Nusantara: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2023 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional

Istilah “kemandirian” berasal dari kata dasar “diri” yang mendapat awalan “ke” dan akhiran “an”, kemudian membentuk satu kata keadaan atau kata benda. Karena kemandirian berasal dari kata “diri”, maka pembahasan mengenai kemandirian tidak bias lepas dari pembahasan tentang perkembangan diri itu sendiri, yang dalam konsep Carl Rogers disebut dengan istilah self, karena diri itu merupakan inti dari kemandirian.Kemandirian dapat diartikan sebagai usaha seseorang untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dengan melepaskan diri dari orangtua atau orang lain untuk mengerjakan sesuatu atas dorongan diri sendiri dan kepercayaan diri tanpa adanya pengaruh dari lingkungan dan ketergantungan pada orang lain, adanya kebebasan mengambil inisiatif untuk mengatur kebutuhan sendiri dan mampu memecahkan persoalan dan hambatan yang dihadapi tanpa bantuan orang lain. Kemampuan demikian hanya mungkin dimiliki jika seseorang berkemampuan memikirkan dengan seksama tentang sesuatu yang dikerjakan atau diputuskannya, baik dalam segi manfaat maupun dari segi negatif dan kerugian yang akan dialaminya.Pelaksanaan program ini diwali dengan memberikan perlabelan nama kepada anak anak ketika mereka memasuki ruangan sebagai tanda pengenal, kemudian melakukan sesi perkenalan dan penyampaian materi yang akan di bahas dan materi yang akan disampaikan sudah kami siapkan dari mentor tim PKM-STIMIK ESQ, materi tersebut hasil dari pemikiran para mentor mengenai cara agar mencapai sebuah Kemandirian Ekonomi untuk anak - anak. Bagaimana mereka dapat membeli yang mereka inginkan tanpa harus meminta kepada orang tua. Pemaparan materi mengenai cara mengalokasi uang, Tips 3 H (Hemat, Harus pintar memilih mana yang ingin dan mana yang butuh, Hindari berutang) Skema menabung, dan video kartun mengenai kemanfataan menabung

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Branch, Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. 1. Results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation Y = 14.612 + 0.672 sales services will increase. The correlation coefficient r = 0.747 or r = 74.7% shows a positive relationship between variable X (Product Differentiation) and Variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05), obtained tcount = 30.55 > ttable = 2.048. This illustrates that the hypothesis put forward regarding product differentiation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Makassar Branch, is accepted.

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (2) How is work discipline related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) How is the influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (2) The influence of work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

An organization is established because it has a goal that it wants and must achieve. A government organization is established with the aim of providing civil and economic rights services to every citizen optimally. A company organization is established by a group of people because they want to gain business profits, while a non-profit organization is established with the aim of community service. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the influence of job placement on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of compensation on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The influence of job placement, compensation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Sub-district Statistics Coordinator of the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions are obtained. Job placement tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, job placement affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Compensation tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, compensation affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. The work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. Thus, the work environment affects employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency of Ciamis Regency. Job placement tends to increase, compensation tends to increase and the work environment tends to increase and employee performance tends to increase. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

The implementation of the class program for pregnant women is one program that is a means to increase knowledge for pregnant women, this program is a form of classroom learning. This affects ANC visits that should be done by pregnant women every month. This visit not only affects the mother but also on the health of the fetus being conceived. This implementation is not only for learning about getting pregnant, but learning about labor, childbirth and family planning. Thus it is highly recommended for pregnant women to take a class program for pregnant women to increase knowledge to mothers. The purpose of this study is to know the knowledge of mothers about the benefits of ANC in Mekar Sari Village Kecamatan Delitua Kabupaten Deliserdang. The research design used in this study was A One Pretest-Posttest Design with total sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence on the implementation of the class program of pregnant women on the knowledge of mothers about the benefits of ANC from the results of significance 0.000<0.005.

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. Absorption of labor in the perspective of Islamic economics is that the government has made various efforts as its responsibility to provide jobs for its people.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan, lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di agen BRILink. Pada penelitian ini sebagai variabel bebas (X1) dan (X2) yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi, sedangkan variabel terikat  keputusan pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang mana konsumen merupakan responden dalam penelitian, untuk pengumpuln data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 40orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk mengolah data, penulis menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2010 dan IBM SPSS 29 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan lokasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori baik sebab kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Kolesterol merupakan senyawa lemak atau lipid dalam darah dimana kadar kolesterol yang tinggi dapat menimbulkan simpanan pada pembulu darah. Kolesterol dapat menempel pada dinding pembuluh darah, yang dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan pada saluran pembuluh darah akibatnya penderita beresiko terkena penyakit jantung dan strok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus apel hijau (Granny Smith) terhadap kadar kolesterol. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre-Eksperimental dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest dan Postes. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu lanjut usia (Lansia) diperoleh 15 responden menggunakan teknik Kuota Sampling. Hasil peneiltian menunjukan perbedaan nilai rata-rata kadar kolesterol sebelum yaitu, 256,93 mg/dl, sedangkan setelah menjadi 229,33 mg/dl, hasil analisis Uji Paired T Test di dapatkan nilai P-Value=0.000 dengan nilai α<0.05. Kesimpulan, terdapat pengaruh jus buah apel hijau (Granny Smith) yang diberikan kepada lanjut usia (lansia) dengan hiperkolesterol karena jus apel hijau (Granny Smith) memiliki kandungan pektin yang berfungsi untuk membatasi penyerapan kolesterol di dalam usus. Saran, kepada petugas puskesmas agar mensosialisasikan mengenai pentingnya mengomsumsi jus apel hijau (Granny Smith) untuk menurunkan kadar kolesterol darah.

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah masalah kesehatan yang banyak ditemukan di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitiian untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh terapi rendam kaki air hangat jahe terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Quasi eskperimental pre-post test. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 responden terbagi atas 2 kelompok yaitu intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tekanan darah sebelum pada kelompok intervensi sistolik 154.67 mmHg, diastolik 96.67 mmHg, dan sesudah rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik 124.67 mmHg dan diastolik 82.00 mmHg, sedangkan rata-rata tekanan darah pada kelompok kontrol sistolik 143.33 mmHg, diastolik 98.00 mmHg dan sesudah sistolik 140.00 mmHg, diastolik 96.00 mmHg. Hasil uji statistik di dapatkan bahwa nilai p pada kelompok intervensi yaitu 0,000 (<0,05), sedangkan pada pada kelompok kontrol nilai p yaitu 0.096 (>0.05) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penurunan tekanan darah pada kelompok intervensi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa air hangat jahe mengandung minyak atsiri dan dapat menstimulus sirkulasi darah, terdapat senyawa gingerol yang berfungsi untuk memperlebar pembuluh darah dan melancarkan peredaran darah juga merangsang saraf yang ada pada kaki untuk mengaktifkan syaraf parasimpatis, sehingga menyebabkan perubahan pada tekanan darah. Sehingga diharapkan terapi rendam kaki air hangat jahe dilakukan pasien hipertensi sehingga terjadi penurunan tekanan darah.

Proses menua menyebabkan kemunduran fungsi organ tubuh, kemunduran fisik dapat memicu timbulnya stres pada lanjut usia, pengelolaan stres membutuhkan terapi tambahan dengan melakukan terapi lingkungan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi lingkungan (berkebun) terhadap tingkat stres pada lansia di Panti Werdha Griya Lansia Jannati Provinsi Gorontalo. Desain penelitian pra eksperimen dengan one group pretest postest design, populasi lansia yaitu seluruh lansia di Panti Griya Lansia Jannati berjumlah 23 lansia, jumlah sampel yang digunakan 15 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling secara purposive sampling dan uji statistik yang digunakan uji t-test berpasangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh seluruh responden sebelum diberikan terapi lingkungan mengalami tingkat stres sedang sebanyak 15 responden (100%) dan sesudah diberikan terapi lingkungan seluruh responden tidak mengalami stres/normal sebanyak 15 responden (100%), hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000. Terapi lingkungan menyebabkan lansia menjadi lebih tenang akibatnya stres yang dialami berkurang daripada sebelum terapi ini dilakukan. Dapat disimpulkan terapi lingkungkan atau berkebun dapat menurunkan tingkat stres pada lansia.

Birth Ball is a birth ball that can be used by mothers in labor in the first stage to a position that can help progress labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Birth Ball on reducing the intensity of labor pain during the first active phase. The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment. The research was conducted at PMB Karmila, Bantan District. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women. The sample in this study were 20 pregnant women using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately, bivariately using the T-Dependent statistical test (paired T-Test). The results showed that there was an effect of birth ball on the intensity of labor pain in the first stage. to the community, especially primigravida women who experience labor pain to be able to do birth ball therapy to reduce the level of pain in the first stage of labor.\

Penelitian yang membahas tentang pengaruh strategi panduan membaca terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat baca siswa. Oleh karena itu, pendidik menggunakan strategi panduan membaca selama proses pembelajaran. Strategi panduan membaca adalah strategi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan bacaan, dan setelah membaca bahan bacaan siswa diberikan pertanyaan oleh guru. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang menggunakan strategi ini adalah mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ini, pendidik mampu menumbuhkan motivasi dan semangat peserta didik untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) penggunaan strategi panduan membaca pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak, (2) Prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak, (3) Pengaruh strategi panduan membaca terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MA. Mengingat populasi dalam penelitian ini kurang dari 100 orang, maka peneliti mengambil 100% dari populasi. Jadi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara untuk mengetahui penggunaan strategi panduan membaca, angket untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi panduan membaca dan menggunakan raport untuk menentukan prestasi belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh panduan membaca strategi terhadap prestasi belajar Aqidah Akhlak diperoleh hasil 0,590. Dimana nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari tabel “r”, baik pada tingkat signifikansi 5% maupun pada tingkat signifikansi 1%.

Dunia usaha atau usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah serta kemajuan zaman dan kemudahan teknologi dapat mempengaruhi mereka dalam memperlakukan dana (uang) yang dimilikinya, baik untuk penyimpanan maupun untuk transaksi. Kenyamanan dan inovasi di bidang keuangan mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan tuntutan kemudahan dan kepraktisan. Beberapa UMKM di Kebonagung Demak telah memanfaatkan financial technology (fintech) ini untuk mempermudah bisnis. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inklusi keuangan bagi UMKM belum optimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh UKM yang ada di Kebonagung Demak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi ganda berganda dengan melakukan uji lain seperti uji normalitas, uji deviasi asumsi klasik, uji kecocokan dan uji koefisien determinasi. Untuk tes intervening menggunakan tes sobel dengan program SPSS dan www.danielsoper.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial skill berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan (H1 terbukti) dan juga berpengaruh terhadap layanan keuangan berbasis fintech (H2 terbukti). Jasa keuangan berbasis fintech berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan (dibuktikan H3). Layanan keuangan berbasis fintech mampu memediasi pengaruh financial skills terhadap inklusi keuangan pada UMKM di Kabupaten Demak

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan pada tanggal 17 September sampai dengan selesai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengeahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Premukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, study kepustakaan serta angket (kuesioner) yaitu memberikan pertanyaan kepada 36 pegawai Kantor Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan responden didalam penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung atau dianalisa dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode korelasi product moment, uji persial (uji t) serta uji determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 0,722 dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel product moment. Nilai korelasi pada tabel korelasi untuk jumlah responden (N) 36 dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,270. Berdasrkan nilai yang telah diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment serta membandingkannya dengan nilai yang ada pada tabel product moment maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Atau kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Padangsidimpuan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode project based learning terhadap peningkatan kreativitas dan inovatif siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Sibolga pada pokok bahasan dinamika gerak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dari hasil analalisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat kreativitas dan inovatif siswa antara kelas kntrol dan kelas eksperimen. Pada kelas eksperimen, siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal fisika memiliki kreativitas dan inovatif yang lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, tingkat aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung melalui metode project based learning berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor di atas 70. Penerapan project based learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas dan inovatif siswa pokok bahasan dinamika gerak dimana ttabel < dari thitung yaitu 1,64 < 3,27.
