The mail management system is a much-needed development in the current era of information technology development, especially in an agency. However, at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency, the management of correspondence which can manage incoming mail and outgoing mail numbers is still done manually, namely by recording it in a large book because it collects data every year.The problem that occurs is the difficulty in finding recorded data, which must be searched manually in a book with the risk that the book will be damaged due to search activity. Furthermore, when making outgoing letter numbers, there is also a problem when you need a letter number on a date that has already passed.This research was carried out by using the extreme programming method which is a derivative of the Agile method which uses an object-oriented approach. The stages involved in the extreme programming method are Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results of this study are Information System for Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail Numbers Web-Based at the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Ngawi Regency.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of capital management and leverage on firm value through profitability. This research belongs to the type of associative research, while the research approach uses quantitative. The population is Food and Beverage manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2021. The sampling technique with purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 13 companies. Data analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that capital management had a significant negative effect on the profitability of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies, Leverage had a non-significant negative effect on the profitability of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies, Capital management had a significant positive effect on the value of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies, Leverage had a significant positive effect on Company value Food and Beverage manufacturing, Profitability has a significant effect on the value of Food and Beverage manufacturing companies. Capital management has a significant negative effect on firm value through profitability in Food and Beverage manufacturing companies. Leverage has no significant negative effect on firm value through profitability in Food and Beverage manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of company size on earnings management through the profitability of the Automotive & Component Industry Companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are Manufacturing Companies in the Automotive & Components Miscellaneous Industry sub-sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. A sample of 8 companies was obtained from purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that company size has no significant effect on company profitability, company size has a significant positive effect on company earnings management, profitability has a significant effect on company earnings management, company size has no significant effect on earnings management with profitability as an intervening variable in automotive & automotive industry companies. In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

Management of Islamic Education is actually very helpful in efforts to improve the quality of educational institutions. Not only madrasas have the right to apply Islamic education management, but public schools can also apply it to improve the quality of the school itself. Islamic education management that is applied in the operations of an educational institution (school) and used as a complement to the implementation of national education management will definitely support the achievement of improving the quality of educational institutions. Because it is indeed a complement and perfecter, if the management of Islamic education is applied in line with the management of national education, an increase in the quality of educational institutions can be immediately realized. Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

A hospital is an individual health care institution that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The statement is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Hospitals. Drug processing management is an important part of drug management in hospitals, and if one process is not appropriate, it will hinder or affect the drug management system. The hospital does not have standards in recording and planning budgets for the procurement of drugs and other facilities, late delivery of expeditions or late disbursement of BPJS funds must be reconsidered seeing that many communities and hospitals use funds from the BPJS system. Collaborating with other hospitals, pharmacies and with the Health Office can help to meet the availability of drugs.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Effective and efficient financial management is essential for the success of UMKM. However, UMKM are often hampered in optimizing their performance and competitiveness due to lack of knowledge and skills in financial management. Therefore, this community service aims to train UMKM in financial management to improve their financial literacy and their ability to utilize skills in business management. This activity uses a participatory approach by involving UMKM in the Bugangan Village area and the method includes theoretical explanations and direct practical assistance. The training materials include basic concepts of financial management and simple financial report analysis. The results showed that participants had a better understanding and skills to manage business finances more effectively. In addition, participants also reported increased time efficiency and accuracy of financial records after the training was implemented. Thus, this program is expected to help UMKM become more adaptive to the demands of the digital era and contribute to sustainable local economic growth.

This study aims to investigate the interplay between good governance, earnings management, tax compliance, and firm longevity in fostering sustainable futures for organizations. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders from a diverse range of firms. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation across industries and organizational sizes. Data analysis adopts thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes within the qualitative data. The findings reveal intricate relationships between governance practices, earnings management strategies, tax compliance behaviors, and long-term firm sustainability. Insights from this study contribute to the understanding of how organizational practices influence sustainability and inform policymakers and practitioners on fostering responsible corporate behavior for long-term viability.

Persoalan dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan yang diterapkan oleh Usaha Manik-Manik di Kecamatan Kesu’ Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan, mencakup perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengendalian.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan langsung di lapangan melalui wawancara dengan informasi yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian dan data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Manik-manik Di Kecamatan Kesu’ Kabupaten Toraja Utara tidak menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengendalian.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Perkembangan teknologi untuk digitalisasi berdampak pada sistem pembayaran, analisis untuk situasi masalah yaitu memeriksa kualitas e-wallet Go-Pay dalam berbagai aspek, urgensi kegiatan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Go-Pay bagus produk e-wallet, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas e-wallet Gopay, Dalam penelitian ini, selain teknik metodologi, dilakukan pencarian literatur pada perpustakaan untuk memperoleh informasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi data dan menggunakan sumber data yang sudah tersedia, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang etis dan logis. Terdapat tabel hasil, pembahasan, dan dampak dari beberapa jurnal yang membahas tentang Go-Pay. Keunggulan Go-Pay inilah yang mendorong pengguna Gojek untuk menggunakannya. Ketertarikan menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital Gopay juga dipengaruhi oleh utilitas yang dirasakan dan kenyamanan penggunaan. Tingkat dalam mempermudah dan keuntungan menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay juga mempengaruhi minat pengguna Indonesia. Dari hasil dan pembahasan jurnal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa GOPAY memiliki brand image dan kualitas aplikasi yang baik sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen saat menggunakan dompet Go-paye sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Ekspansi industri minyak dan gas di Indonesia menyebabkan sejumlah masalah lingkungan, yang berdampak buruk pada operasi perusahaan. Salah satu pendekatan untuk memperbaiki masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan strategi Green SCM yang efektif. PT. ABC adalah salah satu perusahaan minyak dan gas yang belum berhasil mengimplementasikan ide Green SCM, dan sebagai akibatnya, kebocoran pipa pada proses produksi perusahaan telah mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan yang cukup besar. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, para peneliti berangkat untuk menilai efektivitas program manajemen rantai pasokan hijau (SCM) dalam tingkat performansi nya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan metode skoring yang disebut Green SCOR yang mencakup pembobotan AHP dan OMAX. Sebanyak tujuh belas indikator kinerja utama (KPI) dihasilkan oleh lima model Green SCOR yang digunakan dalam pemrosesan data (plan, source, make, delivery, dan return). Ada 17 indikator kinerja utama, dengan tiga warna merah, dua warna kuning, dan dua belas warna hijau. Dengan skor akhir 6,754 pada tingkat kinerja Green SCM, nilai ini masuk dalam kategori kuning, yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mendekati target, (rata-rata), atau pencapaian, namun indikator kinerja tersebut belum terpenuhi.

This study focuses on financial management in the field of education/agency at the Al Mubarok Baturaja Islamic Boarding School. Historically, financial management at the Al Mubarok Islamic boarding school was managed manually. Over time, financial management using the manual method is considered less efficient. Therefore, an application called Siske Sakti was created, which is a digital-based Islamic boarding school financial recording application, which has complete and simple features and design. This study uses the Field Research Method. While the Siske Sakti testing technique used beta testing which was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google form to respondents, namely Al Mubarok students as many as 20 people using a Likert Scale. From the research that has been done, it is obtained that an average percentage of 80.36% is included in the "Strongly Agree" category. This shows that the Siske Sakti application helps in managing the finances of Al Mubarok Baturaja Islamic Boarding School students.

Keputusan pembelian yaitu berupa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian suatu produk. Produk yang dicarinya serta mengevaluasi alternatif yang paling menguntungkan. pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis terhadap suatu masalah yang dihadapi. Masalah tersebut menyangkut pengetahuan tentang hakikat dari masalah yang dihadapi. Oleh karena itu pengambilan keputusan oleh konsumen didasari pada perbandingan sebagai referensi, peluang dan manfaat serta mudharat yang ada. Masalah yang terjadi terkait kualitas pelayanan adalah banyak pelanggan yang tidak puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini kepada para pelanggan. Masalah yang terjadi terkait pekerja adalah pelanggan menilai bahwa sumber daya manusia atau pekerja CV Mars Global Group masih kurang baik. Masalah dalam hal pendekatan diri terhadap para pelanggan sehingga para pelanggan tidak selalu memberikan keputusan untuk membeli produk CV Mars Global Group. Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS pada data Anova dalam kolom R Square = 0.879, maka seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 87.9% dan sisanya yaitu 12.1% dijelaskan oleh faktor variabel lain seperti harga, promosi, dan citra merek yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
