This journal discusses learning strategies and the definition of Islamic religious education, as well as education in the era of revolution 4.0. Learning strategies include choosing appropriate methods for delivering religious material, taking into account teaching principles and student characteristics. Islamic religious education aims to form religious individuals by wisely inviting and developing affective attitudes. The era of revolution 4.0 demands changes in education by integrating 21st century competencies and digital technology. Islamic education also faces challenges such as cultural backwardness, negative stigma, and political dualism, which require solutions in the form of reform and renewal. Teachers in this era need to have various competencies to face changing times, such as comprehensive assessments, 21st century skills, online modules, and authentic and innovative learning. Leadership is a vital skill in a variety of life contexts, including education, business, and society. This scientific article presents a comprehensive review of how to hone leadership skills through an experience-based approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data used is data sourced from literature review. We explain key concepts in leadership, outline experience-based approaches, and identify the benefits and challenges associated with these approaches. Additionally, we offer practical strategies for implementing experience-based approaches in educational and leadership development contexts. This scientific article aims to provide a deeper understanding of how direct experience can be a strong foundation in developing effective leadership skills.

Literacy quality is an important aspect in developing students' abilities, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to explore the use of the online media Instagram in improving the literacy quality of students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program (KPI) A, North Sumatra State Islamic University (UINSU) in semester 6. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of participants who actively use Instagram in their academic activities. Research findings show that creative and targeted use of Instagram can improve the literacy quality of KPI A UINSU students. Through the available visual and text features, students can expand their knowledge about current issues in the field of Islamic communication and broadcasting, as well as improve their reading, writing and critical thinking skills. Apart from that, collaboration between students and lecturers via Instagram also opens up space for in-depth discussion and reflection, increasing understanding and appreciation of lecture material. The implication of this research is the importance of integrating social media in learning strategies to facilitate the holistic development of student literacy in higher education.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects through the application of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in class X-1 of SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Selatan. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of students caused by differences in learning abilities that have not been accommodated in the learning process. TaRL is an approach that adjusts learning to the level of ability of each student, not only based on class level. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Learning begins with a diagnostic assessment to determine students' initial abilities, which then become the basis for dividing study groups. The results of the study showed a significant increase in learning outcomes, indicated by an increase in the average score from 73 in the pre-cycle to 89 in the second cycle. In addition, student activity and involvement in the learning process also increased. These findings indicate that the TaRL approach is able to answer students' learning needs more specifically and has a positive impact on the learning process and outcomes. This approach is recommended as an alternative strategy in differentiated learning.

This research aims to develop learning tools based on science process skills on ecosystem materials at SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang. The research focuses on creating teaching modules and learner worksheets (LKPD) that can increase students' understanding and active involvement in biology learning. This study uses a 4-D development model consisting of four stages: definition, design, development, and deployment, with this research limited to the development stage. The methodology used involves analyzing the needs of students and teachers, designing learning tools, and testing the validity and practicality of the developed tools. The validity test involved two expert validators, while the practicality test was carried out by involving teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Enrekang. The assessment is carried out through a questionnaire that measures the validity and practicality of the learning tools. The results showed that the learning tools developed received an excellent validity assessment, with a "very valid" score for the teaching module and "valid" for the LKPD. The practicality test also showed positive results, with the learning tools rated "very practical" by teachers. These findings indicate that science process skills-based learning tools effectively improve students' understanding of ecosystem materials. This research significantly contributes to developing process skills-based learning tools, which can be adapted in other schools. Further research could test the applicability of these devices to other materials and in different schools to expand their application in biology learning.

Canva app is a graphic design platform that has become a favorite among users who don't have a graphic design background. With a variety of easy-to-use features and templates, Canva is perfect for teachers who want to create engaging and interactive learning materials. The purpose of building a Canva application is to make users easy to use and free of charge with hundreds of attractive design templates for the community. Canva is also a multifunctional application that can be used for the development of learning media. One of the main benefits of Canva app training is to increase teacher creativity in creating engaging learning. The methods used in this community service activity are discussion, training and practice. The results of this canva application training activity are (1) the canva application can improve the quality of learning materials delivered by teachers, (2) the canva application increases the attractiveness of learning, (3) the canva application can encourage teacher creativity better, (4) increase the use of technology for teachers in learning materials.

This study aims to analyze the importance of facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the quality of educational services in educational units. In the context of modern education, facilities and infrastructure not only function as technical support for teaching and learning activities, but also as indicators of the quality of educational institutions. This research uses the library research method by examining various scientific sources, both in the form of journals, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the study show that effective management of facilities and infrastructure includes the process of planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and continuous evaluation of educational facilities. Each of these stages has an important role in ensuring the availability of a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for all school residents. In addition, transparent and participatory management can increase a sense of responsibility, care, and efficiency in the use of facilities. The management of facilities and infrastructure based on the needs of students and the development of information technology has proven to be able to strengthen the quality of educational services and support the achievement of learning goals optimally. These findings provide practical implications for schools and policymakers to continue to strengthen data-driven educational facilities management systems and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

This research aims to improve reading literacy using Antonin board media in class 2 of SDS NU Kencong in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used is to carry out community service through 5 stages, namely observation, formulating problems, creating materials, carrying out counseling and evaluation. As a result of the counseling using antonym board media, students became active and enthusiastic in participating in learning, but there were some students who had difficulty reading due to their lack of familiarity with reading. This antonym board media makes the learning process fun and interesting. This is an innovation to increase students' interest in reading literacy. In the future, it is hoped that there will be further innovation regarding learning media with the target of teachers being able to help students enjoy reading.

This study is motivated by the limited research on holistic education in developing 21st-century skills to address the challenges of the digital era, despite its significant implications for future human resource quality. The objective of this research is to explore the concept of holistic education based on 21st-century skills and its relevance in the digital era through a literature review approach. The method employed is qualitative, focusing on an analysis of academic literature, including documents, journals, books, and various scholarly sources. The analysis was conducted thematically to investigate the principles, models, and practices of holistic education that support the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. The findings indicate that holistic education can serve as a key approach to prepare younger generations to navigate the complexity of the digital era with adaptive, ethical, and innovative thinking skills. This review enriches the literature on holistic education and highlights the importance of an integrated approach that intertwines cognitive, emotional, social, and technological dimensions within the context of modern learning. Practical implications include recommendations for educators and policymakers to design curricula based on 21st-century skills and integrate digital technologies into building holistic learning processes. This study also offers opportunities for further research on the implementation of holistic education in diverse cultural and geographical contexts.

Background: Looking at developments in vocational schools, vocational schools in profile are education at the secondary level which has the aim of developing the skills possessed by female students. Quality in learning greatly affects the level of student success in learning. In improving quality, of course, there must be application in learning, namely by developing functions and benefits in learning media in elementary schools. Media is a teaching tool that presents several messages and information about facts, concepts, procedures, and principles that are under the subject matter. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and details of field data collected in developing the functions and benefits of the latest learning media at the elementary level. Data collection techniques using literature studies. This research was conducted through several stages, namely: 1) determining the research subject, 2) studying the research topic, 3) collecting research information, and 4) analyzing data. The results of the study are by conveying messages or information in the teaching-learning process which aims to develop learning motivation and attention to students' interest in lessons. As well as in learning media that contain subject matter used by educators in the learning process, and have two components that are very important for learning success, it can be decided that learning media exist in various types and forms, ranging from the easiest to the most sophisticated. Therefore, the choice of learning media must be tailored to learning objectives, student demographics, availability, technical quality, cost, flexibility, user capabilities, and available time. To improve a quality generation in the future, it is necessary to develop the functions and benefits of learning media in the teaching and learning process, especially in elementary schools.

Learning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

Learning requires appropriate media support, which can be in the form of original objects around or production results, in order to support certain learning activities. In this process, the teacher acts as a facilitator who conveys messages to students, who then become intermediaries to gain knowledge. This research aims to determine the learning process that involves teachers as directors and students as learning intermediaries to receive information in cognitive, affective and psychomotor forms. The research used is literary study. The literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. The results of the research show that learning media is needed to (1) increase learning effectiveness through student movement and thinking, (2) optimize the use of learning media for successful student learning, (3) adapt to curriculum developments for successful learning.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to the use of the Mathway application by looking at research objectives that relate to the use of the Mathway application. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 8 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2018-2023. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the use of applications in mathematics learning, namely, 1) To find out how important the influence of technology is on mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, and 3) To determine learning outcomes based on student interest and learning motivation.

In the development of media selection, teaching materials are part of a learning development that cannot be separated from other learning components in a system. Therefore, the selection of media has a variety and methods in accordance with various development models for selecting media for existing teaching materials, including the criteria used in selecting the media. This research aims to determine developments in the selection of teaching material media that will be used in the learning process and as a reference for teachers to develop a teaching material media in the learning process. This is the importance of applying inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah without exception. This article aims to describe creative learning strategies in inclusive education, especially at the basic level that not only emphasize motor skills but also the ability to interact with the social environment. This article uses a literature review method (Literature Review) by collecting data and sources related to a particular topic which is obtained from various sources such as journals, research reports, books (to e-books) and other library sources. This article discusses the importance of creativity in learning, especially in the context of using Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model in Islamic Religious Education subject in a secondary school. The article emphasizes that creative learning models can improve learners' learning outcomes, especially when compared to more traditional learning models such as the Direct Learning Model. The research method used was experimental with a Quasi Experiment design, where two classes were selected as samples: one class applied the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model as the experimental class, while the other class applied the traditional learning model. Data was collected through pre- and post-learning tests, as well as through observation of students' activeness. The results showed that the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model has a significant effect on students' learning outcomes, especially in the context of learning Islamic Religious Education. This model allows students to be more active and creative in learning, so that their learning outcomes can be significantly improved. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of creativity in learning and its relevance to learners' learning outcomes. Currently, many tourist villages are emerging which are included in edutourism with a variety of tourism potential within them. It is known as an edutourism-based Creative Tourism Village because most of the tourist attraction concepts in Kerkep fall into the creative category and can add to the education of tourists, especially the tourist attraction icon of the Kerkep Creative Tourism Village, namely the Sumber Sirah water tourism. The purpose of this service is because this village is a village that has great potential in developing edutourism. For this reason, a marketing process is needed to carry out promotions that have not been fully used by partners because of the technological tools that need to be understood. This community service activity uses a presentation method, implementation method with direct visits, and discussion forums through assistance regarding digital marketing via social media. Implementation of service consists of planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the service presented material by the service team about what marketing is. After the material has been presented, the participants can try to practice it accompanied by the staff.
