The purpose of this research will focus on discussing how the implementation of the use of the QuickBooks application used by the EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya Office in improving the effectiveness of financial management at their clients. Where this application is an application that can assist companies in managing company financial transactions, creating financial reports, and monitoring cash flow more effectively. In addition, this application can also help companies save time and costs incurred in managing their finances. The QuickBooks application is aimed primarily at MSMEs or taxpayers from the middle to lower class. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are obtained from direct observation in the field and interviews with one of the relevant sources. Researchers used primary data sources from observations and interviews and used references from journals, the official website of EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya, and several other supporting websites. The results showed that the implementation of the QuickBooks Application has long been used by EF Sinergy Consultant Tax Surabaya as the right software in providing services to manage client financial reports accurately.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. It can be seen and proven from the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient at a significance level of 5% or 0.05, namely: 0.538. One effort that can be done is to provide counseling through health promotion media that is used so that it is easy to understand and interesting to look at, and can relate to the level of target knowledge.

Lamong Bay is one of the important water areas in Indonesia, located around the coastal area of ​​Surabaya, East Java. This area has high ecological and economic value because it functions as a sea transportation route and supports marine biota. So this research is intended to monitor the quality of sea water in Lamong Bay based on benthos and plankton bioindicators. Plankton and benthos are small organisms that live in waters and are very sensitive to environmental changes. The plankton sampling method involves using a plankton net to collect plankton samples from the waters. The grab and net sampling method is a method used to collect benthos samples from the bottom of the waters. The results that can be concluded from the analysis carried out in the waters of Lamong Bay, for the type and abundance of plankton, phytoplankton are 3 classes, namely Bacillariophyta (16 species), Cyanobacteria (2 species), and Euglenozoa (1 species), and zooplankton found include Arthropods Monacilla sp. and Nauplius, Ciliophora individuals include Favella sp. , Tintinnopsis sp. , Tintinnopsis sp. 2, Tintinnopsis sp. 3 as well as individual Rotifera including Notholca sp. Meanwhile, for Benthos, only Thiaridae was found.

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and service quality, on the interest in visiting CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya. The sample in this study was 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique with the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image and service quality partially affect the interest of CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya buyers as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the significance value of the brand image variable (X1) 0.012 < 0.05,. In the service quality variable (X2) the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05,. This shows that all independent variables of brand image, and service quality have a partial effect on buyer visitor interest. The test results simultaneously show that brand image, and service quality simultaneously affect the interest of CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya buyers as evidenced by the F test results which show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the test results in the coefficient of determination (R2) show that brand image, and service quality have a major influence on buyer visit interest by 64.8% while the remaining 35% (100% - 64.8%) are influenced by other variables outside the study

The comprehensive implementation involves a two-day program targeting mothers residing in rural areas, local entrepreneurs, and potential resellers. Activities include product photography, content creation, TikTok account setup, and e-commerce training on platforms like Shopee. The anticipated tangible outcomes include an enhancement of online business skills within the "Kampung Kue Kering" community, contributing to the overall development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

The development of digital services cannot be separated from users' habits in using smartphones and the affordability of internet access. Smartphone users want services that can carry out various activities easily, including telecommunications. This opportunity was captured by telecommunications companies by creating provider applications for smartphones. In connection with this, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkomsel) launched a new provider product called by.U. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction with the by.U application based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model from William J. Doll & Gholamreza Torkzadeh (1988) with six variables consisting of content, accuracy, format , ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. This research used simple random sampling with a total of 60 respondents who were residents of the city of Surabaya who used the by.U application. The research results show that the variables of content and timeliness have a direct effect on satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables accuracy, format and ease of use have a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction. Timeliness is the factor that has the most influence on satisfaction seen from the results of hypothesis testing which produces the largest path coefficient value, which is 0.268.

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the calculation, withholding, and reporting of Income Tax Article 21 derived from PT ASKRINDO Surabaya Branch. Income Tax Article 21 plays an important role in the context of taxation, especially in regulating the imposition of taxes on employee income obtained from the company. This research is motivated by efforts to avoid additional costs due to errors and delays in calculating, withholding, or reporting employee tax payments in accordance with Income Tax Article 21. The research method used in this study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data was obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation with informants from PT ASKRINDO Surabaya Branch. This research produces a conclusion that shows taxpayer compliance with Income Tax Article 21 is supported by the company's tax payment system. PT. ASKRINDO Surabaya Branch in the implementation of the calculation, withholding and reporting of Income Tax (PPh) Article 21 is in accordance with the current law.

PT Anugerah Santosa Abadi implements a digital marketing strategy that includes research, content creation, promotion, and analysis of the results of digital marketing efforts. Junk food is food that is easily found in urban areas. The practical urban lifestyle allows someone to prefer junk food. Lack of nutritional knowledge influences the habit of consuming food without paying attention to its nutritional content just because it tastes good. This can affect nutritional status. This research aims to: (1) determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. (2) determine the relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The research location was carried out at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya, with 91 class XI student respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on respondents' identities, level of nutritional knowledge and food frequency questionnaires to determine respondents' junk food consumption habits. To determine the nutritional status of respondents, the BMI/U index is obtained by weighing their body weight and measuring their height directly. The research instrument was adopted from previous research and has been validated by expert lecturers in the field. The data analysis technique used is the chi square test.The results of the research show: (1) the results of statistical tests on nutritional knowledge with the nutritional status of students, namely sig 0.394 > 0.05, which indicates there is no significant relationship between the two variables, (2) the results of statistical tests on junk food consumption habits with nutritional status sig 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and students' nutritional status, but there is a relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of public services, the prevailing bureaucracy and the suitability of the computerized service system when viewed from the principles of good governance at the Wonokromo Kora Subdistrict Office, Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The required research data collection was 6 informants consisting of 4 sub-district staff and 2 community recipients of public services. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data triangulation, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of the research found that the Wonokromo Subdistrict Office, Surabaya City, in carrying out its services, has not fully implemented the principles of good governance, and reporting on public servants has not been fully transparent because it requires permission from the District first and certainty of when residents can collect files or the results of the service are sometimes not fully implemented.

This research aims to look at development planning strategies in increasing economic capacity in the city of Medan, which is the third largest city after Jakarta and Surabaya, and has received the title as a metropolitan city. Medan city has an area of ​​265.10 km2 and has a population of around 2,478 ,145 people (2017). Currently it is a city that is continuously developing. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of development planning strategies in strengthening the city's economic sector. The research methods used include primary data collection through interviews and surveys, as well as secondary data analysis from trusted sources. This study will identify factors that influence the economic capacity of Medan City, including infrastructure, economic policies, human resources, and main economic sectors. In addition, this research will evaluate various development planning strategies that can be implemented to increase the city's economic competitiveness, including infrastructure development, increasing market access, industrial development, and increasing workforce skills. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of how development planning strategies can be the key to optimizing the economic potential of Medan City. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become a basis for the government and stakeholders to formulate more effective policies in increasing the capacity of the city's economy and making a positive contribution to economic growth at regional and national levels.

This research aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment, training and career development functions, as well as assessing the performance of PT's human resources (HR). Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the functions of recruitment, training and career development, as well as employee performance assessment at PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch has been running effectively and efficiently. Based on the audit findings, several recommendations for PT. Limpah Mas Indonesia (LMI) Surabaya Branch as input material that can be used in improving recruitment, training and development functions, as well as performance appraisals, among which companies must document work agreements, company regulations and policies in writing to provide legal certainty for employees and the company, evaluation employee training and career development programs are carried out regularly, companies should add more diverse performance assessment methods to provide a more comprehensive picture of employee performance.

This study focuses on audit management of human resources at PT. Sarana Mentari Cemerlang Surabaya, with an emphasis on employee productivity, efficiency, and work quality. The method of data collection that is used is deskriptif, which involves gathering data through observations and wawancara. The subject of analysis is the employee of the company. The type of data that is used is qualitative, with initial data from employees and human resource management. The study's findings indicate that while the company's human resource management program has good potential, its implementation is still subpar. Programs for hiring, selection, training, and employee development turned out to be very effective, even though there is still room for improvement. Penilaian kinerja karyawan dianggap baik, notwithstanding the possibility of bias arising from a closed session. The compensation program and the JASA balas seem to be working well, but improvements are needed to raise the level of transparency and keadilan. Programs for health and safety at work are doing well, but home improvement needs to be improved. Although the work-related stress reduction program appears to be effective, it is recommended to increase employee turnover in PHK.

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

This research uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to predict Persebaya Surabaya's ranking in BRI Liga 1. The data used includes goals scored, goals given away, total end-of-season points, and status as champions. The results of the analysis using Orange software show that Persebaya Surabaya does not necessarily become a champion if it has a point value of 42 and an SVM value of 41. To become a champion, Persebaya Surabaya must score 69 points or more in a season and achieve an average of more than 54 goals per season. The suggestion of this research is to have more data so that the results of data processing using Orange software are more optimal and accuracy is more precise.

The analysis techniques are using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with support of AMOS 15.0 program, based on the results it was obtained that there are effect of consumer attitudes on advertising toward consumer attitude on advertising toward brands image; there are effect of consumer attitudes on advertising towards brand image; there are effect of brand images towards consumer preferences; there are effect of brand image on consumer preferences; there are effect of consumer attitudes on brand toward brand image.
