The aim of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness, efficiency and contribution of regional taxes to Original Regional Income in the sub-region of Riau province for the 2019-2023 period. The data collection technique used is secondary data in the form of financial reports for the 2019-2023 period at the financial djpk. The sample in this study was taken from financial reports registered on the website https://djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/portal/data/apbd. So the data obtained was 12 sub-regions x 5 years = 120 data. The data will be analyzed using quantitative methods. The research results show that the level of effectiveness in the sub-region of Riau province is classified as effective with a percentage of 93%. The level of efficiency in the sub-region of Riau province is classified as inefficient with a percentage of 102%. The level of regional tax contribution in the sub-region of Riau province is quite good with a percentage of 43%.

The use of drones in responding to aircraft accidents in remote areas is an important innovation to improve response and efficiency in emergency situations. The purpose of this study is to explore the optimization of drone use in this context using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach with interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research showed that drones have a variety of benefits, among others: These include fast and accurate monitoring of accident sites, detailed real-time data collection for situation assessment, and the ability to provide medical assistance and rescue equipment quickly and efficiently. In addition, drones can reach areas that are difficult for traditional rescue teams to access, thereby reducing the risk to rescue workers and speeding up the search for victims. However, some obstacles have also emerged, including limited communication infrastructure that can hinder drone operations in remote areas and difficulties in coordinating drone operators with rescue teams on the ground. Other technical challenges include the limited battery life of drones, extreme weather conditions that can affect drone performance, and the need for drone operators to use their drones. effectively and safely. Future research is suggested to focus on evaluating the effectiveness of drone use in various emergency situations, further development of drone technology, and analysis of the regulatory and legal aspects of drone use. The aim of this initiative is to ensure the optimal and safe use of drones in future rescue operations, especially in remote areas that are difficult to reach by traditional methods. Cooperation between the government, technology service providers and rescue teams is also essential to overcome barriers and maximize the potential of drone use.

This research is motivated by challenges in monitoring and developing public services in the Malang Regional Government which require an integrated approach. Investments in human resource development and information technology are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision. Increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology are considered solutions to improve the quality of public services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to explore and understand the phenomenon of coaching and supervision in the context of public services through analysis of various relevant sources of information. The qualitative method focuses on an in-depth understanding of the existing context, processes and dynamics, making it suitable for studying the role of coaching and supervision in improving the quality of public services in the Malang Regional Government. Literature study as part of this qualitative method involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, academic journals, official government reports, and related policy documents. The research results show that guidance and supervision in the Malang Regional Government has an important role in improving the quality of public services. Coaching is carried out to increase the capacity and performance of state civil servants, while supervision aims to ensure employee compliance with applicable regulations. The main challenges faced are limited human and technological resources. Suggested solutions include investing in human resource development, increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has revolutionized industrial processes, offering automation and data-driven decision-making. However, this interconnectedness brings new security challenges, especially in crucial infrastructure sectors. Traditional security measures are inadequate, leading to the exploration of innovative solutions. Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution due to its decentralized and immutable nature. This paper proposes a Hybrid Blockchain-Based Authentication Mechanism for IIoT, combining Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). The hybrid architecture utilizes public and private blockchains to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security. Lightweight consensus algorithms, DPoS, are incorporated to optimize performance, while ECC provides efficient cryptographic techniques suitable for IIoT environments. An interoperable framework facilitates seamless integration with existing infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and compatibility. Decentralized identity management further enhances security and privacy. Results and analysis demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed solution, positioning hybrid blockchain architecture as the most suitable approach for enhancing security in IIoT environments.

PT Salmanda Jaya Utama is a franchise of Shell Indonesia which is engaged in the business of fuel oil (BBM), lubricants for industry, automotive, transportation, mini market (select). Research shows that improving abilities and skills through training will increase employee effectiveness and efficiency. And a well-structured organization can achieve optimal work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the training and organizational culture affect employee performance. The method of collecting data in preparing the thesis is the observation method, interviews, primary data with the analysis method in the form of quantitative, namely the multiple linear regression analysis method with a saturated sample technique totaling 40 employees. The results of this study state that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.008 <0.05 and a T value> T table of 2.789> 2.022. Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of T count> T table of 5.528> 2.022. Training and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of F count> F table of 59.391> 3.24

Effective knowledge management is crucial for maintaining competitiveness in today's digital era. PT. Pesona Edukasi, as a developer of educational software, faces challenges in managing and disseminating knowledge among their frequently mobile IT Helpdesk team. To address this, this research aims to implement a Mobile Knowledge Management System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach at PT. Pesona Edukasi.The RAD method was chosen to enable rapid, flexible, and responsive application development to meet changing business and technological needs. This study includes needs analysis, system design, prototype development, and application evaluation to ensure its effectiveness in enhancing access and collaboration in knowledge dissemination throughout the company. The results of the research, following the application implementation, demonstrate a positive contribution to improving operational efficiency and IT service quality at PT. Pesona Edukasi, accelerating knowledge exchange and enhancing the productivity of the IT Helpdesk team.

An Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid Technology And Api Communication Has Been Successfully Developed And Tested With Satisfactory Results. The Problem Faced Is The Weakness Of Traditional Attendance Methods Which Are Susceptible To Human Error And Time Consuming, Hampering The Productivity And Effectiveness Of Company Operations. The Aim Of Developing This System Is To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In Recording Employee Attendance. The Method Used In This Research Is The Waterfall Method, Which Includes The Stages Of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing And Maintenance. At The Needs Analysis Stage, Identification And Documentation Of The Desired Attendance System Requirements Are Carried Out. The System Design Phase Involves Designing The Hardware And Software Architecture, Including The Use Of Rfid With Components Such As The Esp8266, Buzzer, And Rc522 As Well As Integration With The Server Via Api. Implementation Is Carried Out By Developing Hardware And Software According To The Design That Has Been Created. Testing Is Carried Out On Hardware Components To Ensure Function According To Specifications And Hardware-Software Integration To Ensure Smooth Communication Without Delays Or Loss Of Data. Business Logic Testing Ensures The System Detects Absences And Performs Automatic Salary Deductions According To Company Policy. The Data Export Module Was Developed To Export Attendance, Member, Division And Salary Data To An Excel File With The Appropriate Format. The Results Show That The Hardware Components Function Well, Able To Read And Send Rfid Data To The Server Accurately. Hardware And Software Integration Via Api Runs Smoothly, Enabling Real-Time Two-Way Communication. Business Logic Testing Shows That The System Can Detect Employee Absences And Perform Automatic Salary Deductions With High Accuracy. The Data Export Module Proved Effective, Allowing Users To Export Data To An Excel File In An Easily Accessible Format For Further Analysis Or Reporting. The Conclusion Of This Research Is That The Employee Attendance And Data Management System Based On Rfid And Api Technology Has Been Proven To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy In The Employee Attendance And Attendance Management Process. This System Offers A Modern And Effective Solution Compared To Traditional Attendance Methods, Providing Significant Flexibility And Ease Of Access. This research aims to analyze the influence of AI Chat GPT in completing practicum reports by students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The background to this research is based on the increasingly rapid development of AI technology, offering various conveniences in various fields, including education. The aim of the research is to analyze the extent to which Chat GPT influences students' ability to prepare practical reports effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a quantitative method by collecting data through a questionnaire using a Google form which was distributed to active students of the Informatics Engineering study program at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results of this research show that Chat GPT significantly increases students' understanding of practical material, helps students solve problems encountered in preparing reports, and reduces the time needed to complete reports. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating AI technology in the learning process to increase student academic effectiveness and efficiency. However, appropriate policies are needed to avoid excessive dependence on this technology.

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

This study is entitled Improving the Effectiveness of Correctional Institutions as Part of Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The Correctional Institutions or Lapas, is an institution that is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. The purpose of the construction of the prisoner in Lapas is to ensure that the prisoners who have been released from prison remain accepted by the community and can continue to find employment. As a final part of the Criminal Justice System, the efficiency of Lapas functions and duties as a law enforcement agency is essential. The aim of this study is to further analyse the effectiveness of Lapas as part of law enforcement in Indonesia as well as attempts to enhance it if seen from existing facts. In this study, the method of writing normative or doctrinal jurisprudence with the study of library law is to study library materials such as reading and examining scientific books, e-journals of law, regulations of legislation, and various kinds of literature that have relevance to the subject and object of this research.

Research This study aims to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang with the main purpose of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in achieving the program in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Evaluative research method used in evaluating the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The CIPP model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework framework in systematically assessing various aspects of the program. The results of this study show that the evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang shows positive and beneficial results despite some challenges. The context analysis highlighted the strong motivation of learners as well as support from the community, despite economic and social constraints. The input evaluation emphasized the importance of teachers' qualifications, an adequate curriculum, and improved facilities and financial support. The process of implementing a diverse program of teaching methods and classroom management is effective, but more individual guidance and technology integration are needed. The product evaluation revealed the program's success in achieving memorization targets, improving academic achievement, spiritual development, and positive character changes in learners. With continuous improvement and implementation of recommendations, this program has great potential to continue to grow and produce a generation of quality and characterful Qur'an memorizers.

This paper discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus through a values ​​and love-based approach. Based on my understanding, the teachings of the Lord Jesus have a very important role in the methods that will be used by teaching staff or teaching staff. This paper analyzes the teachings of the Lord Jesus, recorded in the Gospels, not only as spiritual teachings, but also as a moral and pedagogical guide for educators. At the discussion stage, the New Testament shows Jesus as an extraordinary teacher, providing an important example in his life in the world. He not only demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in his teaching model, but also had specific goals and strategies. His way of teaching is very unique and creative, using practical illustrations from everyday life so that it is easy for everyone to understand. The conclusion of this paper is that the Lord Jesus' teaching model provides a solid foundation for educational practice centered on values ​​and love. The principles he taught are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also have powerful applications in modern education.

By integrating this technology, Communion Coffee Brewer can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment, support sustainable company growth, and strengthen its long-term operations.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to have a workforce that is still not balanced with the workload it delegates. So that it can have an impact on increasing their motivation and work productivity. Thus PT. This research aims to analyze management in the utilization of funds from the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room in the RT. 07 Mayang Mangurai Village. Research was conducted to understand how these funds are managed and used to support religious and social activities in the environment. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the fund management process. The research results show that the management of the funds of the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room is influenced by factors such as transparency, accountability and community participation in decision making. The implication of this research is the importance of improving fund governance to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness in the use of funds.

Using a descriptive and qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations through interviews with informants consisting of Heads of Sections, Secretaries and Employees in East Sepatan District, as well as notes. Next, the data obtained was analyzed from the data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.
