In a study conducted at MIN 25 Aceh Besar, it was found that dental caries problems often occur in class IV students, with a significant influence from the lack of adequate knowledge, attitudes, and actions related to oral health. This cross-sectional analytic design study involved all fourth grade students as samples, totaling 72 people. Data were collected on May 2 and analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods with the chi square test. The results showed that most of the respondents had dental caries, where 39 out of 72 students (54.2%) suffered from the condition. The majority of respondents' knowledge about oral health was in the poor category, where 28 out of 72 students (38.9%) showed a low level of knowledge. This also applies to respondents' attitudes and actions, where 42 students (58.3%) have attitudes that are less supportive of good dental health and 46 students (63.9%) show ineffective actions in maintaining their oral health. Based on these data, there is a significant relationship between behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) and the incidence of dental caries among these students, with the ρ value for knowledge being 0.003, attitude being 0.006, and action being 0.001. This shows that effective education and counseling on oral health is needed. As a recommendation, it is advisable for schools to collaborate with the local Health Office and Puskesmas to hold regular oral health counseling programs. In addition, establishing a healthy canteen at school can be another preventive measure so that students can choose healthier snacks that support good oral health.

The goal of this article is to explore how rewards can improve children's discipline habituation. Using rewards as a strategy to foster discipline in children is an effective way to help them develop disciplined behavior. The research approach used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with a literature review. The data collection involves analyzing primary sources, such as relevant books and journals, and then drawing connections between the issues and the applicable theories. The results from various sources suggest that reward-based strategies to improve children's discipline are highly effective and should be implemented. This method positively affects several developmental aspects, such as promoting responsibility, encouraging self-control, motivating children to improve their activities, and shaping their character for the future.

Humans have contributed many things based on their knowledge and skills obtained from the development and progress of the times, but sometimes humans actually act arrogant, selfish, indifferent and jealous of other people's happiness. This fact shows that humans are experiencing a crisis in all aspects of life and are no longer merciful. This research uses qualitative methods with library research to collect reference materials in the form of books, Church documents and articles related to the title of this thesis. Many people think that compassion is only for those who need it. Even though compassion is more than sentimental attitudes and feelings. For this reason, the aim of writing this thesis is to offer the meaning and significance of compassion in human life. Compassion is an attitude of deeply feeling the suffering of others, namely sympathy, empathy, pity, care, generosity, simplicity of heart, humility and building a culture of compassion. Asy-Syifa Regional General Hospital in West Sumbawa Regency, as a public health service institution, should have employees who are enthusiastic and motivated to work effectively and efficiently. The salaries and wages given need to be adjusted to the profession, education, and length of service of employees so that they are able to demonstrate high productivity in order to achieve the mission and goals that have been set. However, there are problems at Asy-Syifa Hospital related to the inconsistency in determining employee salaries, incentives, and work motivation. This happens because the salary given is not balanced with the expertise, education, or skills possessed by employees, thus reducing their response and interest in the tasks given by their superiors. The suboptimality in providing incentives and work motivation can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm in working, as well as low interest and positive attitudes towards work due to inappropriate rewards, which ultimately have an impact on suboptimal performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Salary, Incentives, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The focus of the study was Non-Permanent Employees at Asy-Syifa Hospital, West Sumbawa Regency, with 100 respondents as a sample taken using the Slovin formula. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 27. The results of the study showed that Salary, Incentives, and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on Employee Performance at Asy-Syifa Hospital, West Sumbawa Regency.

Study explores the integration of eco theology into Christian higher education curricula, focusing on the role of faith based environmental education in fostering environmental stewardship. Introduction: As the global ecological crisis intensifies, there is a growing need to incorporate ecological ethics into religious education, preparing future leaders to address environmental challenges. By integrating eco theology with sustainability practices, students are encouraged to view environmental stewardship as a spiritual responsibility grounded in biblical teachings. Literature Review: Previous studies emphasize the success of faith based educational approaches in raising ecological awareness and fostering sustainable practices, particularly in Islamic and Christian communities. Eco theology combines theological principles with environmental ethics, offering a holistic perspective on sustainability. Materials and Method: This study employs a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, and focus groups with students and faculty members at Christian institutions that integrate eco theology into their curriculum. The research examines changes in students' attitudes toward sustainability before and after participation in eco theology courses, focusing on practical applications of creation care. Results and Discussion: The findings indicate that the integration of eco theology significantly enhances students' ecological awareness and commitment to sustainability practices. Students report an increased understanding of the ethical and moral responsibility to care for creation, as well as greater engagement in community based conservation efforts. The results highlight the potential of eco theology as a transformative model in Christian higher education, equipping students with both ethical and practical tools to address the global ecological crisis.

This study aims to identify the influence of religiosity on customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR process includes the stages of identification, assessment, and interpretation of literature, which resulted in 18 articles from 18 journals published between 2015 and 2022, indexed by SINTA, and have E-ISSN. The results of the study indicate that the influence of customer religiosity still has opportunities and challenges to be improved. This can be seen from the low level of customer religiosity, which is indicated by the lack of religious calling that influences their attitudes and behavior, as well as limited understanding of the prohibition of usury and the use of Islamic banks only for profit. Indicators of religiosity that play a role in influencing customer decisions to choose Islamic banks include the quality of Islamic products, avoidance of usurious transactions, profit sharing principles, and Islamic features. There is a gap in results between the samples studied, which can be a research gap for further studies. Recommendations for improving customer decisions include increasing religiosity, fulfilling customer needs, and the effectiveness of Islamic financial literacy. This study can be used as a reference for further research on the role of religiosity in influencing customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks.

Public service delivery in taxation is a vital function of government in fulfilling citizens' administrative rights, particularly through the issuance of the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). The quality of this service directly influences taxpayer satisfaction, understanding, and trust in tax institutions. This study aims to analyze the quality of public service in NPWP issuance at the Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama) of Dumai City and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors affecting service implementation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with tax officers and taxpayers, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The assessment of service quality was based on the SERVQUAL framework developed by Zeithaml and Parasuraman, encompassing five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results show that NPWP issuance services at KPP Pratama Dumai City are generally well implemented. Adequate facilities, adherence to standard operating procedures, responsive officers, data security assurance, and courteous service attitudes support service quality. However, challenges remain, particularly related to limited waiting room capacity during peak periods, varying levels of taxpayer understanding, and the need for clearer procedural information. Continuous improvement in communication, service management, and capacity planning is required to enhance public service quality.
