Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Quality Management dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu juga menganalisis pengaruh jika terdapat variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja di dalamnya. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Itu didistribusikan ke karyawan di semua bagian dengan jumlah populasi 373 orang, dan metode pengambilan sampel 80 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis regresi berganda, dengan taraf probabilitas 0,05 dengan mengajukan 7 hipotesis yang terdiri dari 2 variabel independen yaitu Total Quality Management dan sistem reward, kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Total Quality Management dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan adanya variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, artinya variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja menjadi variabel yang meningkatkan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or Management of incoming and outgoing mail archives is an important activity that must be carried out by an agency. Correspondence activities must get serious attention, because the contents of the letter to the agency will be a means of achieving the goals of the agency, therefore it is necessary to have good mail management in a company or agency. Therefore, the government issued Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2011 concerning the management of dynamic archives, mail management must be developed by means of information technology and developed into a means of regional government office administration system. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment for the Regional Secretariat of Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative and is supported by secondary data. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from data processing and observation. The data analysis technique starts from collecting information through interviews and at the final stage by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail archives at the General Bureau and Equipment of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province had not run effectively and efficiently, where the management of outgoing mail had not been running properly, which was caused by facilities and infrastructure factors as well as unsupporting human resources.

The management of traditional markets has the potential to create and expand employment opportunities,specially  for workers who lack adequate skills and expertise to work in the formal sector due to their low level of  education,and as a place of business, small traders have many strategic values. both from an economic and socio-cultural perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of planning,organizing,commanding,koordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market

This study aims to describe the procedure for managing incoming and outgoing mail in the General and Personnel section. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes the data obtained in the field. The author of this final project is the result of research conducted from May to June 2020. The results showed that the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters in the general and staffing section, namely incoming mail, starts from receiving letters, scheduling letters, directing letters, storing letters. While the outgoing letter starts from drafting the letter, approval of the letter concept, typing the concept, giving the coordination stamp, signing the letter, recording the letter, storing the letter. The procedure for managing letters at the education office is running optimally.

All companies that have a business must always have competition, therefore every company must hold training and development for new and old employees. Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

During this pandemic period, many companies have experienced a decline in performance in any aspect, but many companies are also able to maintain their performance even during the current pandemic from the many activities within the company that we do not know how to maintain their performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement a management control system for company productivity and payroll during the pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the data used is primary data. Conclusion From the results and discussion above For the control system at the company CV. TRIO CIPTA has a control system with a new strategy that is more suitable to be applied during this pandemic so that the company that produces this RO machine can survive during this pandemic. Productivity at this company also experienced a very rapid increase.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

This Research is generally aimed at designing a system that can solve problems at Hotel Oyo Jakarta Selatan. In addition to the use of bathroom tools, there is a need for a gas controller in the bathroom space, especially ammonia gas and other gas in the bathroom. The bathroom control system at Hotel Oyo Jakarta Selatan is currently ineffective, in the use of the bathroom tools to hotel guests and hotel staff. The reseach method used by researcher is The research step begins with research and information gathering, then planning and developing the initial form of the product or system, and field testing the feasibility of the system or product, if there is a revision, it can be developed further before conducting the main field test. . Based on the research results, monitoring ammonia gas in rooms based on a microcontroller can be a solution for the Oyo South Jakarta hotel in monitoring rooms, both from guests or hotel employees more effectively and efficiently , and to facilitate the management of existing bathroom rooms in the Hotel Oyo Jakarta Selatan

Organizational management applies the right strategy to be able to remain competitive with other competing organizations. The implementation of the strategy is not only about the benefits but also the performance of the organization. Organizational performance is one of the successes in market business competition. Company management implements strategies that can develop organizational performance by developing supporting aspects such as TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted to determine the formation of organizational performance from TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo which is engaged in the manufacture of animal feed. The respondents obtained were employees from different divisions who were randomly selected except for the security and cleanliness division. In this study used a sample of 120 respondents. The data used will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. After processing the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence given by TQM on organizational performance. Data processing also proves that organizational performance is formed because of the significant influence given by knowledge management. Research also proves that TQM and knowledge management have an effect on the ups and downs of organizational performance together.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

The research aimed to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality on the decision of use services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. Company management should pay attention to parking spaces and price competitiveness to increase consumer interest in using the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang.

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "S" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "S" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients. The care that mothers receive for family planning counseling is to inform the mother about normal vital signs and her current condition, provide health education about family planning effectiveness, side effects, and how to use it and explain to the mother how to space her pregnancies or to space her pregnancies. After midwifery care was provided to Mrs. S, the results of the evaluation showed that the mother was healthier and able to carry out daily activities. Based on the results of the questionnaire from assessing maternal knowledge about childbirth, it was found to be ADEQUATE with 70% results from 20 questions.

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin global di tengah revolusi industry 4.0 dan Reformasi Birokrasi menuntut ASN memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman agar dapat memanfaatkan perubahan lingkungan menjadi suatu peluang dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perumusan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas. Perubahan paradigma pengembangan kompetensi mampu mendukung terwujudnya Smart ASN untuk pemerintahan berkelas dunia. Reformasi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun birokrasi sesuai dengan  Grand  Design  Reformasi  Birokrasi.  Dalam  menajdikan  ASN bertaraf internasional ini tidaklah mudah karena harus didukung oleh semua pihak baik itu regulasi yang jelas dan juga kesadaran dari masing-masing individu ASN. Peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan kompetensi disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan menuju ASN bertaraf internasional karena kinerja dan komptensi inilah yang menjadi modal  dalam  pelaksanaan  pelayaanan  publik  yang  semakin  berkualitas sesuai tujuan Reformasi Birokrasi. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah memiliki program yang dinamakan 6P, yang masuk dalam Human Capital Management Strategy. Program 6P itu melingkupi perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi, pengembangan kapasitas, penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan, promosi, rotasi, dan karier, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan.
