The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The data existing in Trade Service shows out of 5,817 street sellers registered, some of them have not been arranged completely by Surakarta City Government. New Klewer Market opened officially on April 21, 2017 by Trade Service can arrange the placement of sellers better in New Klewer Market. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. Cooperation between City Government and organizers and sellers to maintain the environmental orderliness in Klewer Market is expected to implement the arrangement of Yard Sellers in Klewer Market of Surakarta corresponding to the arrangement program. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period. 

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

Mranggen Demak State High School Library is a work unit formed with the decision of an authorized official to serve the needs of school residents to the books in Mranggen Demak State High School. In this school library the library management is still conventional by taking notes in the big books. Services to library members are ineffective and unsatisfactory because it takes a long time to find the books they will borrow on every bookshelf available and look at notes in the big books. The slow preparation of the report so that the development of the library is less attention. Seeing these conditions the author tries to provide alternatives by making applications that can facilitate data processing and improve the efficiency of time and cost that has been in the school library. At this writing, the application made is a multiuser-based barcode technology application with a life cycle system development method. The system is designed using Microsoft Visul Basic 6.0 with a SQL Server 2000 database so that the implementation is in the form of a ready-to-use application system that is implemented in a library room. Application management of multiuser-based barcode technology is expected to be able to solve the problems that exist in the SMA Negeri 1 Mranggen Demak Library because in this system the data is processed centrally in one database so that data is not only recorded in the big books that have been happening.

The existence of the phenomenon of teacher performance degradation,can be seen fromteachers who do not do their job properly, the teachers whoteach only highly educated butless attention function. Improved performance canbe achieved by improving teachers' leadership style of principals and schoolwork climate. Therefore, the central issue in thisstudy is how much influence theprincipal's leadership style and school climate work onteacher performance.Thisstudy aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style on teacherperformance and school climate effects work on teacher performance. Thehypothesis is that there is a positive effect between: the principal's leadershipstyle on teacher performance and the climate of the school work on teacherperformance.This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the surveymethod and descriptive analytic approach. The samples used were from allpopulation of 50 teachers SMA/SMKBina Nusantara Semarang. Techniquesof data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is thePearson product moment correlation, determination, and multiple linearregression. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and theninterpreted, analyzed, and described according to the problem andresearchobjectives.Based on the results of this study concluded that theprincipal's leadership style and school climate is partially working (people) onthe performance of teachers.

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity, the influence of financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity on firm value, and to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value mediated by financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity. Population used is the whole company public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2015. Number of samples are 86 firms each year, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. the annual report. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The result of analysis show that carbon emissions disclosure have positive and significant effect on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity. While financial performancebhave positive but not significant effect on firm value, operational performance have positive and significant effect onfirm value, and cost of equityhave negative and significant effect on firm value. This research also shows that the operational performance and cost of equity plays a role in mediating carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, while financial performance do not mediate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value. The implication is the firms should pay more attention to the company's relationship with the surrounding environment so that the company's image can be improved because the firm’s sustainability are not only determined by the level of profitability, but also they have to combine economic performance, the concentration of social justice, and responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Keywords: carbon emissions disclosure, financial performance, operational   performance, cost of equity and firm value

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

The role of teachers in Islam is very important. So the teacher is also called ustadz because it has a high commitment in carrying out its duties so that the quality of the work process can lead to the attitude of the continuous development of students. Besides, teachers are also referred to as mualim. He as a life sources in charge of transferring science both theoretical and practical. Teachers can also be referred to as murabbiy who prepare his students as creatures, because of the creativity that, he will be able to prepare himself well, so that the results of his creation does not cause damage to himself, others, and the environment. Also, the teacher as a murshid, he must be a role model, as a role model must certainly place himself properly and full. As a model the teacher can set an example for his or her students. In many ways the teacher is also placed in a position as mudarris, who acts as a dispenser of science and eraser of ignorance. In this perspective the teacher's sensitivity must always grow when he sees the reality of his students as it is with different kinds of differences. But from the fact it is realized also, that all students are believed to have the potential of each, so the teacher must be able to develop each potential that existed in the student. The last teacher as muaddib, this very important task a teacher is required to prepare children to be educated to be responsible people, so the quality of human civilization the better in the future. Because of the important role of teachers in Islam, the integral qualifications of the teaching profession can not be ignored either qualitatively or quantitatively so that the challenges of the times are always well answered.   Peran guru dalam Islam adalah sangat penting. Atas dasar itu setiap guru perlu berbekal kompetensi dengan imaji kreativitas. Sehingga guru juga disebut seorang serbabisa, multitalent. Wajar kemudian mendapat berbagai julukan, seperti disebut sebagai ustadz karena mempunyai komitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan tugasnya agar mutu proses kerjanya  mampu membuahkan sikap pengembangan anak didiknya yang terus menerus. Selain itu guru juga disebut sebagai mualim. Ia sebagai kamus kehidupan yang bertugas menstransfer ilmu pengetahuan baik bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Guru dapat juga disebut sebagai murabbiy yang menyiapkan anak didiknya sebagai makhluk kreator, karena dari hasil kreativitasnya itu, ia dapat menyiapkan dirinya dengan baik, agar dari hasil kreasinya tersebut tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada dirinya, orang lain, dan lingkungannya. Juga, guru sebagai mursyid, ia menjadi panutan, sebagai panutan tentu harus menempatkan dirinya dengan tepat dan purna. Sebagai model guru dapat memberikan teladan bagi para anak didiknya. Dalam berbagai hal guru juga ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai mudarris, yang berperan sebagai penebar ilmu pengetahuan dan penghapus kebodohan. Dalam perspektif ini kepekaan guru mesti selalu tumbuh pada saat menyaksikan realitas para muridnya seperti adanya dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Namun dari kenyataan tersebut perlu disadari juga, bahwa semua murid tersebut diyakini mempunyai potensi masing-masing, sehingga guru pasti mampu mengembangkan masing-masing potensi yang ada pada muridnya tersebut. Yang  terakhir guru sebagai muaddib, tugas yang sangat penting ini seorang guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan anak dididiknya menjadi orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga kualitas peradaban manusia semakin baik pada masa mendatang. Karena pentingnya peran guru dalam Islam itu, maka kualifikasi integral profesi guru tidak dapat diabaikan  baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatifnya sehingga berbagai tantangan zaman selalu terjawab dengan baik.

The purpose of this study is to introduce to the public so that people are more aware of greenland promas tourism, as well as interested in traveling to greenland promos gonoharjo and increasing marketing of greenland promasan tourism to be able to compete with other tourism in Kendal district. This study uses the Aida method and uses a 3D model. The subject of this research is to the public and tourists who will visit Greenland promasan tourism. The results of this study were able to attract the public or tourists to visit Greenland promising tourist sites and improve their marketing system, the results obtained from marketing with 3D models are able to improve the marketing system that the public will find out the specifications and forms of Greenland promotions before visiting or traveling. This is supported by the existence of good management and adequate facilities so that visitors feel comfortable and happy.

Brand Switching is the time when a customer or a group of customerchange their loyalty from one brand of product to another. Population of thisresearch is SIM Card User in Totalwin Semarang. Sixty eight are chosen assample are fixed as purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using SPSSprogram. Data are collected with questionnaires.From the research we canconclude that validity test and reliability test all questioner are fulfill therequirement. Result and theoretical implication of this research is: thisresearch supports previous researches postulating that promotion, price , andproduct attributes influences to brand switching positively. In managerialterms, this research contributes to decision makers to pay more attention tothe promotion in purpose to improve loyalty customer.

Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

This article examines various models of credit risk assessment. The study results show that the models can be classified based on the approach adopted, namely the traditional and the structural. In its development, the structural approach by Merton model is dominating, although at the end it reaps many critics when the LTCM crisis happened in America, in the late 1998. Those critics lead to the assumptions used, which considers only the endogenous factor without having to analyze the exogenous factor. The failure of the Merton model has its own attention from the experts so that many of them are trying to polish them. Nevertheless, the results showed that each model has its own advantages and disadvantages that need a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the managers when they want to adopt one of them.Keywords: Credit risk, Merton model, firm-specific risk, and market risk.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.
