger to attract customers. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were employees of the Denpasar Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia using a purposive technique. As well as data collection in the form of interviews and documentation. This study describes the results of product diversification carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia after the merger to attract customers, namely by launching BSI products that were launched which did not exist in previous banks, namely Imas and BSI smart agents. Verification conducted by Indonesian Islamic banks is more effective in increasing customer interest which is increasing every month and is also suitable for expanding market share.

Therefore, faith-building at St. Fransiskus Vocational School affects student resilience. To discuss this problem, the researcher conducted a study entitled The Correlation Between Faith Development and Resilience in Catholic Adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang as the subject of the study was a Catholic student at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with correlational techniques. This research was conducted from July to September 2021. The variables of this research are independent variables of Catholic faith development and dependent variables of adolescents. The research population was all St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang students, and samples were taken using simple random sampling techniques. The theoretical basis used is the theory of faith development and adolescent resilience. The results showed that the calculated r-value (rxy) was 0.6373, which was included in the relatively strong or high category (the calculated r-value was 0.41 - 0.70). Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that there is a correlation between faith development and resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School in Semarang. The percentage of contribution of faith development to resilience in Catholic adolescents at St. Fransiskus Vocational School Semarang is 40.61%, based on calculations using the product-moment correlation formula.

The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The needs of every human being are not just to eat and drink, but also in terms of appearance. So based on this to find out more about how consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products. This study aims to determine the consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products on students. Then the consumption behavior of purchasing fashion products for IAIN Palangka Raya students and UPR students is viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the students of IAIN Palangka Raya and UPR, there were 5 people who were extravagant because they always followed their passions and sought pleasure while the other 15 were frugal because they knew the limits of consumption and had also been accustomed from a young age not to be extravagant in their consumption. use property. Of the two differences are influenced by personality factors as well as social factors. An overview of Islamic economics on consumption behavior is that it does not apply extravagantly and excessively and does not apply dzalim, because Islamic economics has the main goal of seeking maslahah to achieve success and prosperity in life in this world and the hereafter.

Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

The researcher used the observation method, the interview method, the experimental method, the documentation method, the R&D method, and the questionnaire method. Hair dye is a cosmetic used in hair cosmetology that serves to restore the original color of the hair, cover gray hair, or create other colors. The purpose of this study is to develop hair dye based on henna powder and coffee powder as a natural coloring. The methods used in this study are observation methods, literature, experiment, documentation, questionnaires, and R&D. The results of research for hair dye product that have been added henna powder and coffee powder with the right dose indicate that, the composition of these two ingredients can be used as an ingredient in the manufacture of hair dye for gray hair. The color produced from henna powder and coffee powder is black, with a cream texture and rather coarse particles. The distinctive aroma of coffee is produced from coffee powder which is one of the natural ingredients in coloring and aroma. The author's suggestion for this study is the need for a lab test to determine the expiry time on hair dye products made from henna powder and coffee powder, and a way to improve the texture of the product to be smoother again so that it is easier to apply it to the hair.

The availability of healthy and unhealthy snacks in schools affects the selection of children's snacks. One of the foods that can be processed into snacks/school food is sausage., so that it can be used as healthy food, meat sausage ingredients can be replaced with vegetable ingredients such as oyster mushrooms and tempeh. With the addition of kenikir as fiber and yellow yam flour as adhesive. This study has the objectives of (1) Knowing the level of public preference for sausage products from oyster mushrooms, tempeh, kenikir and yellow yam flour. (2) Knowing the sausage formula from oyster mushroom, tempeh, kenikir and yellow yam flour which is the most preferred by the community. (3) Knowing the process of making sausages from oyster mushrooms, tempeh, The method used in this study is the method of literature, experiments, documentation, and sensory testing. The percentage of using oyster mushrooms and tempeh in making sausages is 90%:10%, 80%:20%, and 70%:30%, of the mushroom weight. The results showed that the sausage product was the most preferred with a ratio of 90% oyster mushrooms and 10% tempeh. As a suggestion, further research is needed to determine the nutritional content of oyster mushroom sausage, tempeh, kenikir and yellow yam flour

Teak is a plant that produces attractive red and brown colors besides that it has many useful ingredients, so it is used as a natural dye. Researchers use teak leaves as a coloring agent in bodypainting. The purpose of this research is to create the use of teal leaves as a brown coloring agent in bodypaiting paint. The method used is the observation method, the library method, tehe experimental method, the documentation method, and the questionnaire method. Based on the feasibility test of the bodypainting product, it was found that the average score on the resulting color assessment inicator was 8,6 including the fairly decent category. On the texture assessment indicator, which is 8 and is included in the fairly decent category. On the aroma assessment indicator that is 7,3. And included in the category less feasible. Meanwhile, based on the results of the public test, it was found that te average score on the resulting color sharpness assessment indicator was 4, which was included in the proper category. In the humidity assessent indicator 4,2 is included in the very feasible category. In the indicator of coloring resistance assessment, with an average of 3 it is included in the category of quite decent enough. In the assessment inicator og the ease of removing bodypainting, which wa found with a score of 4,8 it was included in the very feasible category. The conclusion of this study is that the dye in teak leaves can be used as a natural dye in the manufacture of bodypainting. The best suggestion in this research is to add the aroma of bodypainting with essential oil in oerder to produce a fragrant aroma and for the packaging it must have a high appeal to the public. Further research is needed to determine the expiration date and color resistance of beetroot dyes.

The composition of the lip balm is Moringa leaf powder 1gr, pandan leaf powder 1gr, beeswax 10gr, olive oil 6ml and this lip balm has a soft, dense and non-greasy texture. every day so that the lips are not dry and chapped. Based on sensory tests and public tests, this lip balm from Moringa leaves and pandan leaves is suitable for use because of its excellent benefits for moisturizing lips

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

One very important aspect in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the form of granting permits for carrying out business activities, which are given by the authorities to business actors. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.  

Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for UMKM in developing its business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media costs a lot and is far away more complicated by itself and is no longer a major concern for UMKM players because of digital marketing. The purpose of this activity is to help UMKM business actors use social media as a means for them to carry out promotions and so on. Provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in the introduction of their products widely. Can be used as a motivation for them to introduce their products widely. In general, the implementation of this community service activity has gone well. I would like to thanks to the cooperation between the committee and the support of various parties. However, there were a number of things to note after the activity took place, namely, the training participants needed continuous assistance after this activity, because there were still many training participants who were unable to design persuasive messages and utilize digital marketing and other media.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.
