Enhancing the quality of education involves fostering strong literacy skills, not only in academic aspects but also in understanding, processing, and conveying information. In the midst of globalization and technology, literacy skills have become increasingly important in facing the changes of the times. This study aims to develop a playful learning approach that encourages enjoyable literacy activities in Desa Sokawati. Employing a qualitative approach with an action research design, this study engages children, educators, parents, and the community in Desa Sokawati. Engaging literacy activities tailored to the characteristics of children are designed based on surveys and interviews. Once planned, these literacy activities are implemented in KB, TK, and SD classes. Observations of children's and educators' responses are conducted during the implementation phase. The results indicate that the playful learning approach is effective in fostering enjoyable literacy activities in Desa Sokawati. Children are engaged in various activities that combine creativity, art, and learning. By developing an approach that suits the characteristics of children and the local potential, this study aims to provide practical guidance for educators, parents, and the community in enhancing children's literacy in Desa Sokawati. Furthermore, this research contributes to the development of sustainable literacy-based education in rural areas.  

As an effort to contribute to development in order to support sustainable development, it is necessary to have a good understanding of human resources and natural resources. One of them is by studying the relationship between humans and the environment, namely through ecoliteracy activities (literacy that studies humans and the environment) in schools which aim to equip students, so that students can have a good understanding of the environment. This study aims to describe ecoliteracy skills through environmental care activities at Cipanagon Elementary School, find out the inhibiting factors in the process of implementing ecoliteracy in schools, find out alternative solutions that teachers can do in implementing ecoliteracy in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used are through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the ecoliteracy skills of Cipanagon Elementary School students through environmental care activities, had a percentage of 65% included in the good category so that these ecoliteracy skills were well applied at school. This cannot be separated from the teachers' strategies in shaping student character, and supporting the implementation of these ecoliteracy skills.

The study of the background with the student at clean-up elementary school has not yet formed his character, it can be seen from the student doing his duty to see his friend, cleaning the class being told by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to describe the independent character education through extracurricular scout activities at devotion nusshal elementary school, which is between 666 and its support factors and constraints. It is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects are principals and extracurricular scouts. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the implementation of extra-curricular scout activities can establish a student's independent character is seen in the self-reliance attitudes of each student based on the regular exercise and camp exercises. To the performance of independent character education in extracurricular activities the self-forming self-help group of self-supporting values includes confidence, responsibility, hard work, being able to make decisions, being able to work alone, and respecting time.

Women's participation in economic development planning has many significant benefits, namely women's participation in helping to produce policies and women's participation can help overcome gender gaps. Unfortunately, women's participation in village economic development planning is still not optimal. This service aims to encourage women's participation in planning economic development in the village so that village development is more pro-women. The method of devotion used is socialization and discussion. Based on the test results before and after the implementation of the activity, it can be seen that there is a strengthening of understanding of aspects of access, participation, control, and benefits in gender equal and equitable development.  In addition, there is also an increase in women's motivation to participate more in village development planning and men's awareness to provide access and opportunities to women so that articipatory, equal and fair development opportunities become greater. 

Media is one of the tools that can convey learning material so that learning objectives can be achieved properly and provide concrete examples to students. Today's young generation is so close to the name technology, where teachers as much as possible to utilize technology.  In learning, teachers can use digital-based learning media, one of which can use the LearningApps website, because learning using digital media can attract children's attention, can facilitate children to be able to learn more widely, more, and varied.  The purpose of this service activity, to introduce this LearningApps website to teachers so that it can be implemented in learning activities. This service activity is carried out using the planning and implementation method. When teachers try to use the LearningApps website, there are some difficulties but teachers can solve them well with the help and directions that have been explained. Even though they had difficulties, teachers were still interested in learning to use LearningApps and teachers' skills seemed to have improved in this workshop on the use of digital-based learning media.

This research was motivated by the low understanding of the concept of science in class VI students at SDN Pusparaja, pre-action data stated that out of a total of 21 students only 6 (28.57%) students understood the lesson well and 15 (71.42%) students had an understanding very good. understanding of the concept is low Meanwhile, for science learning in class VI of SDN Pusparaja science learning must be able to achieve a score of 68. This study aims to identify and analyze planning, implementation, and increasing understanding of science concepts using snakes and ladders media. . This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), with planning, action, observation, and reflection research procedures. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of the study showed that learning using snakes and ladders media can improve students' understanding of concepts in science learning about the solar system. The results of the study concluded that students' conceptual understanding in science learning with snakes and ladders media in class VI of SDN I Pusparaja was able to increase. This increase before using the snakes and ladders media (pre-action) obtained an average score of 56.66 with a completeness percentage of 28.57% in the "less" category. .90% category "good" Then in cycle II obtained an average value of 73.33 with a percentage of 80.95% category "good". So that the use of snakes and ladders media is very well applied in classroom learning and is able to increase students' understanding of concepts in science learning about the solar system.

Domestic Violence is efined as various forms of violence or threats of violence (physical, psychological, emotional, sexual, and neglect) to control their family members. To arrange the increase of Domestic Violence, the government make Act No. 23 of 2004 which specifically arrange the removal of Domestic Violence, as "a legal umbrella" that can give protection for the Domestic Violence vixtim’s. One example of law enforcement implementation according to Act No. 23 of 2004 that arrange the removal of Domestic Violence has been implemented by Polres Mojokerto in Case of Domestic Violence done by the defendant Boby Exzandro Wardhanny (BEW) Bin Suyatno to the victim, the defendant's wife, Iis Yuliatin (IY). The defendant had physically abused to the victim by grabbing and hitting the victim's right head that make pain in her right ear and bruises behind the right ear that stated in case register number : 75/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Mjk.

The emergence of the Covid-19 virus in 2019 caused an economic crisis for all regions in Indonesia. So an appeal was issued to prevent the occurrence of Covid-19. However, this implementation has affected various sectors, especially the economic sector. East Java Province is one of the provinces affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, so that the economy in East Java Province has experienced a decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue and Capital Expenditures on the Financial Performance of the Level II Regional Government of East Java Province for the 2018-2022 Period. The research methodology uses a quantitative research methodology, the sample used uses saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis with Patrial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results of this study are that regional original income has a significant effect on local government financial performance and capital expenditure has no significant effect on local government financial performance.  

Creative economic innovations are developing in two villages in Ciamis Regency, namely Ciomas Village, Panjalu District and Jelat Village, Baregbeg District, where there are Islamic boarding schools and religious tourism activities. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that it is true that there are creative economic innovations that are useful in the development of religious tourism in the two villages. In overcoming the perceived obstacles, the Village Government and Islamic Boarding School have made various efforts to overcome them at this time. As for those that have not been implemented, they are still due to deficiencies in one way or another in their implementation. There are two differences between the two villages that can be seen after conducting research, namely for Ciomas Village, the Village Government has not yet had a creative economy initiative that supports religious tourism but is willing to work together to help and succeed in innovation programs with residents and Islamic boarding schools. As for Jelat Village, the village government also has a program for the development of religious tourism in the area, but the enthusiastic residents are passive.

Marriage is a bond between two men and women to form a happy and eternal household. The formation of a household is symbolic, that humans have a goal to develop life, this symbol can be realized when both parties bind themselves to move together under any circumstances. Marriage, which is symbolized as a bond and agreement, legally can be reviewed when the main goal is not fulfilled due to inconsistencies between the two parties deviating from the original purpose of forming a family. The review of the marriage agreement may end with a legal process or due to natural causes such as the death of one of them. Marriage, which was originally intended to form a happy and eternal household, could be broken up because the husband and wife are not committed to living life together. The principle of marriage, both according to Islamic Shari'at and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage contains the principle of monogamy, namely a man may only be paired with a woman and vice versa, but under certain conditions, Islamic Shari'at and the Law The law provides space and opportunities for a man to have more than one wife, namely polygamy. In practice, polygamous marriages still have pros and cons. There are pros and cons of opinion on polygamous marriages due to irregularities in its implementation. These deviations will be the object of research.

Understanding the concept plays a very important role in learning, so that it becomes the basis for achieving learning outcomes. Choosing the right learning model can affect students' understanding of a concept. The product-based Science Technology Society (STS) learning model is likely to improve students' conceptual understanding. This study is a qualitative study with a pre-experimental method and a pre- and post-test using a single-group design. An observation point and a test device were used as research tools. The results showed that  students' understanding of the concepts improved significantly with the implementation of the product-based Science Technology Society (STS) model. This is taken into account by the T-test results  where the t-table  results are less than the t-number. Therefore, it can be concluded that  the use of product-based models of science technology and society (STS) significantly affects students' understanding of concepts.

The diversity, including religious diversity, in Indonesia is an undeniable reality. As a system of beliefs and a religious system, religion plays a crucial role in creating a just and civilized way of life for all humanity in the world. Throughout the journey of mankind, religions have been an ever-flowing source of motivation and inspiration, and they will continue to evolve alongside human development. This article discusses the importance of building religious tolerance through Christian education, focusing on the correct perspective towards every religious practitioner and the Christian way of life in relation to other religious communities.The research methodology employed is descriptive. Through a deep understanding of the values of tolerance embedded in the Bible, this article explores the definition of tolerance, the perspectives of Biblical figures on religious plurality, the implementation of tolerance within various religions, factors contributing to intolerance, and efforts towards sustainable development of tolerance.

The implementation of educational institutions between teachers and students has a very close relationship in improving student achievement. School as an educational institution that seeks to form a generation that is reliable, faithful and pious, has noble character and is skilled through general and religious education and the majority of its students receive religious education from their parents, so that their academic achievement is lacking, seen in the daily behavior of students who often take actions that are violates student rules and there are still those who are not orderly in participating in religious activities, so that teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement are needed to minimize bad acts or morals committed by students. The research approach is qualitative research, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research are 1) Reflective strategies applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar which are carried out by: a) the teacher brings different experiences into learning, b) helps students understand the material based on their experience c) the quality of assignments given by the teacher, demands the involvement of thought processes, and requires evaluation, d) the teacher conditions students in a learning environment including facilitators of implementation agendas, space and time of implementation, with a supportive learning environment, achievement student learning will be able to improve properly. 2) the espositoric strategy applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar, by: a) preparing all material readiness, b) Emphasizing material through lecture and question and answer methods. c) giving a good example or role model to students, 3) heuristic strategies used by teachers in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar by activating a) teaching materials. b) Its implementation is preceded by an appreciation in advance and giving direction on the intent of the material objectives.

Maximum implementation of nurse work in quality health services occurs when the nursing care implementation system supports professional nursing practice according to standards (RI Law No. 38, 2014). The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find out the settlement of this crime of theft by using the concept of Restorative Justice, as well as what are the considerations of the Police and Complainants in implementing this Restorative Justice against the perpetrators of the Teak Wood Theft Crime. The method used in this research is empirical juridical research which is the implementation of normative legal provisions in the form of (laws) as well as based on legal reality in society (empirical). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from respondents through interviews, and secondary data is data obtained from books, journals, legislation, websites. The results of this study can be concluded that the crime of theft is an ordinary offense that can be resolved through discretionary Restorative Justice or decision-making carried out by the Police based on KAPOLRI regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. By revoking the report from the complainant or peacefully from both parties, the Investigator then re-examines both the victim and the witness with a statement revoking the Minutes of Examination. The revocation resulted in the non-fulfillment of the elements of evidence, so that the Investigator could stop his investigation with the consideration of the victim and the Investigator. According to the data the author obtained from the Special Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blitar District Police, from 2021 to 2023 as of June there were 24 Illegal Logging cases at the Blitar District Police, and only 3 cases were resolved through Restorative Justice, with a percentage calculation of 12.5% ​​only . Even though Restorative Justice can be carried out, it must still meet the material and formal requirements based on the Chief of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, especially when it comes to the environment.

This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

The type of research conducted in this research is to use normative research methods. The process of implementing a specific time work agreement at Hungrypedia Gorontalo involves explaining the contents of the agreement to workers and workers who have understood and agreed to it. The current obstacle at Hungrypedia Gorontalo is a work schedule problem.
