 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

The purpose of this study was to identify Vertebrate animals of the Mammal class, order artiodactyla, family Cervidae in the Jurug Surakarta taru Animal Park, develop interactive video media as a result of identification of vetebrata animals into learning media, know the quality of interactive video media based on assessment by material experts, media experts and biology teachers, and applications in learning. The research method uses an observation method by making direct observations of vertebrate species. The instrument for assessing the quality of interactive video media is based on material aspects and presentation aspects, with a qualitative descriptive analysis design. The results of this study indicate that in Taru Jurug Animal Park Surakarta there are 3 species of animals namely Cervus unicolor, Cervus timorensis, Axis-axis and all three have been identified. Research on the identification of vertebrate animals, especially the mammalian class, order artiodactyla, and the cervidae family can be used for the preparation of interactive video media with material on Biodiversity at the level of genes and species. The quality of interactive video media in terms of material aspects, presentation, and language. Assessment of material experts obtained a percentage of 90.9% so that it was categorized as very valid, media experts obtained a percentage of 88.5% so it was categorized as very valid, biology teacher Veteran 1 Sukoharjo High School obtained a percentage of 92.5% so it was categorized as very valid and biology teacher Nguter 1 Public High School obtained a percentage of 97.5% so it is categorized as very valid. Based on this, it can be concluded that this interactive video media is worthy of being used by teachers as one of the learning media about Biodiversity at the level of genes and species.

The polemics of pornography legislation passed by the legislature are still centered on the lack of clarity in the definition of "porno" or "pornography". This has led to various conflicts or contradictions between various circles, especially the culture or culture of certain regions, which have an impact on the great potential for disintegration among regions in Indonesia, only because of the unclear and uncertainty of the establishment of the Pornography Act and its application which is inconsistent with Community culture. This evokes the author discusses the discovery of law for the enforcement of the Pornography Act against the diversity of the culture of Indonesian society. The purpose of research is to suppress and reduce the impact and distribution of pornographic material then one of the solutions is through the norms that exist in the community formed by the habits of society, so that at least can be obeyed and carried out in accordance with the norms in the community Because, these norms are a reflection of the habits of behavior (culture) of society in everyday life. Thus the definition of pornography, perception of pornography and application of pornography is different for every region in Indonesia, let alone a diverse culture. The pornography law that has been enacted should be able to ward off a crime or action to make the culprit a culprit, and of course also must meet the sense of community justice. The community's sense of justice here against the Pornography Act is how to balance the customary norms contained within the society which are to provide the moral guidance and moral education of the community.
