This study aims to identify the extent of the role of e-commerce as a means to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, especially for home-based businesses, in Condong chess, Yogyakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. The procedure for collecting data is by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal and conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of e-commerce as a promotion and sales channel is very important to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, one of which is a culinary business which is still relatively small. From the conclusions obtained, MSMEs Jajanan Chikats has practiced a marketing strategy by taking advantage of technological advances, namely by using e-commerce in the form of marketing media through Instagram and Shopee. This strategy has in fact penetrated the sales progress of MSMEs of Chikats snacks and expanded sales relations.

One of the digital media frequently used by business practitioners for promotion is Instagram. Instagram is utilized as a promotional medium due to its more appealing interface compared to Facebook or Twitter. Instagram is an application for capturing, editing, and sharing photos within the Instagram user community. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed randomly to 99 respondents who were followers of the "Fanaya Catering" social media account. The research results indicate that the use of social media has a positive impact on increasing the sales revenue of catering products.

Bananas are easily damaged so their durability is very limited. By processing bananas into sangcok it is quite profitable, so that it is used as a side business by the community as an additional income. This study aims to (1) analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of sangcok (2) availability of raw materials, production technology, use of inputs, costs, income, efficiency and added value of the sangcok agro-industry. The raw material for making sangcok is kepok bananas. Entrepreneurs obtain raw materials for bananas by buying them directly at the market. The results of this study are the marketing plan implemented by the sangcok business, namely in terms of products, always maintain good product quality and the materials used are also halal, the prices applied are also affordable according to what was ordered, a less strategic place does not discourage culinary lovers from continuing to buy sangcok, and promotion strategies are carried out through online and offline media, promoting more through online media, although in doing promotions, honesty is emphasized and not badmouthing other businesses. The conclusion from this study is that the marketing plan carried out in the sangcok business is in accordance with an Islamic perspective. Related marketing plans such as product, price, promotion and place are also based on the Koran, hadith and the practice of the Prophet Muhammad in conducting marketing.

LGBT is increasingly intensifying its global promotion to indoctrinate the audience into being accepted within society. An example of the recent worldwide discussion is the LGBT campaign through the sport of football. Football is the most popular sport in the world, and any phenomenon in football always becomes a topic of discussion in the media. Based on the above issue, the objective of this research is to understand the perception of football fans towards the LGBT support campaign in football. The research subject in this study is the Manchester United Supporters Community in West Sumbawa. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through interviews, making the direct answers given by the informants the data source for this study. The research findings indicate that there are two perceptions among the research informants. The first perception is to reject the LGBT campaign in football, while the second perception does not consider the LGBT campaign in football as a problem. The perception of the Manchester United supporters community in West Sumbawa towards the LGBT campaign in football is based on internal and external factors that influence how they interpret and respond to the received stimulus. Internal factors include experience, needs, judgment, and individual expectations, while external factors include physical appearance and environmental situations.

As information technology develops, the development of digital media has also shown its role in health promotion efforts. Health promotion is carried out through activities to provide information, influence and help the community to improve their health status. Currently, digital media is more dominantly used in health promotion activities. The use of various media to provide education, convey information and promote health really helps services to the community. So that people can more easily receive information quickly and accurately. This research aims to 1) the type of digital media used 2) the urgency of using digital media in health promotion efforts 3) the role of health promoters in carrying out health promotion based on digital media. In this case the solution offered to partners is to hold outreach regarding health promotion based on digital media in hospitals. The output target of this activity is that it is hoped that health workers will have knowledge in creating digital media-based health promotions in hospitals in more varied ways. Public Relations in enhancing the positive image of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Sumbawa. This study contributes to the understanding of the importance of Cyber PR in building a positive corporate image and provides recommendations for PT. PLN Sumbawa to further enhance Cyber PR practices. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative, with interviews as the data collection tool. The study reveals that PT. PLN Sumbawa understands the importance of Cyber PR in maintaining and improving the company's image. The company utilizes various types of Cyber PR media, including online media, online mass media, and social media. The services provided in Cyber PR media include wire service. Furthermore, PT. PLN Sumbawa is actively engaged in various Cyber PR activities such as advertising, lobbying, press activities, promotions, and publicity. The company utilizes online media and social media to convey information, provide services, and carry out campaigns to strengthen the positive image. Evaluation of Cyber PR activities is conducted by measuring the effectiveness of content based on the number of likes, shares, and responses from the public. In the formation of the company's positive image, PT. PLN Sumbawa successfully fulfills the cognitive, attitudinal, perceptual, and motivational.

In the current era, digital is very important and needed by every human being in their daily life, both for doing business and shopping. In the world of entrepreneurship, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need digitization through social media so that the products that have been made can be recognized and marketed with a wider reach to consumers. However, the lack of knowledge regarding the use of social media is an obstacle for UMKM in Banjaragung Village so that marketing is carried out only offline and word of mouth. By conducting socialization and assistance regarding the functions and various features that can be used in social media to Banjaragung Village MSMEs, it is hoped that this can be implemented so that product marketing can be easier and optimal. The method used is qualitative with the type of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. The results obtained from these activities are that UMKM in Banjaragung Village can utilize social media in marketing their products. So, having a social media account can be used as promotional media as well as product marketing by posting product photos and various other promos that can attract consumer interest.

Tourism villages have become a major concern in efforts to develop local economies and preserve culture in many regions. Tongkonan Karuaya is one of the tourist attractions in Lembang Tumbang Datu. Visitors can use this area to get to know the typical Toraja customs and culture. This article aims to analyze the development of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a potential tourist destination to support the local economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, field observations and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Karuaya tourist attraction has a variety of attractions and cultural heritage. However, challenges such as limited facilities, lack of promotion and the need for infrastructure improvements still need to be addressed. This research underlines the importance of collaboration between local communities and the private sector to optimize the potential of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a sustainable economic resource and utilizing technology such as social media can be an effective tool for introduce the Tongkonan Karuaya tourist attraction to a wide audience, increase its attractiveness, and improve.

Bank financial institutions in Indonesia can generally be divided into Islamic banks and conventional banks. Basically, both Islamic banks and conventional banks carry out activities to collect and distribute funds to the public, but all forms of activities carried out by Islamic banks must be in accordance with sharia principles. Competition between Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia is one of the things that has become the focus of attention of banking managers, especially with regard to customers, moreover, Indonesian Islamic Banks are still relatively new as a result of the unification of several Islamic Banks. This study aims to see how much influence product knowledge, promotions and word of mouth have on people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. This research is a research with a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population in this study is the people of Jambi City, especially those who adhere to Islam. The population in this study is the people who adhere to Islam in the city of Jambi, which is 612,162 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling so that the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The results of the study show that together the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth influence people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. Likewise with the individual, the results of the study show that the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth have an effect on people's understanding of choosing an Islamic bank with the significance level of each variable being the same, namely equal to 0.000 and the tcount value of each variable is 3.809 for X1, 3,617 for X2 and 5,823 for X3.

This community service activity involved three MSME partners, namely the Dua Putra Putri Banana Chips UMKM, the Arjuna Coffee Powder MSME, and the Twin Princess Traditional Herbal Medicine UMKM. One of the problems faced by SMEs is the marketing process. This is based on product photos used for social media promotions that are less attractive to consumers. In product photo activities, guidance is provided on how to take good product photos. With good product photos, consumers will more easily understand an advertisement based on product photos alone. The aim of the product photo activity is to become an identity for MSME actors and can increase the value of the MSME product itself. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys and observations, interviews, discussions, and applications. The result of this community service activity is that there are enhancements to product photos that look clearer and have aesthetic value that are interesting enough to be published via e-commerce and social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook and Instragram.

This thesis aims to find out what are the marketing strategies and results during the Covid-19 pandemic at MSMEs Keisha Jaya Pace and efforts to improve the marketing and sales strategies of MSMEs Keisha Jaya Pace during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods in this study using interviews, observation, documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using Triangulation. The data analysis method in this study uses a data redcution model, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy of Keisha Jaya Pace MSMEs during trhe Covid-19 pandemic experienced difficulties when implementing marketing strategies. Keisha Jayya Pace MSMEs implement a marketing mix including product, price, place, and promotion strategies. The sales results of Keisha Jaya Pace MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced a decline in sales. Almost all Keisha Jaya Pace MSMEs product experienced a decline in sales, including diamonds, jenang, kembang gulo, cum-cum cakes due to the implementation of the Emergency PPKM and work from home. There are several efforts of Keisha Jaya Pace MSMEs in increasing sales during this pandemic, including providing the best service to consumers, aggressively promoting products on social media, paying attention to product quality standards, and maintaining good relationships with buyers.

Carrying out innovation development in an MSME activity needs to be done especially in terms of branding and also marketing. The mentoring activity for making label packaging for processed herbal medicine for Bu Tatik is an implementation of branding management and digital marketing with an effort to improve and develop the business of an MSME. The problems faced by MSMEs are related to processed products that have unattractive packaging which is one of the problems experienced by partners even though their products are widely known in the market but their production capacity is also still small. In addition, the marketing carried out is still lacking, only relying on sales in the market. The purpose of Bu Tatik's herbal bathok mentoring activities is to increase productivity and develop product rebranding so that it has more selling value in the community. School promotions were carried out directly by visiting junior high schools, during a pandemic this can’t be done. In an effort to attract prospective new students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga, it is necessary to innovate by adding promotional media that can be accessed by the wider community. Information distribution can be done through social media and the school's YouTube channel. Information media was chosen as virtual reality in the form of 360° videos to display school facilities and privileges. The measurement indicators used in this study are behavior, interactivity, and sound to find out whether the virtual environment can affect the interest of prospective students at SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga. In addition, the interactivity of the video when it is played and the sound of the environment in the video can give immersive in a school environment. The results of this study by the majority of respondents stated that promotional media virtual reality in the form of 360° videos is appropriate for use for school promotions during a pandemic, as an effort to increase the number of new students.

The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. Digital marketing is a marketing medium that uses the internet as a tool to disseminate information in a wider range without being hindered by time, place and distance. And Instagram is one of the digital media which is still widely used by Indonesians, from teenagers to adults, both for communication media and promotional media. However, most MSMEs actors in the Kedung Baruk sub-district have not been able to make full use of Instagram even though they already have it. So the purpose of holding this training and mentoring is so that MSMEs understand the importance of digital marketing, and optimizing Instagram as a promotional medium. The method used goes through several stages such as providing digital marketing training, providing assistance, and conducting evaluations. The results obtained from the activities that have been carried out are that UMKM actors realize how important digital marketing is, especially on the Instagram platform and Pempek D&G have been able to optimize Instagram as a promotional medium independently.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

The density of charters and the large number of people living around the banks of the Teluk Angke area in RT Teluk Gong. 05/08 Kelurahan Pejagalan resulted in an increase in the amount of waste of various types, ranging from food waste, plastic waste, fruit peel waste, used cans, etc. The purpose of this community service activity is to help the community in dealing with environmental-based diseases. The socialization method was carried out on health promotion in the abdimas scientific forum activities with the theme "Media Posters for Health Promotion Disposing of Good and Correct Garbage for Environment-Based Disease Control" using poster media for ± 15 minutes followed by questions and answers, posting posters in each resident's trash can, monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained from this study were changes in the behavior of participants about how to dispose of waste properly and correctly, thus increasing public awareness of how important it is if we dispose of waste properly and correctly so that we can control environmental-based diseases.

Product marketing and promotion is one alternative that can be done by MSMEs to expand their business in the market aspect. UMKM Barokah 717 is a business engaged in food production located in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. These MSMEs in the marketing stage are still doing around the environment with the word of mouth method and consumers from outside the city are still few. In this community service program using technology, product marketing and branding can be done with the help of social media in the current era. The research method is descriptive qualitative using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. Based on the results of the study, MSMEs already have accounts but are rarely managed, there are product photos but do not attract out-of-town consumers, need to redesign logos, and make banners to promote the business
