Sometimes umbilical cord infections occur because young mothers are unaware of the need to provide umbilical cord care to their babies after giving birth. The umbilical cord, a type of connective tissue, holds the placenta and foetus together. The umbilical cord functions as a source of life for the foetus while it is in the womb. Umbilical cord care is a procedure for handling the umbilical cord in a sterile, clean, and dry manner to avoid infection. The aim of the research is to find out how health education on umbilical cord care influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the work environment at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, in 2024. This research uses a pre-experimental research strategy. Total sampling was used as the sampling technique. We used the Wilcoxon test to analyze the data. The research findings showed a p-value of 0.001 when compared with the significance level (p-value <0.05), thus approving Ha. This shows that health education regarding correct umbilical cord management influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the operational area of the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency. Based on the research conclusions, postpartum mothers fall into the poor knowledge category, negative attitude category, action not implemented, poor pre-test and post-test behaviour category, and action not taken. behaviour is classified as very good, and the behaviour of postpartum mothers at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, is influenced by health education about umbilical cord care.

The era of globalization has prompted countries, including Indonesia, to reconsider their defense capabilities in the face of increasingly complex threats. Indonesia's primary focus lies in the development of the maritime sector, given its strategic geographic position between the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Maritime security is crucial for smooth trade, considering that Indonesia is the world's second-largest producer of fish. The significant potential of marine resources requires attention to maritime security. Concurrently, globalization has altered the patterns and forms of threats, especially in international trade routes such as the Malacca Strait.This research employs the method of literature study to depict Indonesia's maritime conditions, infrastructure development, and the impact of globalization on maritime trade. The government's focus on enhancing logistical efficiency and infrastructure development aims to support industrial and trade growth. However, challenges persist, particularly in optimizing the management of marine resources and improving coordination among relevant institutions. The cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development with the emergence of various local and global cosmetic brands. Therefore, every cosmetic company needs to have a strategy to capture the market. One of the strategies that can be used is foreign branding which involves giving brand names using foreign languages aimed at influencing brand image dimensions, consumer perceptions, and attitudes towards the products. This research aims to determine the influence of foreign branding on purchase intention mediated by perceived product quality of Luxcrime products. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used consists of 100 students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. Data collection was conducted through literature study and survey. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that foreign branding does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of Luxcrime products, foreign branding has a positive and significant effect on perceived product quality of Luxcrime products, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Luxcrime products and perceived product quality mediates the relationship between foreign branding and purchase intention of Luxcrime products

This study aims to determine the perceptions of coastal communities in Reroroja Village in the Utilization of mangrove ecosystem as ecotourism. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. There were 3 data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study there were 12 informants consisting of the mangrove forest manager, the Head of Reroroja Village, Kena RT Dusun Magelo’o, and people from Magelo’o of Magepanda District, Sikka Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be cancluded that the perception of the people of Reroroja Village in utilizing mangrove forests as an ecotourism area is still relatively low. This is caused by the lack participation og the village community in protecting and managing mangrove forests as ecotourism. Factors that influence community perceptions are knowledge, attitudes and level of education. The community considers thet protecting the mangrove forests area in Reroroja Village in not their reponsibility but that it is already the responsibility of the management.

This study seeks to ascertain the role of administrators in facilitating children's educational aspirations, the challenges experienced by administrators in fulfilling their responsibilities, and the strategies used by administrators to overcome these challenges. The investigation used the descriptive technique. The used data collecting strategies include direct observation, direct communication, and documentary research. The corresponding data collection instruments include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study analysis was conducted in a qualitative descriptive fashion, including a total of 23 participants. These participants included 2 administrators from orphanages, 4 foster children from vocational schools, 16 foster children from middle schools, and 1 foster kid from an elementary school. Orphanage administrators have a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted education of children. They serve as motivators, facilitators, guides, and surrogate foster parents for the children's families or parents. The challenges faced by administrators in implementing the programme stem from the youngsters themselves and the availability of financing. The management is addressing the current difficulties by engaging with the children, seeking donors to provide financial support for the institution, and ensuring that all the requirements of the children at the orphanage are met.

According to Law Number 23 of 2006 which was later revised into Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, the definition of a population administration information system (SIAK) is an information system that utilizes information and communication technology to facilitate the management of population administration information at the Operator level. /Executing Agency as one unit. This research aims to; To find out and describe the effectiveness of the population administration information system centered on the East Lombok Population and Civil Registration Service, this type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were 7 people, key informants, main informants and additional informants were 5 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that the effectiveness of SIAK has been optimally implemented in the East Lombok Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this can be seen from the ease with which employees can carry out their work, such as when making community population administration, they now don't have to wait a long time for completion. You can now wait for the creation of the Adminduk and it will be ready immediately. The existence of SIAK also speeds up services for the community.

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many madrasahs are in the spotlight of the community regarding the quality of human resources of educators and education personnel, especially in madrasahs, this is because in addition to the very large number, the quality of management of educators and education personnel so far has not been able to be on par with other general education. However, madrasah institutions need to carry out strategies, one of which is the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling educators and education personnel continuously. The focus of this research is Human Empowerment Management in Educators and Education Personnel applied in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, in this case includes: Recruitment planning personal approach and selection that is not relevant to educational background. Organizing with placements that are directly arranged by the Head of the Foundation and the Head of Madrasah. Physical and non-physical movements through training are carried out periodically and control with the application of good discipline and dismissal is carried out if violations of discipline repeatedly. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The most important subjects in the study were the head of the madrassa, the teachers, the madrasah committees of the two schools. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, has many similarities and differences in several aspects, therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of the madrasah and is expected to be a treasure and input for the madrasah.

This research aims to identify the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. This study was carried out by analyzing data from employees at the company. The research results show that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. High workload can cause a decrease in employee performance, while moderate workload can increase employee performance. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are appropriate to their abilities and experience, efficient time management, and increasing support and training from the company. This research provides a better understanding of the relationship between workload and employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, and can be a basis for increasing work effectiveness and efficiency in the company

One of the regional hospitals in Kembangan type D, West Jakarta, is District General Hospital Kembangan. The information management hospital (HMIS) is now used by the District General Hospital Kembangan to provide services.A number of issues exist, such as the fact that the Simrs server is still frequently prone to errors and slow service processes and reporting; data loss occurs when user data is transferred to another unit; insufficient computer resources; and a shortage of human resources to utilize the HMIS's features due to the hospital's lack of knowledge about how to run an effective HMIS. Analyzing system quality, information quality, and service quality in relation to customer happiness is the goal of this study.There are three independent variables and one dependent variable in this categorical study design.According to the findings, there is a correlation between user happiness and the quality system of (p = 0.031).Quality information and user happiness are related, as indicated by the statistic (p = 0,240).User happiness and quality of service are related, as indicated by the statistic (p = 0,021).The study's findings indicate that there is a correlation between customer satisfaction surveys and the quality of the system, information, and services.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the evaluation of equality education programs using the stake method. This research used a qualitative approach, and was carried out at PKBM Sabilul Huda which is located at Kp. Tejakalapa, Sukamukti, Kec. Cisayong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The informants in this research were PKBM Sabilul Huda managers, PKBM Sabilul Huda educators, and student representatives. Data were collected using interviews, documentation and documentation and analyzed using the triangulation model. The research results show that management at PKBM Sabilul Huda is quite good from several aspects such as antecedents (supporting factors), transactions (learning processes), and outcomes (results achieved).

A Building functional certificate, hereinafter referred to as SLF, is a certificate issued by the regional government except for special function buildings by the central government, to state the building's functional fitness as a condition for it to be utilized. Based on Minister of Health Regulation Number 40 of 2022 concerning technical requirements for hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment in article 1, the regulation of technical requirements for hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment aims to create functional hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment. Referring to the regulations above, hospital buildings must meet the requirements for safety, health, comfort, convenience, efficient use of resources, harmony and harmony with their environment, realizing orderly, effective and efficient hospital building management. This literature review was made to include journals published in Indonesian, journals published in the 2022-2023 period regarding certificates of functional fitness for hospital buildings, especially regarding the requirements for fulfilling certificates of functional fitness in hospitals. After going through screening, inclusion and exclusion criteria, 3 articles were analyzed. As a result, hospitals need to adjust permits and proper functioning of buildings in accordance with new regulations, then hospitals are expected to follow new regulatory updates in order to maintain the security and safety of patients, visitors and hospital employees from unexpected events.

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is an occurrence of blood clot (thrombus) formation in the deep veins, most commonly affecting the veins in the legs and arms that lead to the heart. A prospective multicenter cohort study in China involving 862 hospital-based patients with acute stroke showed an overall DVT incidence of 12.4% within 2 weeks after acute stroke. Community Service Empowerment Activities aim at business management, as well as developing investment and economic productivity and Village potential, as well as obtaining profits or net profits to increase the village's original income and develop the maximum benefits of the Village community's economic resources. Another aim is to develop the idea for powdered palm sugar products, namely to help improve the economy of the people of Sindangsari Village in entrepreneurship by utilizing existing natural resources, and provide opportunities for Sindangsari Village to be better known by the wider community for its superior products, as well as helping advance sugar MSMEs. sugar palm in Sindagsari Village. This method of community service and empowerment activities consists of several stages, there are 3 (three) stages in the process of implementing this activity, namely: Trial of making ant sugar and determining packaging, Determining calculations and determining Cost of Production (HPP), and Holding seminars as one of the strategies for conveying the idea of powdered palm sugar products to the public. Sindangsari Village is one of the villages that produces palm sugar with quite good quality. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of program management and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for equality education pursuing package C at PKBM Setia Budi, Pati Regency. The research method used was qualitative descriptive research with participants: 1 PKBM Chair, 2 PKBM staff, 2 Pursue Package C tutors, 2 learning residents. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data was analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the management process of the equality education program pursuing package C at PKBM Setia Budi, Pati Regency is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Planning in management includes program planning and implementation plans. Organization in management includes the division of tasks and roles of each administrator. Implementation in management includes the learning process and infrastructure. Supervision in management includes internal supervision and external supervision. Evaluation in management includes program evaluation and learning evaluation. Supporting factors include the community's need for equal education which is still high and there is support from the government and society. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include low levels of student attendance, limited budgets, and inadequate infrastructure. The conclusion from this research is that the implementation process for managing the equality education program pursuing package C includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. The researcher's suggestion is that the learning media used can be made more innovative and varied so that students are more motivated to attend learning.

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of transparency, accountability, and public trust in the management of village funds on village progress, especially in Kemiri Village, Sidoarjo District. The population studied in this study was Kemiri Village, and the research methodology used was descriptive quantitative sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Researchers used SPSS 22 (Statistical Product and Service Solution), which includes determination test (R2), t test, f test, and multiple regression analysis test. The research findings show that although the public trust variable has little effect on village progress, the transparency and accountability variables have a positive and significant effect on the progress of Kemiri village.

The objective of this study is to assess the internal control system utilized in the employee payroll process at PT. AIOLA INDONESIA, examine the procedures employed throughout the employee payroll process, and identify any vulnerabilities in the implemented procedures. This study employs qualitative methodologies to gather data through the means of observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the internal control system implemented for the payroll process has successfully met the requirements for segregating functional tasks, authorizing transactions, promoting healthy habits, and ensuring the employment of high-quality personnel. Employees and management can effectively implement the internal control system.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

By implementing the case tracking information system at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court, institutions can meet their demands for a fast judicial process as the world of justice continues to develop. Likewise with the case tracking information system implemented at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court. This information system is a website-based information system that can be accessed locally by internal courts. The aim of the research is to determine the level of satisfaction of SIPP users using the end-user satisfaction computing model approach which has been modified by Aggelidis & Chatzoglou and what factors of end-user computing satisfaction influence user satisfaction. The method in this research was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the research were that the level of satisfaction of SIPP users was 6% very satisfied, 81% felt satisfied, 12% felt neutral, 1% felt dissatisfied, 0% felt very dissatisfied. The results of the analysis obtained an R-square value of 79.1%, which states that information quality, system quality and support in sourcing have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction. Then system quality has a positive and significant effect on information quality. Then support in sourcing has a positive and significant effect on system quality
