Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance. Organizations with a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee motivation have better performance. Conversely, a work culture that does not support employees can hinder employee performance. Workload in accordance with individual capacity also affects employee performance. Too high a workload can lead to excessive stress and fatigue, which negatively impacts productivity. Therefore, wise management in determining workload is essential. From this study, it can be concluded that a good work environment, positive work culture, and workload adjustment can significantly improve employee performance. A company or an agency needs to pay attention to these factors to achieve optimal productivity and job satisfaction in the midst of intense competition between agencies.

The team teaching approach in madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) is often considered effective in improving the quality of learning, but empirical evidence on its impact on student discipline and focus is still limited in the context of basic Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative design of a case study in class II of MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Primary data sources include participant observations, in-depth interviews with two teachers of the teaching team and six purposive students, as well as secondary data such as collaborative lesson plans and teacher reflections. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of team teaching in improving student discipline and focus on learning. The results showed that the symbiotic-asymmetrical collaboration between the Core Guides and the Response Facilitators created a pauseless instructional flow, reduced extrinsic cognitive load (time-on-task by an average of 85%), and transformed the discipline from external control to relational-proactive co-regulation that is in line with Islamic ta'dib. These findings have practical implications for MI teacher training.

Questions with a high level of thinking level or what is often referred to as HOTS usually provide unusual word choices and require advanced vocabulary and/or appropriate contextual understanding of the meaning of a word depending on its use in a sentence. In this problem, prepositions can also be classified as difficult questions because they are not only interpreted literally, but also require exposure to those words beforehand, especially in phrasal verbs or phrasal adjectives. The purpose of the HOTS model questions is to encourage students to do high-level reasoning so that they are not fixated on only one pattern of answers resulting from the memorization process, without knowing the concept of knowledge. HOTS is one of the skills demands in 21st century learning, namely critical, creative, collaborative, and communicative thinking. HOTS questions make it possible to create the same type of questions, but with different questions. This aims to capture quality students who are in accordance with the development of information technology in the digital era. By familiarizing yourself with challenging questions, your potential can also be encouraged to further develop.

Background: Because of the very high mortality in children and children under the age of five, bronchopneumonia is the leading cause of death in children under the age of five worldwide. When viruses, bacteria, microbes and fungi enter the lungs through the respiratory system, they infect the lung parenchyma and cause pneumonia. Objective: Analyzing ineffective airway clearance nursing care in children with bronchopneumonia by collaborative action of administering a nebulizer in the Picu Room of Prof. Hospital. Dr. H Aloei Saboe Methods: Participants in this study, which used a quasi-experimental design, received treatment or intervention before measuring and analyzing the impacts. The pre-post-test group design method served as the basis for the research design. In children with bronchopneumonia, this strategy is used to check the results before and after administration of the nebulizer. Two young people who fight against crime become samples. Results: The results of the study show the overall evaluation results after nursing actions, namely: Based on the results before being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was not resolved in 2 patients and after being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was resolved in 2 patients Conclusion: Based on the description above, inhalation therapy to reduce symptoms of shortness of breath in children with bronchopneumonia is effective where inhalation therapy or steam inhalation therapy using drugs can widen the bronchial airways resulting in complaints such as shortness of breath and disappearance of breath sounds.
