The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which coincided with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, demanded that the world of education implement a different system. Classroom learning that involves students directly is now starting to switch to online learning. One of the learning media used is the Kahoot application. Interactive quizzes in this application can be implemented on an ongoing basis, including in face-to-face learning after the pandemic. Unfortunately, not all educational institutions know about the existence and benefits of this application. Sungai Putih High School, Kampar Regency, which is our service partner, is one of them. This dedication to introducing interactive learning through online media has had satisfactory results. From 38 respondents covering all classes and teachers at the high school, 100% of respondents felt interested in this learning and 96% of respondents agreed that learning evaluation using Kahoot was felt to be more effective than tests in general. For the continuity of implementation, the service team provided a Kahoot Usage Guide book which was designed directly by the service team.

To determine the final result of a decision is the task of the management company. If the management company made a wrong decision, it will cause a wrong policy that have been set or assigned by the company or the organisation. The application of accounting information systems has been develope . Information Systems is not only use for a big company. It also can be use for a small market.This research was conducted by using quantitative data analysis method. All data that have been obtained based on interview result and all the facts. The purpose of this research is to know about The role of Information Systems in making decision on determination pricing at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’The transaction system of ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still using paper to fill all data. Because ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is small market. That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

Weaving is a unique variation whose manufacturing method is quite complicated and requires precision and patience. The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The problem discussed is how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The aim is to find out how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The benefit is to know about how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The method used is the method of research and development (research and development). The process of applying variations of weaving techniques in dramatic exotic clothing is as follows: making designs, determining the materials and weaving techniques to be used, preparing the tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting fabrics, merging, pressing, weaving, making trials, sewing the clothing, applying weaving to clothing. The completion process is soom stitching and attaching the buttons. In the process of weaving, it is better to use a used cardboard base or Styrofoam, then both ends of the material are pinned using a pin to ease the weaving process. For woven braids, it should be decorated with stitches to beautify the appearance and maintain the shape of the weaving. The four-axis weaving should be pinned by hand sewing using a hand sewing needle and the thread to maintain the shape of the weaving. 

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Limboto Subdistrict, which is the capital of Gorontalo Regency, has fairly high population growth and is an area that is vulnerable to the effects of drought. This causes the availability of groundwater to decrease. This study aims to utilize the GIS application to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in the Limboto District. This groundwater flow pattern can be used as a reference for further research related to groundwater. The type of data in this study is the type of primary data. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by measuring directly in the field. The data analysis technique used to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in Limboto Regency is utilizing software (GIS) using ArcGIS 10.7 software to obtain a map of groundwater flow patterns in Limboto District. The results of the spatial analysis of the groundwater flow pattern map in Limboto District show that water flows from the northern part of the study site to the southern part of the study site.

Destination study this for knowing the effect of picture and picture models on results study student in using tenses for the topic of daily activity material. The method of the research is quantitative with one group pretest-posttest design. The population taken from whole class X amounted to 101, while the sample used in one class is class X IPS 1 amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses formula percentage to evaluate observation of the picture and picture learning model, while the test uses two formulas in between average formula and n-gain. Finding the research is pretest get the average score is 23.43, posttest get the mean score was 71.7. From the score, the that occurs enhancement understanding of the simple present tenses in the context of daily activities material. Whereas n-gain gets a score of 0.63 means that the score n-gain of 0.3 < 0.63 >0.7 is categorized as a medium, it means the level of success of the application of the picture and picture learning modelon simple present tense material is categorized as medium. Results of learning model observation picture and picture get score percentage sheet teacher observation is 82.3%, while score percentage sheet student observation is 80.2%. This thing shows that for the category sheet teacher's observation is good, while on the sheet student observation is categorized as very good, which means the teacher has succeeded apply the learning model with good.

Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.

21st century learning has had a huge impact on students and teachers. Students must be guided to be able to think critically to overcome various kinds of problems that occur. Furthermore, teachers as education play an important role in honing problem solving skills in their students. The problem solving learning model is a learning model that directs students to solve problems in the learning process. In addition, the problem solving learning model is not fully capable of being applied by science teachers. Although, in the 2013 curriculum in Indonesia a teacher is required to be able to apply the problem solving model in conducting science learning. Not only that, the limited experience of teachers in applying variations of these learning models is still the main obstacle in learning science. So, teachers in Indonesia must have extensive experience in adopting problem solving learning models. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem solving learning model in learning science in Indonesia. This research is a kind of meta-analysis research. The research sample came from analyzing national and international journals published from 2010-2022. The selection of data used as samples was carried out very strictly and thoroughly. Searching for this research sample through Google Scholar, Eric, Hindawi, Sage, Springer, Proquest, IEEE, DOAJ, and Wiley. The sample selection technique is a purposive sampling technique. In this technique, the data that is used as a sample must have a relationship with the research variable. In searching for sample keywords, namely problem solving learning models in learning science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) in various schools in Indonesia. Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis with the OpenMEE application. Data analysis was performed by calculating effect size, standard deviation (SD), average value (mean), and N-gain. The results of this study concluded that the application of the problem solving learning model was very effective in learning science in Indonesia. This learning model is able to increase student learning outcomes with an average score of 86 students in the experimental class and 65.5 in the control class, the effect size value is 1.39 in the high category and N-Gain is 0.55.

Abstract The purpose of carrying out this activity is to increase the awareness of students of SMK N 1 Siatas Barita about the influence of promiscuity for the future. This research was conducted by making observations first then the observation data were collected to carry out seminar planning, then the educational seminar actions. The subject of this seminar is students of SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita. This activity is carried out in a day with 3 seminar sessions. Based on the Christian religious education seminar held at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita, the application of the method is indeed able to increase student concentration by capturing the attention of students and thus students are able to see and analyze events that occur, even students are able to create ideas. Regarding the material for the "Say No To Promiscuity" seminar that was staged, this is evident from the interactive dialogue between the students and the moderator. The demonstration method in seminar activities or in the learning process cannot make the atmosphere fluid, but more than that the demonstration method can train students' concentration by inviting students to see, study, and compare the theory they get with the real situation, therefore Indirect demonstration methods also train students to have the ability to analyze an incident.

The module is a book written with the aim that students can learn independently and in the module contains the basic components of teaching materials so that students can understand easily. The advantages and disadvantages of the module are that students can learn independently using the module and the teacher is no longer the only source of learning for students. Education has used various ways in theteaching and learning process. One of the general users of website users in public schools is the use of web-based learning aplications that contain tutorials, exercises or vidios that are developed and uploaded to web. 

This study aims to describe training in the use of the ClassDojo learning application as an effort to increase learning for YPK Merauke Middle School teachers. This study discusses the training provided to YPK Merauke Middle School teachers to the assistance provided by the team. Implementation of learning using learning applications can increase teacher creativity in conducting learning in class. This, of course, must be carried out by training so that teachers can apply it in the classroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method as a process in conducting research. This research was conducted at YPK Merauke Middle School by involving YPK Merauke Middle School teachers as training participants. Obituaries are one of the information that is often conveyed, especially in the Whatsapp application media. Delivering an obituary is even recommended in Islam and a response in the form of expressions of condolences also accompanies this recommendation. However, a phenomenon occurred in the form of using stickers in expressions of condolences. This gives rise to different views about whether it is polite or not. This study aims to analyze the meaning of the condolence sticker from the point of view of language politeness by using a qualitative descriptive method. From the point of view of semiotics, the use of stickers to convey condolences has fulfilled the function of communication. Meanwhile, according to politeness theory, this is not justified. The majority of scholars also consider the use of stickers to convey condolences is also a waste of time.
