As a reference for seeing the number of patients who died due to certain diseases, mortality reports are an important indicator for measuring the success of development in the health sector. Based on the results of research at Aminah General Hospital in Blitar City, it is known that mortality reporting is carried out using two methods, a manual method for processing reporting data and a computerized method for data acquisition. Data collection is written in the visit report in the medical records unit report. One of the efforts made to resolve this problem is to carry out a SWOT analysis of mortality reporting. The purpose of this research was to analyze the SWOT elements of reporting inpatient mortality as a support for the quality of service at RSU Aminah Blitar. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using the SWOT approach. The results of the FGD (Focus Group Discussion)  show that the most dominant strategy is the WO (Weakness Opportunity) strategy, namely increasing effective communication with professional care provider and related units to minimize incomplete recording of the cause of patient death and to encourage reporting officers not to provide services at the patient registration when the time for reporting is approaching.

The completeness of medical supporting information for outpatients at the TNI-AD Bhirawa Bhakti Hospital, Malang City, was still found to be incomplete, which affected the filling out of forms in medical record documents. In the research, it was discovered that 19 documents had a percentage of 21% (incomplete) and 71 documents had a percentage of 79% (complete). The aim of this research is to analyze the completeness of medical supporting information for outpatients at the Bhirawa Bhakti TNI-AD Hospital, Malang City. This type of research uses quantitative data collection in the form of observations and interviews, while the research instrument uses a checklist sheet. The number of samples used was 90 medical records from April-June 2023 for outpatients. In this study, the average completeness of patient identification results was 80 (88.8%), the average component of important reports was 70 (77.7%), the average component of good records was 66 (73.3%) , and the authentication review component was 69 (76.6%). From the 4 components, the total results of the recapitulation of completeness of medical supporting information obtained a complete total of 71 (79%). Conclusion: factors that influence incompleteness in medical record documents are incompleteness in the Dpjp's signature, the Dpjp's name, and the readability of the doctor's writing which is less understandable.

This study aims to determine the use of google form media to increase the learning motivation of grade 4 students at Kandangan 4 Elementary School, Kandangan District. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach to the type of classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data obtained are process data and result data. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, tests, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of google form media can increase students' learning motivation. This is evidenced by the increase in teacher activity from 81.25% in the first cycle to 93.5% in the second cycle. The student activity increased from 81.8% in the first cycle to 90.9% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, the level of student motivation also increased from 66.5% in the pre-action to 84.8% in the first cycle and 88% in the second cycle. Teachers are expected to continue to develop online learning through the right and correct google form, and add some references about online learning that are more innovative and interesting for students in achieving the expected goals.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it is mandatory for every education unit to implement the PJJ system. This causes various problems, including a decrease in students' learning motivation. This study aims to determine the application of e-Student Worksheet Live Worksheet in learning to increase learning motivation in Grade II elementary school students. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects used in this study were educators and class II students at Kraton Elementary School , Kediri Regency. The data collected in this study is the data of the thematic learning implementation process using the e-Student Worksheet Live Worksheet. The results showed that the use of e-Student Worksheet Live worksheet can increase teacher activities and student activities in learning activities and can increase students' learning motivation. For teachers, teachers should make variations in learning activities. One of them is by applying learning media in the form of e-Student Worksheet Live worksheet so that students do not get bored following learning activities and can be actively involved in learning activities.

Learning through online that does not do face-to-face certainly has various challenges. One of the challenges is the lack of student learning motivation. Efforts to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere require several breakthroughs, both in curriculum development, learning media innovation and fulfilling educational infrastructure. This study aims to describe the application of the quizizz educational game and the provision of rewards to increase the learning motivation of fifth grade students at SDN Tarokan 5 Kediri. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were the fifth grade students of SDN Tarokan 5, totaling 10 students consisting of 6 boys and 4 girls. The data in this study are the results of observations of teacher activities, student activities, and student learning motivation. Data collection techniques used by using observation, questionnaires, field notes and documentation. The results of the study by applying the quizizz educational game and giving rewards can run well and have increased. In the first cycle the average value of teacher activity was 98% in the very good category, increasing to 100% with the very good category in the second cycle. The value of student activity is 83.5% in the good category, in the second cycle it increases to 91.5% in the very good category. Meanwhile, the result of students' learning motivation in the pre-action was 53% with a very low category. In the first cycle, the results of the observation of students' learning motivation increased to 77% in the high category. Furthermore, in the second cycle, the results of the observation of students' learning motivation increased to 82% with a very high category. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the quizizz educational game and the giving of rewards to the fifth grade students of SDN Tarokan 5 Kediri, has been carried out by the teacher and students very well.

The problems that will be studied are: 1) How is the criminalization system in the law on the elimination of domestic violence, 2) What are the obstacles faced in punishing perpetrators of domestic violence. This research will be compiled using a normative legal research type, namely a process to find a legal rule, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues faced. The results of the study concluded that: (1). The regulation of the criminalization system in the Criminal Code with Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence is the same, namely recognizing the imposition of imprisonment and fines, only the length of the prison sentence and the amount of the fine are not the same. Related to the legal subject and the regulatory system both in the Criminal Code and in Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence are the same, namely using the legal subject of people and a single track system. (2). The obstacles faced in punishing perpetrators of domestic violence are: The legal factor itself, the factor of law enforcement officers, the factor of facilities and facilities.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of jackfruit leaf extract dissolved using 70% ethanol as a solvent on the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The method used is the maceration method for the phytochemical screening test, and the disc diffusion method for the antibacterial activity test. The results of the phytochemical screening contained secondary metabolite compounds in jackfruit leaves and for the results of the antibacterial activity test of jackfruit leaf ethanol extract against the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria there was antibacterial activity inhibition with high inhibition at 80% concentration with a diameter of 13mm.

This study aims to: (1) analyze and discover the nature of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council as an effort to protect the law against notaries in the judicial process; (2) Analyze and find law enforcement for Notaries related to Professional Ethics. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. This research is to find out whether there is an increase in the ability to write short stories by using comics in the XI IPA class of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is quantitative research. Data were collected using tests for work in the pretest and posttest classes. The population in this study was 33 people. Data collection techniques were carried out in two meetings. First, before using comic media. Second, after using comic media. Data analysis technique. First, read short stories written by students. Second, converting comments into values. Third, describe the level of students' short story writing skills by finding the average. Fourth, clarifying the ability to write short stories before and after using comic media for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan. The results of this study are First, the short story writing skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan before using comic media obtained an average grade of 63.03 which was categorized as less. The ability to write short stories for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan after using comic media obtained an average grade of 82.12 which was categorized as Good.

Smartphones are used for various types of activities such as for social media, for entertainment such as playing games, doing office work, even personal matters such as financial management applications. Therefore, an application was created that can support personal financial recording so that it can make it easier for users.

Motor vehicle tax is a type of provincial tax in local taxes. In increasing regional income, motor vehicle taxpayer compliance plays an important role. The value of arrears in the Kendal Samsat shows that there is still a lack of compliance in paying taxes.This study aims to examine the effect of tax knowledge, tax socialization, awareness of taxpayers and mobile samsat on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Kendal Regency. The population and sample were carried out on taxpayers registered at SAMSAT Kendal and obtained 100 respondents using the formula solvin. Data collection uses a questionnaire with incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that knowledge of taxation, socialization of taxation, awareness of taxpayers and mobile Samsat had a positive and significant effect on compliance with motorized vehicle taxpayers in Kendal Regency.

Background: Anxiety in female residents is a concern experienced by the target citizens during their prison term.The impact of prolonged anxiety leads to mental disorders. Anxiety in female assisted citizens can be experienced by all the target citizens who are in prison, research conducted earlier in 2020 obtained 55.9% of female target citizens experience mild anxiety.  This study aims to find out the Picture of Anxiety Level in Women's Assisted Citizens in The Women's Society Class IIA Denpasar.   Method: Type of quantitative research with Cross Sectional approach. sampling with purposive sampling techniques with 115 respondents.   Results : Research conducted to 115 inmates at the Class IIA Denpasar Women's Society About anxiety levels classified as mild anxiety as many as 51 respondents (44.3%), based on adult age (26-45) as many as 75 respondents (65,65.3%), based on adult age (26-45) as many as 75 respondents (65,65 2%), based on the case of most narcotics as many as 97 respondents (84.3%), based on the length of time in prison that is 1-4 years as many as 53 respondents (46.1%), based on the last education of most high schools as many as 62 respondents (53, 9%) and marital status were mostly unmarried as many as 43 respondents (37.45%).   Conclusion: The level of anxiety of women-assisted citizens in the Class IIA Denpasar Women's Society is mild

Furthermore, Latief (2018) provides research results that the location variable has no significant effect on consumer buying interest. Referring to the phenomena and gaps in research results, this study aims to determine the moderating effect of WOM on facilities and locations on the rental decision-making process. Based on the research objectives to be achieved, the type of research used by the researcher is explanatory research. The results of further calculations show that the regression coefficient value of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.015 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.085 > 0.1. The value of the regression coefficient of the word of mouth variable as a moderator has a regression value of -0.050 which is negative with a calculated significance value of 0.007 <0.1.

Meanwhile, in a study conducted by Sari (2021), it was explained that E-WOM had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of online shopping experience and the effect of e-wom on repurchase intentions through e-trust. This study uses an explanatory research type, which tries to explain the relationship between the variables contained in the study. The variables in this study are online shopping experience, E-Wom, e-trust and repurchase intention. The minimum sample used is 89 respondents, the researchers will take a sample of 100 respondents. The Adjusted R² value of 0.295 means that the influence of the online shopping experience variable (X1) and the e-wom variable (X2) can explain the variation of changes in the e-trust variable (Y1) of 29.5%, the Adjusted R² value of 0.369 means the magnitude of the online influence shopping experience (X1), e-wom (X2) and e-trust (Y1) variables on repurchase intention (Y2) by 36.9%

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ​​= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ​​= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ​​= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ​​= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ​​= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ​​= 0.813.
