This study aims to understand the socialization carried out by the South Jakarta City KPU in an effort to promote political literacy among young voters in the 2024 DKI Jakarta gubernatorial election. This research focuses on the efforts of the South Jakarta City KPU to socialize young voters about the importance of rejecting money politics, as well as examining the effectiveness of the socialization programs conducted. The methodology used is a descriptive method with a qualitative focus. The results of the study show how this socialization contributes to the increase in political awareness among young voters. This includes measuring their knowledge about voter rights, the electoral process, and the consequences of engaging in money politics. Analysis of the methods and media used in socialization is also an important focus. The research can cover the types of media (such as through film media and socialization) used by the KPU of South Jakarta, as well as how these communication strategies are tailored to attract the attention of young voters. In this case, this research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how the South Jakarta City KPU conducts the "Reject Money Politics" campaign as an effort to increase political awareness among young voters, as well as the challenges and successes faced in the process.

Anti-corruption education is a strategic step in building the integrity of Indonesia's young generation, amidst widespread efforts to eradicate corruption which is detrimental to the economy and public trust. This service uses qualitative descriptive methods to explore the role of educational institutions in instilling anti-corruption values through innovative curricula and the use of digital technology. The aim of this journal is to increase awareness about the importance of anti-corruption education by utilizing digital technology, so that it can highlight the importance of anti-corruption education as part of a long-term solution to eradicating corruption, not just through law enforcement. This scientific work utilizes innovation by using digital technology, resulting in the finding that anti-corruption education can be successful with digital technology. This research provides a strong basis for education policies to strengthen anti-corruption culture systemically. The results of the service show that systemic integration of anti-corruption education can increase student understanding and build strong cultural integrity in the school environment..

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. In this digital era, MSMEs need to utilize digital marketing strategies to increase their competitiveness. This journal describes digital marketing strategy assistance activities carried out for MSMEs in Semanding Village, Jenangan District. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training and individual mentoring. The results show that this activity increases the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. This is proven by the increasing number of MSMEs that have social media accounts and online shops. Apart from that, this activity also increases sales of MSME products. This shows that digital marketing strategies are effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Semanding Village.

The implementation of promoting circumcision practices, the method used in the activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This ABCD method emphasizes community assets and strengths compared to their needs or problems. The mass circumcision counseling program "Ceria: Healthy Steps Towards the Future" at the Sunan Giri University Surabaya (Unsuri) campus seeks to increase students' knowledge about the importance of reproductive health. In addition to discussing circumcision practices, this activity also teaches participants about the importance of circumcision from a religious perspective and health benefits. Although this program has had many beneficial impacts, some groups still have difficulty understanding and participating, and they continue to have concerns about its safety and effectiveness. As a result, this counseling is a valuable forum to discuss health issues, foster community cohesion, and raise awareness of the importance of reproductive health prevention. The success of this program is expected to be a stepping stone for broader health programs in the future and inspire children to actively participate in preserving their environment and health.

Gold savings is a type of savings in the form of gold measured in grams, which can increase or decrease over time. The balance of gold savings can be exchanged for gold bars based on the number of gold grams in the account, such as 1 gram, 2 grams, or multiples thereof. The purpose of this gold savings socialization is to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding to housewives about the benefits of gold savings as an investment tool. The service partner consists of 20 housewives from RT 08 RW 15, Meteseh Village, Semarang City. The community service method includes preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The preparation phase involved gathering information, determining the theme, and organizing the material for the activity. The implementation of PKM involved providing education through lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, and simulations on gold savings knowledge. The evaluation phase consisted of administering pre-test and post-test questionnaires and preparing a final report. The results of the Community Service implementation, based on the evaluation of pre-test and post-test for the housewives of RT 08 RW 15, showed an improvement in knowledge and understanding of gold savings, from 36.25% in the pre-test to 66.75% in the post-test.

The conduct of business,whether on a large or small scale,is faced with significant ethical issues.Business ethics refer to the moral  principles that must be upheld by business practitioners.this community service activity (PKM) focuses on MSMEs in the food industry,particularly cake businesses,in  oimbo village.the aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the business ethics necessary for running a business,especially in densely populated areas. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLETs which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes discussions on (1) The Role of Ethics in Business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The main role of Suku Badan Kesbangpol is to facilitate the coordination and integration of national and political activities so that the goal of building community harmony can be realized more effectively and efficiently through empowering the role of Suku Badan Kesbangpol. The effectiveness of the organization in this study uses 3 (three) indicators, namely based on goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik in maintaining religious harmony in East Jakarta and also to determine and analyze what factors are supporting and inhibiting it. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Determination of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The effectiveness of Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik can still be said to be ineffective. This is because the three indicators used to measure this effectiveness have not been fully achieved. The three indicators are goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The achievement of goals carried out by Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa and Politik can be said to be effective because it goes through a series of processes in achieving goals. The integration indicator is still less effective, this can be seen from the occurrence of several conflicts that are still occurring in East Jakarta. The National Unity and Politics Agency is still not effective in countering the SARA issues that occur, meaning that the socialization carried out still needs to be improved. In the adaptation indicator, it is known that the East Jakarta National Unity and Politics Agency has been able to align various changes that occur in society, meaning that this adaptation indicator can be said to be effective.

The people of Sobo Village mostly live as farmers and ranchers, so the use of livestock manure as organic fertilizer will help reduce the level of environmental pollution. To optimize the utilization of resources in Sobo Village, socialization and training are needed regarding the manufacture of organic fertilizer by utilizing livestock manure. The expected result is a promising opportunity to increase the potential of agriculture and livestock, which in turn will improve the economy of the people of Sobo Village. This activity is carried out through socialization, discussion, and practice. Community service is carried out in four stages: preparation, socialization of organic fertilizer production, and training. Socialization is carried out to inform participants about the process and benefits of organic fertilizer. The practice of making organic fertilizer is an activity of transferring knowledge and technology for processing livestock waste that can be learned and applied by farmers and ranchers. Community service can help farmers and ranchers in Sobo Village make organic fertilizer made from livestock manure. This can be used to meet the fertilizer needs for agricultural crops and marketed to increase the income of farmers and ranchers.

This study examines the strategic role of Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) in supporting economic growth and community empowerment in Medan City. Using a qualitative approach, this study highlights the contribution of LKS in empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), increasing Islamic financial literacy, and financial inclusion. Results show that LKS have an important role in strengthening the community's economy despite facing challenges such as lack of literacy, limited digital services, and minimal government support. Development strategies include improving accessibility, socialization, product innovation, and government policy support. The findings confirm the importance of strengthening the role of LKS to encourage sustainable sharia-based economic growth in Medan City.

Legal protection of personal data in public information systems is an important aspect of maintaining individual privacy in the digital era. This journal examines various regulations governing personal data protection, including the Personal Data Protection Law and other related policies. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study analysis on several public agencies in Indonesia. The results show that despite the legal framework, the implementation of personal data protection still faces various challenges, such as a lack of understanding among public employees and a lack of socialization of individual rights. This study recommends the need for awareness raising and training for public agencies as well as strengthening supervisory mechanisms to ensure more effective personal data protection.

The purpose of this service is to reveal the socialization of the impact of smartphone use in managing (managing) study time. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method, the implementation is carried out with observation, providing socialization, the first activity is showing videos, the second activity is providing material in power point, the impact of smartphone use. The results of this study indicate that the socialization of the positive impact of smartphone use has provided knowledge for students that wrong smartphone users can have a negative impact on child development, but if the use of smartphones is in accordance with learning needs and is supervised in its use, it will have a good impact on children. These children are very important considering that there are still many people, especially housewives, who do not realize the lack of control over excessive smartphone use by children is very dangerous and dangerous to use.

This study critically examines access to justice for minors who are victims of rape in the context of the Indonesian criminal justice system, with a special focus on the human rights (HAM) perspective. This study is motivated by the high number of cases of sexual violence against children and the complexity of handling them in the Indonesian legal system. The research problem is how to protect human rights for minors who are victims of rape in the law enforcement system in Indonesia. The research method uses qualitative normative legal research by analyzing legal doctrine and related legislation. The research method used is qualitative normative legal research, namely examining various laws and regulations and related literature to understand legal principles and their implementation in the field. The results of the study show that in terms of legal-normative, the protection of children's human rights is regulated in various national and international laws and regulations. However, there are several challenges in its implementation in the field such as limited understanding of law enforcement officers, facilities, and implementing regulations. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen socialization, legal frameworks and implementation facilities, and continuous evaluation in order to realize universal protection of children's human rights. This study identifies systemic challenges faced by victims in seeking justice, including child-unfriendly legal procedures, lack of psychosocial support, and persistent social stigma. The main findings of this study indicate a significant gap between international human rights standards on child protection and practice on the ground. This study argues for a comprehensive reform of the Indonesian criminal justice system to better accommodate the needs and rights of child victims, including the provision of specialized legal assistance, increased sensitivity of law enforcement officers, and the development of a justice mechanism that focuses on recovery. This study offers concrete recommendations for system improvement, which are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers, legal practitioners, and other stakeholders in efforts to improve access to justice for child rape victims in Indonesia.    

Pencak silat is an Indonesian cultural heritage and tradition that is rich in philosophy, art, and sport. In Kuningan Regency, pencak silat is not only seen as a sport, but also as a means to build character and community discipline. Despite its great potential, the achievement of pencak silat in this area still faces challenges, such as the lack of quality training and understanding of effective techniques. To overcome this, the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) of Kuningan Regency held a coaching workshop aimed at improving and increasing the competence of coaches and achievements in the pencak silat sport in Kuningan Regency. This activity was held on December 28, 2024 at the Muhammadiyah University of Kuningan, which was attended by 60 participants from various pencak silat schools. Competent speakers provided material on the basics of coaching, competition regulations, competition techniques and strategies, and first aid for sports injuries. The results of this activity are expected to form coaches who are able to educate athletes to achieve achievements, especially in the West Java Provincial Sports Week (BK PORPROV) Qualification Round competition. Thus, the socialization of this coaching is expected to contribute to improving the achievements of pencak silat in Kuningan Regency.

This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. This research examines the implementation of Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) as a technological innovation in traffic law enforcement in Tanjungpinang City. The main objectives of ETLE are to reduce traffic violations, eliminate extortion practices, and improve road safety. The method used in this research is normative juridical, with an approach to secondary data in the form of laws and regulations related to traffic and road transportation. The results showed that ETLE played an effective role in suppressing traffic violations, although there were still obstacles, such as lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public understanding, and technical obstacles in implementation. Factors driving the success of ETLE include legal substance, law enforcement, supporting facilities, community legal culture, and infrastructure readiness. To increase effectiveness, it is recommended that the socialization of ETLE procedures be improved, legal supervision be strengthened, and the scope of ETLE devices be expanded. This is expected to optimize traffic law enforcement and create a safer traffic environment in Tanjungpinang.

This study was conducted because the author saw the facts at PT Pelita Mulia Bersinar Each employee has different knowledge that is adjusted to their level of education, this is a determinant for the placement and success of the goals of the targets to be achieved by the company; The experience of employees certainly varies according to how long they have worked in the field which will indirectly form different thought patterns. In addition, it will also affect decision making to achieve the best quality of livestock production; The variety of employee socialization styles with partner farmers who have their own characteristics and different socialization models; and The achievement of livestock production quality in a company is fluctuating which is influenced by different employee competencies, in this case, influenced by different levels of employee knowledge and experience. The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of employee knowledge on the quality of livestock production; the influence of experience on the quality of livestock production; and the influence of employee knowledge and experience on the quality of livestock production. While the method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, while the technical data analysis, namely descriptive statistics Analysis and Inductive Statistics (Inferential) with correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study and discussion show that employee knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; experience has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; and employee knowledge and experience have a positive effect on the quality of livestock production.
