This article aims to understand the important role of Indonesian in proselytizing or spreading Islam by understanding and mastering Indonesian well. In the context of Indonesian diversity, the use of Indonesian in da'wah needs to pay attention to inclusive and tolerant messages. Language is something that cannot be separated from human life. Preachers can communicate religious messages more effectively to the general public and to avoid the use of inappropriate Indonesian in preaching. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out with data collection techniques through documentation techniques, listening techniques, and recording techniques on da'wah videos delivered by Ustadz Dr. Adi Hidayat, Lc., M.A in the Adi Hidayat Official YouTube Channel. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was assertiveness in conveying messages and interaction in this case it was also found that Indonesian language in da'wah was better understood, touched the heart, closer between the preacher and the audience so that the audience's interest in the preacher was formed in listening to the da'wah.

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.  

The concept of Collaborative Government as an alternative basis is considered capable of realizing the acceleration and implementation of Tourism Areas. Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

This research is to uncover brand storytelling through a morpho-semantic approach to the tradition of kupat jembut syawalan in Pedurungan Semarang. This article is the finding of a descriptive study using Ogden & Richard's semantic approach, using Crespo's storytelling theory of the Syawalan kupat-jembut tradition in Semarang, then analyzing its morphology to see its essence. The results of the study show: that the kupat jembut is used as a medium to attract the community so that the Syawalan tradition of the Pedurungan Semarang community can be preserved for the next generation. The naming does not reduce the essence of syawalan which is an expression of gratitude and hospitality. The research implication, narrative experience brings understanding to the essence of Islamic tradition to be preserved. The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

During the pandemic, people's spending on groceries has increased, both in the form of raw and ready-to-eat ingredient, included shoppong frozen food. This study aims to analyze the frozen food marketing strategy at the Azolla Frozen Food Bojonegoro Store in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The sources of informants in this study were the owners and employees of Azolla Frozen Food. The data analysis method applied is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the marketing strategy for Azolla Frozen Food generally consisted of four types, namely product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy and distribution strategy which aimed to increase sales and profits. In the context of Islamic Business Ethics, Azolla Frozen Food's marketing strategy is based on Islamic principles. The attitude of Islamic business ethics that underlies this marketing strategy is honesty, trust, deep understanding and conveying the true information only.

Sexual harassment has been widely discussed and has become a behavior that is published both through electronic and print media. Acts of sexual harassment will have a negative impact on the victim's psychology and traumatic in line with the development of the victim's soul.                This study aims to find steps to anticipate the occurrence of sexual harassment behavior through education on a socio-religious approach. Sexual harassment is a deviant behavior due to high pressure of sexual desire while not being able to enter into marriage, channeling lust through sexual harassment has become a social disease that occurs everywhere, will result in prolonged traumatic consequences for the victim, which will lead to the destruction of the future of the victim of sexual harassment .

Mobile is an electronic device that is used by many people. Many people already have cell phones, even from an early age to the elderly, all of them already have cell phones and they already know how to use them. Besides that, cellphones have lots of benefits that can be used, we can play games, play Facebook, play Instagram, play tiktok and etc. We can also reach the whole world by using a cellphone and can search for all activities in the world with 1 cellphone. However, my current goal is to research more deeply about analyzing the negative impact of using mobile phones on elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative method, why did I take a qualitative method because in this research there are case studies. The results of this study are that many parents buy cellphones for their children who are still in elementary school and on average children use cellphones to play games, watch YouTube, even these children can access 18+ sites. What should have happened, the role of parents at that time was very important to control the development of their children so that they were kept away from negative things about cellphone use. However, from the cases that are currently rampant, the role of parents in educating their children who are still in elementary school does not pay much attention, even parents allow them to be free to play mobile phones whenever and wherever. With this the negative impact on the child will begin to be seen as an example: the child will be lazy to learn about school, the child will be difficult to manage, the child will be cranky when what he wants is not carried out, the child will plunge into the world of the internet where he will access the web in terms of negative and the worst thing is that when the child uses a cellphone excessively he will experience blur in his eyes and the child when he is an adult will use minus glasses

This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research is in the form of the value of love in the novel Moments Deep by Lia Seplia which is arranged in the form of phrases found in the novel. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. Based on research results, love between men and women is love that is given to each other, the feelings that arise within both of them form a unified whole by, giving sacrifices to the partner by thinking about the interests of the partner, mutual trust between the partners even when they are far apart, and mutual honesty to express feelings. Love for the family occurs between parents and children, children and parents, younger siblings and older siblings and vice versa, or between siblings who have blood ties which includes an attitude of affection, giving attention and care to elderly parents by caring for and loving them, being willing to make sacrifices from parents are to educate and care for a child sincerely until the child grows and develops until now, responsibility in the form of parents can be given in the form of meeting the needs of their children, and others. Love between fellow humans is an effort made by humans by providing assistance or in the form of assistance as social creatures who should work together and lend a hand. Love between humans and God means the form of human faith in God by carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions and surrendering with all sincerity, performing worship, praying for help and convenience for what is done, always being grateful for everything that has been given. His. There are implications for the value of love in the novel Saat- saatjauh by Lia Seplia in learning high school novel texts in the 2013 curriculum.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher's professional attendance and benefits on work performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City. The independent variable in this study is the attendance and professional allowance of the teacher while the dependent variable is work performance. The research used in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the MIN 1 Cilegon Teacher with a total of 30 Educators. Sampling 30 respondents of saturated samples. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS version 26. The statistical methods used were normality test, classic assumption test of linearity test, simple correlation test, regression test and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the study "The Effect of Teacher Professional Attendance and Allowance on Job Performance in MIN 1 Cilegon City", can be seen as follows: The results of the product moment correlation coefficient analysis show that r = 0.574 means that it has a moderate or significant correlation between attendance and allowance variables on work performance. In the calculation of the hypothesis obtained results tcount> t table (6.006> 2.001) Based on the calculations in the simultaneous F test obtained Fcount = 6.822, while the value of F table = (dk = nk-1 = 30-2-1 = 27 amounted to 3.35 with a real level of 0.05 Fcount> F table (6.822> 3.35) thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted with a significance level of (0.004 <0.05), it can be concluded that "there is a simultaneous and significant relationship between presence (X) and teacher professional allowance (X2) for work performance (Y) in MIN I Cilegon City ".

The Importance of Employee Performance in Company Development and the Role of Human Resources in Achieving Goals at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Various factors affect employee performance, such as education, training, a conducive work environment, motivation, and appropriate compensation. This article explains how providing appropriate compensation can influence work performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, as well as how an adequate work environment can improve employee performance. In conclusion, this article states that employee performance is a crucial factor in the success of a company, and companies must pay attention to employee needs to achieve organizational goals. The importance of human resources in improving company performance is also highlighted. The key factor in achieving success at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia is through the potential and performance of each employee. Companies can improve employee performance by providing education, training, and appropriate compensation and creating a conducive work environment and motivation. Compensation is part of the reciprocal relationship between the company and human resources. The work environment also plays a vital role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company must provide an adequate work environment, both physically and psychologically, to improve employee performance.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that can attack various organs, especially the lungs. People with Diabetes Mellitus are more susceptible to tuberculosis infection because there is damage to the function of immune cells. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between Diabetes Mellitus type 2 and the area of lesions in thoracic photos of tuberculosis sufferers at Konawe Hospital. This study used an observational analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The results of this study obtained 7.4% of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 patients with Tuberculosis in the broad lesion category and based on the results of the spearman test obtained a value (p = 0.036) (r = 0.405) which means that there is a significant relationship between Diabetes Mellitus type 2 and the area of the lesion in the thoracic photo of tuberculosis sufferers at Konawe Regency Hospital

Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

Character education gets a lot of attention nowadays. Today, when there are many occurrences of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the implementation of deviant acts. Character education is applied to instill character points in everyone, which leads to changes in behavior from bad to good. To optimally instill character values ​​in each person, character education is applied. must start earlier. Elementary school education plays an important role in character education in this regard. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive atmosphere in the classroom. Through a class atmosphere with character, students can create ways to always behave well. Creating a personalized learning space requires the role of the teacher. Because people spend a lot of time at school interacting with students, teachers certainly have many opportunities to instill student character points, this time by creating character learning spaces. Some things that teachers can do to build character are: 1) imitate character, 2) teach manners, teach character academics, train character-based discipline, 5) teach manners, prevention. violations of peers and the priority of goodness, 6) directing children to be responsible for forming their own character.

Eco-education is expected to attract visitors to enjoy the location of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area with attractions based on field activities from study programs at UNPAB such as horticultural gardens, nurseries, animal husbandry, waste management for the use of renewable energy to processing packaging of garden and livestock products. The construction of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area Mosque is expected to become a center of Islamic activities consisting of worship activities, mu'amalah and da'wah education, as well as Islamic information centers, not only for the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park area but also for the surrounding community and visitors to the area.

Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on past purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Dengue fever remains a serious public health issue at the international and local levels, particularly in Semarang. Dengue fever can be controlled by Wolbachia bacteria, to suppress Aedes Sp. The SMA Labschool UPGRIS Semarang City students have never received instruction on controlling dengue disease using Wolbachia. This activity aims to increase the pupils' understanding of the issue. Powerpoint slides are used to facilitate discussions and the presentation of material during activities. There were 49 students in attendance. The Pre-Post test is used to measure knowledge. The non-parametric Wilcoxon sign rank test was used for a descriptive and analytical analysis of the measurement results. The findings indicate that 42 students' knowledge (85.7%) grew due to exposure. In the pre-test, students' understanding of dengue fever and how to control it using Wolbachia was, 50% complete (mean 50.6), but in the post-test, it was 80% complete (mean 8). The values before and after the test are significantly different (p-value 0.001). The socializing activities can help students learn more about the dynamics of dengue-transmitting mosquitoes and how Wolbachia bacteria can be used to control them. It is essential to create print and internet informational materials regarding dengue illness and how Wolbachia can treat it.

This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.
