The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

Barium hexaferrite BaFe12O19 (BHF) is a great importance as permanent magnets, particularly formagnetic recording as well as in microwave devices. Barium hexaferrite also could be used as one of the basic constituent compound of multiferroic material. Multiferroic is a class of materials that yieldsimultaneous effects of ferroelectric, ferromagnetism and ferroelasticity in the same material. So BHF must be as nanoparticle and single phase to increase magnetoelectric coupling effect showing improvement multiferroic properties in material. Barium hexaferrite powders were prepared by sol gel auto combustion method. Hence the mole ratios of Ba2+/Fe3+ were varied at 1:12; 1:11.5 and 1:11 and sintering at 850oC for 10 hours for each mole ratios. To confirm the formation of single phase, it was used X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) Phillips, PW 1835 type in the 20o-100o diffraction angle using CuKα radiation. XRD results showed that sample with mole ratios of Ba2+/Fe3+ = 1:11,5 was best sample due to having single phase, 100% BHF phase be evidenced by HighScore Plus Refinement. Using Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) from Beckman Coulter type showed that sample with mole ratios of Ba2+/Fe3+ = 1:11,5 was powder in nano size, 66 nm (<100 nm). This research confirms that sol-gel method using mole ratio of Ba2+/Fe3+ = 1:11,5 and sinter temperature at 850oC for 10 hours could be used for synthesize single phase BHF in nanoparticle.

When creating databases for GIS-applications often existing maps are scanned and vectorised for used. However, vectorisation becomes obsolete when GIS-objects can be referred to both in theme and geometry in a raster environment. This article shows to use model spatial data raster and vector for GIS - applications in both the graphical and image structure. Geographical data must first be converted into a computer- readable format before it can be used in a GIS. Spatial data are "elements that can be stored in map form." These elements correspond to a uniquely defined location on the Earth's surface. Spatial data have also been describe as “any data concerning phenomenon a really distributed” in two or more dimensions. (Peuquet and Marble, I990.) Data model is the rules to convert real geographical variation into discrete objects. There are two main GIS data models - vector and raster. Each of the two data models has specific types of data, analysis and displays that can handle better than the other system. The vector model represents geographical reality as a series of discrete objects or features, classified as points, line's or areas (polygons). The geographical co-ordinates describing the locations of these features are stored in the computer database which lies at the heart of the GIS. In the raster model a regular grid of cells, or pixels, is used to encode the features found on the earth's surface. Each pixel has a number associated with it representing; the value of a geographical phenomenon, such as terrain elevation, soil type or biomass. Layers of raster grids covering the same region can be built up to represent further variables.
