Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, namely acid-fast bacteria. Successful treatment of patients with tuberculosis (TB) is a problem in today's society. One of the reasons for the increase in pulmonary TB cases is the low level of education of sufferers. One of the causes of failure of tuberculosis treatment therapy is the side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) which can affect the adherence to medication in tuberculosis patients. The success of TB treatment is compliance in taking anti-tuberculosis medication at the prescribed dose. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between clients' knowledge of pulmonary tuberculosis and compliance with taking anti-pulmonary tuberculosis medication at Harapan Pematang Siantar Hospital. This research was conducted at Harapan Pematangsiantar Hospital in May 2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with the Gutman scale. A library is a facility or place that provides reading materials. Good book arrangement can help the library in obtaining good reading sources. The arrangement of library service book collections based on borrowing patterns, there is an alignment between user needs and the availability of reading materials available in the library. Analysis of book borrowing patterns provides valuable insights for library staff in determining the books that are most in demand and often needed by users. Data mining is defined as mining data or efforts to dig up valuable and useful information in a very large database. The most important thing in data mining techniques is the rule for finding high frequency patterns between sets of itemsets called Association Rules. The method used in this study is Apriori (Association Rule). This technique is used to find relationships or associations between items or variables in data. Well-known algorithms such as Apriori and Eclat are used to find association rules in transactional data. The purpose of this study is to find out library visitor data using the Apriori Algorithm method and to find out the application of data mining for compiling book collections based on borrowing patterns. The results of this study are the multiplication of support and confidence, choose the one with the largest multiplication result. The largest result of the multiplication of these multiplications is the rule used when borrowing books. Because the results of the multiplication of the 4 borrowings have the same value, all of them can be used as rules.

This study investigates the relationship between mathematics self-efficacy and problem-solving ability, exploring the role of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in enhancing both factors. Self-efficacy, defined as students' belief in their ability to successfully perform mathematical tasks, has been shown to significantly impact students' problem-solving capabilities. The research focuses on understanding how this belief influences academic performance and how the Jigsaw model, which fosters collaborative learning, affects students’ self-efficacy and problem-solving skills. A survey-based research design was employed, with participants consisting of university students enrolled in mathematics courses. Data collection involved administering a self-efficacy scale to assess students' confidence in solving mathematical problems and a problem-solving test to evaluate their abilities. Path analysis was used to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and problem-solving skills, and the effect of the Jigsaw model was evaluated by comparing pre- and post-test scores between the experimental and control groups. The results revealed a strong positive relationship between self-efficacy and problem-solving ability (β = 0.45). Additionally, the Jigsaw model significantly enhanced this relationship, improving both students' self-efficacy and problem-solving performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering self-efficacy in mathematics education and the effectiveness of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in achieving this goal. The study provides valuable insights into improving teaching strategies in mathematics, particularly for subjects requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills, by promoting a more interactive and supportive learning environment.

Nasal hypertrophy is a swelling that occurs in the nasal concha. This condition is caused because the inferior concha has a larger anatomical size when compared to the other concha structures. The process of diagnosing nasal hypertrophy often requires high clinical skills and experience. RSU Putri Bidadari is one of the hospitals that treats Nasal Hypertrophy disease in patients. Nose hypertrophy disease has several symptoms that are felt which are usually caused by several factors such as exposure to certain allergens, chronic sinus infections, or a family history of similar nasal problems, so several diagnostic tests are needed that can confirm the diagnosis, such as nasal endoscopy to see directly the condition inside the nose, medical imaging such as CT scan or MRI to evaluate the structure of the nose in more detail, or allergy tests to identify the causative allergen. From the above problems, patients really need a system that becomes a recommendation in helping provide information about nasal hypertrophy disease that can diagnose early and take further action to prevent nasal hypertrophy disease. By using the certainty factor method, information from the steps above can be systematically analyzed to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis of nasal hypertrophy. These factors can be assessed based on severity, presence of typical symptoms, correlation with risk factors, and results of physical examination and diagnostic tests. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest value is in the type of nasal hypertrophy disease with the type of Septal Deviation disease having a value of 1 or 100%, in the type of Rhinitis disease having a value of 94.24% and in the type of sinusitis disease having a value of 85.60%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the patient has nasal hypertrophy with Septal Deviation type by 100%.

Police Sector (Polsek) is one of the agencies that provide protection, order and ensure public safety in the sunggal area. The number of cases of criminal acts that occur makes residents feel unsafe and always feel threatened in certain areas in the Sunggal sub-district, the pattern of criminal acts that often occur due to several factors, one of which is due to the lack of security in the area so that many criminal acts occur as well as behaviour that has been planned by the perpetrator to achieve their goals by planning, preparing, implementing, disposing of evidence, even hiding or escaping depending on the type of crime committed based on the characteristics of the perpetrator, and the situation or context in which the crime occurred. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse techniques from existing criminal data using the a priori algorithm method to find patterns of relationships between variables that can assist agencies in taking action for public safety. Based on the research conducted, the above case is tested with a minimum support = 10%, confidence = 100% so that the results of the rule that meets the support and confidence values are obtained: ‘If the criminal act is theft then the job is self-employed’, then giving value is successful with 15% support, 100% confidence. And ‘If the age of 17-25 years, the criminal act is Theft then the job is unemployed’, then giving value is successful with 10% support, 100% confidence.

In order for students to achieve the best learning outcomes, they must be involved in their studies and confident. Combining the debate method and the Number Head method together is one of the useful strategies to increase self-confidence and activity. If the Number Head Together method encourages students to actively participate in their education, the debate method seeks to develop students' self-confidence in voicing their opinions. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the influence of the experimental class and the control class. The Independent T-Test and Test 3 (Hotteling's T2 Test) were used in experimental research and hypothesis testing. From the first hypothesis test, the Sig value was produced. 0.068> 0.05, which means that there is no effect of learning with a combination of the Number Head Together - Debate Method and learning without treatment on student learning activity. While the results of the second Hypothesis test show a Sig value. 0.416> 0.05, namely there is no effect of learning with a combination of the Number Head Together - Debate Method on student self-confidence. And the results of the Hotteling T2 test show that the ρ-value for learning activity is 0.342 > 0.05, meaning that there is no difference in the average learning activity between students from both classes. The ρ-value for self-confidence is 0.049 < 0.05, meaning that there is a difference in the average self-confidence between students from both classes.
