This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors on service quality in the Development, Safety, and Enforcement (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service. The type of research used in this study was qualitative descriptive data using quantitative data. The research findings are that there are several factors that become obstacles in the quality of Services for Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service, including; Law Enforcers or Officers have not been alert in carrying out services, public awareness is still low, and facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate.

Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

It was explained that in the reform era every citizen has the right to seek, obtain, use and disseminate accurate information easily and quickly. The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia to provide information/public services to ensure transparent and accountable public information services from planning, implementation to publication of information through mass media. The effectiveness of the Service for Making a Driving License (SIM) in the perspective of service users at the Semarang Polrestabes Satlantas and about the effectiveness of making a SIM at the Semarang Polrestabes Satpas, we can know that service is a complete approach that results in quality service for the community/customers. This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the forensic accounting and audit investigations in detecting fraud procurement of goods and services. The rise of fraud cases in Indonesia, one of which is fraud related to public needs, namely the procurement of goods and services. This is reminiscent of the real threat of fraud in the form of corruption in the procurement of goods and services that can cause poor quality of goods / services produced so that they cannot serve the public interest effectively and efficiently. In this context, the community is the most disadvantaged party. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 34 auditor respondents in the field of Investigation of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan DKI Jakarta. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique, using SmartPLS software testing tool version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the application of forensic accounting and investigative audits have a significant effect in detecting fraud procurement of goods / services.

Quality of service not yet optimal because many basic health facilities do not meet the standards of service readiness and the absence of standard health service guidelines. Puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce inequalities in health development in all regions. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of health services for outpatients at the Lateri Public Health Center in Ambon City in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study using a descriptive design with a sample of 137 respondents by using accidental sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and writing instruments. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. Research resultIt is known that the tangibles variable (evidence / form) the respondent answered did not support more with it, the number of respondents was 69 people (50.4%). Reliability (Reliability), respondents answered more not according to amounting to 69 (50.4%). For the responsiveness variable (responsiveness), respondents answered responsiveness amounted to 83 people (60.6%), good Assurance (Assurance) amounted to 95 people (69.3%) while the empathy variable (empathy) who answered was 97 people (70.8 %).It is concluded that almost all of the dimensions of service quality found in this study are good.

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, focusing on citizens' basic needs and civil rights. This study used qualitative and descriptive methods, with data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done through data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the quality of service at the Pusakajaya sub-district office was not satisfactory, mainly due to limited physical infrastructure and service facilities, such as the absence of a comfortable waiting room, inadequate service room, and lack of air conditioning facilities. Despite these barriers, service processes generally conform to existing standards. Supporting factors for service quality are employee work motivation while inhibiting factors include employee shortages and inadequate infrastructure. This study suggests improvements in human resource management, acceleration of infrastructure development, and increased employee motivation as important steps to improve service quality. It is hoped that with this improvement, the quality of service in Pusakajaya District can meet the needs and expectations of the community more effectively.

The quality of public health needs to be improved through pap smear education and examination. This service activity was motivated by a lack of knowledge of cervical cancer and the willingness of residents to do pap smear examinations. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge of cervical cancer, how to early detection and conduct pap smear examinations. This service is carried out in the form of education about cervical cancer and pap smear examination, reading of result and recommendation for prevent of cervical cancer.  This service was carried out for 2 meetings, which were attended by 20 womenin RW 04, Mojosongo, Surakarta. The results of this service can increase the knowledge about cervical cancer and its detection. The results of pap smear tests from 20 women were declared negative for cervical cancer.
