Indonesia as an agricultural country rich in natural resources, relies heavily on agriculture to support its economy, especially in Central Java where the majority of the population are farmers. However, many rural areas, such as Tegalrandu village in Srumbung, Magelang, face challenges due to limited agricultural knowledge and resources. This study aims to empower farmers in Tegalrandu by improving their agricultural practices through the use of compost as a sustainable fertilizer. This study uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology, which focuses on local strengths and assets to catalyze community-driven development. Participants included local farmers who were engaged through a series of workshops and hands-on training in compost production using household waste and natural activators. The results showed that farmers successfully produced high-quality compost, leading to improved soil health and crop yields. In addition, the community showed increased knowledge and confidence in sustainable agricultural practices. This study underscores the importance of participatory approaches in agricultural development, highlighting the potential of composting to not only increase crop production but also foster economic resilience among rural farmers. The implications extend beyond local agricultural practices, suggesting that similar empowerment strategies can be applied in other rural contexts to promote sustainability and community development.

The research conducted was entitled "Students' perceptions of counseling guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh", which was based on the fact that only a small percentage of students had the initiative to provide counseling to guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach aimed at describing, writing and explaining in detail the problems to be researched and studying an individual or a group. The subject selection technique is based on the criteria set by the researcher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and field notes. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing to test the validity of the data using primary data and secondary data. The research results revealed that (1) that students' perceptions of good counseling guidance were characterized by a good response in following the lessons delivered by counseling guidance through orientation services. Apart from that, there are still students who show bad attitudes towards the guidance and counseling teacher. The guidance and counseling teacher's efforts are also complemented by a service delivery plan (RPI) and carrying out routine evaluations of students both individually and in study groups. (2) The BK teacher takes steps to prevent the decline in students' trust in counseling guidance before students' trust in counseling guidance. The guidance and counseling teacher coordinates with the school principal and then the school will take action by bringing in lecturers from outside the school to rebuild students' declining confidence. (3) The time that Bk teachers have to enter Rombel is also limited so that BK teachers experience difficulties in carrying out orientation. Guidance and counseling teachers can only rely on the time provided by the school for students and what class they go to if a class teacher is absent because they are absent. Apart from that, the guidance and counseling teachers in schools are also lacking, making it difficult for guidance and counseling teachers to handle large numbers of students.

Credit risk is a risk that occurs due to the failure of customers or other parties to fulfill their obligations to the bank. Credit risk is the risk of possible losses as a result of non-repayment of credit provided by the bank to debtors (Natasia 2014). The higher the credit risk of a bank, the greater the number of problem loans. Credit risk can be measured by the Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio. Nugraha 2018) Non Performing Financing or commonly abbreviated as NPF is the ratio between problematic financing and total financing disbursed by sharia banks. Nuha (2016) Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a comparison of problematic credit/financing with the total credit/financing provided. The higher the NPF ratio indicates a bank's inability to manage its problematic credit/financing, this will reduce the level of confidence of a bank in carrying out business activities. Problematic financing consists of substandard, doubtful and non-performing financing.

An expert system is a device designed with the thought processes of one or more experts in specific or complex fields of knowledge. This system is built on instructional elements that identify and analyze data to address unstructured problems or conduct mathematical analyses of particular issues. With the advancement of web-based information technology, computer damage detection becomes easier for users. Therefore, a web-based expert system application using the certainty factor method is needed to detect computer damage. The certainty factor method works based on symptoms and diagnoses weighted by experts and user input. These weights are then calculated using the certainty factor formula to produce a confidence level in the given diagnosis. The end result is the creation of an expert system application capable of detecting computer damage for users using the web-based certainty factor method. This application not only enhances efficiency in detecting damage but also facilitates maintenance processes by providing a history of damage detection, thereby reducing the time required for repairs. Thus, this application offers an effective and efficient solution for computer damage detection. Additionally, this application can be continually developed and adapted to user needs, making it a highly useful tool in computer maintenance across various environments.

This research is motivated by the increasing threat of global terrorism and the importance of the role of civil society in the prevention and countermeasures of terrorism crimes. In Riau Islands Province, civil society involvement in security still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness, fear of reprisals, and a lack of resources, all of which have an impact on the effectiveness of counterterrorism efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the participation of civil society in counterterrorism efforts in the Riau Islands, identify the obstacles faced, and provide suggestions for increasing community involvement. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of documents related to security policies. Respondents included security forces, NGO activists, and civil society members involved in security initiatives. The results show that despite the recognition of the importance of community involvement, there are still shortcomings in the implementation of effective programs. These shortcomings include a lack of training, a lack of protection for whistleblowers, and a lack of resources. These barriers limit the active participation of the community in terrorism prevention and countermeasures activities. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the government increase the allocation of resources for community participation programs, develop safe and anonymous reporting mechanisms, and conduct extensive education and socialization programs to increase public awareness and skills in identifying and reporting suspicious activities. Security forces must also strengthen relations with civil society through more open communication and confidence-building

This study analyses the use of assertive illocutionary acts in TikTok news produced by Liputan 6 SCTV and explores the news construction strategies within this short video format. In the current digital era, social media platforms such as TikTok play an increasingly important role in information dissemination, particularly among younger and more dynamic audiences. Assertive illocutionary acts, which function to convey information with firmness and confidence, are effectively used in TikTok news to ensure that the messages communicated are clear and unambiguous. This research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques including observation and content analysis, as well as interviews with relevant journalists. The findings reveal that Liputan 6 SCTV utilises engaging visual elements and concise narratives to deliver news effectively within the constraints of short video formats. While this strategy enhances audience engagement, it also presents challenges related to the limited space for in-depth explanation. Comparisons with previous studies indicate that although the approach on TikTok aligns with modern communication trends, there are significant differences in news delivery techniques compared to other platforms such as YouTube or Instagram. This research contributes to illocutionary theory and social media studies by providing insights into the adaptation of language and news format within the dynamic context of social media. Recommendations for future research include exploring the use of illocutionary acts on other platforms and applying mixed-methods approaches to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Background: Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) is a condition when the pad or disc (soft gel disc or nucleus pulposus) between the vertebrae (spine) comes out of its original position or is torn and pinches the nerve behind it. Many people know it as "pinched nerve". HNP most often occurs in the cervical (neck) and lumbar (waist) vertebrae. The neck has 7 vertebrae. Cervical HNP (pinched neck nerve) most often affects the C6-C7 segment followed by the C5-6 segment because this segment is the part that moves most often and is easily affected by the degeneration process. Neck HNP most often occurs in men aged 45-55 years. Risk factors that increase the appearance of cervical HNP or pinched neck nerves include genetics, smoking, being overweight (obesity), work that often involves bending over and lifting heavy objects or operating machines with vibrating forces, and injury. Nerve mobilization in the Upper Limb Tension Test ( ULTT) is performed on branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses ULTT on the median nerve, namely ULTT 1 which is related to CTS. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the ULTT 1 method in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating cervical HNP patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2.

Digital ethics frameworks play a crucial role in shaping corporate governance in tech startups, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust within organizations. As digital technologies continue to evolve and become more integrated into daily operations, startups face both opportunities and challenges related to the ethical implications of these technologies. In emerging markets like Indonesia, the adoption of these frameworks remains limited due to resource constraints, lack of awareness, and resistance to formalizing governance structures. This study explores how Indonesian tech startups integrate digital ethics frameworks into their governance policies and examines the associated benefits and challenges. Through interviews with governance managers and key decision-makers in these startups, the study identifies key trends, including improved transparency and enhanced stakeholder relationships for startups that implement digital ethics practices. However, barriers such as limited expertise, organizational misalignment, and the flexible nature of startups present significant hurdles. The study also highlights the impact of digital ethics on corporate reputation and investor confidence, with startups benefiting from a stronger market presence and increased funding opportunities. In comparison to global practices, Indonesian startups face additional challenges due to cultural attitudes towards corporate responsibility, regulatory gaps, and a slower market readiness for ethical governance reforms. The study provides recommendations for regulatory bodies to create clear guidelines for digital ethics adoption and suggests promoting training for startup leaders to help them integrate these frameworks effectively into their governance policies. These actions can support the long-term sustainability of tech startups, fostering responsible innovation and ethical business practices.
