Guidance is the process of providing assistance carried out by someone who is an expert or a counselor to another person or counselee in a sustainable way so that they are able to understand all the potential that exists in themselves and are able to understand their environment, are able to accept themselves and can adapt. Children with special needs (Heward) are children who experience deviations, disorders or disabilities in physical, mental, emotional and social terms, or a combination of these things in such a way that they require special educational services, which are adapted to the deviation, disorder or their disability.

Background: CT scans are used for various types of examinations such as examinations of the head, thorax, abdomen and so on. The most frequently performed CT scan is a CT scan of the head. However, in the medical field, especially radiology, CT scans have the highest dose compared to other radiation equipment. Efforts to reduce radiation doses and radiation effects are by estimating the correct dose given to CT Scan patients using an optimization index called DRL (Diagnostic Level Reference), namely by evaluating the values ​​of CTDIvol and DLP on CT scans of the head, which have been determined in accordance with BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021 standards. Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative study with an observational approach which aims to analyze CTDIvol and DLP values ​​based on retrospective data on non-contrast brain CT scans at the Radiology Installation at Hospital X, Central Jakarta. Results: Calculation of the 2nd quartile (50th percentile) value of CTDIvol and DLP in Adult Non-Contrast Brain CT Scan examinations for the January-December 2022 Period at the Radiology Installation at X Hospital, Central Jakarta is CTDIvol 55.51 mGy and DLP 867.00 mGy* cm. Conclusion: The 50 percentile value of CTDIvol and DLP in the Adult Non-Contrast Brain CT Scan examination for the January-December 2022 period at the Radiology Installation at X Hospital, Central Jakarta is in accordance with the standards set by BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021. Where is the value for CT Non-Contrast Head Scan, namely a CTDIvol value of 60 mGy and a DLP value of 1275 mGy*cm.

Perkembangan IPTEK dalam era digital saat ini telah berpengaruh pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Melalui digital game based learning dan video animasi, teknologi digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana kegiatan belajar mengajar terasa menarik dan interaktif. Tujuan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menciptakan Generasi Emas 2045 yang berwawasan akan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tim pengabdi melakukan sosialisasi kepada peserta didik usia 7-12 tahun di RPTRA Citra Bangsa, Jakarta Timur. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pemberian pre-test dan post-test, pemaparan materi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi. Pemberian tes melalui website Quizizz bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya pemaparan materi. Wawancara kepada pihak pengajar dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperkenalkan alat digital sebagai media pembelajaran kepada generasi dini merupakan langkah awal yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknologi pada anak-anak dan juga sangat efektif untuk menarik minat anak-anak dalam belajar.

Learning to understand the difference between fake and real money and implementing how severe punishments for dealers and users of counterfeit money are carried out effectively will provide a positive change in the future for students. This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

This community service activity is based on an understanding of the importance of religious education and the formation of a Qur'anic generation from an early age. Reading and memorizing the Qur'an is an effective method to ensure that the younger generation has a strong understanding and deep connection with the holy book of Islam. In addition, it also helps to form individuals who are committed to religious teachings and have good morality This activity was conducted in several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The preparation stage included observations and interviews to identify the problems faced. The results of the observation showed that the management of Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal had difficulty in encouraging the interest and participation of children in Pasar I, Jl. Setia Budi, Tj. Sari, Kec. Medan Selayang, Medan City, North Sumatra to read the Qur'an. To overcome this challenge, efforts were made to increase the interest and participation of children in the Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal, totaling 22 people. This was realized through the implementation of outbound activities and giving rewards to children, with the aim of increasing their enthusiasm in learning the Qur'an. Evaluation was carried out after the activity was completed, and the results showed that the children at Markaz Talaqqi Al Athfal were very enthusiastic in participating in each activity. This enthusiasm can be seen from the participation and interest in learning the Quran which is increasing day by day. The children's parents also feel helped and happy to see the children's participation in the activities.

Objective: to determine the effect of booklet media on increasing children's knowledge and attitudes in choosing Healthy Snacks for students at SDN 104244 Jati Sari Lubuk Pakam.Method: Pre- Experimental research type with a One Group Pre- Post Test research design which only used the Experimental group without a control/comparison group. The population in this research was students in grades IV and V, namely 53 people. Data collection was carried out by interviews. using a questionnaire sheet and analysis using the T-dependent test.Results: Research results showed that at the beginning of the research the knowledge score before the intervention was given in the form of counseling was 10.51 and after the intervention was given it increased to 20.06, while the attitude score before the intervention was given in the form of counseling was 17.79 and after the intervention increased to 21.06. The results of the T-test concluded that the media The booklet can increase knowledge and attitudes in choosing healthy snacks at SD Negeri 104244 Jati Sari Lubuk Pakam. Conclusion: There is effect on the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school children after being given counseling using booklet media. (p=0.000).

While as an educator, the task of PAK teachers is to lead students to maturity both physical maturity and spiritual maturity. the research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of analyzing how the role of PAK in the education of faith and character of children at school with data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model. The emphasis of Catholic religious teacher education leads to three aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitudes that occur in the teaching and learning process systematically. So that character education is expected to be able to form a generation whose existence provides the widest possible benefit to the surrounding environment. Character education in essence is to form a nation that is resilient, competitive, noble, moral, tolerant, mutual cooperation, political spirit, dynamically developing, science and technology oriented, all of which are imbued with faith and piety to God Almighty based on Pancasila.

Child development can be assessed from several indicators such as language, and social behavior. Nutritional status and mother's knowledge are supporting factors for children's language development. This study aims to identify the correlation between children's nutritional status and mother's knowledge about language stimulation with children's language development in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal VI Kindergarten, Kediri City. Using quantitative method with cross-sectional approach, this research was conducted in July 2023. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and Denver II instruments. Data analysis used Spearman's rho test and linear regression tests. We found that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and children's language development (p=0.000) and there was no significant relationship between children's nutritional status and children's language development (p=0.332). The multivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between both independent variables with children's language development (significant value F = 0.000). The conclusion obtained is that there is a simultaneously significant relationship between children's nutritional status and mother's knowledge with children's language development.

Down syndrome refers to intelligence disability due to neural development disorders, These problems lead to interrupted social, academic, and occupational problems. Objective: This research describes the resilience and gratefulness of caregivers of children suffering from Down syndrome in Semarang. Method: This research is quantitative. Sample: the samples were 30 respondents taken with total sampling. The applied test was a statistic descriptive test. Research results: The applied statistic test found 22 caregivers had very high resilience while 18 caregivers had high resilience in the children suffering from Down syndrome. Thirty caregivers had high gratefulness for children suffering from Down syndrome in Semarang regency. Suggestion: the researcher expects future researchers to develop resilience and gratefulness of caregivers for children suffering from Down syndrome.

As an effort to increase enthusiasm and English learning in non-formal institutions, the Sunday School teachers embrace new methods containing organizing Community Service programs in collaboration with the universities. It is hoped that the method applied will increase children's motivation to join the learning process in a creative and fun way. Several things that are considered priority problems that must be resolved include: (1) Implementing Fun English Activities, (2) Increasing English vocabulary, (3) Pronunciation of English vocabulary and (4) Increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning English. The solution offered is in the form of creative and fun English learning through games and songs as well as learning media with a Biblical theme. The activities were divided into two groups, first to fourth graders, and the fifth to sixth graders. The first group learned colors in various ways, vocabulary, and pronunciation in English. Meanwhile, the other group learned the Lord’s prayers and important vocabularies related to salvation. Both activities are equipped with interesting learning media. As the implementation, evaluation was conducted in the form of a quiz.

Latar belakang: Status gizi merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembangunan. Pemberian nutrisi pada bayi dan anak yang baik akan mempengaruhi status gizi. Status gizi kurang atau lebih akan menentukan derajat kesehatan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Tumbuh kembang anak mencakup dua peristiwa yang sifatnya berbeda, tapi saling berkaitan dan sulit dipisahkan yaitu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pertumbuhan adalah perubahan fisik dan peningkatan ukuran. Pertumbuhan dapat diukur secara kuantitatif. Indikator pertumbuhan meliputi tinggi badan, berat badan, ukuran tulang, dan pertumbuhan gigi. Berdasarkan data bahwa dari 10 orang ibu yang diwawancarai didapatkan enam orang ibu mengatakan berat badan anaknya turun selama 6 bulan terakhir sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan mengukur berat badan anak usia 6-24 bulan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui status gizi anak usia 6-24 bulan di Banjar Pasekan Belodan Tabanan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional, responden dipilih berdasarkaan purposive sampling yaitu seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6-24 bulan di Posyandu Pasekan Belodan sebanyak 71 orang dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa status gizi anak usia 6-24 bulan di Banjar Pasekan Belodan berada pada kategori gizi baik sebanyak 60 responden (84,5%), yang berada pada kategori gizi kurang sebanyak 8 responden (11,3%) serta yang berada pada kategori gizi lebih sebanyak 3 responden (4,2%). Didapatkan juga sebagian besar usia ibu  adalah usia 19-25 tahun, sebagain besar ibu berpendidikan tamat SMA/SMK sederajat, serta sebagain besar anak berusia 6-11 bulan. Simpulan: Status gizi anak usia 6-24 bulan di Banjar Pasekan Belodan berada pada kategori gizi baik.

However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

Hasil analisis menunjukkan siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Bonjol mencapai hasil 58% ego anak dengan kategori “Rendah”, 96% ego orang dewasa dengan kategori “Tinggi” dan ego orang tua 91% dengan kategori “Tinggi”. kategori.

The crime of trafficking in persons (TPPO) is an extraordinary crime that must be eradicated together. Anyone can become a victim, be it men, women, even children. This study aims to find out the form of legal arrangements for children who are victims of the crime of trafficking in persons in the old Criminal Code (KUHP) and the new Criminal Code in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research. The approach used in this paper is the statutory approach and the comparative approach. The results of the study show that in the latest Criminal Code there is a detailed explanation regarding the crime of trafficking in persons, which regulates corporations, regarding the act of recruiting, transporting, harboring, sending, transferring or receiving a person, through threats of violence, use of force, kidnapping, confinement , forgery, fraud, abuse of power or position of vulnerability, debt bondage, or giving payments or benefits, as well as the minimum and maximum penalties that have been categorized in Law Number 1 of 2023.

Introduction: The incidence of stunting in North Sumatra Province reached 25.8% and is the 17th province with the incidence of stunting in Indonesia. Stunting in Medan City is spread across 63 urban villages and 20 sub-districts with the area that has the highest stunting rate is Medan Belawan Sub-district. Purpose: This research was conducted to assess the relationship between nutritional status, birth length and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Medan Belawan District in 2023. Method: This research uses an observational study research design with a cross sectional design approach. carried out in the work area of ​​the Medan Belawan District Health Center. The sample was children aged 24-59 months who were recorded at the Medan Belawan District Health Center in 2023 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria during the research period with a total sample of 44 people. Results: A total of 5 children (29.4%) with good nutrition experienced stunting, 11 children (68.8%) with poor nutrition experienced stunting and 11 children (100.0%) with poor nutrition experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.001. A total of 4 children (33.3%) with normal birth length experienced stunting and 22 children (59.4%) with short birth length experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.002. As many as 10 children (45.5%) who received exclusive breast milk experienced stunting and as many as 17 children (77.3%) who did not receive exclusive breast milk experienced stunting with a p-value of 0.030, which means p-value < 0.005. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nutritional status, birth length and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Medan Belawan District in 2023.

Abstrak – Pengetahuan dasar tentang pengenalan Tuhan sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan anak-anak yang beragama Kristen, karena firman Tuhan menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi mereka. Kegiatan Sekolah Minggu telah disediakan untuk memfasilitasi pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pengenalan Tuhan. Namun, dalam proses pembelajaran, seringkali terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya media peraga dan kurangnya variasi kegiatan, yang dapat menghambat minat anak-anak dalam Sekolah Minggu. Game edukasi merupakan salah satu bentuk media digital yang dapat membantu kegiatan Sekolah Minggu dalam proses belajar dan mengajar. Game ini dapat menarik perhatian anak-anak dengan menggabungkan konsep belajar dan bermain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi game edukasi yang dapat memudahkan pengajar Sekolah Minggu dalam menyampaikan materi dengan baik, serta membantu pengajar untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman anak-anak tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Aplikasi game ini dirancang dan dikembangkan menggunakan Adobe Animate dengan Action Script 3.0 dan metode prototyping. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi game Sekolah Minggu berbasis Android yang diberi judul "Sunday Fun-Day", yang dapat membantu pengajar Sekolah Minggu dalam memberikan gambaran langsung tentang materi yang disampaikan.

Abstrak – Pendidikan agama Islam adalah yang wajib dikenal, dipelajari, dan diajarkan oleh setiap umat Islam. Pendidikan agama Islam sudah diajarkan ketika balita hingga perguruan tinggi. Sejak dini anak perlu diajarkan tentang ajaran agama Islam. Jaman sekarang masih banyak siswa-siswi sekolah dasar (SD) belum paham tentang ajaran agama Islam, karena di jaman sekarang ini buku-buku ajaran agama Islam kurang diminati dan membosankan jika dibaca atau dipelajari karena kurang menarik dan juga pengajar di TPQ Immamul Muttaqin masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan papan tulis dan ceramah yang membuat anak-anak mudah bosan. Walaupun sudah diajarkan tentang ajaran agama Islam di sekolahan atau di TPQ belom tentu anak itu akan mengingat pelajaran agama yang diberikan oleh pengajar. Maka perlu melakukan penggantian media papan tulis dialihkan ke media  pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam berbasis mobile supaya pengguna terkhususnya anak-anak lebih bersemangat dalam mempelajari ajaran agama Islam sejak dini dalam pantauan orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam terkhususnya untuk anak-anak dan memfasilitasi pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang ajaran agama Islam.
