In today's digital era, most people use smartphones for various purposes. In the laboratory field,  as an innovation in laboratory examinations, and as a form of community service to promote healthy living and change people's lifestyles, medical laboratory technicians play a role in creating medical record applications. The development of this application is based on the fact that patients often forget about the examinations they have undergone, making it difficult to accurately record medical history. The examinations conducted on patients are a benchmark for lifestyle patterns that should be carefully considered by patients. This attention begins with the periodic recording of health history, which should be done to anticipate spikes or abnormalities in the body's condition. The application system, created through a semi-automatic method for recording and reminding examinations, is able to minimize errors or inaccuracies in the examination results in the history, thus facilitating self-control of both lifestyle, examinations, and health. Medical record application software can provide health data from previous laboratory examinations and can provide reminders for the next scheduled examination."

Health services are one of the fundamental needs of society and play a crucial role in determining quality of life and social welfare. However, limited access to routine health check-ups and low public awareness of the importance of early disease detection remain significant challenges in many areas, including Bumi Ayu Village. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to establish a partnership between STIA Lancang Kuning, local health centers, and the community to improve health services through basic health examinations. The program was implemented using health education sessions, interactive discussions, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The health examinations included blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, and uric acid checks. The results indicate an improvement in community knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of routine health examinations as a preventive measure against disease. Active community participation throughout the program reflects positive acceptance of the established partnership model. This activity demonstrates that collaboration between higher education institutions, health professionals, and the community can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of local health services.

Placenta accreta is an abnormal implantation of the placenta into the uterine wall, on the surface of the myometrium. Placenta accreta is quite dangerous for pregnancy and has increased over the past few years along with the incidence of cesarean section (SC), with a prevalence of 7-10% of maternal deaths in the world. To diagnose the incidence of placenta accreta, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the modalities that is often utilized and has now become a routine diagnostic support modality in many large hospitals, because it does not use ionizing radiation and has a higher contrast resolution. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The sample of this study consists of 2 patients who underwent MRI Abdomen-Pelvic with clinical placenta accreta at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, which was conducted during September 2023. The results of this study indicate that the placenta accreta MRI examination procedure at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang has no special preparation. The use of 2 protocols in the examination, namely abdomen and pelvic, has the advantage of producing a wider cross section, also including several additional sequences in the form of DWI and MRA, thus helping to observe the area of adhesions and surrounding organs, with the boundaries of the organs produced much more clearly.

Apgar is an examination of newborns with five aspects of assessment, namely skin color, heart rate, reflex response, active muscle tone and breathing. Early detection with assessment is very important for health and the growth and development process. A low Apgar score can indicate immunological abnormalities in the neonate such as respiratory, heart and neurological problems as well as a risk of neonatal sepsis. There is still little information on the Apgar assessment given to pregnant women. The partner of this service activity is the Pregnant Women's Community at Gajahan Surakarta Health Center. The aim of this outreach activity is to provide a forum for information to pregnant women at the Gajahan Surakarta Community Health Center about the Apgar assessment and determine the level of understanding of this education. A baby is said to be healthy if it has an Apgar score of more than seven. The educational method provided is through the lecture method, distributing leaflets about the Apgar score. To measure the level of understanding and knowledge, a pre-test was carried out before delivering the material and a post-test after being given education. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test comparison of 27 respondents, the average score increased from 77.7 to 91. Participants were enthusiastic in taking part in this activity and there was an increase in pregnant women's understanding of the Apgar score

Background: Anaemia is a condition with lower-than-normal haemoglobin levels and red blood cells. Iron nutritional anaemia in young women is at higher risk because it causes a person to experience decreased body resistance, making them susceptible to health problems (Anggoro, 2020). Normal Hb levels in female adolescents >12 g/dL, women of childbearing age 12–14 g/dL, pregnant women 11 g/dL, and males >13 g/dL. The prevalence of anaemia among young women in Semarang City is 43.75% (Semarang City Health Office, 2019). Based on preliminary studies at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang from class X, XI, and XII representatives, such as BP checks, conjunctival and skin examinations. After a simple examination, it was found that there were 3 class X who experienced symptoms of anaemia. Eight students in class XI experienced symptoms of anemia. In class XII, four people experienced symptoms of anaemia. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on the level of knowledge of anaemia in young female at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang.Method: This study used the pre-experimental design method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 55 respondents, and the research location was at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test with the Shapiro-Wilk data normality test. Results: Based on data analysis, we obtained good knowledge from 51 (92.7%) respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, namely a p-value of 0.000 (<0.005) and a potential health education value of 6.473x, affect the level of knowledge about anaemia in female adolescents. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected; that is, there is an effect of providing health education on the level of knowledge about anaemia in young female at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang. Conclusion: Adolescents need to be given additional health education about anaemia to better recognize the signs and symptoms and how to avoid it.
