Patients who are going to undergo surgery often experience anxiety, and the inability to overcome this anxiety can lead to pathological behavior and psychological reactions. Anxiety that is not handled properly can result in longer recovery times, increased postoperative pain, and decreased immunity to infection. This study aims to assess the relationship between family support and preoperative anxiety levels in caesarean section patients undergoing spinal anesthesia at RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The method used is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 95 respondents of elective pre-operative caesarean section patients using measuring instruments in the form of the APAIS questionnaire and family support questionnaires. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between family support and preoperative anxiety levels in caesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia, with a p-value of 0.859> 0.05 and a correlation coefficient of -0.019, so it can be concluded that family support does not affect the level of anxiety in preoperative caesarean section patients.

This study aims to describe the implementation of policies regarding the evaluation of the increasing role of members of Linmas, Muntang Tampus Village, Prabumulih Barat District. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that from the development aspect, looking at the very important function of Linmas, the development of the quality of Satlinmas resources must be carried out for the benefit of the people of Muntang Tapus village. Then in terms of presenting prizes to improve the performance of Linmas, it has not really become a special concern, because from a budget perspective and the rules are not clear, even though there should be. Then in terms of the Sat Linmas motivation, namely because of a sense of responsibility that has been mandated, then also because of a sense of wanting to provide a sense of security to the community. While the aspect of HR planning, the kelurahan has planned to improve the quality of Linmas members through training activities and in the future it is not possible in terms of improving education, from the aspect of compensation itself Sat Linmas in an effort to improve performance can not be done optimally, but it is possible in the future to make compensation to improve performance. the work spirit of Limas members. As for the communication aspect, Linmas must maintain good communication with the community and the government in the hope of providing good service to the community as a manifestation of the duties and roles of Linmas. For supporting factors, namely good teamwork that has been embedded in the hearts of every member of the Linmas and a strong sense of family and mutual need for each other are supporting factors in supporting the performance of Linmas as a form of building cooperation. Then the quality of Linmas members who are capable and enjoy and prey in the progress that has been achieved are best placed in each Kelurahan, so the limited number or quantity can be covered by the quality of the Linmas. While the inhibiting factor is that the lack of the number of Linmas members affects the performance to show the role of the Linmas in the community, problems arise when a disaster in the community occurs.

Learning achievement is every learning activity carried out by students which will result in a change in themselves. The learning outcomes obtained by students are measured based on differences in behavior before and after learning is carried out. The economic conditions of students' families at SMP Negeri 2 Binjai have a significant influence on student learning achievement. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are Gondosuli Coffee which is identical to plantation products in the Puspo area has a distinctive taste of both Arabica, Robusta and Liberica, as well as forest honey from wasps. Puspo natural forest honey is a type of honey produced by wild bees that live in the Puspo Pasuruan forest area. The natural potential that is the advantage of the region is certainly not owned by other regions besides Puspo Pasuruan Regency. The obstacle faced by MSMEs in penetrating the national market is that all demand for packaged coffee and forest honey throughout Indonesia has not been met due to limited packaging technology so that production capacity is not large enough. There is no coffee storage warehouse that can help with the availability of coffee for all times. The contribution of research to help coffee and forest honey farmers in improving the family economy, with more durable packaging, is practically able to reach consumers throughout Indonesia.

This research departs from the phenomenon that occurs in families in the Kenagarian Koto Kaciak area, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency, the majority of the population in this area is of productive age, most of them are busy with their own work so they pay less attention and control over their children's development. Even though they have families and children who still need guidance, direction and love. One of the causes of children's behavior that is deviant or not in accordance with applicable rules is inappropriate parenting patterns in the family, as well as parents' lack of education and knowledge about religion. This can be seen from the treatment of parents towards their children. This research is research (file research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The key informants in this research were parents and the supporting informants were 10 teenagers. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation and interviews. The collected data was analyzed using data analysis techniques sourced from observations and interviews. The validity of the data obtained was tested using triangulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the parenting style applied by parents will influence children's attitudes and behavior both in the family, social and community environments. If the parenting style is right, then the behavior displayed by the child will be in accordance with what the parents expect and vice versa, the child's behavior will be deviant and contrary to existing rules. All of this is influenced by parents' busy lives which results in a lack of attention to children in controlling their development, relationships and daily life. The efforts made by parents are trying to implement appropriate parenting patterns according to their children's development and trying to pay more attention, providing good guidance and direction in living their daily lives to their children, so that children realize that they live within the rules. which must be obeyed and have a sense of responsibility.

Islamic identity is a crucial component in the education provided by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, serving as a foundation for the formation of character and religious values among students. However, understanding of how students' Islamic identity is formed within the context of learning at madrasah is still limited. This study aims to develop a theory on the process of Islamic identity formation among students using a grounded theory approach.  This research employs grounded theory methodology to explore and understand the dynamics of Islamic identity formation among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and parents, as well as classroom observations and curriculum document analysis. The data analysis process was conducted iteratively to identify main categories and emerging themes, and to build a comprehensive theory on the identity formation process.   The study found that the process of Islamic identity formation among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students is influenced by a complex interaction between internal and external factors. Internal factors include personal religious understanding and learning experiences, while external factors encompass the influence of the school environment, curriculum, and family support. The findings indicate that students' Islamic identity is shaped through integrated learning experiences, social interactions, and deep personal reflection.  This research develops a theory that describes how Islamic identity among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students is formed within the learning context. The findings provide important insights for curriculum development and teaching strategies aimed at supporting the formation of students' Islamic identity.
