The Red Turtle is an animated film released in 2016. It was directed by Dutch-British animator Michall Dudok de Wit. The film is a co-production between Wild Bunch and Studio Ghibli. The Red Turtle tells of the struggle of a man stranded on an uninhabited island to survive until he finally finds new happiness on the island. The film "The Red Turtle" lacks dialogue on its storyline, making color the main visual element of the film's narrative. This attracted researchers to study the film The Red Turtle from the color storytelling aspect that played a narrative visual on the development of the story. The purpose of this study to explain color storytelling can play a narrative visual in the film "The Red Turtle". This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. It uses Albert Munsell's color theory studies, with data collection using observations, documentation and Library studies, and with interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that color visual elements, color storytelling, are as important and as important as narrative, suggesting that color storytelling can play a narrative visual role in the animated film "The Red Turtle".

The purpose of this design is to produce alternative media for consumers of the Pesona Mandiri Cluster Housing to place property orders, check property availability, property prices and details from Pesona Mandiri Cluster housing. The initial problems encountered were the lack of property sales as a result of ineffective product marketing, promotions in online media that did not reach the market, and the absence of media such as websites that could make it easier for consumers to check properties online. Another problem encountered is the appearance of the property which is not packaged properly through online media. The 4D design method goes through stages, the Define Stage, the Design Stage, the Develop Stage, and the Dissemination Stage. The process uses 5w + 1h data analysis namely, what, who, where, when, why, and how. The results of the website design produce media, namely the Mobile Website as a medium that can solve the problems encountered, order property online, detail the property, check property availability, and check property online. In addition, the final supporting media works were designed: Name Cards, Manual Books, T-Shirt Shirts, X Banners, Posters, Social Media, Lanyards, and Snelhecter Folders.

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of lifestyle and advertising on purchasing decisions for Somethink products. This type of associative research with primary data in and sourced from the research instrument in the form of a Likert-scale questionnaire so that the type of data used is quantitative data. The research population is all consumers who have shopped at Shopee whose number is not known with certainty. The sample of this research was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. data collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test multiple regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results of the study show that lifestyle and advertising simultaneously influence the purchase decision of Something's product

MSMEs are the initial pillars of economic development in Indonesia, many efforts have been made by the government. Creative Economy is a government program concept aimed at strengthening MSMEs in Indonesia. Product branding is part of innovation and creativity to add value to a product. The purpose of creating this magazine is to build a Cendol Suji MSME product brand with a product branding strategy through product photos. This activity uses observation, interviews and technology. Activities to empower MSMEs with assistance in product photography ranging from product photography to retouching. This will provide a new perspective for MSME actors to brand their products so that they can compete in the open market. Through this collection of photos, MSMEs can promote their products through e-commerce, such as online shops, shopee, tokopedia, grab, etc.

The perperium or postpartum period begins after parturition from 6-48 hours, and from 3-28 days until it ends approximately 29-42 days after delivery. The research design is a two group pretest post test design. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who were selected from the Halilulik Health Center in Belu Regency based on the average deliveries per month with estimated days of birth (HPL) June-July 2019 which is 75. A sample of at least 10 postpartum women is added 20% of the sample size, namely 2 to 12 to anticipate samples that drop out. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the milk production of postpartum mothers before and after oxytocin massage and breast care with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, oxytocin massage is more effective than breast care in increasing the milk production of postpartum mothers with a p-value of 0.000.

The development of technology today makes humans coexist with technology. Many human activities can be carried out through the internet network. One of them is the presence of the metaverse which is a technology that contains virtual interactions, digital objects, and decentralized humans from various platforms. Metaverse is used by many people as a medium for buying and selling transactions. Metaverse users generally sell their products in the form of NFTs. Various well-known brands have started promoting their products through the metaverse. The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.

Quality control is crucial for the company to minimize the existence of defective products. The research focuses on the quality control section. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of quality control occurs at PT Andalan Mandiri Busana, identify the factors that cause defects in garment products, and determine proposed improvements as an effort to suppress defective products. The results showed that there were factors that caused production defects and the biggest cause was broken stitches, and the sigma value obtained was 4.15, which means that the company has carried out pretty good quality control. Based on this research, the recommendations that can be given are in the improve stage, in the form of a table of proposed improvements using the Five M-checklist approach and Kaizen based on fishbone diagrams. The results of this study are expected to be one of the inputs for companies in implementing quality control and can increase the company's sigma level.

Tourism is a sector that can be considered profitable and also has the potential for an area to be developed into an asset that is used as a source of production for the region or the country itself. South Solok Regency is one of the regencies in West Sumatra Province, which is one of the prima donna of tourism in this province. Solok Selatan Regency itself is given a quite unique tagline, namely The Heart of Minangkabau. Giving the tagline really represents what the district has. Starting from a variety of tourist and cultural destinations in it. But there are not a few tours in South Solok Regency that have not been exposed by the Tourism Office, one of which is the Tangsi 3 Waterfall Tour. Tangsi 3 Waterfall is located in a tropical rain forest area which has a natural charm that is still beautiful. This waterfall is one of the hidden paradises that this district has.

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

The aim of the study was to analyse the effect of advertising effectiveness, brand preference, and beauty on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products in Generation Z in Tuban Regency. This type of quantitative research. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The non-probability sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, using the slovin formula to calculate the sample so that 100 respondents were determined. The results of the research on the t test and F test show that advertising effectiveness, brand preferences, and beauty influencers influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products in generation z in Tuban Regency. R Square results of 42.3% and 57.7% are influenced by other variables.

Consumption is an activity aimed at reducing or utilizing a product, whether it is a physical product or a service. Along with the times, the level of consumption is getting higher, especially among students. This increase in consumption activity is based on the attractiveness of an item, thus providing satisfaction to consumers. If consumption cannot be controlled, it will lead to consumptive behavior. Therefore the authors designed a minimalist campaign to reduce the amount of consumption and chose to optimize the use of goods to make them more effective and useful. This design uses the Research and Development (R&D) 4-D model with the stages: define, design, develop and disseminate. In the process of solving the problem the writer applies 5W+1H data analysis (what, where, when, who, why and how). The main media for this design is the Instagram feed as a medium for voicing a minimalist lifestyle campaign.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Efforts to improve the Indonesian economy are important, because Indonesia has great economic potential. Because if the economy increases, the standard of living and conditions of society will also increase. The purpose of this study was to find out how the business feasibility of small tempe chip industries in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The informants in this study were the owners of a small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The number of informants in this study were 6 small business owners of tempeh chips. Research on small industrial enterprises uses analytical methods including ROI, R/C, and B/C. The method of data collection was carried out using editing and tabulation techniques. For the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the average cost of production incurred by the small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is Rp. 15,065,971/month, while the average income in the small tempe chip industry is IDR 42,666,667. the average result of the feasibility analysis of small tempe chip industry businesses in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency in one month of production is that the ROI is declared feasible because a result of 3.84% is said to be feasible because ROI > 1. On average the results of R/C on business feasibility that is equal to 3.90 R/C ratio is said to be feasible. Whereas for the average B/C ratio analysis method, it is obtained at 2.01, so the business is feasible to run because B/C> 1.

Surabaya city is one of the coastal cities in Indonesia and has potential in the fisheries sector. Apart from having a strategic role and having a large area of ​​land, the City of Surabaya can also increase its role as a shrimp pond farmer to increase natural resources for shrimp pond farmers in Surabaya. With good and optimal management can increase production and income levels so as to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Especially for tiger shrimp pond farmers, it is hoped that they can provide employment and be able to become food ingredients providers. This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of education level, length of business and land area on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. In this study using a causal quantitative approach. This study uses 1 dependent variable (income) and 3 independent variables (education level, length of business and land area). The type of research data used in this research is quantitative data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the level of education (X1), length of business (X2) and land area (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The level of education (X1) partially has a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The length of business (X2) partially has no significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. Land area (X3) partially has a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City.

Tillage is an activity that aims to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure and create good soil conditions for plant growth. Soil processing can be done in several ways, one of which is the application of fertilizer to plants. Farmers' understanding of efficient and effective fertilization methods is still not fully mastered. Most farmers often fertilize plants beyond the recommended dose. This community service activity aims to (1) farmers can understand knowledge about non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT. Petrokimia Gresik, (2) increase farmers' understanding and knowledge of fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology to achieve relatively efficient fertilizer use, (3) farmers can understand the condition of private land and understanding of the amount and type of fertilizer PT Petrokimia Gresik needed. The methods used include surveys, socialization, and practical demonstrations regarding soil testing of farmers in Putat Lor Village, Tajinan District, Malang. Based on this socialization activity, the results obtained are (1) the knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village regarding non-subsidized fertilizer products from PT Petrokimia Gresik is increasing (2) increasing knowledge of farmers in Putat Lor Village about fertilizer quality and balanced fertilization technology (3) farmers in Putat Lor Village know the condition of the soil from private land through soil test practices so that they can estimate the type and amount of fertilizer to be used.

A company engaged in selling various herbal products, various health products and herbal cosmetics. The purpose of this research is to determine efforts to increase sales through current and future marketing strategies to be more effective and achieve maximum profits. This research is field research with qualitative descriptive methods, data and information collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The factor causing the decline in sales and not achieving the desired target is an ineffective marketing strategy. So far the marketing strategy implemented has been quite good, namely by implementing advertising, sales promotions and personal selling. However, in practice these three elements do not work according to what the company expects due to a lack of evaluation of each element, so that the results achieved are not optimal. Therefore, you should add promotional activities that are relatively cheaper and more effective, namely through advertising with larger signage media and an annual calendar as well as carrying out a more in-depth evaluation of the marketing strategy being implemented, so that a goal can be achieved, namely increasing sales.

This study aims to analyze the factors of work discipline and work motivation factors that have an influence on employee productivity in the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. This study used descriptive analysis using Google Forms as a data collection method for 30 employee respondents at the production unit of PT Ateja Grace Texindo. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling. Then the data was processed and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software application. This study found that work motivation factors have an influence on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section. However, the work discipline factor has no effect on employee productivity at PT Ateja Grace Texindo in the production unit section.

The purpose of this study is to identify the procedure for budgeting direct labor wages of the convection division at PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study used primary data and secondary data. From the observations that have been made, it can be seen that all staff, both office and production, both have an important role in the production process.The results of this study show that the wage system used by PT Wijaya Tirta Makmur for convection division is a wage system based on the number of units of output which can certainly increase company productivity.

Studies it also delivers donation theoretical with confirm that quality products and promotions play role important in influence interest buy repeat consumer. Study furthermore can involve variable else, like price and image brand, for expand understanding about influencing factors _ interest buy repeat in context product agriculture other.
