This study aims to find out about the application of the maslahah concept in public consumption in the Lasi district to achieving maximum utility. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection techniques. The informants in this study were the people in the Lasi district with a total of 30 informants. The selection of informants was carried out by accidental sampling technique. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that maslahah can only be obtained when consumption is carried out on goods in accordance with Islamic law, not exaggerating in fulfilling consumption goods and in terms of achieving maximum utility, society prioritizes the principle of spiritualism in achieving happiness both in this world and in the hereafter by means of zakat, infaq and alms.

The pattern of Israelite education found in the Torah has values that can be applied in the context of education today. The pattern is a holistic approach to education, which includes moral and ethical education, respect for authority, and character development. Thus, the application of Israel's education pattern found in the Torah can help build a young generation with integrity and quality. Thus, in this study, the author or researcher uses or qualitative method approach involving in data collection and analyzing the data obtained. Overall, the Israeli education pattern is an educational system that includes the development of technical skills, the formation of student character and morals, the teaching of Jewish religion and culture, inclusive education, and the development of technological skills, all of which are designed to create competent and globally minded human resources. In conclusion, the application of Israel's pattern of education according to the Torah has also proven successful in Israel and can serve as an example for other countries in developing an effective education system. Nonetheless, it should be kept in mind that the Israeli education pattern cannot always be applied directly in other countries, due to different cultural differences and social contexts.

. A work accident is an unpredictable event. When it happens, it is important to provide first aid in work accidents and to do it one must have knowledge. To increase knowledge about this first aid, it can be done by providing telenursing-based education. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident. This research was conducted by using a quasi-experimental one group pre-test and posttest design. The population as many as 40 people and sample amounted to 15 respondents which was taken using non-probality sampling technique. This research used Whatsapp application and data collection was done by giving questionnaires in the form of link to pre test and posttest. Then, the collected data was analyzed by a Wilcoxon statistic test. From the wilcoxon test, it was obtained that ρ value = 0,002 in which this ρ value < α = 0,05 meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of telenursing-based education on the cognitive ability of garbage collector in performing first aid in a work accident.    

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

To ensure the wise use of AI, it is crucial to observe AI ethics, protect user data and privacy, avoid discrimination, and ensure system security. The research problem is formulated to answer questions such as the benefits and risks of using ChatGPT, its optimal use, and its role in education. The purpose of the research is to describe the benefits, risks, and wise use of ChatGPT in the era of AI and to ensure its responsible use.

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.

This study aims to find out from a review of the effective implementation of TOS NUSANTARA in the Tanjung Priuk 2 area. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive research method where research is on observation and observation in the Pier Area 009 Tanjung Priok 1 which has implemented the TOS NUSANTARA system and solved a problem because the TOS NUSANTARA system has not been used in the Tanjung Priok 2 Domestic Area. The application used to run this digital ecosystem is named AYO MITRA SRC, then with this application, distributors or so-called Partners will provide ordering services through the Ayo SRC application, this provides convenience and increases effectiveness in transactions, which does not need to exist queuing to select and count goods resulting in an increase in service quality and partner capacity, one of which is in terms of neater and more structured sales records.

 This study aims to (1) reveal Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for Mathematic learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) school solutions and efforts and stakeholders to achieve Mathematic learning goals through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were theprincipal, the head of the curriculum, Mathematic educators, homeroom teachers, class X students and guardians of students. Researchers used data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that, (1) PAI learning management in the evaluation of psychomotor aspects has not been implemented, (2) learning supporting factors, namely the existence workshops oflearning Google Classroom, strong signals and internet quotas, students having smartphones, and guardians of students being able to monitor and control students. learn while at home. Liquidity issues are important in maintaining the smooth operation of the company as well as in short-term and emergency needs as well as the growth function (investment) to develop owned assets in accordance with the expectations desired by the company. Information about budgeted cash flows can produce relevant information, because from this cash flow it can be known the need for the company's operations from the source of the recipient. Given the large number of cash receipts and disbursements managed, a list is needed that contains all cash inflows and cash outflows presented in the form of a cash flow statement. The results of the discussion concluded that cash management plays a role in the liquidity of CV. PSP Group, this can be proven from the results of research by calculating liquidity with the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Quick Ratio, where the calculation results for 1 year, namely from January to December 2021 the calculation results for the liquidity ratio are > 1 as much as 75%, where with the existence of good cash management will have a positive impact, which means the application of cash management at CV. The purpose of this study is to describe how business ethics should exist in a company. This scoping study aims to examine the literature regarding the most relevant and significant aspects of business ethics in entrepreneurship, as well as the methods used in related research. This study searches multiple databases for articles published between 2012 and 2023. The results of the study show that the contribution of business ethics is needed to improve the quality of company development. The existence of the application of good business ethics will help the company achieve its vision and mission in accordance with what is expected.

Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

The technique of determining respondents using purposive sampling using the Chi Square statistical test. The sample is patients who will undergo surgery at Primaya Betang Pambelum Hospital totaling 109 respondents. Results: The results of the Chi Square statistical test that obtained p value = 0.000 or the level of significance p < 0.05 so that there is a relationship between sign-in compliance with the accuracy of pre-operative patient identification, Conclusion: There is a relationship between sign-in compliance with the accuracy of pre-operaif patient identification as evidenced by the results of p < α with a significant level of 0.05 indicating a significant and meaningful relationship between sign-in compliance with the accuracy of patient identification at Primaya Betang Pambelum Hospital.

The presence of workers in the company is dominated by executives. They often have conflicting interests for the company's activities. In order to help workers' positions remain relevant and recognized, workers need a Labor Union. In an industrial environment, it is normal for disputes to occur and the role of trade unions is needed to mediate the interests of both. Therefore, the expected goals are to explain the role of trade unions to address industrial relations disputes and the efforts that they attempt. This study determines literature review as the method by accumulating journals and collecting eight articles that meet the criteria. After having reference materials, the researcher will analyze the data based on a collection of these studies which the researcher will generalize into a literature review paper. The results of this research are that trade unions act as assistants, bodyguards, representatives, supervisors, and mediators and prioritize the settlement of disputes internally and amicably. Efforts made by trade unions include carrying out bipartite and tripartite negotiations consisting of mediation, arbitration and conciliation, as well as the industrial relations court, submitting a letter of application for Judicial Review to the Constitutional Court, and honing the skills of trade union members.

It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for UMKM, (2) Benefits of doing business for UMKM (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the E-Library of Angkasa Pura II (Elora) in increasing digital literacy at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were carried out from the theory of program effectiveness according to Budiani (2007:53) with 4 (four) indicators. First, namely the accuracy of the program's targets is appropriate, seen from the exact program targets, which PT Angkasa Pura II is aimed at all employees who intend to increase their knowledge. Second, the socialization of the program cannot be said to be effective as seen from the fact that there are still many employees of PT Angkasa Pura II who have not used the Elora application because the socialization does not vary only through WhatsApp groups and corporate email. Third, the program objectives are appropriate, seen from the Elora application, it really helps employees in terms of increasing digital knowledge and literacy. Fourth, program monitoring has been carried out by the organizing team through monitoring and evaluation. In addition, program monitoring can also be seen at the Management Review Meeting every month, but there is still no follow-up to make improvements as a result of the evaluation carried out.

The existence of technology has become insignificant and affects all activities and human life in the world. As in today's era, almost everything is dependent on technology. Information technology in the e-government era can make it easy for people to obtain information and communicate interactively. Because with this technology, we can get information quickly. Information obtained through communication technology makes it easier for an organization to cooperate with each other in achieving the goals of the organization. Therefore the use of technology needs to be optimized and developed so as not to experience backwardness in obtaining information. This study aims to analyze the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Jakarta Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration using qualitative research methods by collecting data through recording and observation. The theory used is Grindle's policy implementation theory. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the application of electronic signatures to the electronic official document system at the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration in Jakarta in general has a positive impact and eases the work of its employees.

This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of Blended Learning as an online and mixed learning strategy by analyzing various research studies related to Blended Learning obtained from the Google Scholar database. The method used in this study is a method with a library approach or what is known as a literature study from research articles for 2020-2022. Article selection is carried out through the process of identification, screening, and eligibility. So that 10 articles are relevant to the objectives and problems of the literature study. Based on the literature study that has been carried out, the results show that the use of Blended Learning by utilizing several digital technology-based applications as learning support can be said to be effective for increasing literacy skills, critical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cognitive learning outcomes of students.

Corruption in the banking industry is a severe problem that must be addressed appropriately. Due to the obstacles inherent to difficult-to-detect crimes and some theoretical and legal concerns of law enforcement, the application of criminal law against perpetrators of banking corruption is not yet at its maximum. Hence, there is a need to educate individuals not to engage in corrupt behavior, to strengthen the professionalism of law enforcement, and to implement nondiscriminatory sanctions. Some rules govern corruption and banking crimes, but existing regulations must be enhanced to solve some law enforcement loopholes. Thus, implementing criminal law against corruption offenses in banking becomes crucial for maintaining public confidence in the banking sector and promoting sustainable economic growth.
