This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

This study is entitled Improving the Effectiveness of Correctional Institutions as Part of Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The Correctional Institutions or Lapas, is an institution that is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. The purpose of the construction of the prisoner in Lapas is to ensure that the prisoners who have been released from prison remain accepted by the community and can continue to find employment. As a final part of the Criminal Justice System, the efficiency of Lapas functions and duties as a law enforcement agency is essential. The aim of this study is to further analyse the effectiveness of Lapas as part of law enforcement in Indonesia as well as attempts to enhance it if seen from existing facts. In this study, the method of writing normative or doctrinal jurisprudence with the study of library law is to study library materials such as reading and examining scientific books, e-journals of law, regulations of legislation, and various kinds of literature that have relevance to the subject and object of this research.

Research This study aims to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang with the main purpose of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in achieving the program in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Evaluative research method used in evaluating the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The CIPP model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework framework in systematically assessing various aspects of the program. The results of this study show that the evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang shows positive and beneficial results despite some challenges. The context analysis highlighted the strong motivation of learners as well as support from the community, despite economic and social constraints. The input evaluation emphasized the importance of teachers' qualifications, an adequate curriculum, and improved facilities and financial support. The process of implementing a diverse program of teaching methods and classroom management is effective, but more individual guidance and technology integration are needed. The product evaluation revealed the program's success in achieving memorization targets, improving academic achievement, spiritual development, and positive character changes in learners. With continuous improvement and implementation of recommendations, this program has great potential to continue to grow and produce a generation of quality and characterful Qur'an memorizers.

This paper discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus through a values ​​and love-based approach. Based on my understanding, the teachings of the Lord Jesus have a very important role in the methods that will be used by teaching staff or teaching staff. This paper analyzes the teachings of the Lord Jesus, recorded in the Gospels, not only as spiritual teachings, but also as a moral and pedagogical guide for educators. At the discussion stage, the New Testament shows Jesus as an extraordinary teacher, providing an important example in his life in the world. He not only demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in his teaching model, but also had specific goals and strategies. His way of teaching is very unique and creative, using practical illustrations from everyday life so that it is easy for everyone to understand. The conclusion of this paper is that the Lord Jesus' teaching model provides a solid foundation for educational practice centered on values ​​and love. The principles he taught are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also have powerful applications in modern education.

This method allows for objective evaluation based on predefined criteria while streamlining the decision-making process. By integrating this technology, Communion Coffee Brewer can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment, support sustainable company growth, and strengthen its long-term operations.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to have a workforce that is still not balanced with the workload it delegates. So that it can have an impact on increasing their motivation and work productivity. Thus PT. Bersih Sehat is considered necessary to review its application to the number of workers in each job placement so that it can be balanced with its workload as an effort to increase the motivation and work productivity of its employees.

This research aims to analyze management in the utilization of funds from the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room in the RT. 07 Mayang Mangurai Village. Research was conducted to understand how these funds are managed and used to support religious and social activities in the environment. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the fund management process. The research results show that the management of the funds of the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room is influenced by factors such as transparency, accountability and community participation in decision making. The implication of this research is the importance of improving fund governance to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness in the use of funds.

This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the East Sepatan District's efforts in realizing excellent service in issuing E-KTP, which is based on the principles of good governance. Using a descriptive and qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations through interviews with informants consisting of Heads of Sections, Secretaries and Employees in East Sepatan District, as well as notes. Next, the data obtained was analyzed from the data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

In today's digital era, almost all parts of human life depend on the development of information and communication technology, which helps in increasing efficiency, effectiveness and cost savings in various activities. The role of information and communication technology is very vital in human life today. The National and Political Unity Agency (BAKESBANGPOL) is a government agency which has the main task of social and political development in the Central Lombok Regency area. BAKESBANGPOL has implemented a system or application called e-Kinerja. The implementation of the e-Kinerja application is said to be running quite well and is easy to use, however the e-Kinerja Application also often experiences problems such as frequent human errors and lack of socialization of the e-Kinerja Application which will have an impact on decreasing efficiency and decreasing trust in the system. Therefore, measurements of application quality need to be carried out. This research aims to measure the level of usability using the USE Questionnaire method in the e-Kinerja application. This research uses quantitative research with stages of observation and interviews, preparation of questionnaires, distribution of questionnaires. The results of this research are the results of calculating the usability measurement of e-Kinerja, which obtained a value of 81.45% which is in the range of 81-100, where the e-Kinerja application at BAKESBANGPOL Central Lombok Regency is very suitable for use by ASN.

In the managemen of teaching staff and educational sataff,several important factors that need to be considered are the development of teacher competency,time and resource management,and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Apart from that,management of teaching staff must also pay attetion to other aspects such as organizational culture,commonication and teacher job satisfaction.Thus,management of teaching staff and educational staff can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education and increasing student achievement.

Government oversight is very important in ensuring accountability and transparency in public administration, especially in the context of regional autonomy. This research examines the challenges and strategies in improving government oversight mechanisms in the City of Bogor, Indonesia. The main findings highlight the importance of strengthening internal oversight institutions such as Regional Inspectorates through capacity building and the use of technology. Innovations such as digital platforms for public participation and performance evaluation systems have been successfully implemented to increase transparency and efficiency in the delivery of public services. However, its implementation overcomes challenges such as limited resources and varying levels of community participation. This research provides further grants from technological advances and a strong regulatory framework to increase the effectiveness of government oversight and reduce the risk of corruption and irregularities in Bogor City government processes.

Tanjung Jati B Unit 3 & 4 Steam Power Plant (PLTU) is a steam power plant that uses coal as fuel. Burning coal produces exhaust emissions containing sulfur dioxide (SO2) which is dangerous for the environment. To overcome this, PLTU Tanjung Jati B Units 3 & 4 uses Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) to reduce SO2 emissions. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause FGD failure in reducing SO2 emissions, formulate efforts to overcome FGD failure and improve its performance, and develop a method for evaluating the effectiveness of FGD in reducing SO2 emissions. The research method used is literature study, primary data collection through observation and interviews, and data analysis. The research results show that the factors that cause FGD to fail in reducing SO2 emissions are blockage of the spray pipe and header pipe, blockage of the tray, and a decrease in the performance of the booster fan and absorber recirculation pump. The method for evaluating the effectiveness of FGD in reducing SO2 emissions is by analyzing de-Sox efficiency, flue gas flowrate and temperature, pressure drop, and ARP discharge pressure. Keywords: PLTU, FGD, SO2 emissions, de-Sox efficiency, flue gas flow rate, pressure drop, ARP discharge pressure. The method for evaluating the effectiveness of FGD in reducing SO2 emissions is by analyzing de-Sox efficiency, flue gas flowrate and temperature, pressure drop, and ARP discharge pressure.

The aims of this research are; (1) To find out the structure of the financial relationship between the central government and regional governments in terms of revenues from the 2019 budget year to the 2023 budget year, (2) To find out how big the growth rate of routine revenues and expenditures is from the 2019 to 2023 budget year, ( 3). To find out the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management in Waropen Regency, and (4) To find out how revenues influence Waropen Regency's routine expenditure from the 2019 to 2023 budget year. Analysis tools; (1). Analysis of the Structure of Central and Regional Financial Relations (2). Efficiency Analysis and Effectiveness Analysis, (3). Growth Analysis and (4). Correlation Analysis. Analysis Results: The financial relationship between the central and regional governments shows that the PAD to TPD ratio of the Waropen Regency Government is classified as good, namely 6.96 percent. The growth rate of revenue for the Waropen Regency Government is an average of 17.27 percent, while the growth rate of routine expenditure fluctuates greatly , with an average growth of 32.41 percent. Financial management in the Waropen Regency Government is still relatively efficient and effective. The close relationship between revenue and routine expenditure of the Waropen Regency Government is 96.6 percent.

The goal of democratic reform is to build an efficient and effective government management structure. Good governance, reflected from top to bottom, is demonstrated through the efficiency of civil servants in a country. This research focuses on the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) of Batam City, as its performance reports reveal issues in evaluating employee performance. While BKD Batam has adhered to Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011 on Employee Performance Appraisal in the Execution of Official Duties, the current evaluation method is not effectively implemented. This regulation is expected to contribute positively by assisting government agencies in assessing the performance of their employees. The study combines qualitative methodology with a descriptive field research approach and inductive theoretical perspective. The aim is to describe and analyze the effectiveness of performance appraisal at BKD Batam, along with identifying the factors that hinder effective evaluation. Using interactive data analysis techniques, the findings conclude that BKD Batam's current performance evaluation system is ineffective due to its lack of integration with established standards and performance indicators. The key factors hindering effective performance evaluation include: 1) the subjective nature of the current evaluation; 2) the improper placement of civil servants in positions not aligned with their educational background; 3) the lack of strong understanding regarding the importance of performance evaluation among both evaluators and those being evaluated; and 4) a decline in supervision during the performance evaluation process.

Generation Z is a generation that was born and developed along with the development of digital technology. Generation Z has unique preferences in online shopping with a tendency to choose convenience and affordability. This creates challenges and opportunities for e-commerce players. This research aims to analyze Generation Z's satisfaction with e-commerce services. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data comes from search results on various digital bases and related official publications. The research results show that Generation Z pays attention to affordable prices as well as high ease of access, product quality, lots of discounts, varied payment method choices, guarantees and speed of delivery. Apart from that, satisfaction with service for a product for Generation Z from e-commerce is obtained because of the efficiency and practicality when shopping offered by e-commerce. With all the convenience provided, as well as efficiency and time effectiveness, e-commerce is considered the right solution in finding needs for Generation Z. Therefore, it is not surprising that more and more platforms are emerging that are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of products or services via the internet. This e-commerce trend has also caused several shops to lose competition and close. This shows that e-commerce is an option for Generation Z, and they are satisfied with the service and convenience provided.

Abstract. This study examines the application of Agile Management principles in online learning platforms, focusing on the challenges and benefits experienced during implementation. Through qualitative research, including interviews and case studies, the research explores how platforms have adopted Agile practices, such as iterative cycles, regular feedback, and flexibility, to enhance responsiveness and adaptability. The findings reveal that the majority of platforms have integrated Agile principles, with a significant focus on overcoming challenges like resistance to change and a lack of training. Participants reported improved collaboration, increased efficiency, and the ability to respond to changes effectively. However, challenges remain, including the need for hybrid models combining Agile with traditional management frameworks. This study contributes valuable insights into the effectiveness of Agile practices in educational technology and offers directions for future research on enhancing Agile implementation in diverse educational settings.

Battery storage systems are essential for stabilizing renewable energy grids, especially for sources like solar and wind power that are inherently variable. This study evaluates various battery technologies and their effectiveness in storing and redistributing energy within renewable energy grids. Through simulations and analysis of performance metrics, the study offers insights into optimal operating conditions for different battery types, highlighting their role in enabling sustainable and stable energy distribution.
